Kebab King in West Lothian

Absolute joke ordered food for my children on scoffable and they never sent it out. I contacted them but never answered phone would defo avoid!

the food here was a strange experience, the donnar meat wasn’t upto standard in my opinion, though the curry and the chips were pretty decent, delivery kind of ripped it but food came hot, not sure if i’ll order again but not a bad wee kebab for the price

Would highly recommend, food is top class and personally never had a bad meal, the portions are very generous, we got a 10 inch munchie box between 4 and there was enough to do 10, would highly recomm👍

Well I know there are costs to cut but a Donna meat calzone pizza with no cheese inside is not a calzone it is only a kebab Very smokey place inside either extraction unit not on or not working

Ordered chips cheese and spicy chicken. Received box that looks like someone sat on it. Chips covered in red mess, no chicken, cannot identify if there is any cheese. Chips are soggy. Looks like they put the scraps from the bottom of the pan on top of the chips. Not nice at all

I ordered a 12" munchie box paying extra for a chicken only box and when I got home and opened it, it was a mixed box instead, the portions of what I got could of easily fitted into a 10" box. Food was okay till I tried one of the drumsticks and it tasted off so everything else went into the bin, the nan bread was nice though

We ordered food from Kebab King for a party and as the manager couldn't get me on the phone he took time out to find me and make sure we were ready for the food he even offered to deliver the food to us. Top service. **************

Absolutely abysmal service, ordered a doner wrap with nothing on, it came covered in cheese, called to ask why to be told, that's how it comes so hard toss, And if you don't want cheese you should say so in the comments section, how can you ask for something to be removed if you don't even know you are are getting it to start with, best call mystic Meg and ask what's on the kebabs as it's certainly not what the menu alludes too, will not be back ever

Service was very slow I waited over 40mins for my order, he was to busy talking to someone on his phone rather than concentrate on his customer's will definitely not be back and would not recommend this place.

Food was ok but I met someone in the shop by the name of Pauline or Paula Glover or Love or Dove.... Something like that...big lassie! Unbelievable the amount of hate speech coming from a woman's mouth branding her own family kids F**nians etc..... The shop really should not let folk like this remain in the shop, this was my first time in it and will be my last. Believe it or not I had a rangers top on....I soon told her that her attitude was disgusting branding kids by sectarian tags!

Lamb kebab not a thing of beauty ..ur expecting nice juicy lamb ...forget that stuff like cubes of lamb thrown in middle of man seperate suace wasn't listned either just does of garlic sauce to hide. The state of meat try it at ur own will

used to be a good take away although over last year its gone downhill. tonight cancelled a delivery after waiting 2.5 hours and still no show. food when it does turn up is soggy and just warm. it needs to be managed properly or closed down.

A business like this should be fast and doing every thing possible to keep to delivery times.... waited 2 hours for a simple.order for very hungry kids that was meant ti only be 1 hour and the 3 times we foned got palmed off with "it'll be with you any second " then waited again only to get put hold.... definitely never going back. Lucky to even get a 1 star. Delivery was well over the estimated delivery time. Food was soggy and disgusting. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Clearly don't care about whats being delivered. Used to like this place 😑🥺 Place should be shut down.

Very dated building and decor old ceiling tiles walls need cleaned and painted .old seats way past use by date . Kitchen area and display cabinet were very clean . Staff had no masks on at all

Honestly ordered 6 items from the menu only 4 arrived 1hr late, kept phoning to ask where order was yet he said driver left 20mins later PHONED again and shouted at them theN shortly arrived, food was definitely not worth it was cold AND half order never arrived. Amazing food, delivery can be a bit long but they get really busy.

My favourite take away. Mostly have Indian food. The korma and naan is great. The pakora is my favourite starter. Good portions and not expensive.

Mediocre grub. Always problems with delivery though. If its not 2 hours plus they've forgotten something or got it completely wrong and promise to deliver correction but don't.

Just ordered for the first time and all I can say was it was the best kebab I have ever had.. they even had the proper chilli sauce not the horrible lumpy stuff.. will definitely be ordering from here again

This place is an aboustly joke i called for two kebabs at 10.42pm called them at 11.50pm to be told that driver was on his way. Called them back at 12.10am still no driver which is a joke. The driver arrived at 12.35am and was sent back to the shop with the dinner no danger i was paying £14.50 For two kebabs that would have been cold so we sent him in his merryway the delivery time is a joke this is the 2nd time they have done this so there will not be a 3rd time stay well clear off kebab king .

We order from here almost every Friday. Used to be fab but waiting 2 and a half hours for a delivery we were told would only take one hour is just a complete joke. All we were getting was two small special meal boxes. Don’t order from here if you expect to eat your dinner at dinner time!

Ordered kebab with salad and sauce, but salad and sauce never arrived, phoned to ask why, they said soon, but never arrived... Dirty shi...hole. avoid at all cost

First delivery driver rude and lack of manner also speeding away on a street where young kids play hes a disgrace of a worker second pay over 25 pound for an order which they forget are drinks which happens what shouldn't happen is having to wait for over an hour to get the drinks when the place is 10 mins away walking.

YEAH some of the food is probably a seller for this place, i love there pizza's and chicken pakora... But the place is minging like honestly is it that hard to keep a place clean. Heavy dust in a part in the front youll see it if you go in, they don't even bother about it so I'd imagine the back kitchen since no customers won't see. Hygiene? ??????? Not this place I won't buy anything they have to touch properly with there hands after its been cooked so the germs are killed. Seen the guy take 3 or more people money yet then starts touching food straight after it, I get he'd be washing his hands alot but for how over priced things are here you'd think they have more respect. Honestly suprised place has not been shut down. Once had chip and cheese and the cheese tasted like had different food or something on it. Seen about 30 different delivery men/ women during this place being open. Even seen deliver mam complain't about the change for customers while the man at front expected him to use his own money never seen him make a delivery to my house. If you are trying to insult someone just order them there donner meat. Wouldn't recommend the place unless your trying to build your immune system after a few years here you'd be fine in the sewers. Nae good if you're starving. Ordered at 16:45 arrived 18:22 freezing cold without the chilli & garlic sauces. Mind you tasted Braw once heated for 20 min in the oven..

Ordered pizza which was stone cold when delivered and half the ingredients missing also orderes a large mixed pakora costing £7 and there was 7 pieces of pakora bit steep £1 per piece. Will not be using again.

I am appalled by the service I received today. So I ordered 3 bags of popadoms which normally come with 2 popadoms in 2 bags each. Firstly they didn’t even come with the first delivery. So I called them and simply asked to be sent what I paid for. They said they would send them. Took over an hour to come and I had to call them 3 times to even get the popadoms. Then they had only sent us 2 bags. So I called them again asking where the other bag was and then they tried to say that there is only 1 popadom in each bag so they actually sent me and extra one. When in actual fact every time i have bought a bag of popadoms for 80p they have sent me 2 and they are now saying it’s £1.60 for 2 popadoms. Absolutely unacceptable and will not be visiting this establishment again.

Honestly a waste of money and time. I was told twice that my order had been cancelled in the same night and I didn’t get a refund until 5 days later. Absolutely ridiculous DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Kabab king at its best, poor service phoned at 12:06 for a calzone with donner meat cheese and tomato sauce then phoned back at 12:08 to make sure I had asked for tomato sauce and he said it’s in the oven and put the phone down on me, came to the door laced in chilli sauce and phoned up and asked about it and he said I asked for no veg!! And said it wasn’t his problem and he was shut now and put the phone down!!

Went last night 17,06,2019 ordered mixed calzone was £9,95 on menu was charged £10,00 was not bothered as only 0,5p when got home no sauces in box In was only dinner meet & few bits chicken tikka no mushroom or land as states on menu was disgusting guy serves me was not friendly attitude was no good will not be bk

This is the first time I have ordered from Kebab King. The food arrived quickly and the food was amazing (2 donnar kebabs and a pizza) I will definitely be ordering again. Well done guys keep up the good work.

If you are a female and decide to cancel an order due to the price being inflate be aware as who ever answer the call indicate he wouldn’t cancel the order until he could speak to the ‘male’ he placed the order with! RAGING the male shovinist pig who answered the call wouldn’t cancel my order because I wasn’t a male! How dare he. We are a couple who ordered two meals at £38! I have the right to cancel but wasn’t allowed due to being a female. Who the hell do they think hey are. I’m RAGING

My family and I ordered the 16” munchy box in store which consisted of vegetable pakora, chicken pakora, onion rings, chips, kebab meat and chicken wings with Nan bread, 2 sauces and a 2 litre bottle of Pepsi. The food was cooked in reasonable time and tasted quite good although there was so much of it we shared it with our neighbors who enjoyed it also. The meal was very well priced too

Ordered 2 pizzas, both were good. Ordered again a few days later and pizza was overcooked in oven making it difficult to eat. Seems like a hit and miss with them

Delivery was fast but the nachos were burnt, not burnt to a crisp but you could taste the burnt bits. Had to go in the bin

Ordered received was wrong. Phoned 2 times and scoffable phoned once and they said no refund we will send the right order out straight away. Well 16hrs later I'm still waiting !! AVOID at all costs

Only 1 star because i can't give none. Food took an age to come then order incorrect and undercooked when it arrived. On calling Kebab King theydidn't have a problem sending replacement however after another hour and on the next phone call a very unhelpful "sorry it's busy" repeated 3 times was as good a response as i was ever going to get. From point of order to eating took around 2 and a half hours, quality of food low. Suggest trying another takeaway as there are around a bazillion within 5 minutes of this one.

Told our food was on its way on 3 occasions when it wasn’t., it was 45 minutes late and when it arrived the noodles weren’t there and all the dips were missing too.

The best kebab in town, really like their food, pizzas and pakoras also very good. The only downside is waiting time, they are always very busy, especially during weekends, so be prepared to wait at least an hour.

waited 3 hours and it’s still not here after 2 phone calls.

Food was supposed to arrive at 1850 according to the Just Eat app. It finally arrived at 1935, 45 minutes later and approx 1hr30 after ordering. Order arrived missing the pakora sauce. Think in future, we will stick to collecting as it is ready within 15 minutes and never missing items.

Never ordering from here again worst experience I've had with just eat would not recommend to anyone that wants there food on time also droped my can of juice on purpose from the looks of thing as well never again
