Order was given as 18 minutes for delivery. Kept going up and took an hour. Food was cold and stale. Probably sat there for 30 minutes. Not a happy child. Chips were as cold as the drinks.

Enter at your own risk. Firstly, we got bullied into buying food from there by a lady chasing us with a litter picker and a bacteria infection. After this, shes aid to us we couldn’t leave the store unless we all bought 20+ items combined (there was there was 2 of us), this resulted us in gaining a lot of weight and after this the worker approached and continued to ask if “we were pregnant”. When we were answering her, the worker said to my bonk eyed friend “look at me when i’m speaking to you”. My little cousin then entered the restaurant (she had down syndrome) and then when she proceeded to order her food, the worker gave her a dirty look and

Courier was impeccable, sadly the food was delivered cold which in no way was that the couriers fault.

If there was an option for minus 4 stars I would give them that order chicken Nuggets last night and today I've got food poisoning really no happy as I already suffer with ecoli never order from here again

Took over an hour between ordering and when food was delivered

one burger of a large meal did t come with the order and the other burger ignored dietary requirements even though the stick on the box said they followed the order instructions

Fast food place. Staff were nice. Parking was a bit awkward. Drive through, loos. The boards that move as your trying to look at what you want to order are just stupid. I have to wait for the pictures and price list to come back around and hate it. Very awkward 😐

They messed up my order, didn't pay attention to the ticket so didn't modify the meal to what was ordered, and gave me cold, stale fries.

Ordered a full meal and have an autistic child who absolutely cried her eyes out when the completely wrong meal arrived, missed all the main parts of the meal

Driver turned up very late, chips were freezing. Plus the driver stunk very badly of body odur which put us off our food.

Found it irritating that's there's no menu to view prior to ordering. We're not all on "the app ". Pressure to order based on this . Food is only ever barely warm.

28.03.2025. Went through the drive through at 7.55pm. The young lady who took my payment had the worst attitude I have experienced for a long time, so initially a poor experience. However, the food was delivered quickly (and tasted good) and the person who served it was infinitely more courteous than the young lady who took payment.

The McDonald staff can’t read I asked for no lettuce

by the time the food arrived I couldn't eat it as I was too tired. It happens regularly now so we have cut down and will probably stop ordering from mcdonalds soon.

Usually it doesn’t bother me if sauce is missing but I was missing 3 hash browns from my order today which is a joke! If it was just one I can understand but not 3! Need to check orders better

why do U always fail to send sauce with the items? it's every order, it's not a very difficult order chicken nuggets U even give an option for sauce with it but never send them, honestly it's so annoying as my daughter won't eat it without the sauce, waste of time

Not normally one to complain but the last couple of times I've visited I've been waiting a long time for small orders. I appreciate how busy it can be however, I can constantly hear staff shouting, singing and joking about but don't seem to be pushing out orders quickly enough. Food was fine and front of house staff were friendly

After visiting this restaurant on a few occasions I am convinced it is consistently the best McDonald's I have been too. Staff are always friendly and attentive. The food is always fresh and hot. I feel lucky to have this as a local.

Ordered food at 11:16am and was not received until 12:20pm, restaurant took so long to prepare food that courier didn’t end up leaving the restaurant until 12:10pm food was cold and courier couldn’t find my house even with instructions, combined failures all around.

Placing the order was simple and easy, however the delivery process not so. First I was told delivery time of 21.50, then 22.00 then 22.15. By the time it got to me the food was already cold so it was not enjoyable

Absolutely diabolical. All 3 sets of fries we ordered not in the bag. Every time I’ve ordered from here there is always something missing but never this much. Who does the final checks before things are sent out?? Won’t be ordering again

What a joke! Went to the McDonald’s drive-thru at 4:30 and ordered through the app. Waited 20 minutes, only to get home and realise the order was wrong. Had to go all the way back, and while they did fix it, there was no real apology. Absolutely disgusting service!

Delivery was delivered elsewhere so never received it so delivery driver obviously didn’t ask for the code given with your online order.
