Do not do drive through must be only one i’ve ever used that sends you to the carpark to bring out. So if in a hurry avoid!

This is a fast food restaurant which is anything but fast!! Food was expected… when it finally arrived. Whether it’s sit in or drive thru, organised chaos is a polite description. Staff are uninterested and robotic.

Would be good if a human would think a bit more and supply straws for the 3 drinks I ordered. Happens EVERY time from Bathgate McDonalds. Delivery was rapid though.

2nd delivery in a row I have received someone else’s order. Request a refund and you don’t even cover the delivery or bag charges just the actual food. It’s border line theft

Ordered the 4 burger and chips deal, out of the 4 burgers only 3 were received ( mc chicken sandwich missing ) 1 of the Big Macs had no toppings. Restaurant couldn’t help me and passed me on to just eat, left disappointed by McDonald’s again.

the delivery slot moved but food was delivered in time. food was ad, chips were undercooked, pale and cold, my burger bun was tough my chicken burger over cooked and solid as was my pie. the nuggets were fine. very disappointed

It was missing all of my sauces what was about 8 and the milkshakes where and 5he food was not really that hot not cold but colder than expected

It's McDonald's, it's exactly what you ask for. Delivery is usually fast too.

We ordered at 8.23pm and it did not arrive until 9.36pm and then the food was cold and we've had to microwave it. Terrible service and very disappointed.

Breakfast order placed however then cancelled and no notification of this. Really poor service -and nobody got their breakfast !!

The delivery driver brought our order right on time and the food was beautiful as always. His customer service was exactly as it should be, great.

Driver was absolutely lovely! Food was warm when it arrived. He did a great job.

Usually have no problems but honestly was cold when arrived, the hat trick burgers had about 3 little pieces of onion and barely any sauce so quite dry. Sorry but true

For the second time in a row the burgers were disgustingly drenched in grease and they “forgot” the chicken nuggets. They first were a reward and didn’t come in a delivery so we didn’t complain, but today was an order to collect and had we not checked before leaving we would have missed out. My previous order were for plain burgers as I can’t stand the sauces and both burgers were not plain. Previous visit have seen greasy chicken and burgers that were thrown into bags. Can’t wait till AI replaces the jobs this lot clearly don’t want.

The driver was fab, very polite and nice. My issue is with McDonald’s as they never get the order right. So many items missing! This happens nearly everytime we order from there, won’t be ordering again.

Order was said to be delivered at 00.36 but never arrived and received no call or email to alert

Is there a worse McDonald’s than this? Probably not. Awful and slow service and blunt staff. Apparently chatting amongst themselves is more important than actually serving or getting orders correct. It either needs new management or staff that actually want to work there.

Poor service and unbelievable that anything you ever order there you are told to wait in a bay for at least 20 minutes. How on earth a McDonald’s never has a Big Mac meal ready I’ll never know!

Went to the drive thru, so slow, making mistakes with orders, then was asked to park whilst order was made. Normally if that happens you wait approximately 5 minutes, today 20 minutes and even then if I hadn't spoken to one of the staff I would still be waiting. I wasn't the only one either, it was past the lunchtime rush, not that busy. So much for fast-food, ha!!

Staff are very clearly under a lot of pressure. Every order tonight (in the 20 minuets i was there) was wrong. Drinks were wrong, food was mixed up with orders. There was a 20 minuet wait time for food, and that was also ordered on the app. Waiting that long then getting the order not right seemed to be not even worth the effort of going in. Additionally this isn't the only time the wait times have been horrific, almost always food takes ages, there is a clear priority to get drive through orders done faster. The staff are always very nice and helpful. However they are clearly under a lot of pressure, i don't know if they are short staffed, or if management is poor, but something just isn't going right. The only other good thing is that the food is always good and hot. Unfortunately the 20 minuets wait and the faff of fixing the order just doesn't make it worth it.

some chips were burnt, solid, unequaled. there was no options for a caramel frape. sauces weren't in the bag. my chicken mayo was nice.

Driver didn't swipe when collected my order done some other orders when back to McDonald's took more and then swiped mine. Food stone cold straight in the bin won't be. Back will let just eat no staff aren't getting drivers to swipe orders

Food did not arrive at all....so no delivery at all. Time went from 12.20 then said arrived at 1am so hungry and out of pocket

Fries were cold. A delivery was made by the driver in the opposite direction before mine. Had to wait 70 minutes for delivery.

I ordered a McCrispy meal with a large coffee and McFlurry. Was asked to park and 20 minutes later my coffee was cold and my order hadn’t arrived. I went in for a refund and it looked chaotic. This place was never perfect but 9 times out of 10 you’d go through the drivethru and get your food, now they always ask you to park. I will not be back and will continue to use heartlands who have their act together. Avoid!!

Heartland one a joke, never have food ready..one time I waited in carpark 17 mins before going in for a refund! Another time, the speaker was on and she was cursing about a customer to colleague before realising...wow

Absolutely terrible service for the second time , all food cold and driver drove around for 15-20 mins on the map before I got it , if I don’t get a full refund this time I won’t be using this app again as this is happening too many times and these 2 are the only 2 I’ve reported

Quick delivery for once and no missing items

guy came with order but we didn't get our drinks as he had a little accident and it was spilled all over his bag.he was so apologetic it was hard to be angry with him

Again more items missing. I honestly think it intentional. 4 kids all order meals without drinks. A missing chips and 6 chicken nugs . Absolutely disappointed

The staff are always welcoming and helpful. The food is the same as any McDonald's, a bit hit or miss if it's hot or not. This time the burgers were fresh but the chips were cold and soggy.

Just avoid this mcdonalds all together and visit whitburn or livingston. Staff are useless and clearly nobody is strong enough to manage them. fries come out half cooked and 99% of the time they will tell you to go and take a space with the other 20 people waiting amongst the 3 waiting spaces available. Staff look as if they could not care if you are unhappy because clearly they dont care. This place is not fast food, its fast disappointment. 1 star was even generous.

Food ordered at 13.12 deliver was given at 25-35 minutes food did not arrive until 15.06 almost two hours after order food was shown was out for delivery once driver had collected from 14.00. Driver shown in tracking doing multiple drops and then went back to resteraunt before making this delivery obviously picking up multiple orders McFlurrys were completely melted and food was stone cold on delivery

Waiting time is a joke. Sat in the car for 20 minutes waiting for a cheeseburger and fries?? What happened to the 3 minute burger? It wasn't even busy...up your game. This happens every single time we come to this McDonald's.

Shocking McDonald’s branch here in Bathgate. Service is always poor. Long waiting times, items missing from orders. You then have to go back and chase them up and the overall experience just never improves. Management don’t have control of the place. I would rather take the extra time out to go to another branch. AVOID BATHGATE MCDONALDS!!

Firstly the app didn't work but that's nothing new just lately then could not apply my voucher so had to pay full price and then to top it all the food was cold so I wasn't happy as you can imagine.

Missing items again. It works out that we only receive a complete order 50% of the time😡

but only chicken and no fries came so had to again for fries McDonald's need to do better with making up orders
