I’m absolutely appalled by the way me and my friends was treated tonight when we went to eat here. The staff member told us to move off a table as she had just cleaned it which is totally respectable, but to slander us openly about the little mess we made after while we was eating? Like come on have some respect. We are customers, the tables are designed to get dirty I don’t understand what world the staff member lives in but we were not happy. In return we left our food without cleaning it up as we were very upset about how she spoke about us. She had the nerve to tell us that we cannot eat at the fast food place anymore as we all left. Clearly she does not how to keep her mouth shut as she keeps making unnecessary comments and it just made the atmosphere sour. The women in question is a black women and I would like action to be taken against her as she has been complained about many times by different people as her attitude is terrible. This is not racially motivated…

I and my husband ordered a meal , 3 filled , a fry , plus three dips and coke 12.80 , the chips was so cold and could taste the smell of old oil . I brought the concern of cold chips , the staffs weren’t so friendly , not even an apology . Was terrible experience with food and the staffs they don’t seem professional.

I don't eat from here as there are not enough chickens in the world to supply all these take out chains! Makes you wonder what meat it actually is??

it seems to be common that standards drop with big chains but whoever is cooking and running the show at this branch deserves credit. Both times were the best kfc I've had for years!

I took my partner and my son and couldn't believe the portion size for the price. My son and misses are not the biggest eatters and was still hungry after there meals to the point I had to buy more food. 30 quid to feed 2 grown ups and a child

I ordered at just before 17:00 and turned up just after 18:30, it was freezing cold and some of the smallest bits of chicken I have ever seen, absolutely waste of £30 never ordering from this place again

For £30.45 plus the delivery and service charge totalling £35.45 is absolutely appalling. All the food was soggy,freezing cold and two missing sides. Would never order from here again.

i places an order which was printed and attached to my bag. But I didn't actually receive any of my actual order. Just given a radom bag of food. Very disappointed.

Very saucy, one hot wing was extra spicy, one had no spice. Almost got our order wrong on the drive thru too until we said otherwise. There's better kfc's out there

The poor delivery driver pulled the food bag out of his just eat carry box and the gravy had been packed poorly and spilt out over all the food and bag, the paper bags soaked with gravy and food spoiled! The restaurant then wouldn’t answer phone so I had to accept order and request refund, sadly only got refund for the food and not the delivery fees and charges!

They always forget stuff in the orders, the gravy was missing again today out of a 12 piece boneless bucket meal, chips are undercooked again still raw in the middle, and there was shit in the urinals and on the floor in the men's toilet.

Chicken is fresh and hot, and the place is clean, the staff could do with a smile on their face though, they look really miserable and not enthusiastic at all, but they were very helpful when I had an issues with my chicken.

Always forget an item or a complete order and just eat never give a refund! Always out of pocket

In the movie Inception, Leonardo Dicaprio has a wife roughly the same age as him thus proving that everything that happened was a dream. Like this place, wouldn’t call it a dream maybe an average nightmare? I mean it is a bit “icky” as there is uncleaned tables but at least they got my order right.

I ordered a Bucket Meal and received my order in a paper bag hence why the 2star because am unsure weather my chicken is complete and why did I not get my order served in the bucket instead it was presented in a paper bag…..very poor marketing strategy.

Just had my first delivery from here, uber eats driver was nice, food shocking, cold chips and barely warm chicken, no gravy, delivered beans instead, which I don't like! And warm can of Pepsi, won't be ordering here again.

Food was piping hot which is very very unusual and the delivery was really quick!

Chips were hard like they've been cooked and reheated a few times. Still haven't got tango didn't want to refund my money then spoke to boss to give me a can which I was OK with.

Visited for the very first time just now as it claims to be halal but it was the worst decision ever. Rude staff and rubbish food. Served us super cold meal and upon complaining the lady at the counter replied we picked up the order late when actually we were the only couple dining in and entire restaurant was empty. Floor was full with rubbish and there were atleast 7 people behined the counter looking at eachother faces and chatting carelessly. Such a pathetic kfc i have never visited in my entire lifetime which blames customers when they are mistaken. Would highly appreciate if the managing team hires less but respectfull and professional staff.

Very dirty thought I'd treat my dauter and eat in wish I never food all over the floor and tables someone spilled a drink on floor and all that was done was a wet floor sign put on top of it not a cleaner in sight if the food hygiene people went there it would be closed down

First no coffee?! Is this a new policy? For such a busy operation it's sad for it to lack any prettiness. The men's toilets smelled of sewage and had no toilet paper. Not good.

Honestly the first time I’ve had KFC delivery where it was too hot to eat initially. Wonderful and I wish I’d tipped the driver more. Very happy customer.

Absolutely rubbish customer service. STAFF here quite frankly couldn't care less. Do they actually get any customer service training? Shocking really. The food wasn't much better either. Will not be returning.

Ordered popcorn chicken with Alvin haider, Shimul, Fahim and others. The box was so small, not worth £2, it was at most worth 50p. Never coming again, me and my friends shall not return.

It's the worst place to visit as A fast food place, The people on Drive thru are very Angry every time they pass your food to you they don't respect you when they open the window If you ask them to give you something they say they don't have but they have , Worst Place to dine in Newport I don't recommend it it's not the restaurant fault it's the People that manage it and work for it . Every single Worker they don't have gloves when there doing the food it's 0 Food service . I don't recommend it to nobody

Food was awful. I ordered the Buffalo Tower Chicken Box Meal twice with additonal Buffalo Bites for and me and partner. We had left over chicken that been standing for hours. Bread was was really cold. The chicken they put in the burger was tiny. Looks nothing like the picture. The piece of chicken you get with the box meal was cold and had been standing for ages aswell. Burger was also dry with hardly any sauce. Wish I took it back for a refund but had other demands. £24+ down the drain. Not going there again. Service was really quick but only because they given us left over food.

So on arrival tables were mostly full with rubbish. Quite icky place, needs a good clean. However, entitled people throwing their rubbish on the floor and leaving it, not sure what's worse people with no manners or that.

LAZY AND INCOMPETENT TO BAG ORDERS! Incredibly disappointed with the lack of attention and service at this KFC, whenever I go through the drive thru they’ve always managed to forget items I’ve ordered and when I order for delivery they amaze me how they could still manage to miss the main meals but never forget the fries that come with the meal. Best drive or order from different KFC locations from now on.

I particularly like this KFC and have visited many times over the years. The staff ate always polite and helpful. The food is usually good and freshly cooked, and the restaurant is generally clean. Not always the case in other KFC restaurants.

My food was not delivered, contacted the driver who was verbally abusive before switching off his phone. Spent hours trying to contact someone for a refund which I still have not recieved. Just eat sent an email stating they will look into my order.....how long will that take. No food but £16 out of pocket , disgusting

Came here months ago and had veggie burgers with fries. Came back for a treat, asked for veggie burger meals. Turned up with no fries. When I asked, staff member, said it doesn't come with fries as cooked in same oil as chicken 😱😱😱 husband been a veggie nearly his whole life so we were appalled. Just disgusting 🤢. Place is not very clean inside either. Staff don't seem to like being there, just blank stares of them all, horrid atmosphere. Never ever ever going back!!!!!!!

There was barely any lettuce in the burger, the wings were covered in oil and the chips were cold and under filled. The cans of drinks were put in the bag with the food which made the drinks warm
