Nice clean friendly mcdonald's.

i won't even rate it as one star. they are scammers. placed an order at 01.40 we're waiting for food and the driver took a picture of the food and send us. he didn't even try to contact us and nothing. attaching a picture as a proof.

BBQ Stack was way overcooked & honestly didn't taste nice. I did appreciate them listening to my instructions at the drive-thru to not include lettuce.

my food was not delivered to my address they obviously have delivered to the wrong address and the tracking app said that it was delivered so that's 7 days waiting for a refund and no food 😕

driver marked delivered after over 2 hours of waiting. it stated being prepared my end and never turned up. this is the 2nd issue I've had with the just eat driver's. ordered straight away with uber and it came within 20 minutes. Never again

Food was cold and wet as the Coca-Cola had spilt. There was no chilli dip (again!) What a waste of money - never again! That's it for me!

Lunch on a shopping day - BBQ McCrispy is my favourite - order placed @ counter to get points on my app. Ongoing discounted offer on food every Monday - this week 15% off food orders (no minimum spend). Last few times I've had to take my fries back as they are not warm enough - no problems, staff willing to do this

Did not even receive my order, as we was waiting past the given time slot and when I contacted the McDonald’s restaurant that we ordered the food from they said it had been delivered, they couldn’t give us the address of where it was delivered to and I was told to contact just eat. Really disappointed as it was a treat for my daughter for her birthday. Shocking

According to the first estimate of delivery time, they kept changing it for later time, and by the time it has arrived, everything went cold. One of the orders is missing, we didn't receive the mozzarella dippers. And I even paid tip. It didn't worth

How hard is it to actually read a screen and relay that order to a kitchen then to you deliverers, frustrated by how you operate at this establishment, countless lost orders and missing items that I DONT get refunded for, Lyne road McDonalds = Trash!

Driver picked up wrong order took it back and never returned. I have requested refund, no photographic evidence as the driver kept the wrong items! No food. Always cold lately won’t be using again.

Lovely handover from courier. He thanked me for the tip, too. Which many don't, so a very nice change. Food - No salt on the fries. Far too much lettuce in the burger. It's not needed.

Delivered over an hour after the initially stated time with cold food and spilt drinks.

Very nice burgers and super quick service! quite handy to get to on Lyne Road just off the "Harlequin" roundabout. The restaurant is always busy with a real mix of people using it.

Never ever visit this McDonalds location in Newport! Coldra or Spytty Retail Park Offer much more consistent service. I especially disregard the bad mannered staff and false advertising. I have a name to reference. I visit McDonald's 24/7 thanks P.S Dominos Maesglas is open till 3am for collection with wonderful and consistent service.

Had a chicken select box but had to wait a little while at the window for it, wasn't to happy especially after travelling back from holiday with delays coming back and wasn't expecting a delay so long from a very quiet food store early hours in the morning!!

food came had to warm it up,my girls had there nuggets, but my other half had a little bite out of her burger then through it in the waste bin it tasted funny and look digesting, neve4 again no care was taken in preparing the food, should be ashamed

My meal and drink didn’t even turn up

I have not received my order after over 40 minutes. My home to McDonald’s shop is less than 10 minute work. This delivered was not to me.

the food was originally scheduled to arrive at 19.15. finally arrived at 21.24 at was freezing cold

My coffee was empty because it had spilled everywhere in the bag.

The delivery person was very rude, made me go to outside of my front gate to collect order from him. Very rude!

I try really hard not to write negative reviews like this. Usually taking preference not to write one at all. Service at McDonald's has always been hit and miss. I usually brush it off and think well they employ young kids and give them less wages. It's not exactly a morale booster is it? So I go through the drive-through and order a couple of drinks. Forgetting something I had to go back through the drive-through a second time. Whilst doing this I take a mouthful of hot chocolate, but it's just dirty coloured water and looks almost transparent at the top. There's no flavour in it at all. So I hand the drink back for a replacement stating that I think the machine has run out. So she takes my cup from the first hatch and says she'll give it back with the rest of my order. I sort my order out with the first guy at the window because now the ap is playing up. Now that's sorted out, I drive down to the second window to get my order. And the same lady serves me as the first time. She acknowledges me and says yours is the hot chocolate. And I confirm and say yes. Then I take my order and drive away. I take my first mouthful of hot chocolate again. And it's exactly the same watery muck that i was served the first time around. And I am livid!! That's just gross incompetence. And this lady was a lady. And old enough to know better. I've worked in catering all my working life. And I would never ever give someone a second drink from the same machine without checking it first!! It's absolutely ridiculous, a complete joke!! It's unbelievable that you have to check your order at the drive through window. Because the staff have no interest in doing anything properly. Because that's exactly what I will be doing from now on. And then it'll only be through desperation and needs must!! Useless!!! And INCOMPETENT!!!

if I go in to Lyne rd Macdonalds they get my order right... if I order it, there is always one or two items missing. the receipt says two cokes, I get one! The presentation of the burger is always bad, but on deliveries it's a mess, puts you off eating it. wont recommend this place or eating here again.

Food arrived an hour later than initial order time and drinks had spilled over all the food which meant couldn’t eat the food when it eventually arrived.

They kept moving the time back, took an over an hour from when the first said it would arrive

we are not happy with our order it’s all cold and no syrup with the pancakes there hard and dry what a waste of money half of it gone on the bin and we paid delivery and all and service charge it come to 31 and we can’t do anything about it and our pancakes are useless and burgers it’s all going in the bin now

Ordered at 1120 to be delivered at 1230 for a birthday party. Rang the store at 1245 to be told the food was on the way. 1300 the driver left the store as per the app. delivered 1315. Missed a meal from the order which was refunded straight away

Will definitely not use this particular restaurant again. I received the wrong drink, wouldn’t have been too much of a problem but it had sugar when I needed no sugar. Added to that I got one sauce which I hadn’t asked for but didn’t get one of the four asked for. All in all a very disappointing experience
