Mcdonald's Restaurants in Newport

I did not receive my order and had no communications or updates, I have reported this to Just Eat at 8:30pm and I will want a full refund. This is outrageous

it's a shame that the coffee had been spilt and the hash browns had all been squashed together

Food was absolutely freezing, no good at all

I am missing fries, chicken burger sauces and it’s cold I am not happy about it I been waiting for my food and it not good enough because I will not enjoy my food food and my six chicken nuggets are missing what you was I supposed to send me free with my food thanks I want a refund

Food didn’t turn up and the driver marked it down as delivered!

Prep time just kept being extended… this went on for over an hour before I messaged just eat and asked for it to be cancelled.

Absolute joke. Fast food?? My order was 45 minuets late. And that wasn’t down to delivery being slow. Food was all cold and they even got the order wrong.

McDonald’s Lyne Road, Newport. Regularly long queues at the drive through. A serious lack of staff at this franchise which the owners should be addressing.

my order didn't arrive, the person delivering it must of been hungry and eat it themselves. So my daughter unfortunately didn't get to have her treat for being good.

Chips were as cold as the milkshakes burgers looked thrown together waste of money

so I ordered the egg muffin duo deal but one was supposed to be a bacon and egg muffin and the other just sausage n egg muffin but instead i just had two sausage and egg muffins and then one drink was spilt a little in the bag maybe they should secure the lids by taping the lids on the cups saves accidents then but overall the food was still warm when it arrived to me.

It took 1hr 20mins for the order to come. the time just kept getting pushed back and back on the app. It took 50 minutes before the store even started preparing it. Complete waste of time, defeats the object of ordering for delivery if takes 10 times longer than going to the restaurant. Hungry annoyed children! very frustrating!

I don't think I will order from u again as I never received my order it said delivered but that's not true I never received my order I want b ordering of you again

I would like to request a refund I haven’t been able to use my phone for the past day so haven’t had the time to submit a review . When my order came it was missing an apple pie and banana milkshake that I paid for and I had a completely pink burger . I would like a refund on my order and will take further action if necessary.

This place is always slow and the food is not fresh unless you're lucky to get it when they put new on. Some of the customer services workers clearly can not be bothered to deal with simple provisions.

ordered food for my wife and kids (as I am in work) delivery driver turned u to the house asking for a code when ch my partner did not have cause I ordered the food also in all my time ordering food not once have they ever asked for a code, by the time he gave the food over to my partner it was cold, absolute joke to be honest,

Food bag turned up a mess, it was all ripped open and broken. Drinks didn’t even make the journey they have been spilt and are empty, driver even threw away our latte as it was empty. And to top it off chips were cold and like cardboard!

Staff carried on chatting while I waited to pay a drive thru. Food was cold. No salt on the fries !!! Oh and I was charged £5.12 for the £5 meal ??? Because I had a Normal Coke!

There have one girl, she is very rude and misbehave with people her name is Fatima. Authority never remove him. To many times we give to report about Fatima but still she misbehave with the people.

It was very cold. It's the end of October and the air conditioning was on full blast.

Never have an issue with McDonald’s in Newport. I only ever use the drive through in this particular McDonald’s and it never lets me down. Fast service everyone has always been polite. Good food. Happy customer.

Driver couldnt find the house, so had to go and meet him. Food was cold.

Driver can’t handle food properly. Drink bag sideways in his delivery bag causing all my drink to spill out and drench my food.

wrong food sent - how hard is it to get an order right

If I could award zero, I would have done! Delivery service is beyond shocking. In the past it has arrived ice cold because they pack the food with cold drinks. My daughter decided to order a delivery, we have been waiting since 3.30pm for delivery of food, it is now 6.30pm and there is still no sight of it, apparently 'Bianca' was on her way, turns out It still haven't left the 'restaurant'. Absolute diabolical... 🤬

Every single order is wrong. Every time. Wrong food, someone else’s food. No help or refunds. Don’t bother. I’ll be switching to Burger King.

Never using this restaurant again. Just had to re order food that was incorrect and pay £10 for one replacement sandwich due to delivery. Disgraceful. They cannot get a single order right.

Absolute Garbage from the restaurant. Gave out the wrong burger and miss out sauces that I paid for, as well as this, missed an entire box of 6 chicken nuggets. Absolutely poor.
