Burger King in Carmarthenshire

How can you mess up onion rings? Not sure but they definitely did 🤢 really hard and dry. Rest of the meal was OK just about

Food is always correct and fresh

Placed an order online , app very easy to use and food was tasty and made fresh .

I'd have given more stars possibly if I have had a meal inside but each visit I have only ever used the drive thru. So regarding that, the place is always quiet at my time of visit and I am seen quickly, the place is well presented and I am served at the speaker with manners and professionalism (as far as you'd expect at a fast food restaurant). The staff are pleasant, I've had a short chat most times I have ordered and even a kind remark about the car ive taken (being a rare model) the time I visit is usually late evening so I cannot comment accuracy on the time to serve as no doubt my orders are in the realm of 'made to order', but that said it's not overly a long wait. The food has been spot on each time and we have ordered various parts of the menu. I will say tho they have gotten the Pepsi order wrong every time, we only have ever asked for a full fat (sugar) version of the cola yet it's never been the one we realise we have til after leaving, I'm not overly sure if they even serve the full sugar version at this point.

Lovely Staff and excellent Service. Food was Fast and Hot when I Reseved it. Go again any day.

I recently visited Burger King, and I was impressed with the excellent service. The staff were friendly, the place was clean and tidy. I'll definitely be returning for more tasty experiences.

Travel a lot from Swansea to Carmarthen and always stop at this Burgerking. Always clean and service is quick. The staff know me now and are so helpful, polite and happy when serving. Can’t fault it.

Food was amazing, plenty of items on the menu to chose from. Plenty of seating area even with benches outside for when there is a sunny day, happy to have this so close to home.

Problem is, it's becoming too expensive to take the kids now

For the most part the service here is great, but for the past few weeks now whenever I eat in there never seems to be any drinks available on the machines, and its completely ridiculous that you have to ASK for a lid. The lid dispenser is never filled, and the place is always a mess! It’s enough to put you off your food. Also one thing to note is that you can hear shouting from the back of the kitchen while ordering your food and music is blaring! Although most staff are lovely there are a few which make you feel unwelcomed. I hope these issues are resolved soon as I do like going every so often as a treat.

Wood never eat in burger king ever again tables not very clean floors are wet with no wet floor signs been up very very bad heath and safety should be better runned place bins out side are over flowing I have seen 2 rats running around the place which is not very nice to see if you take your family there mangers don't care it's just a job to them all fast food place should meet a high standards which burger king will not if u drive around the place you will not see many people there eating or parking there for food u just see loads and loads of school kids in there should close the place down and make it more different restaurant NEVER EVERY EAT AT BURGER KING IN CROSS HANDS IF YOU DO YOU MAY END UP IN A E WITH HOW BAD THE FOOD IS ALSO VERY COLD NOTHING IS FRESH REHEATED FOOD WHICH YOU AS THE PUBLIC DO NOT SEE .

Very friendly staff, Amazing food and good prices

I have always gone to Burger King and the food and service has been great but since the new manager has started working there the atmosphere has completely changed and she is very rude. It doesn’t seem like she’s very experienced and she was shouting across the kitchen to staff members whilst I was trying to order on drive thru. All the staff are great though and very friendly. Food has always been good.

There are many fast food options in Cross Hands but none of them make food as tasty as Burger King. In my recent dining in experience, I used 600 of my points that I’d saved up to get a free (I only had to pay the sugar tax) steakhouse angus which was fantastic and much better quality and more filling than what you’d get at McDonalds. They also have the option of changing fries to 5 chilli cheese bites or 6 onion rings for no charge at all. They even have a coke freestyle machine which allows you to customise your drinks with additional flavours! 10/10 food, left with a smile on my face :)

Been here twice in 2 days. The first day I asked for a cheese bite share box, when I opened it when I was home there were chicken nuggets, onion rings, 5 cheese bites. I didn't say anything as already left. Today I've got here, not only to be told that they don't take bank card and only cash. The lady that give me my food was very rude and unprofessional, they give me the same as yesterday when I stated it's the 20 box chilli cheese share box, I was given the same as yesterday. The lady hand signaled me with her hands to cool down!!

Very, very, very poor visit to this particular branch. There were a group of six young people who bought nothing, they were sweating from playing outside, they then decided to sit on the tables and also knocked off the windows hoardings, the entrance to the toilets were soaking as if someone had spilled drinks over the whole area. My burger was very dry and the usual high standard Burger King chips were not. While sitting there with my eight year old daughter the kids were swearing and then one of them went to the Lidl opposite and brought back food, well sweets and pop and crisps. When I complained to the manager he just said they can’t stop them doing anything they want. I’m not sure why there was a key code for the toilets, are they for customers only? Or just to slow you down when you want the toilet? It certainly is t to help keep them clean. This used to be one of the best, most accessible burgers kings in the area, I will not be gong there again, why would I? Poor food? Poor service? Terrible atmosphere? All of the above.

I’ve had food from this Burger King several times and not once have they gotten my order right. Missing items, food prepared incorrectly and poor customer service are a regular occurrence with this place. I think the staff are either incompetent or do not care enough to even try, and I would recommend everyone stay far away. My only wish is that I could leave this place negative 5 stars!!!!

I went for the peppercorn Angus meal which I will add was £12 (did have an extra meat patty) was then told that it now costs for a sachet of mayo but not ketchup, that I thought was annoying due to the price of the meal anyway but carried on, the burger bun was stale and there was hardly any peppercorn sauce at all, now for a 12 meal I thought it would be better than that, I am not going back again as this is the second time I have had a similar experience here, would rather go to a burger van and pay a fiver thanks

We only went in because we were very dissatisfied with KFC,who had no brest of chicken available, and we quite enjoyed ourselves, so we'll done Burger King we will visit again soon.

As a fan of BK and having visited here on several occasions previously, I believe this one has new management? New faces anyway. To me the restaurant seems to have a better atmosphere. Even though it was busy everyone seemed to be served quickly and food was hot as delicious as usual. As soon as we walked to the door to leave someone had already cleaned our table! I haven’t seen that happen before. Will recommend and revisit!

Rubbish on tables even though not many people eating in paid for a bag which ripped open as I went to leave chips flew everywhere no staff helped me cleaned up the mess and still charged me for ordering replacement chips

Place was very quiet order was short of a bag of fries and I was made to feel like a liar when I asked for it even though I had the tray in front of me. Girl asked had I already had it and boy just kept looking at computer screen to check with out a word. Very rude staff

We are regulars to the burger king in Crosshands and for the most part it is good. Sadly this is the worst I gave seen it. The place was filthy, bags of rubbish by the front door, the majority of tables dirty and some full of rubbish and left over food. The drinks machines were a mess with no lids, straws or serviettes and even the counter top was dirty. The staff were working hard (mostly serving the drive through) , but we were there for forty five minutes and no staff came to clear the area despite it clearly needing doing .

Wouldn't go back food was ok nothing to brag about and very expensive

We arrived just before 3pm. Used the drive through. What we received was luke warm and as there was only 1 car in the car park, I don't know how long it had been waiting to be ordered. One of them was very greasy too, like they just cooked the extra meat patty and added it to the burger, making it a double whopper for hubby. It was also not exactly what we ordered as it didn't come with cheese as requested and the coffee didn't look like the large size we ordered either. We didn't return to query anything as we just wanted to eat and get home as we'd already had a bad day out, so this was supposed to be a treat...

Service was good, but a bit slow as they were über busy. Food was great, nice and hot.

Not exactly fast for a fast food establishment. Every time I have made the unfortunate decision to eat here, I have had to wait a completely unreasonable amount of time for a small order with no cars in the drive thru nor the car park. Spend money on rubbish food elsewhere.

I had the crispy chicken burger and chips. Was good, nice and hot, fresh. The drinks we got were not great though.

Dined in at the restaurant. Massive car park. Toilets and the restaurant were very clean. Staff were polite and friendly. All were very informative about the menu and what they had available. Food itself was fresh and to a good standard. Will definitely be returning.

Only as could give no stars waited 20 min for the food in drive thru and after waiting all that time they still didnt get the order right went in to say to be told it would be another 20 min to rectify the oder. Staff all laughing and joking in there avoid at all cost

Stay clear the food is horrid staff are useless went back because it was the wrong order and then they left half my order out then I had attitude when I went back.

Very happy with this place it was spotless, the food hot and staff friendly. Highly recommend. One downfall unless your from the area you don’t know it’s here. You need a sign on the dual carriageway
