KFC Newport - East Retail Park in Newport

Just had my first delivery from here, uber eats driver was nice, food shocking, cold chips and barely warm chicken, no gravy, delivered beans instead, which I don't like! And warm can of Pepsi, won't be ordering here again.

Rude staff, cold food, wrong orders

Visited for the very first time just now as it claims to be halal but it was the worst decision ever. Rude staff and rubbish food. Served us super cold meal and upon complaining the lady at the counter replied we picked up the order late when actually we were the only couple dining in and entire restaurant was empty. Floor was full with rubbish and there were atleast 7 people behined the counter looking at eachother faces and chatting carelessly. Such a pathetic kfc i have never visited in my entire lifetime which blames customers when they are mistaken. Would highly appreciate if the managing team hires less but respectfull and professional staff.

Very dirty thought I'd treat my dauter and eat in wish I never food all over the floor and tables someone spilled a drink on floor and all that was done was a wet floor sign put on top of it not a cleaner in sight if the food hygiene people went there it would be closed down

First time visiting was lovely and clean got our food fast to will definitely be calling again

Disgusted with attitude of driver. He drive past my flat which is clearly numbered. When he called I walked out to show him and went back in as I have children inside and warm flat was getting cold. He left it on outside floor on tarmac over 15ft away,

Went here to collect meal, was given stale mini filet must been few days old. Chips soggy taste weird. Be careful eating from here!

I love a good family KFC now and then,this is my closest branch. Always lovely food from here and I find the drive thru fast as well,good KFC.

First no coffee?! Is this a new policy? For such a busy operation it's sad for it to lack any prettiness. The men's toilets smelled of sewage and had no toilet paper. Not good.

Honestly the first time I’ve had KFC delivery where it was too hot to eat initially. Wonderful and I wish I’d tipped the driver more. Very happy customer.

Absolutely rubbish customer service. STAFF here quite frankly couldn't care less. Do they actually get any customer service training? Shocking really. The food wasn't much better either. Will not be returning.

Location is great while the service is not that good . Food quality I would give 3 out of 10 .. the food dies not taste as KFC standard. Drinks hireable .. water with colour they call it ice tea . Inside the store not clean at all

Ordered popcorn chicken with Alvin haider, Shimul, Fahim and others. The box was so small, not worth £2, it was at most worth 50p. Never coming again, me and my friends shall not return.

It's the worst place to visit as A fast food place, The people on Drive thru are very Angry every time they pass your food to you they don't respect you when they open the window If you ask them to give you something they say they don't have but they have , Worst Place to dine in Newport I don't recommend it it's not the restaurant fault it's the People that manage it and work for it . Every single Worker they don't have gloves when there doing the food it's 0 Food service . I don't recommend it to nobody

Food was awful. I ordered the Buffalo Tower Chicken Box Meal twice with additonal Buffalo Bites for and me and partner. We had left over chicken that been standing for hours. Bread was was really cold. The chicken they put in the burger was tiny. Looks nothing like the picture. The piece of chicken you get with the box meal was cold and had been standing for ages aswell. Burger was also dry with hardly any sauce. Wish I took it back for a refund but had other demands. £24+ down the drain. Not going there again. Service was really quick but only because they given us left over food.

So on arrival tables were mostly full with rubbish. Quite icky place, needs a good clean. However, entitled people throwing their rubbish on the floor and leaving it, not sure what's worse people with no manners or that.

LAZY AND INCOMPETENT TO BAG ORDERS! Incredibly disappointed with the lack of attention and service at this KFC, whenever I go through the drive thru they’ve always managed to forget items I’ve ordered and when I order for delivery they amaze me how they could still manage to miss the main meals but never forget the fries that come with the meal. Best drive or order from different KFC locations from now on.

I particularly like this KFC and have visited many times over the years. The staff ate always polite and helpful. The food is usually good and freshly cooked, and the restaurant is generally clean. Not always the case in other KFC restaurants.

My food was not delivered, contacted the driver who was verbally abusive before switching off his phone. Spent hours trying to contact someone for a refund which I still have not recieved. Just eat sent an email stating they will look into my order.....how long will that take. No food but £16 out of pocket , disgusting

Came here months ago and had veggie burgers with fries. Came back for a treat, asked for veggie burger meals. Turned up with no fries. When I asked, staff member, said it doesn't come with fries as cooked in same oil as chicken 😱😱😱 husband been a veggie nearly his whole life so we were appalled. Just disgusting 🤢. Place is not very clean inside either. Staff don't seem to like being there, just blank stares of them all, horrid atmosphere. Never ever ever going back!!!!!!!

Completely wrong meal delivered! Payed almost £50 and only a boneless banquet with a bottle of water was delivered want a refund asap!!!!

There was barely any lettuce in the burger, the wings were covered in oil and the chips were cold and under filled. The cans of drinks were put in the bag with the food which made the drinks warm

Lady staffs are very very rude.asked for an extra paper plate seems she did not like it and throw the plate to the table No respect. Never go back and not recommended at all. Chicken looks raw inside. Very bad experience.

The driver did not call me, claiming the phone number provided is invalid. The phone number was foreign but valid, but Just Eat replaced the phone with local invalid number instead. Still driver had correct phone number in instructions and just didn't read them using call customer function instead of manually typing phone number.

Not being funny but the food I had ordered came freezing cold and soggy it’s not like I live ages away I love 10mins away!! So absolutely no excuse I can’t believe this, I contacted customer service who had told me that they would refund me okay problem solved I thought. I went to my bank account to see I had been charged as the money went out of pending!! I then had contacted them again and no reply I’m beyond disappointed with this I had spent over £30 for my family and got inedible food the chips and chicken was freezing and soggy the chicken has barely any batter on it and was a off colour this was the wort experience I’ve ever had!!

when placing and order with this one you would expect to get every item you ordered but sadly that was not the case here. Just love paying for stuff that you do not get. I won't be ordering again from this particular one.

Staff are very rude, food can be okay but too many times I’ve received my order and the chicken is still pink. Don’t know who answers the phones but they need re-training on customer care very rude hung up on me after I asked a simple question disgraceful!!

WOULD BE MINUS BUT WOULDNT ALLOW IT SO HAD TO BE A ONE place is Disgusting! Filthy everywhere, bins overflowing staff couldn’t be arsed and were so slow they were slower than a snail! We left without ordering and went to kfc maesglas which is excellent! Will never return to spytty location! Managers need to hire adults not dirty kids with a can’t be bothered attitude!

What a bad experience the worst ever a lot of staff ,to say they did not want to serve us it took a long time the feeling of not been wanted then to top it of the toilets were filthy staff just standing around get your act together

Again kids wanted KFC reluctant to order from yourselves as something is always missing and again order is not complete so unhappy kids. Call restaurant and no answer really annoying! how hard is it to check order is all there before sending it!

2 in every 3 deliveries from this KFC result in missing or incorrect items.

This can only be described as the worst kfc I have ever had. Staff were a bunch of useless kids, food was disgusting , toilets covered in urine. Will never go here or kfc again

I’ve ordered food almost two hours ago,the times changes twice now from the last updated time change it’s been an extra 30m late,tried calling and no one’s answering this is joke. If they’re not able to deliver the food just say.

Girls working at till were very very rude and acted like they were doing us a favour. Did not listen properly to what I wanted. Never going again.

I still don’t know I keep coming back.. if it wasn’t for the kids liking the food then I definitely wouldn’t. Most of the staff are always rude and it’s always the same culprits.. I even feel sorry for the minority nice ones… but delivery is delayed and wrong.. absolutely horrible place.
