Firstly they forgot about the burger, the straws and the sauce. went back in to collect the missing items and the burger was absolutely fowl looked as if it was just threw into the box after being dipped into a chip pan, although the Drive through lady was absolutely lovely. Not happy

Estuve aquí en McDonalds para un viaje en solitario después de una noche encantadora en el teatro. Pedí accidentalmente una naranja Fanta en lugar de naranja Tropicana y me encontré con la mayor falta de respeto. Me dijeron verbalmente que me fuera y que dejara de perder el tiempo. Quienquiera que fuera debería considerar seriamente sus oportunidades de trabajo y la forma en que se manejan a sí mismos.

Delivery was ment to be 30 minutes. Turned in 1 hour and 10. When food arrived it was freezing.

I placed a pickup order through the app on my way home, hoping it would be quicker. Unfortunately, it was the opposite. My order number was 68, but I hadn’t received my food even after number 78 was called. I asked the staff about my order, and eventually I received it — but it was immediately obvious that the fries were missing, even though I had ordered two large ones. The staff added them after I pointed it out. When I got home, I realized one of the burgers was missing. I tried calling the store but got no answer. I also attempted to use the “Talk to McDonald’s Virtual Assistant” feature in the app, but it wouldn’t let me send any messages. So I drove back to the store to request a refund for the missing burger. However, the staff told me I could only get a refund if I returned all the food — but my son had already taken a bite of one burger and eaten some fries. At that point, I regretted driving back, as it just wasted my time and fuel. On the bright side, this experience might help my family cut back on fast food — I’m honestly fed up after today.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I don’t even want to give it 1 star but I cant post a review without doing so. The food is dry and cold, the service is slow and I even found plastic in my burger .

Called in for a breakfast....one of the friendliest McDonalds staff I've met took my order. Order was completed quickly. No complaints. Well done. 👏

Food was ok bit service wasn't great

Shocking and actually dangerous! We were stuck in the drive through section for OVER AN HOUR.
