Terrible food, terrible service and seriously over priced .

Pulled up to drive thro,makes order for mum an daughter i ask for a FRESH fillet fish,tells the guy please tell them to be fresh ok he goes of,waiting out front out it comes box feels boiling so pulls of dwn road takes a bite an it's like rubber!!absolute shambles 🤦‍♀️

Chaotic, and the app just doesn't work. I had to pay twice for my order, once on the app, and when I came to pick it up, the app just had a bouncing M displayed when I clicked the button to collect. I tried restarting the app several times, clicking on the collect several times. Had to pay at the counter, because they couldn't do anything . I cancelled the order on the app, eventually, but no refund issued.

Friendly staff, very quick service and nice food

Got charged twice for a meal and they said I would get a refund for both of them and they’ve taken the money out of my account I’ll be down later today this is scamming people, and when I spoke to the manager Andrew on the day started segueing back to me saying I’ll get it back and the worker called Beth was completely getting angry with me for not listening when they scammed me? Refusing to give my food and saying it hadn’t gone through which it did and they took our money. I am not happy get your act together and get better workers

Food turned up freezing cold with part of the order missing!

Terrible service. Extremely slow and inefficient. Going through a drive thru, just to be told to park and wait for them to bring you your (cold) food. What’s the point?

Drive through - Really difficult to order as the menus are only situated after the order points. That's alright if you know the menu well, but for those of us who dont, or those who like to look at the new items, it's a nightmare. Staffing was obviously an issue tonight as once I had ordered and paid, we had to sit for 5 or 6 minutes waiting for the car at the front to be given their food. Perhaps parking them up and carrying on serving would have been a better option as the next 4 cars were served straight away. My food came straight out, the burger was fine, but the fries were lukewarm at best, showing that they had been sat on the pass waiting, whilst the 1st car was served. I parked and went in. To be fair, the member of staff I spoke to was courteous and quickly replaced the fries for fresh ones without a quibble.

Cold and waited 45 mins in drive through

I ordered in the app, I was given the drink quickly but I was asked to wait for the food. It took a while but i finally received the food. The issue is, it had a missing item which I only noticed when I got home. I tried to phone but no answer after repeated attempts. It was only a cheeseburger but it had been paid for

Drive through you must check your order before driving away. We don't go often but I can only think of one occasion that the order received was exactly what was ordered. Food is typical McDonalds food. Coffees eg latte, Cappuccino etc is fantastic value and is good.

Terrible if you want great service don’t go to Llanelli fries always taste like cardboard never hot always make mistakes it like when you work hard for your money and they take it quick enough off you but you expect decent food I sound like I’m moaning but it’s not the case it’s all the time every time I go here the food and service is terrible

Absolutely awful place every time I come here which today will be the last visit! So slow always wrong the place simply can’t handle site and Uber orders! It’s an utter shambles and looking at the reviews it’s been going on for years with no resolution

Cold food... bimbos working there doing nothing but stand around... something has literally wiped there hands on the walls in the toilets (brown stains everywhere.. diarrhoea incoming with this place

Shocking worst McDonald's ever been to cold fold under cooked fries they seem to be more interested in just eat here. Restaurant was a mess inside food and rubbish all over the floor and gangs of misbehaving youths not a nice place. Poor staff!

Just got back home after an experience through the Drive Thru. Had done some Christmas shopping and was in a rush so wanted to try avoid making lunch. My mistake... Wasn't the usual queue but had to wait around the front for our order. No biggie, apart from the 5 or so other cars parked there also waiting, causing a traffic jam for everyone else in the Drive Thru. Got home eventually and discovered half the order was missing. Didn't check the order when they gave it to me. Another mistake... One very unhappy 10-year-old due to the lack of Happy Meal and an unhappy teenager due to lack of a meal. Very unhappy anf tired mother who now has to make lunch for half the family after buying takeaway for everyone. Tried to call them, but no surprise, the line was busy.

Parking can be hard work, can take a while to receive your food.

I walked here on the second-debut of The Grimace Shake, 11th of December, 2024. I waited about 4mins after ordering which I don't mind, I came here for food not to harass the workers. I sat down at Table 10 with my medium Big Tasty with Bacon, No Tomato or Square Cut Lettuce and fries. I sipped on The Grimace Shake first which was divine, better than the first time it came. I waited 4mins until I started eating because I was telling all my besties about my brunch, and biting into my food after it was amazing. Fresh, hot, crispy and nice. The Big Tasty was mid, which I expect to be honest, I just wanted to try it before it goes. Lobby staff are friendly and do not shy away from a great conversation during times where it is possible to chat. The seating area is huge! Perfect for any gathering of any size, I will definitely utilize this space more often as it was clean and not too crowded.

Never copes with demand. Drive through or order in-store and you wait 20 mins for food so not fast food anymore and the quality isn't worth that wait. Also, even if you're not visiting, the drive through queue out on to the roundabout is damn right dangerous.

Shocking quality. No pride in their work. All rushed. Keep forgetting food. Friendly enough but need to ensure the food is presented well.

Good food, but I ordered there two times and got the orders wrong but I would recommend the five chicken tenders or the Big Mac

Is not the first time I came to this McDonald's, and the services are awful. The first time was back in September, and I was waiting for my order 38 minutes. The scouse at that time was lunchtime and was busy with the driver true, this time I when just after 2pm and from I order to I get in my table was 20 minutes. McDonald's has an international policy saying if the customer doesn't have the food in the 5 to 8 minutes window, the customer has the right to have the food for free and the refund of the full transaction. This applies to any McDonald's restaurant in the world. Customers need to be aware of these terms and conditions. I asked the supervisor why my food was late, and she only said sorry we have been busy, I looked around, and only a quarter of the restaurant was full.

Iv tryed and tryed get thou 2 McDonald's in llanelli by phone messaged emailed nothing I put in order In on Wednesday 27th November of £28 for delivery my oder was for my grandchildren 4 meals no chips any meals no straws for there drinks my granddaughter wanted chicken burger there was cheese on it so she couldn't get tryed and tryed phone delivery guy 2 be ignored 4 stressed out kids cos they wanted chips so burger went in bin this is not 1st time messed my food up realy disappointed as it a treat for my grandchildren 🥵

Drive through Sunday afternoon/evening. Short queue, swift ordering and payment then told to park up, we then waited 20 minutes. Got home to tepid food. I'm guessing our food was ready ages before it was brought out to us. Not impressed at all. Not fast food.

Busy day today at Trostre llanelli mc Donald's went to drive thru and then told to park out front 30 mins later the man came with order, was pipping hot, but missing a large fries, fair play to Ryan he went in and got them because the inside was packed. Ryan this 5* review is for you mate. Fair play. A+++

Slow service at the drive through, which means that the cars parked up waiting for orders block the entire drive through. Took 30minutes to just get a coffee because of the backed up cars.

Thanks to the young man working here who brought me my coffee with stirrers and sugars in a bag today. It's the little things that matter. Usually some outlets don't bother. Thanks 👍

Placed order for breakfast this morning at the drive through, young man took the order then no response from him, after a few minutes a young lady took my order again as the first guy had left for the day, unbelievably rude

Usually a long wait when getting food but it isn't such an issue for me. Inside feels like an airport. There isn't any play areas any more like there used to be due to the new building.

Service is slap dash, service without a smile and bad attitude. Food was as you expect for mcdonalds. The actual inside was grubby, didn't help it was full of teens hogging tables. Staff should put time limit on tables so once eaten food to leave like restaurants do so there are actual free tables to sit at.

WHY? JUST WHY? I WANTED A BIG MAC AND FRIES BUT I COULDN'T GET IT. Their stupid fries machine is broken, almost NOTHING available on drinks, and there's gum under the tables. I had to be issued a refund. Also gave me buffalo sauce when I was hanging out with my friends and I wanted sweet N sour. This is the worst McDonald's in Wales, and I got to say these 4 words: burger king is better Edit: Sometimes when I get a hot drink it's cold and horrible. I even bought a hot drink but it's just watered down, they didn't even put milk in it.

Took friends there I order McPlant👍 their order was £5 meal deals cheese burger was small, four chicken nuggets med fries. Medium drink so it's a happy meal with nuggets instead of toy, bigger drink, they had to go and get more food 🙄

This restaurant has an appalling service. Food ALWAYS take up to at least 20 to 25 minutes to arrive and then it is getting cold. Even when you go in to collect said food, where everyone waiting is affected by the really bad service.

It's my one stop when traveling out of Wales. However, super busy and always check they haven't left things off your order. Got caught out a few times

This place needs to be shut down. 2.5 hours wait for food. Manager refused to come out and speak and they also refused my refund and made me wait for the food which was then cold. Staff are rude, stupid and incompetent. Absolutely ridiculous, for the live of God shut this place down and make sure non of the staff are ever hired in customer based roles ever again. Oh and if you try to phone the place, the manager instructs the staff to ignore the phone. Shut. It. Down.

Brilliant McDonalds the size of a church, filled with happy worshipers. Plus pilgrims arriving by car for the drive-thru. Hallelujah!

Horrendous place. Long wait, cold food and unhelpful staff. Poor design to get in to car park, you end up queuing with the drive through customers. McDonald's isn't great at the best of times but the Trostre branch must be one of the worst.

My order came but fries were forgotten so i went back to the counter. The fries were brought to me. 1 was luke warm and the other hot as it should be.

It's the same great taste if McDonald's it's a but crazy inside as everything has to be ordered via a touch screen but the drive through excellent

Absolutely shocking service wrong orders staff have no clue . Don’t think they are given any training . Went there today asked for the advertised £2-79 sausage and egg muffin with a coffee and separate hash brown as having it like this is 40 p cheaper !! When I got to the pay window I was told I’ve put it through as a meal as it’s cheaper ? The meal is £4-69 ?? 2-79 +£1-49 = £4-29

What a shower today by llanelli drive through. Asked for the burger plain and came like a normal burger, offered sauce and none in the bag. The gentleman handing out the food looked so miserable and not even a thank you, smile or even a nice presence. I won't be going back to mcdonalds for a long while after this.

I ordered a big mac without pickles and tried to ensure my order is correct at the paying window where i was told it was taken correctly and still got it wrong, didnt even get cheese in it. Quite disappointing and the queues were horendous. This maccies is going downhill :/

D T at 3:45am from work. It takes 20 minutes to receive my order even if i was the only customer at that time. I saw the manager and a guy inside but the Indian Lady who was at the DT was the one who also prepare my order and gave it to me after i went inside to look for my order as utctake so long. Very poor service at Night Shift DT.

All I'm going to say, they look the part with the ultra new look, and the adverts claiming hot food. But, I'm a six foot blonde, right!!!!! Proof is in the pudding, THEY ARE STILL LUKE WARM!!!!!!!!

The worst McDonalds!!!! A standard chicken nugget happy meal - 25mins wait before I complained and begrudgingly received the food from a manager. Total chaos. JustEat/UberEats and drive through clearly take priority as the orders to in-restaurant customers were few and far between in the 25mins I was there. It's not the first time service has been dire and given the reviews, clearly something needs to change.

Need to sort out a better exit. Can't get through if the drive through is busy.

Ordered a quarter pounder bacon double cheeseburger, got given a quarter pounder cheeseburger and a normal bacon cheeseburger, the fries were freezing they may aswell have been frozen, was absolutely shocking

Quick simple service. We arrived before 10am so it was quiet in time for breakfast Menu. Would recommend.

This place is absolutely pathetic. Takes over an hour to get a happy meal and a coffee out of them. And when you do get it it's cold and youve got the wrong burger. The staff clearly don't give a hoot about their jobs or the PAYING customers who are being screwed over. Best thing would be for this place to just shut down and put the whole lot of them at the jobcentre.

Since the remodeling I personally think the service has gone worse with numerous mistakes with orders and machine breakdowns

Used the drive through, what a shambles. Other users whose orders are not ready are instructed to drive round to the other side of the building and wait. However this completely blocks the exit from the car park and the drive through. We spent so long waiting to leave that we actually ate our ice creams in the car. There needs to be a serious re-think on where waiting vehicles are being parked.

Atrocious experience of ordering the food via drive through and then being forgotten for half an hour. Got moved from second window to side parking, and never saw the food. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Service was slow, waited forever for our food my coffee was cold cause their made ages before but it's Macdonald's on a general had same experience with Bridgend numerous times. Macdonald's need a better system to their service or more staff ! I understand they make more money on the drive through orders and so this is prioritised !but by prioritising the drive through they leave their customers who take the time to go into store waiting for long periods of time for their orders then In turn delivering cold food and coffees melted ice creams that have been waiting there for long periods of time . I feel sorry for the staff because they experience numerous complaints and they don't have the bodies to deliver that volume of sales efficiently.
