Gave me the wrong food then took it back and didn’t give me the right food

Speedy service very helpful staff

Honestly if I could leave no stars I would. My 3 year old isn't very well and hasn't eaten for days upon days. She's finally said she's hungry today so we was ecstatic to order her a treat as she fancied a burger. They took my order and money and made us wait 2 hours until 10pm (waaay past her bedtime) only to cancel our order so now she goes to bed hungry. Well done. Thanks for nothing.

order never arrived. ordered at 19.05, was told 19.30, this pushed back to 19:50, then 20:30 then 20:50. At 22:46 it updated to say the order has been delivered, yet no delivery was received. just eat have ignored my contact attempts, I've requested a refund and they've given a generic 3 working days to respond. Over £36 order for adults we children.

Everything was fine but the fries were stone cold.

Absolutely shocking delivery time. Over an hour for cold McDonald’s chips and meal. Spent over £20 and this is the result. I’d like a refund please/ absolutely shocking. I love 10min up the road and it was over an hour late and arrive stone cold. I’m getting ready for work and fancied a McDonald and it was stone cold. Not happy at all. Very disappointed. Had to give it all to my dogs.

This one has smelt very beefy the last 3 times (consecutive days due to travel) I've visited. More beefy than any other! Which has hit me every time. Kinda weird... Anyway... There is a very sad spiral coin charity toy which has a dirty stirring stick in it so you can't enjoy watching your coins spin down the spiral. This is a travesty, of course, and I hope would be fixed soon. The food has always been of acceptable quality, although I got a 'Galaxy' latte and there was nothing Galaxy about it which was pretty disappointing. However, I will say that all the staff have been very pleasant and polite.

McDonald's was just the place for a satisfying brunch at a very reasonable price, quickly prepared and served by pleasant friendly members of staff.

As expected, emergency food, not a first choice.

Just stopped off at McDonalds for drinks and comfort break. Ideal spot to have a break from motorway driving. Perfect place to stop.

The delivery driver made me cry. He would not leave my property . He went to every door knocking and my back garden. My dogs got out! I left a note saying to just leave outside I nearly called the police. Totally unacceptable! Very scary experience

I find this McDonald's a bit hit and miss but apart from the food being cold when delivered, it was quite pleasant when zapped in the microwave. Unlike the past 2 McDeliveries all the order was complete. Maybe it's best to use Just Eat.

2 cheese burgers missing from my order

McDonald's is hardly known for quality food, but we were still disappointed. There was egg shells in our breakfast wrap, only 11 mini has browns in the 15 hash brown sharer and no cream or toppings on the marshmallow latte (it had cream and marshmallows in the picture). We will remain hungry next time.

Driver could not get phone signal, left my food on the doorstep going cold, and myself stood at the door with the door open letting all heat out, was close to telling him to take it away

I don't visit the golden arches very often, we did pop in for a brew and a bit of breakfast as we needed to, the service wasn't great, the food wasn't what we ordered and cold and didn't resemble what the picture looked like but they never do, the latte and tea was nice. Make sure don't I drive by this one in future, the only reason we went in because it was handy place to where we were. Never mind.

Watch out for the parking charges £100 fee, no warning apart from signs 8ft up in the air nothing going in or within the store. Times must be hard for McDonald's

Missing items from my order. Pay nop attention the the special offers advertised as the restaurant will not send the free items and just eat refuse to do anything about it. Just a con to get you to spend more money but your free item will not turn up.

Listen I’ve ordered Mac Donald’s Becuase it’s my sons 4th birthday he’s woke up early and is demanding a max Donald’s i ordered it and now it’s been cancelled saying that no refund is available. I’m furious, I’m absolutely broke. That’s gone from my savings for my pension now. I suggest you refund me or I’ll be taking this further

Been a long time since I’ve had a correct order from this McDonalds and quality hasn’t been the best either. No burger turned up with my meal, I would say luckily I also got a double cheeseburger which would’ve been nice if it wasn’t used a football before being put in the bag

Delivery was on time no issue there. The issue I do have is I’ve got home late from work didn’t fancy cooking,. Ordered a McDonald’s and the chips are disgusting. It’s as if they just been thrown in for a minute or two and taken back out not even cooked properly. Very disappointed
