McDonald's in West Lothian

The young staff in this McDonalds are usually super polite snd pleasant, very unlike the obnoxious young woman who was taking the orders in the drive thru this morning. Sat at one of the machines for 5 minutes waiting on her to ask for my order, then she served another car that pulled into the other machine after me first, again I waited and still nothing from her. When I eventually gave up and drove to the window to ask if there was a problem with that machine, she tells me that she only had one earpiece for the other machine and they were short staffed, no apology nothing, and when I suggested that they should block off the entrance to the machine that I had been waiting at, she cheekily said ‘yeah right thanks’. Poor customer service at a very basic level. Some training should be given on her VERY poor attitude, no excuse for this at all. We’re all busy and have places to be!!

Staff in the windows were polite but again.Park and wait way to long a wait only to give up and go in and find it in a pile of cold food on the counter ...when it's ready take it out don't stock pile to make less trips.

Food was very cold took about 2 hrs to come tried getting a refund still not got back to me chips was all over the bag the burger was all over the bag

2 rats ran across cars path in headlights of drive through 18.45 Sat 8th Feb burger and chips were cold. Going in to explain rubbish all over outside eating area. Strong smell of urine. No words from staff took my food threw in bin and tossed replacement across counter. Unfortunately I have become accustomed to these poor standards from this branch.

I am not happy at all , my mozzarella sticks were missing from the order when I contacted the store about this the girl who first answered the phone laughed? I absolutely don’t not appreciate been laughed at after my money has been spent and not gotten my item!

Absolutely terrible service. Most of the breakfast order missing. Driver drove away nothing to do with them, phoned McDonald’s and nothing to do with them either. Abysmal

Driver was amazing. MacDonalds however. Missed half my order to feed a family of 4 two burgers you kidding me!! Called them nothing they can do!

placed order for delivery for 09.25 was delivered at 09.45. the time it takes to confirm the order is whats causing the delay. I placed the order at 7am so no reason this wasn't on time.

I did not get the exact order, different drink and was 3/4 of the drink was leaking to other meal, driver was not bothered and said it was not his fault and I should put in a complaint.

Possibly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had the dissatisfaction of attending. Not once have I been handed my food to go when ordering at the drive through. Each time I’ve had to wait at least 15 minutes in a space, but most of the time I’ve had to actually get out my car to walk in and ask where my food is - and there it is, sitting on a bag getting cold on the counter. What’s the point in a drive thru if we have to come inside anyway? The staff are rude, especially the manager who can’t deal with customers so I’m unsure why she works with the public at all. The owner of this franchise mr micheal hall really needs to have a full overhaul. It’s a complete mess

Most of the time, food comes cold when ordering from uber. Ordering directly with McDonald's comes hot and the breakfast wraps are the best 👌

Food was literally freezing this isn’t the first time think you need to sort out what your food is getting delivered in as the insulated bars clearly not working. I am a restaurant manager & if we were delivering food at this temperature we would most certainly be doing something about it! Can’t remember the last time I actually enjoyed anything from McDonald’s in Bathgate not blaming any staff at all but would be nice to actually get food delivered hot.

McDonald's really need to start putting the dips required it's really annoying attention to detail

Nearly three hours late because of a driver issue, three phone calls and unable to cancel due to sitting at ‘being prepared’ status for 2ams half hours. Food inedible due to sitting on server for three hours. Refund of £7 for a £35 order. Brilliant service

I wasn’t told on ordering that the food would be as late as it was. The food was almost cold, the coffee undrinkable and the icecream was a slushy mess. There was no salsa dip that I requested nor a spoon for the icecream, all in all a complete waste of £20

Every time we have had a delivery from McDonald’s in Bathgate the order has been wrong. Food was fine but we were given 2 McFlurrys instead of drinks. This has happened previously where we received 2 bags of drinks & no food.

Outrageous never even received my order

Delivery time was good. But missing curry sauce, cheese melt dippers and my juices had spilled in the bag to the point that the bag was falling to bits. I did not accept the juice on this basis, shocking standard from just eat as per!

Ordered the pancakes with syrup. The whole point is the syrup but instead of receiving syrup I received cold pancakes and no syrup just some butter and jam. I hate butter and jam. This was not what I ordered.

Delivery time kept being pushed back saying there was no couriers available, wasn’t able to cancel the order. Food then arrived 2 hours late and cold.

I can appreciate it’s a busy evening, but the food is cold and the extra couple pounds I paid for condiments never even arrived with order. To top it off, how is it possible that drinks are delivered without straws? My five year old could do that

They said they had no drivers and had no intention of sending my order and issued no apology or update). And tonight I have stone cold chips and a dip missing. Gave it a second chance. Won’t be back. They probably won’t care being a huge chain but I urge you to never order online here please!! Go somewhere else it’s not worth it

Received wrong order completely and with missing items!! Correct receipt just wrong items. Phoned and was told nothing we could do. Ridiculous!! I understand it’s busy but Maybe take more time to pack items and you wouldn’t have upset customers
