Mcdonald's Restaurants in Newport

If I could award zero, I would have done! Delivery service is beyond shocking. In the past it has arrived ice cold because they pack the food with cold drinks. My daughter decided to order a delivery, we have been waiting since 3.30pm for delivery of food, it is now 6.30pm and there is still no sight of it, apparently 'Bianca' was on her way, turns out It still haven't left the 'restaurant'. Absolute diabolical... 🤬

Fast, friendly and good value. If seating inside you'll find it well laid out and clean.

Bit slow as they serve the drive thru before customers instore

Cold food cold coffee and a long time to be served hence why the food was cold

Usual Wednesday meet up with my daughter. Usually very good, no problems with the service and food.

The seating and ordering area was nice but the bathroom had a poo mark in one of the stalls

Service here is always fast and the restaurant is clean and tidy.

Crazy store. Worker threw ketchup at my children totally unnecessary! It was super busy ! But not an excuse to have no customer service !

Delivery was early but not happy with the pancakes as I ordered pancakes and syrup and all I got was just pancakes and no syrup. I can't eat pancakes without anything on them it just tastes dry without them.

Waited over an hour for the food to arrive and when it did everything was stone cold. Threw it all in the bin complete waste of time and money.

I have no idea what is going on at McDonald at the moment but every time with have it lately it’s cold, hard and rubbery. That’s if it’s not missing.

food good however when driver delivered didn't deliver to the door or right address so I had to walk 1/2 mile down the road because the driver said I don't know where I am and not driving nomore down the road to you and driver put my food on the floor until I told him to code

it was a simply a food order that i placed with mcdonalds. it was nice ,but i wasnt pleased as they got the order wrong again i dont like cheese ! my boys dont like ketchup. mcds dont seem to understand whom had provided them with any support at all

Chicken big Mac was actually a normal big mac, chicken selects were mozzarella sticks and the chicken burger was crushed. only thing right in the order was the drinks :(

I am very angry with the amount of money I’ve spent on food and only half of my food arrives

food was cold and the lids wasn't on properly so the majority of drink was in the bag, very disappointed especially when it cost nearly £30 you want it to come hot not cold.

The coffie every time I buy is just not good, it tastes like water I'm sure they don't flush the grounds it's,absolutely disgusting the food is, always good and hot the staff are always polite though

Drink was handed to me upside down so lost half of what was in the cup and it went all over me. Also driver was knocking on my gate at the bottom of the garden, not on my front door so food was cold by the time I heard him.

It’s a maccies. Standard. Gets the job done as you would expect. No complaints apart from pricing which is just the day and age.

Very good quality still hot and fresh early en it should’ve of been and that’s a postive so nothing to complain abt apart from I didn’t get my sauces

How did you manage to forget to put the chicken burger in my McChicken Sandwich? And on the same order, a double quarter pounder meal but sent a single burger. Absolutely ridiculous!! If you don't care about people's orders, then get a different job!
