Tesco Cafe in Carmarthenshire

Monday 15th Jan 24. Good food, service was friendly and very welcoming. Lovely ladies who cooked and served my friends and myself.

I went to Tesco's in llanelli today for breakfast and there was a lady that works there called Alison and she was absolutely fantastic and she always makes sure that my needs are meet as I'm a diabetic x

The staff are always friendly. This is my go to place to have food with my grandson. High chairs available. A seat near the window keeps a toddler occupied for the short wait for food. Always carry my hot drinks to the table for me to push the pushchair.

Food is always cold! Especially the breakfast. If you want a lovely meal go to Carmarthen Tesco Café you can't fault it. Staff, tables and floors are cleaner in that one too. Plus you're not dead opposite the tills hearing the BEEP of the scanner

The staff are doing a good job under the circumstances. The cafe is cronically understaffed and always has been. Only three team in most of time it seems and also now having to do track and trace too. They really should have more staff. Breakfast was nice and tasty coffee. A little bit untidy but no wonder.

What an abysmal experience. Overworked staff, high prices, awful food, sausages were so hard that even I couldn't cut them let alone the gentleman I was supporting. When we complained, the face the staff made said it all. Avoid this place and eat at Morrisons instead, the food there is far better and value for money. If I could score this experience in negative figures then I would. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Called here for breakfast. Ordered avocado on toast which was nice and the ingredients were fresh. If you're not keen on spice I would avoid this dish as it contains chilli flakes. The general cleanliness stops me from giving a 5 out of 5. I think the cafe could do with a deep clean in certain areas and the cutlery could do with a long soak.

Called on a very quiet Saturday afternoon and had a considerable wait while the lady on the till chatted to the lady in front and took a considerable time punching in the till considering she only had a pot of tea .She eventually got around to serving me and when I ordered a breakfast and a coffee she snapped " Have you ordered the breakfast?" I said no as your the only person behind the counter , then she again snapped " Do you want milk ?" I'm afraid she needs some education in Customer service .Breakfast was ok but next time will be one of the cafes in town .

Lovely breakfast served here sausages,bacon and beans top notch,lovely decor of crockery of all colours with homely feel,my husband and i visited there just passing through.

Very good prices and a fair range of food and drinks. Always clean.
