McDonald's in Newport

Make sure you double check your orders if you go to drive through occasions where orders have been paid for but food is not in the bag. Again today ordered a triple cheeseburger and paid for one but got a double cheeseburger, noticed when I got home, need to stop trusting they will honor what u pay for, surely they should employ people who can read and give the correct order, it's annoying. Changed my rating from 2 to 1 not good enough service tbh.

I went to order a few times here and each time my food was done wrong breakfast twice both times on the double sausage and egg muffin I did take the egg out as milk in it but added bacon was only given bacon when asked was only given the one sausage other time was delivery so didn’t complain as only one sausage was added with bacon.wrap was done wrong too and the monopoly game pieces couldn’t use four little ones as said already used and we didn’t even use before hand on another phone app. Won’t be coming back here for a while if it’s like this

Always getting the orders wrong and never sending the whole meal, regularly items are missing, sometimes the order doesn’t show up and is delivered to another address, staff should do there jobs better and ensure delivery drivers get given the whole meal instead of in parts because some do not understand that they have to wait around for the rest of the food, do better for your customers

After placing our order at the drive thru, we were sent to the parking lot because our order was only 2 wraps and small fries. We waited another 20 minutes in the parking lot to no avail.

Every time I order never get my order correct and missing items ! Think the staff need to take their time preparing and reading the orders and checking them before delivery this happens regularly ! It’s not a difficult task and I doubt they make mistakes whilst ordering dining in or drive through.

I recently stopped during my road trip, and I have to say, it was a delightful experience! The moment I pulled in, the staff greeted me with friendly smiles and offered assistance with. The tables were clean and well-maintained I also appreciated the clean restrooms, which is a rarity on the road! Absolutely shocking. Food missing from my order which meant my son went without his dinner. I understood that mistakes happen but was basically told tough luck. So no food and no refund. Surely that is a criminal offence. Order at your own risk. Plus my dinner went cold as I was trying to retrieve my son's meal. Shocking

Drink spilled lack of care with the drink

All the drinks were spoilt and half empty also so sauces at all! Food was cold especially the fries. The fried had hardly no fries in the boxes/bag.

When you order a double sausage and egg MEAL you expect it ro come with hash brown and when you order an extra hash brown you expect that to come as well how hard is it to pack a bag ? Seems very difficult for some people

The drive was caught going through my bins, not sure why, thought it was odd, I mentioned it to the driver who lied and said had bot been in the bins even though I had watched it happen

My order was missing 1 latte and when the delivery driver handed it to me the bag fell apart and 1 latte landed on the floor, the bag was wet and the tops for the cups are never secure and they don’t put the white top underneath the other top to keep it secure

Driver could not find our house even when given verbal instructions many times, resulted in having to walk around trying to locate him whilst on the phone, food was inevitably stone cold when finally delivered.

Very easy to find, some parking spaces but when its busy parking spaces are few and far between, nice friendly staff and service with a smile,always willing to talk and give advice about the local area, been here a few times and will be going back as it is one of the good ones around

It's a typical McDonald's. Food is of the usual MCDONALD'S standard. Service was efficient, the place was clean, and it was easy enough to find parking. They have a great formula for uncomplicated fast food. Nothing to write home about, but also no complaints. I will be back, I'm sure of it.

Lovely park, plenty to do to keep the youngsters happy. The only negative is that there is nowhere to get any refreshments or snacks. So I would advise anyone to go prepared if planning on staying for a while. To end on a positive, parking is only £1 for the day, but you can only pay by card at the pay station.

One of the chicken big Mac's, chips and milkshake weren't delivered, no chocolate brownie, no sauces and no straws for other drinks either. Food was stone cold and stale. Very disappointed. Mcflurrys were nice tho, actually had a decent amount of toppings.

I am writing this review while sat down at my table. Very poor service today. I asked to eat in. My wrap and coffee came quick but with no tray. The employee who took my order did not hear me order a flatbread as well. There was a lady cleaning and seemed stressed or whatever it is. She was close to me and I stood up to grab sugar, she just looked at me and said:" What you want?" with a rude tone. I told her I was going to grab sugar and there was no need to be rude. Thats the thing, there are no perfect places, jobs, etc, but its the staff that make the place enjoyable or not. I normally go to the Mcdonalds in Blackwood or Newbridge and my experience up there are normally better than down here. We dont always have good days, but we have to try leave our emotions out of work if possible.
