Kfc in Craigavon

No popcorn chicken, no beans and no burgers available to order, wiped out the menu selection, felt sorry for the staff serving at the front taking the brunt from customers. Had one staff member tell me the manager is leaving in 2 weeks and has enacted her own sabotage plan as it seems before leaving, hopefully the franchisees see sense and employ somebody suitable for a management job, they should lead from the front and set example not ruin meals for customers especially with young kids. It's a bad business when staff feel the need to vent to customers about their manager.

excuse me but how do u run out of chicken???? the whole restaurant runs on chicken. very disappointed. ordered for my nephews birthday party and now him and his mates are absolutely sobbing.

Ran out of chicken, never going back, how does kfc run out of chicken. Absolutely fuming, wife and kids raging.

The food took 20 minutes to come the drink was only half full very poor service

I was in it today I don’t think I will be back as Service is very very slow they gave me no milk for my Tea the girl said they had none left I went up again and was told they would bring it to my Table which they didn’t so I had to go up again then a guy brought me the Milk and Ketchup to my Table he did apologise. Another two Ladies with Kids waited ages on their meals. This KFC is very slow and they need to get their act together,without a Doubt this is the slowest service I’ve ever had I’ve given 0 Stars for Service.

An absolute DISGRACE. Ordered my food and had to wait an hour!! Just for cold chips and chicken. No supervisors about. Delivery drivers took priority over sit in and takeaway customers. Overall just a horrible place.

I request to staff for fresh hot wings,, as I have to wait for 15 minutes,, because of cooking time for fresh one,, but I never ever had crispy hot wings in my 35 years,, thanks all kfc Portadown team

We ordered more than 15 pounds food, but it was really disappointed.. The chicken was very bad smell and also too much oily.. The burger also waste.. Totally loose our money... Can't suggested for anyone..

There was no car parks it smelt like sick bathrooms where dirty and food took such a long time to come

3 guys who serve food have no idea what to do. Slowest motions I ever seen. Wait an ages for food. Drivers who collect meals block the collection desk all the time. Theirs bags were all over the floor. Place was unclean and very messy. I never ever been in such a bad KFC in my life. Definitely never come back in this one. Very disappointed.

Weird place. So much staff doing so little. They close an hour or so before the official time written on the door. I'm not sure if upper management know this or not, but you should get it sorted. You have to make sure you check your order every time. Tables can sit grubby while staff chat away. Food is usually to the standard you'd expect of KFC. If another competitor opens up, offering better food, they could put this joint out of business.

Came on lunch break for a ‘quick bite’ sat in drive through cue for half an hour with three cars in front of me .. due to this we had to drive round and leave as it was taking far to long. Not ‘Fast food’ at all. Could make a whole dinner quicker than being served there .

I reviewed this KFC in October and gave it a good review unfortunately my opinion on this occasion is a lot different. The service was deplorably slow the wrong chips were given to us and that took a further 10 minutes to rectify. There is no management in attendance and we noticed that delivery drivers get priority over sit in customers. I have to say that the change in a matter of months is profound and I dont believe that I will be in a hurry back

Changing my review, waited about 45minutes on food to be ready. Another guy asked for a refund and then he was given food right away. Where is the manager?

The food was hot, fresh ant tasted amazing. The service was not great. The waiting time was atrociously long; half an hour!! Place was full of people waiting with uber eat bags and the like. Nowhere near enough staff. Kids were climbing the walls, next time it’s McDonald’s.

After waiting almost an hour Food was wrong and cold. Zinger meal instead of plain. Two missing popcorn chicken in in meals. Missing corn. Missing drink. No napkins in cafe at all was given blue paper when I complained. Ladies toilets locked. Had to use men's and it was not at all clean. Very disappointed as I had taken my grandkids out for a treat. The young man who served our table was lovely very apologetic even though it was not his fault.

Waited 30 mins for my order and when I went up to see if it was ready they said in 5 mins got a refund and went elsewhere. Service, cleanliness was really bad (went to toilet while waiting).

Food was disappointing and the drive through wasn't working, the message told you to drive round to the window where a young employee advised his till wasnt working so we had to go in and order. I won't be back.

I have to say that we both found this KFC very good the food was hot and the chicken was really tender the chips were above par and Tia who served us our meal at our table was very pleasant. I didnt use the toilets but from what we saw the place was very clean I just dont understand all the negative reviews. We were here on a Sunday lunchtime. Really enjoyable and no rude staff all very welcoming.

This kfc is disgusting will not be back. Food cold, not value for money. Eating area needs a good clean and the toilets well no words can describe 🤮. The staff were anything but friendly except for the guy who took the order. When we complained to one of the girls she just rolled her eyes. Would NOT recommend

Great refitting of interior space. Sufficent parking. Drive thru service available too. An a total overhaul on cleaning, customer relations, and standard of products sold to the public. Staff are good cook's. Very polite and respectful. Very professional. Enjoy regularly visiting for a meal. Good service all round and would recommend. Reasonable prices.

Nice place but had a few meals that was cold but I said to the staff about it and right away they replaced the meal with apologies

Had the selects and hot wings with fries and gravy. Was nice not greasy but quite expensive I thought 13.00 for that. Overall what I ordered was warm and fresh so yum yum

I ordered a large chicken popcorn meal, 4 piece chicken strip meal with gravy the food arrived late it was missing a portion of chicken strips also when you try to call the kfc they don't pick up the phone wouldnt reccomend

I've always got good food from here. But make sure you check your order before leaving they normally forget to pack items.

We got here few and far between mainly because the service is poor, long wait on food or missing food. Tonight was no different. My partner went to drive through, didn't think to check order before leaving and arrived home minus chips from the main meals. Tried phoning with no answer so left voicemail. Not holding my breath for a call back. They also didn't have any chicken burgers from saver menu available. I would honestly say this place the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to, not to mention that there is nothing fast about it! I definitely won't be back!

Its fast food, and of all of the kfcs in our area its the better one, parking on slope and uphill and then trying to get across main road to access it can be very time consuming have drove on to better places

Order wrong . When got corrected had to tell girl serving we could hear her gobbing off. Which she just smirked at missus . Food was still pretty good could not fault it when received correct order .

They usually take ages and almost always get something wrong. Oh and they're lazy, they only bring the trays over sometimes, depends on the person I suppose.

A visit with the grandchildren for the first time at Portadown. The food was finger licking good, the place was clean and the staff were very pleasant.

We were up from Meath doing a bit of shopping 2 weeks ago and stopped here…Possibly the best tasting KFC I’ve ever had.Chicken was cooked to perfection,the place was spotless clean and bright and the staff were ultra friendly even though we were struggling to understand each other on a couple of occasions 😂😂 Great spot we’ll be back thanks 😄

Order a delivery from kfc through Uber eats as they landed half the order was not there and when went done to kfc to question about the order, as to why it wasn’t fully there she tried to blame the driver and said that we would of received the other half of the order when he had done his other run. (This was not the delivery drivers fault as the ordered had to be passed to him). I asked could the whole order needed to be replaced as it would be cold by the time the other half was done she then told me cause I received 2 boxes of the order it wouldn’t be replaced. She became very cheeky and started to raise her voice. Another employee came out to see if she could help us and her colleague said to her your not in management which I was disgusted with as she was only trying to help me. The team leader heard her shouting at us and came out from the back to help resolve the situation, while the employee was walking away she was clenching her fists. I feel like the customer service I received was absolutely appalling and no other customer should receive this in the future. I actually felt sorry for the other employee that came out to try help us the way she was spoke to also. I hope when this is being read that something should be done as this is a complete disgrace and no one should never receive this customer service in the portadown kfc.

Sit in food arrived cold sent it back to get it remade came back with the wrong burger which was still cold no dip for the chicken which was paid for staff unhelpful avoid this place at all costs

Currently as I write this, I have been waiting 50 minutes for my order in store. Plenty of orders taken, no food coming out. One person has received their food. No receipts so they call out an order number. The only issue is that they didn’t give you an order number. Really really poor.

I got a drive thru order for my family and to put it simple it was terrible. I ordered 3 meals and all 3 where wrong with soggy chips, chicken burgers all wrong with items missing, the gravy was like dish water and tasteless, tge Pepsi Max was flat and had a chemical taste of it and to top it all off the food was cold.

Food was decent enough but a delivery driver with long dark hair arrived in and stood in the middle of customers waiting to be served. He had no mask on and stood coughing all round everyone the whole time he waited. Surely these delivery drivers should be showing some respect to customers. I would like to think that the manager of this store would address this problem. It's things like this that would stop me going back to this KFC

For the third time in the space of a couple of months I visited this KFC to find it closed when it should have been open. I was less than impressed so I emailed querying their opening times and explained how this KFC seemed to make up their own opening hours. I was told that they had indeed closed early and that was it, no mention of the staff who flipped the bird or laughed when we pulled up. Unfortunately my KFC scratch needed an itch and I made a point of calling in and hoped they were open. My chicken was not only cold but the best bit being the skin was missing in multiple spots, think I'll stick to the Boucher road KFC where the food is actually edible and management give a damn about their customers.

KFC in Northern Ireland is a gamble in terms of quality and service, despite all being mostly owned by Michael Herbert. Michael, you need to fire your general/operations managers. Their inaction reflects poorly on you. Portadown is generally OK but the hygiene standards leave a lot to be desired. How Yum Brands allows him to continue such a mediocre operation, damaging their brand, is indicative of their malaise.

The promo states that they use the same receipe from KFC was started, sorry I remember the KFC chicken in the 1960 when the coating was crispy and with much more flavour, Now the chips are soggy the chicken had nothing worthy of marks... It is time to roll out the original recipe and make KFC great again

Visited for the first time and will not be back. Only two other families in while we were there. Poor service, dirty tables, floor, doors and chairs. Plenty of staff about, I counted 6, none of which were actually doing anything except for the one guy serving. Food wasn’t great. Do not waste your time or money.

Always clean and tidy, staff excellent, its a KFC so you know what you are getting, but food is always tasty, dont like the new fries much, but thats a KFC not Portadown issue

Just home, checked contents of bag, chips are a Brown soggy mess. Disgraceful, avoid if you can, not the same as other KFC's

Only 1 person taking orders. Incredibly long wait. Other staff in back or standing about waiting for food to come up & calling out order for customer to come pick up. Nearly 1/2 of guests were offered something (like soda) for free to apologize for long wait. Owner or manager needs to get it together to run properly, so don't have to give away the shop. Dining room a total mess. Soda cups & chips all over floor. 1st booth by door was worst with food spilt on table, seats & floor whole time we were there. Only 1 man came out & wiped 2 tables & went back in the shop. Food was fine, just long wait & filthy eating area. Won't be back to this location.

I visited here yesterday and the service and food was top quality! Havnt has as good of a kfc in a long time! Everything was cooked so well and so quickly! Loved it!

Had to wait for ages to be greeted by miserable staff only to be told they couldn't remove the Bbq sauce from the Double Down. They did it 4 times last week. Are they prepackaging them all now to save time?Nearly always a ridiculous waiting time here, too.

Went to drive through Easter Monday evening, waited 35 minuets for my boneless bucket, I asked to speak to the manager and was informed they were cooking the chicken,,,,,When we arrived home I went to serve out our bucket and NO CHIPS,,,, AVOID THIS EXCUSE FOR A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT.

Food poisoning.. Having eat a chicken burger yesterday 19th at 2pm I have now been awake and ill all night. Avoid it !!!!

Really not old I think my son and I had a touch of food poisoning as we both had a upset stomach later in the day and the only thing we had eaten the same chicken , would not recommend this place and will never be back.

Really disappointed with this place lately!! Go in today and order a rice box to be told they ain't got it or any chicken burgers!!! It's a CHICKEN FAST FOOD OUTLET! !! So order a boneless banquet box for one...and hey ho they have the fillets for it!!??but not for the rice box????? Also the staff are all behind the counter and stepping over each other while the tables aren't clean. REALLY OFF PUTTING. ...THE STANDARDS IN HERE HAVE REALLY DROPPED. ..NEED A BETTER MANAGER WHO KNOWS HOW TO MANAGE THE STAFF BETTER!!!

Any time we use the drive-thru, the food is terrible or the order is wrong. I have half an uneaten big daddy meal beside as the chips are half cooked and although the breast in the burger is cooked, it's tough which puts me right off as it reminds me of uncooked chicken. Was in Scotland recently and the KFC at Ashenyards Park, Stevenston Rd was AMAZING. Difference was night and day.

My number one fast food choice locally for great tasting burgers. Can't beat their Tower Meals. I would go here more if they lowered their prices which unfortunately, is still more expensive than McDonald's.

This place is a disaster. The food was ok, I think the problem now and always has been the staff, maybe lack of staff too?!?No one really seems to know what they are doing, they don't look happy and there is little or no examples of great customer service shown. There is always a huge wait for food, on Sunday it was busy, there were was one till open and so many people hanging around waiting on food. Tables and bins weren't cleared quick enough. I always wish I had not visited after each visit, what does that say?!? Finally, while I was waiting for my children to finish their food, the cook came out of the kitchen to use the toilet but it was in use and he went back into the kitchen, do staff not have their own facilities! Yuck!

Called in with the family having been in the area and not visited it for sometime hoping for a quick and tasty meal to suit everyone...boy did i make a mistake. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy but had to stand in the queue for over 10 minutes before anyone even bothered to take orders and there were at least five if not six members of staff there. Before i could place my order there were two other couples one of which stated they had been waiting over 20 minutes and their order still wasn't ready and when it finally did arrive she had to return three times to get missing items or wrong items changed...didn't bode well and i was right. After placing my order and bearing in mind i had already queued for 10 minutes there appeared to be a shortage of cooked chicken of any kind..I had ordered a large chicken popcorn meal, a boneless banquet meal and a mighty bucket for 1, the drinks were made up fries put on the try but no chicken to be seen anywhere and it was at least a further 10 minutes before the pieces of chicken started to appear. The order was made up and handed to me without a word of explanation or apology for the delay and off i went to enjoy the long awaited meal. The fries by now were lukewarm at best, the boneless banquet consisted of one hard lukewarm piece of chicken and 2 reasonably hot pieces and the mighty bucket appeared to have been way overcooked and tasted awful , the best of the bunch was the popcorn chicken which was ok. Rather than going back and joining another queue to complain we decided to pick through the best bits and ignore the rest and finished up going to another restaurant further down the road for a decent meal.Like i stated at the beginning its been a while since we have been here, even noticed the drinks have changed from coke to pepsi but if this is the new standard of service and food on offer i for one will not return any time soon and will definitely not be recommending this to anyone i know.

I have used this KFC several times this month and I have been very well satisfied with the quality of the chicken and the service from the staff.I still think a little more research needs to be done on the chips.There is room for improvement here,but it is the chicken I go for and it is brilliant.

I use this kfc alot but wont be back.Ive a child with autism and they like their food a certain way like most kids are fussy at the best of times anyway! so Asked for no dressing on burger and no legs with my bucket as I always do when I order I'm always polite and explained why.The girl working definitely had an attitude problem. When I got home nearly all legs in the bucket and burger full of mayo and dressing and no gravy.had to throw most of it to the dog as driving back another 7 miles there and back with a hungry autistic Child wasn't an option.

Brillant place to go if you dont have that much money the food is nice and its a nice atmosphere as well i would recomend getting the zinger burger that was so nice

Meals can be lovely and hot or cold and order wrong. The tight squeeze for the drive through could easily be better. Needs better managed. No point in giving gravey with your meal the next time........chips and point of getting KFC was to have gravey with the meal.....not two tubs of gravey with your next meal.....chicken can be rubbery and cold. Bad PR at the minute on Facebook about this place.....

This KFC has had a facelift and looks well. The drive through is soooooooo slow! Staff are not the friendliest but service inside was better than usual. A lot of non staff personnel seem to go behind the counter which is not hygienic. This place really needs a change of management. Food was good though.

Visited, a few weeks ago, used the drive through , as there is always 20min or so wait when you use counter service before you get your food ,yawn, so much for fast food, felt it might be quicker to use the drive through, but low and behold ,Someone has moved the order speaker, which means when you drive in, the food selection board isn't behind the speaker anymore, so you cant actually,see what you want to order, and have to try and remember, what items you seen on the board before moving forward to the speaker, plus they have changed the drive way ,which leaves a very tight turn ,its more like a T.V. challenge game, than a fast food outlet... .

Went through the drive through, what a tight squeeze. There is a seriously sharp turn. Got a boneless boxed 6 piece meal. The chicken was not tasty and the fries were limp and anaemic. Will choose Friar Tucks in the future.

loved this place when i lived down here. chicken is so tasty and i love the gravy the most. love there strawberry sundaes which is strawberry sauce with ice cream. not fussed on their krushamems. everyone loves kfc so def would recommend if anyone is chicken lover

Staff just didn't seem to be bothered. Place was filthy, Food was stuck to tables and most other surfaces, glass on the warmer was that filthy you can't see through it. seating grimy causing you to stick to the seating,Food was average, this restaurant is on the base of a hill whilst the car park is on the top, the hill is very steep so caution is needed to get in to the restaurant. This could be dangerous for wheelchairs. Don't think i will be bothering again.
