Wow, Just Wow. Where do I start. Burger King Llanelli is now buying fake reviews to boost their score... Several repetitive reviews in the last month. I wouldn't trust them. They cant even put the right ingredients between two slices of bread ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Disappointing. The small number of times I have been to this restaurant have all been an unequivocal disaster. 1. Cant customise/remove ingredients from the mobile apps. Across the rest of the country all other Burger King restaurants, I have eaten at using Uber/Deliveroo/Just-Eat allow you to remove ingredients from a burger for allegen reasons. Why this branch in Llanelli does not allow you to remove items I don't know 2. Slow. Constantly made to wait 20-30 minutes. Several weeks back, I ordered in-store and was the only person around, no Uber/Deliveroo drivers in sight, and no cars in the drive-thru. yet I had to wait 30 minutes for my food to be cooked. it wasn't even as if they were short-staffed. I could see numerous people walking around in the back. 3. The final straw and the reason for this review. Hygiene. After eating at BK today I picked up on several hygiene issues. None of the staff were wearing hair nets with frizzy hair astray and free for the pickings. The boy standing at the front counter who was constantly wiping his nose, with his hand and scratching his ass before handling food. While I understand this is the season for flu and illness I don't particularly want those "special ingredients" with my food. I've seen better standards in McDonald's down the road While Mcdonald's is shut until who knows when I would have thought Burger King would have anticipated a rise in demand. but no. today was a shambles... I was made to wait 30 minutes for an overpriced cold pathetic lump of a burger.

Home of the Whopper..... and to be fair it was actually good. No wait either.

Always deliver early or on time. Always hot and tasty and never forget any items 🙌

Driver delivered alcohol instead of the food somehow

Food was barely warm. A request for no mayo on my burger resulted in ALL the mayo on my burger. Ordered a Maccy Ds instead.

Shocking service today, waited 20 minutes for a vegan burger i ordered and was given a beef one instead. What if i had allergies? Genuinley dont know how places can mix that up you expect better from somewhere so popular, no excuse

took hour and twenty minutes to receive my order which is obscured. the food was soggy and cold and my double whopper with an extra patty didn’t have the extra. unacceptable

I've bought these loaded bacon fries loads of times and I'll sometimes order a cheeseburger kid's meal for my self and the loaded fries aren't cheap and I ordered 3 loaded cheesy bacon loaded fries and they deliver 2 and leave out my kid's meal completely and I have other order's where it shows that I order these items regularly.

Somehow still ended up with cold food

Great service and food served quickly. OK, it's Burger King, it's not The Wolseley, but as a place for decent food at a reasonable price it's pretty good. Corey, who served me and the missus, was polite and clearly knew what he was doing too.

Well where do I start, A fabulous member of staff called Piper went above and beyond with my order and was so professional even brought my order to my table It’s so nice to have a polite member of staff who not only prepares food but makes sure the customer comes first and has all that’s needed to enjoy their meal. I’m very happy with my experience here and I hope Piper gets the recognition she deserves

Place was really messy, coke all over floor next to my seat which I my coat dropped in so wasn't impressed

I waited 30 mins for my food and wasn't the only one. Other People were complaining about the same thing. 3 people returned after being served saying food was missing. When I finally got the food, the burgers were undercooked and we had a mixture of cold and hot chips. I do not recommend as this is not the first time this has happened. As the other customers mentioned, I will not be returning.

Went it as usual on way back from work, got served by the manager Madison who was very polite and quick with service, food was great as usual!

I couldn’t commend Piper more on her great customer service. I had a few amendments to my order and it was no problem to her she ensured it was taken care of. Not only this but Piper was very polite clearly enjoying her role in Burger King as she served me with a huge smile. She made my ordering process easy and the food was handed to me quickly and it was made fresh. Well done Piper.

As always I always experience amazing service but all the workers when came in with my nephew the manager Piper was very helpful and made sure he had a chips with no salt. Food was put in a timely matter. Would recommend very welcoming environment.

I placed an order in your Llanelli branch and due to a delay, Mason brought my order out to my car. What a lovely, pleasant, professional young man Absolute credit to Burger King.

I do not recommend ordering with home delivery, because orders arrive incomplete. For example, I was missing one double whopper. And there is no way to even file a complaint. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ! ! !

All the food was wrong. Ordered double bacon cheese burger x2 and I’ve had all kids burgers. No chips have come and missing a burger. Ordered 9 chili cheese bites but had 4. Phoned restaurant 4 times and they don’t even answer. Won’t be returning.

Absolutely appalling. Received someone else's order & will have to wait at least 48 hours for this mix up to be sorted. I thought that the point of the delivery passcode was to avoid this problem!!

Fast food??? I went to the drive through orderes nothing complicated. Drove to window to collect. Paid! Waited, waited and waited 5 mins I asked why was it taking so long. There is a problem with the coffee machine. Window closed. No applogies no smile, dead pan face. Another 5 mins... I ask how long it will be they dont know. I say i will have a cold drink. The food is given along with the coke. My issue hear is absoultly no apoligies and no smile. Terrible service. They should have said there was an issue and i would have picked some thing else. Not keep me and all yhe other customers waiting with no regard. Burger was cold as well. Shoddy!

Ordered at 5.00 pm as the estimated delivery time was 30 minutes. Unable to cancel as the courier was at the restaurant. Food did not arrive until 18.42. Onions and mayonnaise in burger when it was asked for it to be removed and food was cold (poor).

i received the wrong food, i received two of the items i ordered being onion rings and fries, but, i had the wrong burger i ordered a whopper with no onion, pickles and tomato’s and i got a completely different burger a bacon double cheese XXL, i received a coke i did not order, and 2 of my items were missing, fries and chicken nuggets, i spent £24.04 and was missing half of my order, and what i got was wrong, so i have been scammed of my money.

Freezing cold food and just eat think this is acceptable to provide cold food to their customers.

We waited a very long time for our order. The workers are not in a hurry to serve us. They do everything very slowly. Although the restaurant is half empty.

Food was great but three out of four diet cokes were missing! This really shouldn't happen. :(

The delivery time kept on getting later and later i ordered at half one got my delivery at quarter past three, almost two hours just for one meal for one person from a FAST food place. wasn’t fast at all. and the food came cold. I’m not sure if it was burger king who made it take long or the driver but i will not be ordering off this app again.
