Fast food??? I went to the drive through orderes nothing complicated. Drove to window to collect. Paid! Waited, waited and waited 5 mins I asked why was it taking so long. There is a problem with the coffee machine. Window closed. No applogies no smile, dead pan face. Another 5 mins... I ask how long it will be they dont know. I say i will have a cold drink. The food is given along with the coke. My issue hear is absoultly no apoligies and no smile. Terrible service. They should have said there was an issue and i would have picked some thing else. Not keep me and all yhe other customers waiting with no regard. Burger was cold as well. Shoddy!

We waited a very long time for our order. The workers are not in a hurry to serve us. They do everything very slowly. Although the restaurant is half empty.

No issue with the restaurant, just the toilets. First of all the outer door says use the code on your receipt, only there is no code on the receipt. The receipt says ask a member of staff for access to the toilets, diverting them from their jobs. Once through the outer door you are confronted by three doors, a disabled and two doors with male and female figures on each (initially confusing). Once in a toilet I lift the seat to take a pee, only the seat falls back down. Second attempt fails to keep the seat up. So I take a pee and then through courtesy go to wipe the seat, only access to the toilet roll is so low I either have to kneel on the floor or sit on the seat. What a palaver, if you insist on having unisex toilets then the ergonomics should work for standing or sitting users.

The food was cold wet and inedible

Today I ordered a burger with an extra slice of cheese, but they brought it to me without cheese. They are deceiving customers.

All the food delivered was absolutely stone cold inedible we shall not be using this service again very angry

I ordered a 500ml tub of chocolate fudge brownie ice cream but received a 100ml tub

Firstly, the store took nearly 45 minutes to make our order. then we watched the courier pick up someone else's order from a different restaurant and take their order to them first then delivered our food. because of this our food ended up cold. nearly an hour, nearly £50 to end up with cold food is not good enough

Missing XL bacon cheeseburger meal which I have not been refunded for. Not the first time it’s happened but will be the last time we order online with you

The food is good but the staff seem unmotivated, not wear hair nets when ther hair is really long

What these guys sent me as a chicken royale was laughable I wish I could upload photos. They game me a tiny circular bun with the long chicken royale pattys stuffed in there, no sauce/toppings that were ordered, when you at extra to have items added yet they don’t put them on. Happy to take your money but not give you the items. Won’t be ordering again. 2nd time they’ve messed up the order, first time didn’t complain as mistakes happened but it’s ridiculous

Called in for a "snack" today. I asked the gent on the drive through what the cheapest burger was and he answered with the quietest, dullest, most dis-interested voice I've heard. I ordered a Chicken Royal, (Medium meal). I paid over £8... £8!.. and it was soggy, and dull to eat. Extortionately overpriced for what you get, (they probably crammed about 15 fries into a small bag) poorly wrapped and didn't taste fresh at all. McDonald's would probably be better value for money! (and that's saying something) I could've probably made a better one myself for much cheaper! Reminds me why I hardly order fast food.

Ordered through just eat,when food came there was food missing from my order (just like always),the help on just eat was none existent to get hold of anybody,phoned the restraunt and manager answered and she was no help at all just kept telling me to go through just eat,but it wasn’t just eats fault it was the restraunts and human error,which is not the first time may I add,manager was no help at all,will never order from there again

I had the chicken royal opened the box of chips and there was quarter of a box of chips in the box not even half way full everything else was correct

I paid £40 and most of my order was missing!!!!

Not happy. There was no drink, no chilli cheese bits and no chips x2. We already put in a request about there being no drink and then realised there was more food missing and we can’t put in another complaint. Phoned resteraunt and they said they checked CCTV and everything was sent.

Their coffee is not good. ☹️ My daughter placed an order online recently which we picked up. My snackbox was supposed to have 5 each of 4 different items. When I opened it there were only 2 onion rings. They didn't put in extra of something else to make it up. It's not a cheap meal so I was disappointed but it was raining and I had a longish drive so I didn't bother going back in to complain. Whoever did that order knew it was short and just put it out like that. Also fast food in general is getting really expensive these days. I won't be going back.

Ordered 3 meal through the drive through. Waited 20 minutes 😫 however thinking well at least it is fresh. Only to get to the window and be told that they could not give us the drinks that they want they have run out of soft drinks, not the young girls fault but how can you run out of drinks?

Overall good experience, with lovely burgers, friendly staff and plenty of space to sit and eat.

Made me wait for a parked order for over 20 mins, multiple people served before me while I was waiting. When I went in to check on my order it was just sitting there going cold. No apology offered. The burger also had a lot of mayonnaise on it, which was not a part of the order on the app as I do not like mayo but the app didn't say it was included or that I could remove it if it was on the burger. When questioned, the supervisor told me that the burger had changed and "don't trust the app". I'm sorry, but in this day and age, EVERYTHING is via an app. If you're advertising a burger on the app then it should be as it comes in the store. I'm not allergic to mayonnaise but I'm sure you would have a lawsuit on your hands if I were someone who is. A replacement burger was offered, however rather than the bbq stacked bacon burger, a basic double cheese burger was given to me with other sauces on it, that I do not like. Avoid the shop at all costs

if only the packing was a bit better and everything in my order reached me, i would've definitely given it a 4... why burger king? just why? your delivery orders were the best amongst all the fast food restaurants out there... but this delivery, it was just bad, sorry I had to say that...

Ordered via the app and collected through drive through. Given the drinks then waited ages for the food. Part of the order was missing and a roadhouse chicken burger didn't have any bacon or cheese in it, these burgers are not cheap. The young manager had a very poor attitude. Have had excellent meals in other burger king restaurants but will never go there again.

Ordered food at 11:55pm it’s now half 1am still no sign, called restaurant no answer multiple times. When I requested a refund it said I still have to pay. Absolutely terrible as restaurant don’t close until 12am!!

Can’t believe it has just cost me £20 for burger and chips! They even charge extra 50p for slice of cheese and £1.30 for cheese and bacon! There are about 3 chips and food was warm at best! Coke tasted of soda water and to top it off couldn’t even get into the toilet without code on receipt which didn’t even work so gave up! Staff miserable as sin! Very disappointing never use again!

Burger King was excellent. The food came out after a few minutes and was really hot by the time we ate it a few minutes later. The service was very good and all involved enjoyed a very nice meal for each of us. The car park, although busy, had enough parking spaces to accommodate further traffic.

Good warm food, was abit gutted because I was offered free chilli bites for spending over £25 but struggled to add it to the order, so wrote this in additional information but didn't receive but it doesn't matter was just happy to have received correct order and hot food

Blonde (bleached) girl that works here had the most stinking attitude I've ever encountered in fast food. Absolutely miserable and not worth putting up with for mediocre food that takes ages to pack. Would not recommend.

Edit! I called today, the very next day for food. The food was fine but there is a young lad working front of house today with a cap on but his hair is hagning down the back! His hair is thick with grease! He was even scratching whilst i was waiting for my orded. Its down to managment to pick staff up on personal hygine! NOT customers! There was a young female over seeing tonight! She should be picking up issues like this. Its a food venue at the end of the day and hes stood around front of house! Made me itch just looking at him! He was not involved in the preparation of my food of i would of asked for a refund! He was involved in other peoples food whilst the drive through was quiet! Tell him to get a wash or get rid is my opinion! The day before! Review below! Respect to the manager. They were down on staff and extremely busy! The man was multi tasking probably doing 3 jobs actually. Totally under pressure whilst over seeing other staff and still perfect at front of house! Very friendly and polite! Respect man
