McDonald's in West Lothian

Diarrhea after wrap of the day...

Haven’t been in 4 months and it continues to be shambolic. 1. Receipt printer not working - convenient so not to leave feedback. 2. Issue with lights in toilet 3. Waited over 13 minutes for a happy meal. Food getting stacked, worker chatting to her friend and not helping out. 4. All the just eat orders are ready, now I where the priority lies. 5. No ice cream I won’t be back it’s a terrible experience and terrible food.

terrible experience, food was all soaked and my drink was completely empty, driver asked for my code before even opening the bag in which it was too late to refuse the food and ask for a refund, and even with proof of this i wasn’t able to get a refund or even compensation.

Fabulous driver, delivery time and the order was correct although I'm not sure if it should have come with a Minecraft toy?

ordered Minecraft meals purely just for the toys for my kids. ordered two meals and they didn't send the toys with meal!

I never got any food asked for

We always have all our items and the foods always hot when we get it. The only thing and its a tiny thing is that we can never get a milkshake

Arrived late was also giving full sugar juice when I had selected Coke Zero and all the button were pushed down on the lid and this juice was for my dad who is diabetic so that really affected his sugar levels so poor from McDonald’s

Food over an hour late, everything cold, no sauces that were paid for milkshake like water, oasis drink spilled all over bag

Keep missing items out of order you never get a refund or the missing items back that ends up with grandchildren upset

we ordered 3 happy meals for adults. but we did not get any toy. pl either regund us or send 3 toys. thanks

Freezing cold ticket on bag 5.28pm got 6.09pm freezing and juice burst all in bag

Shocking forgot food which was for a kid

they didn't even deliver my meal and marked it as delivered

By the time I got my food it’s stone cold

I never received any food I am requesting a full refund

Why give an option for extra sauce, onions etc if you don't actually do it.. everything cold Had to re heat, juice was half full

wrong drinks, and no mcflurry. wrong wraps.

Delivery driver had to sit there for half an hour before they made the meal. Took an hour to be delivered. Food was cold on arrival.

Forgot the sauce as per usual.

food ordered for 18:05 and arrived after 19:00 and was Luke warm.

This isn’t from one visit, this is from many. Absolutely useless and appear to be focussed on delivery. Never had a warm piece of food ever. Complained a number of times directly to McDonald’s and never hear from them. Avoid if you get a chance.

Food arrived cold. I ordered large fries but carton only half full. Iced latte was nice. Terrible value for money.

2nd time this month my order was wrong . Is my bad I didn't check on collection but that's me don't with this one.

Shocking delivery time!! Kept getting pushed back!

Delivery time great food was freezing most of it went in the bin. Fries tasted old, (almost like they had been sitting). Not fresh best thing was the McFlurry & doughnut had to get my nieces something else. Think Macdonald’s in Bathgate need to look at their hot holding bags. I work in hospitality & would be appalled if any of my food was getting delivered cold. I wonder do they keep transportation records temp the food before it leaves site? Disgrace.

Delivery time kept jumping up ten minutes, half an hour in total. Received an entirely different order and no way to fix it once it arrived only to log a complaint that would get reviewed in 24 hours. Wouldn’t have minded the extra food if it wasn’t stone cold and half squashed in the wrappers. Awful.

BATHGATE your service is terrible, why have a collect sign when it still takes 15 minutes after your order is ready to get it. Asked what the delay was and the teenager just shrugged. It's what you come to expect from a multi national who care more about profit than anything.

driver got totally lost, watched him on the map wander around streets away from the house. even on the phone he couldn't work out where he was going. suggested Google maps. appeared right away. why wouldn't you use that regardless? anyway food was cold and soggy by this point

was great , chips a bit cold but nothing a quick blast in the air fryer doesn't sort out!. delivering to deans so never going to get the meal pipping hot! no complaints fast delivery.

it's only 8.40pm, been waiting over 2 hours and it says it has been delivered at 9.05pm. Absolutely shocking

Delivery was fine, came on time etc. However food and sauces missing. Also a large bite like chunk off one of the 6 pack boxes of chicken nuggets so no one touched that box.

Had to wait in carpark for over 20 mins before going in turns out they'd forgotten my order more interested In home deliveries by looks of it

Ordered a couple of breakfast items and never got 2 of the breakfast wraps unsure how they missed them as that’s the main part of the meals /:

Bacon undercooked and tasteless. All food freezing cold

Took ages to arrive, food was being prepared for around 40 minutes. Arrived stone cold. This McDonald’s is very hit or miss. Some days it’s perfect, others it’ll send out inedible food like today.

Took them over 20min to bring my drive thru order - happy meal and mccrispy - and it was freezing cold. It’s a joke. Drive thru is meant to be drive and get your food not wait 20+min in the parking lot for a lost McDonalds employee who’s trying to figure out which car you’re meant to be in.

Re-ordered from Bathgate McDonald's because the previous order was great. However, this time, the quality was terrible. Never again. Don't know if the franchise has changed hands, but the quality has vanished.

Fast service and the food was hot! Seating area tidy and clean. Toilets were spacious and very clean too.

Ordered vanilla shakes and got banana (I’m allergic to bananas)

Don’t usually write these but this is the 2nd time I’ve done table service via the app and waited 20 minutes to go up and find it’s sitting in a bag and cold. Also had to deal with missing items after drive through or being made to wait constantly in the drive bays for 30 mins. Not fast. Generally cold food

The worst mcdonalds ive ever had, if id of left it on the counter an hour after delivery it would have been warmer.

The young staff in this McDonalds are usually super polite snd pleasant, very unlike the obnoxious young woman who was taking the orders in the drive thru this morning. Sat at one of the machines for 5 minutes waiting on her to ask for my order, then she served another car that pulled into the other machine after me first, again I waited and still nothing from her. When I eventually gave up and drove to the window to ask if there was a problem with that machine, she tells me that she only had one earpiece for the other machine and they were short staffed, no apology nothing, and when I suggested that they should block off the entrance to the machine that I had been waiting at, she cheekily said ‘yeah right thanks’. Poor customer service at a very basic level. Some training should be given on her VERY poor attitude, no excuse for this at all. We’re all busy and have places to be!!

We actually got everything we ordered and even the extra Philli cheeee burger was lovely thanks

Food was freezing a big mac was missing there was no sauce and the big mac that did come i asked for extra pickles and instead i got non and its the only thing i really like on my big mac so im upset as its the first time ive had a meal like that

food was cold by the time it arrived and the delivery time was pushed back half an hour, drinks had spilled in transit too.

courier was at restaurant as soon as I ordered it, it only took 5 minutes to be delivered and the food came and it was absolutely freezing cold. I was offered a refund of £3 for a £20 order. completely ridiculous. phone the restaurant and the man on the phone was not help ful adamant they don't send out cold food. the chips were stale as if they were lying there for hours just chucked into the bag. hence why the delivery was so fast

accidently put the wrong address in put a message in to them they called agressivly i tried to explain and they hung up bad service

Staff in the windows were polite but again.Park and wait way to long a wait only to give up and go in and find it in a pile of cold food on the counter ...when it's ready take it out don't stock pile to make less trips.

We ordered 5 dips which we PAID FOR and we got a mozzarella share box and also side of mozzarella sticks and we got 0 sauce. Absolute disgrace and the chips where freezing a juice exploded all over the bag

Took over two hours from placing order for delivery food finally arrived ice cold and the McFlurry wear liquid completely melted when in the bin

Well were do u start here it said on the app the courier was at the restaurant 🙄 so I said will not be long then 😆 40 min it took from there food was ice cold unbelievable take a bow 👏 yous must be the worst McDonald's in history !!!

2 rats ran across cars path in headlights of drive through 18.45 Sat 8th Feb burger and chips were cold. Going in to explain rubbish all over outside eating area. Strong smell of urine. No words from staff took my food threw in bin and tossed replacement across counter. Unfortunately I have become accustomed to these poor standards from this branch.

I am not happy at all , my mozzarella sticks were missing from the order when I contacted the store about this the girl who first answered the phone laughed? I absolutely don’t not appreciate been laughed at after my money has been spent and not gotten my item!

Absolutely terrible service. Most of the breakfast order missing. Driver drove away nothing to do with them, phoned McDonald’s and nothing to do with them either. Abysmal
