items missing again!!!!! order late

Big Mac was spot on as usual but all chips were cold , no sauce in the mcspicy burger & paid for extra sauces which also weren’t in there. Usually always good but not this time unfortunately..

yet again...missing items. what's wrong with the people bagging up the orders???

Food freezing cold no dips no straws. Chips inedible.

Absolutely rubbish dips missing. Part of the order missing. Most difficult part you can’t do anything about it. So shameful. Horrible and unacceptable. Shame on you. We pay a lot of money service charge. Packing charge. Delivery chant we get horrible service. Anyway I know no one bothers about any of the feedback.

No jam in muffin plus egg and cheese muffin was not packed it was like thrown in the paper. Such. Poor quality.

Finally arrived the chips and wrap were cold not even luke warm. I want something done about this as we’re not happy!

The driver was so nice. Kept in touch with me. Our order went to the wrong address he was more than happy to find us.

Toilets were clean. Staff were nice. Food isn't the best. Also the menu boards are screens that keep moving so impossible to make an order properly 😪

people really need to do their jobs properly when sorting delivery's when I order a meal I expect to have the full meal not half of it missing and when I try ringing they don't even answer the phone 🙄

Quick counter pickup Mac Donald’s no atmosphere are restaurant. Does the job if you want a quick bite to eat

Chocolate brownie delivered instead of muffin I ordered and vanilla milkshake instead of chocolate milkshake

Food was okay but I had to heat it up in a microwave you need to make sure it’s cooked fresh just before it’s being delivered

You really need to retrain your staff on how to read an order on receipt and check order is correct and not missing half the items before sealing bag it's not exactly rocket science

Went to the caldra mcdonalds just outside Newport. Was very impressed with Shania so happy in her work a lovely conscientious hard working young lady.

Nothing special. Quick food in a pinch, but not hot, tasty, cheap or filling anymore.

they put tarta sauce in fish burger and they did not send Fries with my bigmack meal

I came in and sat down for my food. I was greeted by the lovely Shania. Shania is an outstanding employee, helping everyone in the dining area and going above and beyond. Shania brought joy to the dining area with her friendly and caring demeanour. I just had to write a review to highlight her exemplary customer service :)

Shania was very attentative polite and friendly, great to see a smiling face :)

It is a second time in a row when an item from my order was missing.

It is what it is....only it isn't...it isn't fast food it takes ages to come...it isn't hot like it's new advert says it is. It isn't anything like the pictures.

Always something wrong with the order from here, all good and well when you get a partial refund but doesn’t make up for the fact you are missing a full meal. Not good enough and a bit more accountability should be held in these situations or free delivery available for the remainder of the order!

ordered 2 x Minecraft meals and a plain double burger. Wrong burger sent and no Minecraft toys either. why advertise items when you don't have them in stock?? That's false advertising.At least let people know if they are out of stock.

Went to drive through at 3.30 am as it is supposed to be 24 hours after a flight back to Bristol, hand written sign stating cash only, then when tried to order at drive through was told restaurant was closed.

Food was good however the service was slow although it wasn't busy.Staff were friendly and interacting with customers especially the lady who was cleaning.

This is an excellent example of this chain. Took my wife and two children for brekkie and all enjoyed.

ordered 20 nuggets and chips. Only had 14 nuggets and was cold, chips tasted like cardboard. Ordered a McFlurry and was half full. Waited 15 minutes for this order. Only 2 people inside.

Quality of egg and cheese muffin was absolutely messy and horrible. All the cheese was on paper rather in the muffin and it looked like someone just chucked those egg and muffin in the paper and wrapped it.

I was stood outside my house from 11:10pm. I messaged the driver as I know some people can’t find us. I’ve have screen shots of the messages. I’ve had to walk 5 minutes around the corner to meet the driver and he did not listen to me. My food was put in my hands at 11:40. I had messaged the driver he opened my messages and did not respond. No apologies was to busy talking to his friend on his phone! Very disappointed

Asked for 6 chicken nuggets only go 4 but we still enjoyed it.
