Burger King in Carmarthenshire

Shocking service today, waited 20 minutes for a vegan burger i ordered and was given a beef one instead. What if i had allergies? Genuinley dont know how places can mix that up you expect better from somewhere so popular, no excuse

Well where do I start, A fabulous member of staff called Piper went above and beyond with my order and was so professional even brought my order to my table It’s so nice to have a polite member of staff who not only prepares food but makes sure the customer comes first and has all that’s needed to enjoy their meal. I’m very happy with my experience here and I hope Piper gets the recognition she deserves

I waited 30 mins for my food and wasn't the only one. Other People were complaining about the same thing. 3 people returned after being served saying food was missing. When I finally got the food, the burgers were undercooked and we had a mixture of cold and hot chips. I do not recommend as this is not the first time this has happened. As the other customers mentioned, I will not be returning.

Went it as usual on way back from work, got served by the manager Madison who was very polite and quick with service, food was great as usual!

I couldn’t commend Piper more on her great customer service. I had a few amendments to my order and it was no problem to her she ensured it was taken care of. Not only this but Piper was very polite clearly enjoying her role in Burger King as she served me with a huge smile. She made my ordering process easy and the food was handed to me quickly and it was made fresh. Well done Piper.

As always I always experience amazing service but all the workers when came in with my nephew the manager Piper was very helpful and made sure he had a chips with no salt. Food was put in a timely matter. Would recommend very welcoming environment.

Food is filling, madison, the manager was great at handling the order. Restaurant is clean and meals are great quality. Worth the price.

I placed an order in your Llanelli branch and due to a delay, Mason brought my order out to my car. What a lovely, pleasant, professional young man Absolute credit to Burger King.

I do not recommend ordering with home delivery, because orders arrive incomplete. For example, I was missing one double whopper. And there is no way to even file a complaint. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ! ! !

All the food was wrong. Ordered double bacon cheese burger x2 and I’ve had all kids burgers. No chips have come and missing a burger. Ordered 9 chili cheese bites but had 4. Phoned restaurant 4 times and they don’t even answer. Won’t be returning.

Absolutely appalling. Received someone else's order & will have to wait at least 48 hours for this mix up to be sorted. I thought that the point of the delivery passcode was to avoid this problem!!

Nobody seemed to care about me and other people waiting that long ......people got served before me that came in after me....not good service at all.......came close to asking for a refund but then I saw my food......there was enough staff out front and behind the scenes for things to run smoother.....

Fast food??? I went to the drive through orderes nothing complicated. Drove to window to collect. Paid! Waited, waited and waited 5 mins I asked why was it taking so long. There is a problem with the coffee machine. Window closed. No applogies no smile, dead pan face. Another 5 mins... I ask how long it will be they dont know. I say i will have a cold drink. The food is given along with the coke. My issue hear is absoultly no apoligies and no smile. Terrible service. They should have said there was an issue and i would have picked some thing else. Not keep me and all yhe other customers waiting with no regard. Burger was cold as well. Shoddy!

Takes over half an hour for food to arrive terrible service and also mixed up multiple orders from people infringing of me which further slowed my experience

Ordered at 5.00 pm as the estimated delivery time was 30 minutes. Unable to cancel as the courier was at the restaurant. Food did not arrive until 18.42. Onions and mayonnaise in burger when it was asked for it to be removed and food was cold (poor).

Took over half an hour to get my food even though it was ready, it wasnt given to us

i received the wrong food, i received two of the items i ordered being onion rings and fries, but, i had the wrong burger i ordered a whopper with no onion, pickles and tomato’s and i got a completely different burger a bacon double cheese XXL, i received a coke i did not order, and 2 of my items were missing, fries and chicken nuggets, i spent £24.04 and was missing half of my order, and what i got was wrong, so i have been scammed of my money.

We waited a very long time for our order. The workers are not in a hurry to serve us. They do everything very slowly. Although the restaurant is half empty.

The delivery time kept on getting later and later i ordered at half one got my delivery at quarter past three, almost two hours just for one meal for one person from a FAST food place. wasn’t fast at all. and the food came cold. I’m not sure if it was burger king who made it take long or the driver but i will not be ordering off this app again.

No issue with the restaurant, just the toilets. First of all the outer door says use the code on your receipt, only there is no code on the receipt. The receipt says ask a member of staff for access to the toilets, diverting them from their jobs. Once through the outer door you are confronted by three doors, a disabled and two doors with male and female figures on each (initially confusing). Once in a toilet I lift the seat to take a pee, only the seat falls back down. Second attempt fails to keep the seat up. So I take a pee and then through courtesy go to wipe the seat, only access to the toilet roll is so low I either have to kneel on the floor or sit on the seat. What a palaver, if you insist on having unisex toilets then the ergonomics should work for standing or sitting users.

Today I ordered a burger with an extra slice of cheese, but they brought it to me without cheese. They are deceiving customers.

Firstly, the store took nearly 45 minutes to make our order. then we watched the courier pick up someone else's order from a different restaurant and take their order to them first then delivered our food. because of this our food ended up cold. nearly an hour, nearly £50 to end up with cold food is not good enough

What these guys sent me as a chicken royale was laughable I wish I could upload photos. They game me a tiny circular bun with the long chicken royale pattys stuffed in there, no sauce/toppings that were ordered, when you at extra to have items added yet they don’t put them on. Happy to take your money but not give you the items. Won’t be ordering again. 2nd time they’ve messed up the order, first time didn’t complain as mistakes happened but it’s ridiculous

Called in for a "snack" today. I asked the gent on the drive through what the cheapest burger was and he answered with the quietest, dullest, most dis-interested voice I've heard. I ordered a Chicken Royal, (Medium meal). I paid over £8... £8!.. and it was soggy, and dull to eat. Extortionately overpriced for what you get, (they probably crammed about 15 fries into a small bag) poorly wrapped and didn't taste fresh at all. McDonald's would probably be better value for money! (and that's saying something) I could've probably made a better one myself for much cheaper! Reminds me why I hardly order fast food.

Ordered through just eat,when food came there was food missing from my order (just like always),the help on just eat was none existent to get hold of anybody,phoned the restraunt and manager answered and she was no help at all just kept telling me to go through just eat,but it wasn’t just eats fault it was the restraunts and human error,which is not the first time may I add,manager was no help at all,will never order from there again
