Great store. Fantastic service with a warm welcome

Not allowed to be inside can wait for my friends food unless you order your self. Even though there was only 2 people inside they are so lazy you can't even sit in there

My grandson was being sick and I offered to clean up the mess but they refused and did it them selfs

Modern, roomy and clean restaurant. Service was spot on from the staff. Food was hot and tasty

Julie’s always helpful, they are all always happy to make food changes and the offers make it cheaper than the Giant M we all flock to so readily.

Food is usually pretty good at the Cross Hands branch but that's only because they are very quiet and make food to order. I don't mind waiting for hot food, but I do mind waiting 10+ minutes to get sub par food. To their credit, it rarely happens but it does happen sometimes. A minor point to make is that I wish the managers wouldn't force the staff to offer you so many extras when you've clearly finished your order. Asking if you want a special is fine, but they can ask you if you want 2-3 things which is quite annoying.

Worst fast food outlet i have ever visited. Service was extremely slow, most tables were not cleaned, or previous customers packaging on tables, but worst still was the bin was overflowing onto the floor.

Expensive but good. Update... Burger King Cross hands, Carmarthenshire is ridiculously slow. From pulling up to the payment window to actually getting our food was 12 minutes. Food was then warm at best.

No receipts, cold fries and poor service. Burger was fine but will not be rushing back to this outlet. Shame as I always used to like the burgers and hadn't had one for a while

I rate Burger King over McDonald's because of the larger beef pattie and salad ingredients. But add cheese and some miserable slivers of bacon and you are at £10+ so I'm kind of questioning whether it's worth it anymore! Service was quite slow here despite the fact that this branch only had half a dozen patrons.

Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They put bbq sauce in my burger instead of chilli jam but they were very polite and they gave me the chilli jam and took the half eaten burger back The chips were ok hey were a bit to salty for my liking The melt chicken burger was amazing but i would of prefered cheese not cheese sauce The drinks do taste different from your normal store-bought drinks be carefull of what you get Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Atmosphere ⭐️⭐️ Terrible we’re I was sitting there was chips on the floor and sauce on the seat Window side on the 4 seater sofa seats

Visited Burger King Cross Hands today I must say I was blown away with the service and attention to customer needs they really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience at this restaurant. Would 100% recommend 10/10 service and food.

Burger King. Say what you will about fast food - sometimes you need something fast and comforting. When it comes to Burgers, Burger King is the undisputed champ when it comes flame-grilled, perfectly charred Angus burgers. Yes, there are near peer fast food establishments that sell burgers for less money - but you get a really good, high quality feed at Burger King. There is no doubt in my mind - Burger King makes the best sub £12 burgers in the UK.

Service awful 😖, sale assistant rushed us to do order ( no patience )when it was no people in front or behind . No cup holders been given,we just been asked are you ok to take your drinks. Would be nice to be more respected and good maners would help.

The food was good. Although i find the prices expensive. There always seems to be a wait for food. But given it tastes freshly cooked. I don't mind the extra waiting time. Guess it's not great if you're in a rush and looking for fast food service

Service was a bit slow, I went inside to take away, priority must have been driven thru, it appeared clean and tidy, The food was good, good choice, never sure what to get as don't go often, double whopper was tasty, so much better than a McDonald's. Would recommend . You may have to wait so be prepared.

Regularly stop here whilst driving from Haverfordwest to Swansea. I will drive past every alternative food premises no matter how hungry I am, just to eat here. Class food, class service. A special mention to Rhys is warranted. Always polite,efficient, and my order is always correct. That cannot be said for the countless other alternative fast food retailers.

Came to burger King with my little boy and was welcomed by a staff member annie. She had played with my lil boy as he was unsettled and helped me with our orders. Went here to eat whilst out and about and had the best customer experience ever in a Burger King. I was down in Wales on holiday an decided to nip in for something to eat. The service and food was amazing and the girl that took my order ( Annie Hughes) was really helpful, and served with a smile.

I often go to cross hands Burger King as I commute between Llanelli and Ammanford regularly for my daughters classes and Burger King is always a winning choice for us both ! My daughter especially loves the server Annie I believe her last name is hughes she always goes above and beyond to interact with my us and get us any thing we may need no matter how small they may be! She’s always full of smiles and so so polite! she definitely brightens the room with her positive attitude I’d definitely recommend going to this particular Burger King just for their lovely staff will definitely continue coming here ☺️!x
