Mcdonald's Restaurants in Newport

Food was OK, Girl on drive through took ages to take our order & when she did it was almost as if we were an inconvenience. When we got to the window to pay, she was having a shouting match with a colleague. .not exactly professional.

Ordered for the kids as a treat. Thirty pound later and food arrived absolutely stone cold and inedible. Fries were like rocks, burgers stone cold, my kids refused to eat it and I can’t blame them to be fairX The best thing was the soft drinks and ketchup. Sort it out McDonald’s !

We ordered a McDelivery through the McDonald’s app our order was missing the double burger deal which cost £9.99 we went to the restaurant in hopes to rectify their mistake, we then waited an hour before being able to speak to a member of staff to which they informed us they wouldn’t be able to help whatsoever as their deliveries on the app are operated by uber and that they couldn’t even give the missing items, we then went through uber support which took another 40 minutes just for them to contact us back saying they were unable to compensate or refund this, I spent £15 just to get a free rewards item delivered and a £1.99 happy meal, severely unhappy with this service and have lost out on £13 worth due to their mistakes.

I did not receive my order and had no communications or updates, I have reported this to Just Eat at 8:30pm and I will want a full refund. This is outrageous

Food was the completely wrong order, restaurant couldn't even offer a replacement

it's a shame that the coffee had been spilt and the hash browns had all been squashed together

Food was absolutely freezing, no good at all

Prep time just kept being extended… this went on for over an hour before I messaged just eat and asked for it to be cancelled.

I am missing fries, chicken burger sauces and it’s cold I am not happy about it I been waiting for my food and it not good enough because I will not enjoy my food food and my six chicken nuggets are missing what you was I supposed to send me free with my food thanks I want a refund

Order drive through 29.11.2024 (5 mins distance from home). 1st thing staff seems to be very busy in chaotic manor. FOOD: Mc crispy sandwich bun: burnt rest ok, Big Mac ok 6x fries old 100% (surpassed shelf time by a lot) chewy, oily not salted at all. Cheeseburgers cold, chewy, dry so you can choke yourself. Wraps ok. Drinks ok. It was vey busy - lots of people but it should suggest you will get your food hot and fresh not chewy and cold after 5 mins drive with 20 degrees heating on. One of the children feel sick today - I don’t know 100% if this food is the reason but if you know a thing about food standards - it is quite possible.

The food was cold and the chips stale. Seemed to be ages preparing the food then the driver went all around the houses to deliver. houses

Food was cold, sauce and pineapple stick was missing and large coke was spilt in the bag so wasn’t large anymore! Not the most enjoyable meal.

Absolute joke. Fast food?? My order was 45 minuets late. And that wasn’t down to delivery being slow. Food was all cold and they even got the order wrong.

McDonald’s Lyne Road, Newport. Regularly long queues at the drive through. A serious lack of staff at this franchise which the owners should be addressing.

my order didn't arrive, the person delivering it must of been hungry and eat it themselves. So my daughter unfortunately didn't get to have her treat for being good.

It took 1hr 20mins for the order to come. the time just kept getting pushed back and back on the app. It took 50 minutes before the store even started preparing it. Complete waste of time, defeats the object of ordering for delivery if takes 10 times longer than going to the restaurant. Hungry annoyed children! very frustrating!

all the drinks spilt in the bag, big mac missing and everything was cold.

so I ordered the egg muffin duo deal but one was supposed to be a bacon and egg muffin and the other just sausage n egg muffin but instead i just had two sausage and egg muffins and then one drink was spilt a little in the bag maybe they should secure the lids by taping the lids on the cups saves accidents then but overall the food was still warm when it arrived to me.

I would like to request a refund I haven’t been able to use my phone for the past day so haven’t had the time to submit a review . When my order came it was missing an apple pie and banana milkshake that I paid for and I had a completely pink burger . I would like a refund on my order and will take further action if necessary.

This place is always slow and the food is not fresh unless you're lucky to get it when they put new on. Some of the customer services workers clearly can not be bothered to deal with simple provisions.

They have given me the wrong order I ordered a mcrispy meal and a chocolate cookie and they have given me a Big Mac two cheeseburgers a coke and a McFlurry.

Food bag turned up a mess, it was all ripped open and broken. Drinks didn’t even make the journey they have been spilt and are empty, driver even threw away our latte as it was empty. And to top it off chips were cold and like cardboard!

It was very cold. It's the end of October and the air conditioning was on full blast.

There have one girl, she is very rude and misbehave with people her name is Fatima. Authority never remove him. To many times we give to report about Fatima but still she misbehave with the people.

I received completely the wrong order with no response for a refund.

Never have an issue with McDonald’s in Newport. I only ever use the drive through in this particular McDonald’s and it never lets me down. Fast service everyone has always been polite. Good food. Happy customer.

Took over an hour to arrive, Ordered a plain cheeseburger and it came full of toppings & ketchup which I am extremely allergic to. To top it off, the food was freezing cold 👍🏻

Absolute Garbage from the restaurant. Gave out the wrong burger and miss out sauces that I paid for, as well as this, missed an entire box of 6 chicken nuggets. Absolutely poor.

Never using this restaurant again. Just had to re order food that was incorrect and pay £10 for one replacement sandwich due to delivery. Disgraceful. They cannot get a single order right.
