Run of the mill McDonald's nothing special just usual facilities

A good McDonalds. Only ever been through the drive through but have always received what we ordered in a timely manner so there isn't much more you can ask for. There is a children's play section if you are looking to eat in. Parking is available for free but it is usually pretty busy so you might need to go elsewhere.

Typical mac d noisy. But food good .

Although it was very busy, the toilets were extremely filthy. If it wasn't for the fact of a long journey still ahead, and very hungry children, I wouldn't have used this establishment. The staff were pleasant enough however. Also never before been charged to take my food away in a standard bag before??!!

Use this McDonald's regularly, but I have been disappointed quite a few times by the lack of communication with orders. I had ordered 2 double cheese burgers but only got 2 cheeseburgers, and again, on another time, ordering a burger had to go around again as there was no burger !? Due to it not coming up on screen !!?? Yesterday, I ordered 2 burgers, and it had no onions or mustard 😋 in them, so yeah Prices for a burger has gone up from about 69p to £1.19 Crazy can't even get a burger right 🍔

Disappointed. No happy meals for the child ordered. Mixed flavors of milk shake. When it comes to hamburgers, well, at Aldi or Lidl Buy better, bigger ones.And this is not the first time an order has been missed.

Staff are always rude. Food is cold. The whole experience is slow !!

We visited this McDonald's whilst on holiday in Kidwelly. We live in England and there seems to be alot more pride taken in this mcdonalds than I've seen in most in England the staff was very attentive and even though I was taking my rubbish to the bin they explained not to worry and they are happy to come and clean it all up for us afterwards. It is the cleanest Mcdonalds I've seen by far. Food was exactly as expected and nothing missing from our large order.

Daughter enjoyed her breakfast (has been so excited for it for weeks) speedy friendly service, was tasty and fresh.

Served quickly. Nothing missing and everything piping hot. Great job.

Fries never hot. Burger was dry. No ice in drink. Park and order turned off.

Today unfortunately all food just warm, not sure if it had been prepared earlier and left waiting for someone to order, but definitely not great

The pace smells really bad, they put at least 5-10 times more cleaning chemicals than necessary. I used to come here with friends family on a weakly bassis for over 1 year. I won't come again until this problem is solved, 10-15 good clients lost.

My Personal opinion I don't like mcdonalds but the kids do.

Shocking service, staff walk around completely zoned out! They don’t acknowledge customers unless they’ve been asked by the customer at least twice to help them with an order. The staff have no enthusiasm at all, and service is incredibly slow because of it. The staff don’t make I contact with each other let alone customers- this is particularly important when providing a service! I believe this comes down to bad management and low self esteem along with the fact that they don’t work as a team! A lot needs to be changed to this particular McDonald’s!

The food was cold, I went to McDonald's after ages, and it reminded me why I don't go there. Staff was working hard and the place was cleaner than McDonald's in the UK.

I came in last night to buy a meal for my family I left my wallet on the counter and when I realise my mistake this morning I phoned thinking it won't be there and low and behold it was there, the manager was wonderful on the phone, all my money was in the wallet when I picked it up this morning I am so thankful and to the young person that handed it in what a wonderful person you are thank you very much 😊 ❤️

More often than not its okay, but in this instance I don't even know which one I'm appraising. Generally of late McD's have been unreliable concerning milk shakes and frappés, sometimes the food is cold and the drive through outlets often short change with items missing, but this is not realised until I'm home (5 miles away). Funny how I've never had too much food! I guess I go there to get a beef burger, rather than be treated like cattle! If I was veggy, then I suppose I could consider the bag as salad, to make up for the shortfalls!

Sophie was a great greeter, she really did make our visit a delight.

Food cold, 15 minutes wait and full of screaming kids

Ordered on machine and there was no receipt after paying after some confusion the food was on the counter waiting to be picked up but because no receipt didn't know number, got food and found chips were luke warm to ask staff to change which they did and next ones were hot so then preceeded to open big mac burger 🍔 and found it to be guess what, yet luke warm couldn't be ar.ed to take it back other wise chips would be cold again, I wonder how many people go through this problem every day, come on mcdonalds sort Yr sh.t out

Usually busy here most of the time, but service is always quick. You know what you get with McDonald’s and this place is no different. Very good location just off the A48. Parking a bit tight, but no real issue.

Advertised along the road as having a kids play area, but doesn't. There is a small out door area but no indoor play area.

Horendous experience today, the door at the toilet was left open into the restaurant. There was a very powerful disgusting smell from the bathroom. They use a very powerful toxic fragrance that's disgusting. I left with a headache. This is not the first time there is a powerfull smell in the bathroom. Need to cover my nose before going in there.

Used phone App but, it came up with an error, once I had waited at the counter for 5 minutes (no one in front) it finally worked. The hot chocolate galaxy drink was so hot it burned my tongue, I put 4 sachets of milk in & it was still burning hot. My husband had to go to get the milk, 2 assistants ignored him, instead chatting to a friend. It was also freezing cold in the restaurant. Shame because apart from the drink the food was at a reasonable temperature.

Made our order in automated machine. No order number or receipt given. We waited a good 15 minutes before being called for our order. After being bellowed we realised that two of or drinks were left on the counter a good 10 minutes before our third coffee and McFlurry were added to complete my order. When we opened the two coffees they looked nothing like they should have the cream had melted and the coffee cold. When I asked the manager to replace them I gave me a disgusted look but did replace. I have to say the staff looked disheveled and unkempt. The restaurant not great with cleanliness. Will not be going there again.

They always get the orders wrong, fries are always bland and never seasoned, lucky if the drinks are consumable, burgers are always awful/cold and I'm sure we've ended up with food poisoning from here at least twice. Clearly no quality checks done on the food before they go out.... does the cost of fillings come out the staffs wages because it certainly looks like it tonight!

It's McDonald's, food is OK for fast food, was lucky to get a thick shake. We all know when you're not serving them, the machine needs cleaning, so I think its lazy!! Restaurant was clean.

How hard is it to set a machine up to dispense a drinkable Hot Chocolate, Im sure they do it on purpose just so their sales are up. One star review thats all your getting.

Terrible food the service wasn’t the best ether but mainly the food it was horrible! The chips where dry had basically no salt and my burger wich I asked for no gherkins had gherkins unbelievable would not recommend

Ordered a breakfast this morning delivered by über no breakfast only drinks , showed the Uber driver to be told phone McDonald’s only to be told it’s nothing to do with us and to go on the app and ask for a refund in which we should know in the next 3 to 5 days if we have a refund. Well I tell you what McDonald’s goodbye have a nice day didn’t even want to give you 1 star

As always, you cannot beat a Mcdonalds, place as always was mega mega busy.

It's definitely McDonald's at the top of its corporate game. Staff are great and everything else is what you'd expect.

Consistent food, very decent in my opinion. Use the app to order table delivery which was quick. Few rowdy kids hanging around, swearing, etc. that went unchallenged but they're not paid to be security so I don't blame them.

Got to mcdonalds about 20 minutes to midnight, and they were closed, it says they shut at midnight., they should still serve till their closing time. if somone saw this at 20 to 12at night and got there and saw it shut, it will be misleading. so please can this be sorted. thanks

Again!! Why is the order always wrong. They appear to be unable to get an order correct without something missing. It is usually a burger never the chips. Had this happen at least 10 times. Don’t know why I bother with McDonald’s. Especially at this location. And it’s always the same response when you call them, “Can you come back and we’ll give you the missing food”. No, it’s a ten minute drive to get to you and I want to sit down and eat my meal. Not have to drive there and back. Do us all a favour and get the orders correct in the first place.

Food was ok. Bit colder than i expected but still ok. One young member of staff was extremely helpful but i cant remember his name

When we are travelling down to Carmarthen it is always good to visit the McDonald's just before the town. You can phone ahead and have it all ready to collect when you get there. It is a nice place to have a break/pit stop and eat your food you have ordered. It is a very busy place so ordering ahead is great. Hot chocolate is especially good.

Will not be going back... always let it slide that they get my order incorrect but I've had it now there was a freaking receipt in my child's drink... she kept trying to drink her drink, and I eventually pulled over at a service station open the drink and tipped it out to find someone else receipt was in my daughter's milkshake, phoned in to complain and was asked if id mind heading back down the motorway for a new drink... NOOO I DON'T WANT A NEW DRINK, YOU ARE A FOOD PLACE!!! DO BETTER. you shouldn't be getting people's orders wrong on a daily or messing up meals and definitely shouldn't be finding an ink filled receipt in my child's drink!!!! Will be reporting

How hard can it be to put a patty central in a bun! It might be a small thing, but I hate having to rearrange the burger every time I visit.

There's nothing quite like grabbing a cheeky Maccy D's on a day out. Or early in the morning - for a Sausage & Egg McMuffin when you've got a long day ahead. I love the speed and efficiency of the new ordering system, loyalty rewards and the consistency of the food in general. To be honest, there's very little to criticise. McDonald's is reliable and isn't trying to pretend to be something it isn't. No, it's not fine dining, but it's a favourite when travelling or when it's very late. Or very early! Yes - I'm loving it!

If I could give it no stars at all I would, the manager refused to accept our notes because they were Scottish, it's legal tender and guys explanation was..... it's the owner! I refused to chip & pin it on principle, shocking service!

One of the worst McDonalds in the UK, soggy cold chips, MC crispy was a MC spicy and the "wrap" looks like a MCcrap. 💩Charging for sauce is embarrassing have you not inflated the menus prices enough already? Coca-Cola just taste of soda. Always a disappointment! Drive to the next round about! Google reviews needs to get all these bot reviews down and expose what people actually think of Carmarthens McDonald's 👎 Staff were polite enough... Comparing it to the visit previous the guy on the counter told me "You try working here😠" After I asked him "How are you?"🤣

selling flat fizzy drinks for months, knowing the machine is giving flat drinks and no warning given to customers.

Sign literally says 24 hours went there at 11:30 wouldn’t take my order because everyone was packing up and leaving. Chips are always undercooked staff is rude. Car park and road leading in has massive potholes. Always get your order wrong good luck coming here.

Nice big Mcdonald's with a play area outside. Only down fall is a poorly designed carpark.

Nice mcdonalds with a bonus of playarea outside for kids (many of these have been removed across our area). However always seem to be something not working there. Last time it was soft drinks on a hot day could only have coffee or water.

Forgotten items from the order yet again. It’s not the first time either. Very disappointing when you arrive home and open your bag to missing items you’ve paid for!! Attempted to contact the store for hours after and the phone line was constantly engaged.

I am so angry and upset with the service when served our food the lady dropped our food out of the drive through window and gave us a stinking look when this happened, when asked for dips they said “they’re 10p you’ll have to go around to get them” as they couldn’t pay by the window, the sauces we payed 10p for we didn’t receive and the fries were stone cold, and we didn’t receive any straws, disgusting service never going back. STONE COLD FOOD. WE ALSO HAD HAIR STUCK IN OUR CARAMEL FRAPPE SERIOUSLY?????

Ordered on the touch screen and bought extras and when it came to handing over my food they still got it wrong! These people are supposed to be trained to read orders. And not to be picky but I don't care how busy it was, its supposed to be fast food.

Burgers are always so dry that they crumble, and they dont even make the effort to place the burgers on the same continent as the buns - they look like they have been kicked into the bag. Every visit is a disappointment.

Same as all Mc Donalds, quick and easy.
