We came here for food to ifht and we tried to order off the app and use my points and because it wasn't working we asked the staff to help us and the kind hearted manager Elliot came to the rescue and helped us sort the issue out very helpful gentle man very well manned and helped us get what we wanted thanx again Elliot for your help really do appreciate staff like you and the food was beautiful apart from the cold chips

Me and my children use to like McDonald's but now it's over priced for quantities and quantities not good service at all

Gave me the wrong order and when I tried contact mcdonalds the manager had a stinking attitude on the phone and uber eats couldn't do anything about it to help absolutely awful won't be ordering here again not the first time either

Manager is an arrogant person, 24 hour McDonald’s on Google, got an uber from Cardiff to lynne road on my way home to Newport I walk in the door and he tells me they are closed only open for delivery and “get a taxi then mate” terrible customer service and shocking advertisement via Google.

I took my little boy here for breakfast not too long ago and the lovely girl out the front was so warm and friendly, her name was Paige. She couldn't do enough for us! She was interacted with my little boy and when he dropped his bag of apples she asked if we wanted another bag and went to get them for us. She was friendly chatting with other customers too! Food was nice, we both enjoyed it. But what really makes it in fast food places like this is the service and staff so that definitely made our visit worthwhile :)

We ordered it to the wrong address and we messaged and rang the courier several times to try and changer the address but he refused to drop it even tho it was only 5 minutes from the original address I demand a full refund as I never received the food and am very angry with the couriers service

once again the courier has shown no care in making sure the food arrives in an acceptable condition. takeaways cost far to much these days just for someone to smash it to pieces and walk off without being held responsible...... 27.19 to just go straight in the bin because a drink exploded and made everything un edible

It was never delivered!!! I even went down to McDonald's on Lynne road and ordered the same meal!!! I want a refund and a refund for the second meal I had to purchase!! Absolutely joke!! Even if it were delivered, over 2 hours is absolutely disgustin

My drink was half full , my drink spilled all in the bag and went everywhere and my food was freezing

We ordered the Minecraft Big Mac meals, but did not receive either toy with our meal. We were therefore overcharged £3.40 compared to buying regular Big Mac meals, which we can't even get reimbursed for because the toys are not itemised.

Never turned up spoke to driver he said gps sent him the wrong way and then next thing it said delivered which it wasn’t annoyed!

We've always ordered from this McDonald's but the last few times have been horrendous. Twice in our meals we've found long hairs, one pure black and today a long blonde hair in my mother's burger. We'd strongly want the hygiene standard to improve and find less hair in our food!

Spent £45 on an order as a quick meal for me and the kids and was cancelled by first driver the. Food was sat there for 25 minutes before another driver collected so food was stone cold took the order back to the restaurant who wouldn’t do a thing and left the food with them as it was inedible and then was told by uber eats that 45 minutes was perfectly acceptable and would not be issuing a refund never had such shocking service from both parties on all my life and it was kids meals aswell they should be ashamed.

I ordered a raspberry and white chocolate pie and they gave me apple pie, I don’t like it and it’s gone to waste. Waste of my money and I request a refund

The drinks had spilt and the ice cream had melted. This was disappointing. I took a photo just in case. The Fanta was leaking everywhere. It was a hassle to clean up. Please make sure the drink doesn't spill next time.

I ended up missing one of dips and one I wouldn’t have ordered because of my intolerance to spices. Other than that the food was fairly cold. The good parts was the McFlurry smarties and banana milkshake, in fact the milkshake seemed to be more tasty than before

half of my order was missing £20 worth of food and 2 of my kids didn't get there order still waiting on a refund had to use more money to order food for them again as couldn't wait any longer as they were hungry macdonlds needs to stop rushing and concerate on there orders and double check before they send there orders out

Don’t need a refund for whole order but the order is wrong missing my bacon egg muffin replaced with a sausage one instead and I can’t eat sausage and half of it was cold. And ordered around 8 am delivery time took so long changed multiple times and then the order isn’t even correct. Absolutely abysmal!
