McDonald's in Carmarthenshire

Waited a while for food, slow serving customers , staff chatting to themselves not even acknowledging customer, passing drinks over without looking when drive through

We tried the Muffin Egg & Sausage at McDonald's, and it was nice. A solid and satisfying breakfast option that hit the spot.

It's not food slow at sevice waiting far to long 10+ thats not farst food its slow and cold

This McDonald’s is always busy and I think they have forgotten it’s supposed to be fast food, every time I go, I have to be parked and wait for my order. My orders aren’t difficult or complicated changes!!

I ordered a Big Mac meal at 22:19 and it got here at 23:25, not even that they got the wrong meal, devastating do better

Discusting place. I needed a plain double cheese burger which is a pretty basic ask but apparently if you ask llanelli mcdonalds then you may aswell die. I have an allergy with tomato and I specifically asked for a double cheese burger with no tomato but that seems to be to difficult for your staff.

Placed an order through their app, arrived cold and missing items. Ordered two Minecraft meals and only received one but no collectible toy. I now have one disappointed child……. Have tried contacting the store but nobody answers the phone. I guess that sums the restaurant up.

So pissed waited an hour for my food and didnt even get it. Ended up walking out without my food and instead with a angered temper. Extremely rude staff. Well wasted my money!!!!!!

Its mcdonalds, you know what your getting yourself into.

We ordered our McDonald's at 3.15 on sunday. Our order kept being delayed. After an hour the delivery time changed to 'Arrived' when it hadn't. So we decided to go and get our own McDonald's. Then at 9.20pm someone knocked out door with our food.

Took 90mins for food to be delivered. When it did arrive food was cold and milshake had melted. No toy included with the meal. Drivers attitude was that it wasnt his fault cause he had other calls to deliver on the way. Pathetic all round.

Useless massive queues waited ages and still sitting around the side waiting for food I'm sure if I did a deliveroo to the car it would be quicker.

I don’t think they’ve ever gotten my order right and unfortunately this is my local McDonald’s. It’s wild how difficult it must be to put the burger AND the fries in the bag.

Early morning visit at 5.15am was very different to late night, the restaurant tables were soiled, staff had used both disabled parking spaces I assume as the restaurant and car park were empty, but table service was friendly and efficient. Late night the place is full of young people and very lively, possibly because most other places are closed, there was almost a party atmosphere inside and in the car park. I guess recommendations vary depending on time of day, age of customer and how far you're able to walk.

all good cold ..single burger squashed and kids meals boxes squashed and not one sauce in the bag including my favourite curry one well disappointed ☹️

Our food was delivered cold and inedible, called the llanelli store, after explaining what's happened, phone was put down on me, called again, spoke to rude assistant manager who was no help whatsoever!!! Worst food and even worse customer service, don't waste your money!!!!

About the driver specifically. He ignored note not to knock. He knocked AND rang the doorbell.

Really hard to find access ( as an out of towner) ....beware there is a camera trap for buses right close to this maccys !

I don't know who designed this McDonald's but I assume they must have been drunk. If there is a queue for the drive-thru you can't get in the car park. To make it worse to leave the car park you get stuck in the drive-thru cars again. They also got my order wrong and the food was cold.

The items I ordered were not delivered and I received an order that was not mine.

The drive through is terrible, you've always got to wait for your food, when it does finally come it's always cold and your order is always wrong and things are always missing, this has got to be the worst McDonald's ever the staff are useless no one knows what they are doing, I have complained so many times now

Big macs were uneatable, they were both loaded with pepper. both binned and no refund.

Delivery was fast, the driver didn't even say hello or smile or anything, simply gave me the food and asked for code and left without even thanking me for the tip I gave for such a late order

A lovely big clean dining area. We had a sausage Mcmuffin and coffee. It was a great way to start our day of travel. Helpful staff made it a pleasant stay.
