Fast service and lovely meal hot.

Im very disappointed in our visit to the store lyne road, we ordered at the screens for table service. We felt very uncomfortable with one of your lobby staff . As we was eating our food she stood at our table watching us while we ate then before we finished our food the lobby staff took our food from our table and proceeded to put it in the bin, we tried to tell her but she continued to ignore us and put our food in the bin. In future we would appreciate that the lobby staff waited till we was leaving to to take our rubbish from us

Is OK, it's maccies. Don't like the latest layout particularly but it's a fast food restaurant and does what it says on the tin

Long wait for a hamburger happy meal at the drive through .Not very helpful staff.Other mcdonalds on the coldra far better and staff can't do enough .My recommendation go to the cokdra

How hard isit to read a screen and put the correct amount of food that's been ordered Lyne road McDonald's is the worst one that's about 4 times they messed my order up when a item says plain u don't use the tones or spatula that u use with onions on it to make a plain burger they are lucky that I'm not illergic to them !!! Disgusting

I ordered Uber, they forgot 3 products out of a total of 8 ........

We had chicken strips and fries plus drinks here the staff was very helpful and the restaurant was very clean and tidy aswell. It was very busy here.

Just not worth the money any more. £18+ for 2 burger meals. I think McDonald's has just lost the plot.

Claims it is a 24 hour McDonalds, I turned up at 0500hrs this morning and it was closed, spoke to a guy delivering at the back of the store and he said it didnt open for another 1 1/2 hours. Went out of my way to go here, why lie about your opening times?

Burgers very over cooked and didn't have my original order as sold out. Also had to speak to someone as app wasn't working properly.

Very clean store. Quiet in there even though Friday eve around 8pm .

The young man who got my food ready at the drive through counter was lovely, very professional, very polite. Really stood out.

I think it you want to promote 24 Hr it should not just be drive thru as I feel this encorouges me to drink and drive?!

Its a mcdonalds what more do you expect service is awful most of the times and food is just mcdonalds.

Good latte at £1.99 and always great wifi. Just pick the right time for a quiet half hour

It’s just a McDonalds drive through nothing special really just ok

I went to spend the afternoon with my friend and daughter, the guys who worked in the restaurant are so amazing! Lovely people! Lovely customer service, cleaning, smiling, tidying up..we were surprised. My daughter made a drawing of them and they were so kind and lovely with her. They deserve 5 stars! But after enjoying a nice afternoon (3 hours in the restaurant) my friend and I received a penalty fee because we were parked more than 2 hours in McDonald's parking!!! 🤨 We were eating all the time, enjoying a lovely afternoon to receive a letter with a penalty fee a couple of weeks after that afternoon (£60 payment reduced). Never again!!

Reliable for an early pick up...

Cold unflavoured, bad chips and then when I asked for sauce to try and make them edible, they had the cheek to try to charge me 10p absolutely awful. I won’t be using this McDonald’s again. Would give zero stars, but that’s not an option.

Ordered from this dump. Can’t even get a simple food order right and when I call them up they say they can’t do anything about it and to contact just eat to get my money back. Don’t want my money back. I want what I ordered

Freezing cold food after waiting 15 mins for it. Staff are more concerned about getting delivery's out to people rather than in store customers!

Need a decent manager in this restaurant. Run by kids who couldn’t give a care if you complain about the service or the food they serve. Not much incentive to provide a decent service in the first place!

Great and friendly staff with a great attitude towards customer service

Been there 3 times since August the last was Friday 8th September won’t go again sick of complaining about poor quality food, quarter pounder with 3dropsvof sauce and tasteless, a Mcspicy which turned out to be a Mc as had no sauce whatsoever, plain hamburger which only had a half of a burger in it, stay away it is a total shambles will be travelling an extra 3 miles to a different one

Stopped to have a cup of tea and use my laptop. Used the app to order. Tea was quickly brought to my table.

Nearly £8 for a chicken burger thrown in a box, and then the nerve to charge for sauce! Yeah right.

My girlfriend and I had dinner here yesterday 2nd of September 2023 at around 17.30-18.00 hrs. We experienced a slight situation when our food was delivered to our table. I had a quiet word with the manager (Theo); he dealt with the issue straight way and offered a goodwill gesture. Such superb customer service from Theo and many thanks to him and his first-class service.

Its a fast food restaurant. It delivers fast food. It's not a fancy place more fast paced but it seems tidy and the staff are polite. Shame about the customers on times they can be very rude. Staff not always treated well.

Only ever use drive thru. Food is always fine but they and every other branch ALWAYS forgers the dips! I had to ask 3x on this occasion. Either they just hand me moreccuz they've no clue or I check the bag. But fancy missing the dip from a meal that is supposed to have a condiment. Bland otherwise! Staff do their best, just remember most are only 16/17!

I'm sorry, but they need a good kick up the backside Stood at the counter for 3 to 4 minutes before anyone had time to stop chatting and come over to take my order (which was wrong when we got home by the way ) As for the food, not up to standard. Will not be recommending to anyone

Was actually nice to sit in and eat, I try not to if I can help it as I find it holy depressing... but this was OK. Staff were friendly, was very clean and was just nice to relax and eat my food.

Standard McDonald's but rarely have McFlurries

The worst burger I have ever tried to eat had half of it rest went in the bin.

Completely missed order from meal, had an absolute nightmare to get a refund, never got a refund. Went into store and manager was not sympathetic over it, last time eat there, terrible restaurant with incompetent managers. Good luck keeping business

Can't complain about a pancakes breakfast and table service, only thing that could make it better would be butter as well as syrup. Place is clean, music is pleasant and not too loud. It also has two fast chargers so I can top the car whilst I top up myself.

Awful service. My friend and me went through the drive through the employee did not put the drink lid on properly meaning her coke split all over her expensive white shorts and she was 1 hour away from home and then she had to go out in her ruined white shorts in a public location

Since I recently posted a complaint about latte's being 'watered down', I have had several since as they are now much improved!

Macdonalds is better for veggies now with more choice and the double mcplant (please add real cheese as an option and a big mcplant). But they got my side order wrong and gave me chicken nuggets instead of halloumi fries and chips. Sorted it though.

Had a few issues at the drive thru, after using the app to order, meaning we had to go inside the restaurant for help. The supervisor (I think her name was Theresa) was amazing - dealt with our issue promptly, despite it being a busy Saturday evening. We received our orders quickly and everything was hot.

The food was excellent value, but the food was tepid. I live in the hope that Macdonalds serve their food hot like the good ol'days. I love MaccyD's but love my food hot...more.

Once again ordered from just eat for only drinks to turn up with no food whatsoever, and the fact is this happens quite regularly with our orders, missing items, but this time food for 6 people just didn't turn up, went to McDonald's straight away to be told delivery driver had 3 bags handed to him for delivery but was only delivered 1 bag, i wouldn't order from McDonald's normally but my kids all wanted it so only reason I gave in, I think we won't be ordering anymore for delivery after this absolute joke of a delivery this time around

This is a really good McDonald's, it is probably the cleanest I've visited so it's always a pleasure to return.

I visited the restaurant in the early hours to rest and have something to eat. I was not aware of the parking restrictions in place and overstayed by a short time and received a PCN which I am still trying to appeal. I called by the restaurant to see if they could help this week and asked to speak to someone who may be able to advise me and was given a name and number to contact. While I was waiting to speak to someone there, I noticed a small sign high up out of the line of view advising customers that they can let the staff know if they are likely to overstay. Had this been in larger print and more prominently positioned then I may have been aware of the restrictions in place. Since it is not possible to use the restaurant while driving without using the car park, it would be very helpful if the management were able to provide clearer information for customers so that this issue can be avoided. I have been put off visiting McDonalds as a result of my experience so I hope that the management are able to help in some way? I will try to make contact again in due course. This is a huge problem when you consider the cost to customers and is very off putting.

10p for tomato ketchup... I'm not loving it.

Extremely busy but quick service

This is the first time I've had piping hot food from McDonald's so great for me.

Went for the new specials today, have to say, they were nice. Steakhouse burger, and mozzarella dippers.

rude and poor quality service twice during 2 weeks period. we sat down before closing and ordered eating in, after that staff closed the area and kicked us out, said we cannot eating in and gave us take away bag. Also rude talk, i asked to put more souse in my burger as it looked that it has less then usual but they refused as their said they put souse with their standard. Meal was cold. Another time went drive through, asked for extra souse to my order, but was not heard by staff who was taking the order, realized it at pick up point. As I have had no cash with me they asked me to drive second round to pay 10p! for bloody souse without apologizing that they did not take order properly

Annoying when the deliveroo etc drivers park in family bays

Quite a nice McDonald's only thing I can complain about really is the kids area quite a few of the game tables were not working .As I took my grandson and he looks forward to playing on them .Nice clean store though was fairly busy also .

If you want people to come to your McDonald’s, you need to sort the potholes out in the entrance TO McDonald’s. How we supposed to buy food when we spending it on NEW wheels to get to your McDonald’s. TEAM SPYTTY MCDONALDs!!!

Went there twice in one week the first time had a share box of nuggets, drove home, and when i opened the box found we only had 17 nuggets, second time ordered sausage & egg mcmuffin meal and a breakfast roll got home and I had a sausage and egg mcmuffin meal and a BACON ROLL, CANT BE TRUSTED ALWAYS WAIT AND CHECK YOUR MEAL BEFORE PULLING AWAY FROM THE WINDOW

The food is cold, the restaurant is filthy and the staff are rude. Also if you ever get a delivery there is no point adding instructions on the notes section as they don’t read it. I live McDonald’s but not at this one.
