Getting better service from dead people sometimes

Every time we use this McDonald's, they always make an error on our order. With things missing or wrong sauce to name but a few.

Quick bite to eat then off back on the road home.

didn't have the fruit shoot I ordered, and paid for, for my granddaughter, and missing a straw, other than that, very good

Food came cold and burger tasted over cooked

Haven't been in a McDonald's in year but it was lovely. Colouring for the children, food brought to the table, very clean, helpful and very friendly staff. A really lovely experience. It felt like a restaurant!

driver was on time and very polite food not so good

none of my drinks arrived driver claimed the workers gave him one bag for food for my order and 2 bags for another drop of on the way to me fries and nuggets are cold and the burger is barely warm

This is a good place on the M4 for a quick stop enroute somewhere or a meeting for easy access. Staff (Emma) were friendly and helpful.

Drinks had been spilled in the bag and buggers had been crushed I can’t see why delivering food is so difficult. I’m starting to think there’s not a good delivery restaurant in Newport don’t know why Just Eat ask for feed back nothing ever happens.

Always use McDonalds as food is superb, nothing much more to say.

no drink with the meal, I did order the new milkshake didn't receive it, also I buy sweet & sour sauce 2 of them didn't get then you never send the sauces it's really annoying

Drive through, missing 2 portions of fries, milk for tea, and napkins. Paid for things we didn’t get and didn’t realise until we were back on the motorway. Infuriating.

Great ice-cream, had the Chocolate Orange McFlurry🍦😋😍 loads of sauce and chocolate. I added whipped cream as well.... Oh yes it was delicious.

Take a bit more time in serving orders.

The delivery driver delivered to another location before me and our food was really cold the fries were cold so we threw them away and the burgers were aweful, being cold.

Always a good, convenient, reliable place to stop when on the M4 in South Wales.

Whoever was on the drive through at 20:15 on 21st Dec, you are a LOVELY pair. Especially the friendly guy with a grinch hat. Honestly taken aback by the friendly service at this place! What a wonderful Christmas treat! Whoever is their manager, give them a Christmassy bonus pleeeease!!

Honestly if I could leave no stars I would. My 3 year old isn't very well and hasn't eaten for days upon days. She's finally said she's hungry today so we was ecstatic to order her a treat as she fancied a burger. They took my order and money and made us wait 2 hours until 10pm (waaay past her bedtime) only to cancel our order so now she goes to bed hungry. Well done. Thanks for nothing.

order never arrived. ordered at 19.05, was told 19.30, this pushed back to 19:50, then 20:30 then 20:50. At 22:46 it updated to say the order has been delivered, yet no delivery was received. just eat have ignored my contact attempts, I've requested a refund and they've given a generic 3 working days to respond. Over £36 order for adults we children.

Absolutely shocking delivery time. Over an hour for cold McDonald’s chips and meal. Spent over £20 and this is the result. I’d like a refund please/ absolutely shocking. Missing a straw, big Mac and a fruit shoot!

Everything was fine but the fries were stone cold.

I love 10min up the road and it was over an hour late and arrive stone cold. I’m getting ready for work and fancied a McDonald and it was stone cold. Not happy at all. Very disappointed. Had to give it all to my dogs.

My feed the family order came missing two double cheeseburgers

A very normal everyday McDonald's. A good experiance with not fails or hiccups.

This one has smelt very beefy the last 3 times (consecutive days due to travel) I've visited. More beefy than any other! Which has hit me every time. Kinda weird... Anyway... There is a very sad spiral coin charity toy which has a dirty stirring stick in it so you can't enjoy watching your coins spin down the spiral. This is a travesty, of course, and I hope would be fixed soon. The food has always been of acceptable quality, although I got a 'Galaxy' latte and there was nothing Galaxy about it which was pretty disappointing. However, I will say that all the staff have been very pleasant and polite.

McDonald's was just the place for a satisfying brunch at a very reasonable price, quickly prepared and served by pleasant friendly members of staff.

Just stopped off at McDonalds for drinks and comfort break. Ideal spot to have a break from motorway driving. Perfect place to stop.

It’s a McDonalds and you get what you expect. Nothing extra from here than any other one tbh.

The delivery driver made me cry. He would not leave my property . He went to every door knocking and my back garden. My dogs got out! I left a note saying to just leave outside I nearly called the police. Totally unacceptable! Very scary experience

I find this McDonald's a bit hit and miss but apart from the food being cold when delivered, it was quite pleasant when zapped in the microwave. Unlike the past 2 McDeliveries all the order was complete. Maybe it's best to use Just Eat.
