Watch out for the parking charges £100 fee, no warning apart from signs 8ft up in the air nothing going in or within the store. Times must be hard for McDonald's

Service was very slow and then the order had items missing. Very disappointed as previously there has been good service here.

Will be using McDonald’s @ Jct 23a next time. Relevant if ordering via Click & Serve. We ordered via the app well in advance whilst returning from holidays at 1am. Chose our space and communicated that info. Sat there waiting like plums for 20mins until we went in to ask and food was found sat on the counter going cold. No apologies or explanation given. They say “dedicated to serving quality food and quick service” but we certainly haven’t experienced that from this lazy team at this restaurant.

Missing items from my order. Pay nop attention the the special offers advertised as the restaurant will not send the free items and just eat refuse to do anything about it. Just a con to get you to spend more money but your free item will not turn up.

Listen I’ve ordered Mac Donald’s Becuase it’s my sons 4th birthday he’s woke up early and is demanding a max Donald’s i ordered it and now it’s been cancelled saying that no refund is available. I’m furious, I’m absolutely broke. That’s gone from my savings for my pension now. I suggest you refund me or I’ll be taking this further

order never arrived, driver took it to the wrong street based on the tracking. informed justeat that it wasn't delivered and they have yet to respond after what feels like an hour. what a deplorable service

Been a long time since I’ve had a correct order from this McDonalds and quality hasn’t been the best either. No burger turned up with my meal, I would say luckily I also got a double cheeseburger which would’ve been nice if it wasn’t used a football before being put in the bag

Delivery was on time no issue there. The issue I do have is I’ve got home late from work didn’t fancy cooking,. Ordered a McDonald’s and the chips are disgusting. It’s as if they just been thrown in for a minute or two and taken back out not even cooked properly. Very disappointed

Everything just as ordered, tasted great and delivery driver very nice.

Not a great experience. Some of the food was cold, drink wasn't filled up, McFlurry was partially melted when it arrived, and as always the staff ignore the order for a toy, and hand over a book instead. The staff was helpful and friendly and drink was filled up and we got a toy. The wait was too long to bother with asking for new food or ice cream, so they got away with it. They were busy, but still cold food and melted ice cream should just not leave the kitchen.

This macdonalds is your typical drive thru macdonalds with free parking and self service ordering. The food is like any other macdonalds. There is inside seating but the seating area is small so can easily get quite busy. One plus point is this macdonalds appears to have loads of staff, I've never seen one with so many staff. They do a good job of keeping the tables clean and free of rubbish. Thumbs up to them.

Food is hot and miss. Last few times it's been cold and I've had to complain. When it is hot it's good.

Well this 24 hour McDonald's shuts a 9.45pm So just get on the M4 east bound for 2 miles and get ya grub Can't review what I got coz I got nothing 🤣🤣🤣

Not surprised that this has a 2.5 on google maps as I think the staff are practicing to interview at Karen’s restaurant. Slammed food down without a word of welcome, tutted when I pointed out what was missing. The condiment area was a mess! This will me my first and last visit to this branch

One of the worse places to pick a delivery so unorganised, have to wait ages and to be told they don’t have your order what an absolute joke of a place, please train your staff properly and have a better system in place I’ll be definitely be avoiding this place until it’s sorted.

Thank you to Shampa we had the most wonderful experience- not something I generally say for a takeaway restaurant! Our toddler was in a very bad mood and Shampa was wonderful with cheering him up. She was cheerful, helpful and set the whole mood of the place. The McDonald's was clean and the food was fresh and good. Thank you!

Big Mac was cold as were the chips. Ironically the coke was warm as it was served without ice. Coke was also flat. A shambles

It's a McDonald's - You know what you're getting at this point. However! This was a quick drive through stop on my way to the airport. I'm fussy when it comes to burgers but for once they actually got it right and gave me exactly what I ordered. It was hot and fresh and so was the coffee. Which is not usually what happens. Don't live anywhere near here but it's the best McDonald's I've had in a while (if that makes any sense lol)

When I placed the order it didn’t give me the option to make the burger plain so at the end I wrote it in the instructions box but when I received my order well I was missing a chicken burger the rest of them still had all the garbage in side them that ruins the burgers and the food was stone cold Steve Austin 🥶 is wasn’t happy it ruined my appetite and my evening

The driver arrived and said my food was damages because the drink had leaked. He said he was taking it back and would return in 10 minutes. As he drove off he marked it as delivered on the app. My order has not been delivered!

Never turned up. Despite putting clear instructions for the delivery driver and asking them to CALL me if they get lost.

This McDonald's has a lovely outside seating area, a nice setting & great for dog owners! We ordered inside for five of us, and when served a pleasant member of staff even carried our food to our outside table! Best service ever from a McDonald's although most are great! A thoroughly recommendable place to visit & enjoy great food!

Always busy as it sits on a motorway junction. It might be worth traveling 5 mins down the M4 to the McDonalds in Magor services. Anyway this one benefits from some outside seating and of course a drive through if you like stinking your car out.

We stopped for food while travelling home. Shania was going the extra mile, cleaning, offering table service as well as asking if the food was okay once served (never happened in a McDonald’s before!) Food was hot, no issues. Plus there was a young cat that greeted everyone :)

Furious I ordered idea McFlurry and have sent smarties McFlurry and I’m allergic to smarties half of my order was missing and it was all cold !!!

Got an apple pie instead of chocolate and raspberry pie along side I never get sauces even if I pay extra.

Eh it's McDonald's it doesn't taste great and this one is very slow but you get what you pay for
