Great customer service from Corey food was okay nothing amazing just average but Corey’s attitude and kindness on the job was professional and impressive

Awful atmosphere , watched a young employee be shouted at by the manager till she left crying ! She must have have called her mum as wad upset he then proceeds to verbally insult and wind the mum up . I won't go to another burger king again even though I have always been there regular

Food was served hot, fresh and quickly! Had a lovely young lady by the name of Chloe serve me who was cheerful, polite and was lovely and eager to help me out. Although it was busy, there was a good atmosphere and good tunes playing.

Was having trouble on the kiosk and a member of staff called Cameron took time out of making burgers in the kitchen to come help me on the kiosk, well mannered young man :)

I had my burger tossed (cold btw) with a dirty look and I was walking away my friend overheard them talking about my clothing choices and she was a big pick me she kept on screaming Jacob help me and her attitude changed as soon as a different age group arrived. Hi i went to park trostre today and bought food totalling 27.00. Whilst waiting for the food the manager came from the back and started shouting at three female members of staff infront of the customers. I was so embarrassed for them i didnt know where to look. The girl gave me my food sat down and could still hear him going for it with them. When i opened my bugers they had sauce on them but i was afraid to go to the counter to complain just in case i got one of them in trouble so just left them. That is no way to speak to staff that was bullying. It upset me so much that i waited until one of the girls came out with food to a car and asked who he was and she said it was the manager Leighton this is why i feel i must report him because he not only ruined my meal but also he is a bully.

It's extremely slow service. Even when the drive thru and restaurant is empty, you will still be sent to park up to wait for your order. My food is rarely given to me as ordered, and when ordered on delivery, you're lucky to receive the full order. Charging 30p for condiments and then not even giving them to you. Very limited drinks selection, especially for kids' meals, given they are more expensive than McDonalds and don't even come with a toy. I have had a few successful and delicious meals from there but given that McDonalds is constantly rammed full and doesn't have as many issues us concerning. I'd hate to see Burger King leave Llanelli but it's getting harder to justify it. I also don't understand why you advertise a breakfast that you do not open to serve?

The food was delicious & arrived in no time. The staff were excellent with customer service. After people left a member of staff went out to clean the tables. And they had pop music on in the background. I gave this restaurant a 5-star review as everything was exceptional & the main thing is that the environment was family friendly.

Probably the worst Burger King ever established. 20 minute wait for food after ordering in the drive-thru. I had to go in to collect my food in the end that they were supposed to bring out. Nobody serving behind the counter as they were more concerned about serving the home delivery guys. Never again will I even consider going there for food.

Food was prompt and hot. Good choice of meals. Staff were helpful when I had an issue with the self serve. Resturant was tidy with some rubbish left on tables - not the staffs fault.

slow service at this one, but keep going here because food is always warm and the place is almost always completely empty. refillable drinks inside ! more pricey than other drive throughs but they are good quality. vegan and vegetarian options are decent

Overall, my experience at Burger King in Llanelli was great. The food was delicious (Got to love the Chicken Royal), excellent service, and friendly staff. I'll undoubtedly be returning for more, and I fully recommend this Burger King.

Marco the manager was so kind and helpful. Last night a vehicle broke down on the roundabout outside the store. The woman was waiting for recovery for a long time and fair play to the manager he got her a hot coffee which was so appreciated..thanks Marco top rating and great customer service

Ordered 20 nuggets to take out, got to the car started eating them and then came across one raw piece of chicken.. I threw that out I ate another piece which was really nice, after a few others there was another raw piece inside the nugget again! I've now been having a bad stomach from it! Bare I mind I had them on the 25th and now on the 27th I'm having bad stomach pains! I will still buy them but next time I'm going to ask them to be cooked a bit longer! :)

The worst food, think it had been sitting there all day and the drink didn't taste of anything but water. Didn't even realise till I got home so couldn't change it. Plus it's so expensive now I will not be back

My autistic GF has a phobia of ketchup, so we ordered a Bacon double cheese burger with NO SAUCE, it was given with ketchup so I asked them to re-make it... Waited 35 mins to be given a bacon double burger with NO Cheese.... Disappointing doesn't begin to describe it... Lovely cashiers but completely incapable

No option for zero stars so I had to go with 1. I went to the counter to place my order as 1 was a special order that needed modifying. The counter assistant said I had to use the screen to order and said I MIGHT be able to modify it there. When I said I was just bringing the app up on my phone. His reply was, when you sort out the app, try ordering the food on the screen first before coming to the counter, then walked off. Couldn't modify my order at the screen after all So we left empty handed. Went to KFC instead. At least you can get served there.

Really v. V dopey staff in llanelli branch. Aint seen nothing like it ? No enthusiasam.. they dont give toss . Slow service . Even when there was 2 cars infront of me ? It took me 11 min to get to pay boothe ! And still they got the order wrong i only ordered 1 item..🤣😅

Nice food but when I asked about 20% discount because I'd been informed that there was a 20% discount with the Blue Light card. They said I couldn't use it in the Trostre Llanelli Burger King. Definitely won't be returning.

Staff are generally rude and unattentive. They'll stand behind the till ignoring you while you wait for service. Probably the worst Burger King I've ever tried in terms of food quality. Plus when I buy a bacon double cheeseburger it would be nice if you put the bacon on it.

Staff seem overworked and unhappy but that doesn't impact the quality of the food. Service could be better, cup lids are never offered and sauce packets are given very sparingly. On the upside the drinks are refillable and the restaurant is always spotless

The customer service was awful two young girls serving, no interaction with customers. No eye contact or smile. I had a few questions as it's our first visit and I was scowled at. Absolutely ridiculous. Never come again I will go back to mcdonalds

Normally always cooked whilst waiting rather than sitting luke warm on a rack. Really expensive compared to McDonald's but the food is always better than Mac's.

I ordered the peppercorn Angus burger .... And it was delicious, not only that but it actually looked like the picture, not like McDonald's where your burger is served flat... There was plenty of onion and rocket salad.... That has to be the best burger ever.

It's clear that the staff working on the day of the 21/03/23 had all missed their customer service training, all 4 members seen were devoid of any personality or social graces that you'd think would be a priority when employed in this line of work. I've had better customer interaction at a cash point!!! Ps the food was Ok, so had 2 stars, otherwise it would have been no stars!

We had a nice meal here, After reading the Reviews I was Uming and Aring but it was nice. The Staff were fine and it was Clean. Plenty of Parking and Wheelchair/Pram Friendly. The only down point for me on this day was having to pay 25p for a Wee Packet of BBQ Sauce. Thank You Llanelli Burger King

The food tastes great, but navigating the menu screens can be a pain. Not as straightforward as their competitors' order systems. Prices are high, but drink top-ups are a welcome treat. The restaurant was clean & tidy with well-presented staff. My low mark for service only reflects the ordering interface/software, and in no way takes away from the professional, friendly service of the employees.

The attitude of the servers here is nothing short of Go Home and learn some manners,service with a smile not they're fort'e,Burger King need to train these ones to smile when serving,they even look glum.. and get the orders wrong a lot.

Just been to Burger King now at the last 5 minutes of it being open and because it’s Boxing Day, it closed at 9pm, we went round once and they told us that they were closing in 7 minutes and the registers were down so we could only order through the app, luckily I have the app so it’s no issue, I wanted to see if I could use my loyalty code to bring my 20 Nuggets down to £3.99 but they said that they were closed, I didn’t know if I could use my code or not but at the last second they said to come round the drive through again and we did and they took our order, I used my code and I got my nuggets at exactly 9:00pm, I just wanted to say if any of the staff that were there tonight I want to say thank you very much for your service and I hope it’s want a inconvenience :)
