Kfc in Craigavon

waited for food for 40 - 60 minutes. staff standing around talking while people are waiting for their orders. never seen anything like it in a fast food place.

Shocking level of customer service...waited 40 minutes for the order to be ready. Order was obviously wrong. All the just eat and deliveroo drivers seem to have priority. Kids behind the counter are clueless and have zero interest. Nothing is clean ....avoid the toilets !!

If you are prepared to waste an hour waiting on your food that comes out wrong with 8 chips in a regular portion and pink chicken this place is for you. The staff ignore you when you wait to pay. Complete idiots the lot of them. Go to McDonald's they are much better organised

Today 22.02.2025 - was in KFC portadown / the staff was very very slow ,ordered for take away , was waiting 30min+ the food was cold , the food was giving as sit in (as mentioned before food was ordered for take away ) I don’t know what happend today with staff but the staff was really slowly and don’t give attention for people who was standing beside!!!! Really need speed up and make sure that food is not cold when give for customers 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ My mood after KFC was not good 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Went in Feb 19 at 7 pm only disgusting men's toilet open and floor seriously slippery with no signs said about to staff and they didn't care . Waited five mins asking three people if they would actually care to take my order when did they didn't know menu or till properly

The boneless banquet chicken seems to be getting smaller. The chip didn't have to much in it. £9.99 for 3 bits chicken and chips didn't seem worth it.

I had a drive through today 31 jan 2025 after 11am and my order wasn't right ,chicken was dry and it's coating was definitely not kfc secret recipe it was bland no taste or smell of the usual coating so whoever coated and cooked this needs to be told it didnt taste nice at all. The chicken doesn't even taste the same maybe they have changed supplier but it was horrible worst I've ever gotten or eaten hope we dont take ill. Mum and I r very very disappointed today. we get a kfc as a treat because its usual coating is delicious this certainly wasnt it was chicken with a coating a bland horrible one at that, even the hot wings where bland the chips r rarely coated with the special seasoning this kfc is fast going down hill I'm sorry to say so please do something before it's to late some staff r good but most r not rarely see a smile and can be rude and hand your order in torn bags or bags that r far to small for your order and they make you feel you shouldnt be there by making you sit at the drive through for longer than is nessary either when ordering or when you drive round to collect your order Reading the other reviews it goes without saying sorry isn't good enough anymore actions speak louder than words if you want your business to do well you need to start to sort these problems out and start with staff and there attitude to customers and they need to be better trained to cook and season your chicken as to the secret recipe we all know and love as you r letting the kfc name and brand down it's been the worst experience we have ever had at a kfc and we have been to alot over the years

Poor tasting and missing ingredients

Workers took way too long to serve the food and when I got home I noticed they didnt even give the burger I ordered. Took over 40 minutes and I didnt recieve my food until i had to ask for it at the till. Rubbish service

while I think the 11 herbs and spices have changed, the chicken was adequately seasoned and cooked. the delivery time was changed but it still arrived more or less within the original time slot and was still nice and hot. The complaint I do have is that the staff at KFC Portadown seem to be unable to count. if I order and pay for 6 pieces of chicken that's what I expect, not 5.

No body take attention on my claim ! I have an order about £44’99 what’s about an kfc party bucket I got at home after 2 hours a bucket for one abut £9.99 and the order was on an lady name on diferent adress ordered with a 6 hours before my order!!! Stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to order. Staff weren't interested in taking my order, were more interested in getting the just eat and user eats orders out. So I went to kiosk to order. All while the really bad loud music was screaming in my ears. Ordered and disnt get receipt. I told a member and asked a member of staff for a receipt. He asked me (why) I wanted a receipt.!!!! And a generic ill pass it to the team is irrelevant. Please improve your restaurant.

I love KFC and there food but the wait times every single time I order is always longer than you'd ever expect, for example I ordered on Uber eats, it's been there nearly 2 hours my order still isn't ready, driver standing waiting about. Last time I was at the drive thru, I was sitting behind 5 cars Infront it took 45mins to order and receive my food, this would be understandable if your dealing with a huge amount of orders but it's a fast food establishment?

Food wasn't even delivered and marked as delivered. Driver was stationary in another part of the area for ages then marked as delivered!

I was in it today I don’t think I will be back as Service is very very slow they gave me no milk for my Tea the girl said they had none left I went up again and was told they would bring it to my Table which they didn’t so I had to go up again then a guy brought me the Milk and Ketchup to my Table he did apologise. Another two Ladies with Kids waited ages on their meals. This KFC is very slow and they need to get their act together,without a Doubt this is the slowest service I’ve ever had I’ve given 0 Stars for Service.

abysmal service. completely ignored the notes, slathered sauce on a kids burger that was supposed to be plain, on both sides too so it was inedible. And all the chips were missing, both the extras that were ordered separately, and the ones that are supposed to be included with the meals. So we were all left with only chicken and a tub of gravy, not a single chip to dip.

Absolutely Appalled by how down hill this place has gone. The staff are slower than the que to get round the drive through, the app is a waste of time, I placed my order on the app and seen the que and knowing how long it takes them to do 4 cars which can be over 45 minutes I drove on to somewhere else because there was a que down to near the rugby club, yet still got charged for a meal that was never received. Not only that but when you try to raise a complaint not one of them gives a damn, nor can it be emailed through to head office. Even if you are unfortunate enough to get your order stuff is always missing. This place needs proper management and staff that can cope with the business and to relocate to somewhere that can fit the demand of customers in. This isn't just because of the busy period either, this has been an ongoing issue for a very long time.

The kiosk don't have the vegetarian option on them . I asked at counter for a vegetarian in the party. The girl at the counter said I don't know il check after waiting 10 minutes she didn't bother. I asked again and she said no don't think so . Without even checking I had to ask her again to please check and she did. Low and behold there were vegan burgers available. I'm not sure if it happened by a Christmas miracle or that the staff member was just lazy and didn't care but terrible service none the less

Fast food restaurant?? We waited well over half an hour wait for food. And it wasnt a big order. 2x wicked zinger burger meals. They prioritise delivery drivers and cars in drive thru. The tables could also do with a good wipe. And staff should know to mop the floor safely

Waited over over 30 minutes for our food. Eventually got our food which was ok.Place was not clean at all. Bins full,tables sitting with rubbish on them,food all over the floor they had no red sauce or plates. Toilets were not clean at all! My wee boy slipped on the way out luckily I had his hand.KFC has definitely went down hill used to be lovely place to go to for food.I think if there was more staff it would definitely run a whole lot better. Safe to say I won’t be back to the portadown one again!

Ordered a zinger box meal girl taking orders said this meal doesn't come with a side. They ran out of gravy and sweetcorn. Ordered 2 extra hot wings and never got them and she tried to tell me I never ordered them. The service was rubbish and I know my meal it does come with a side 🤬🤬

Had the worst experience. Waited an hour for a £36 app order and left without food. After 15 mins waiting, I realised the restaurant didn't get the app order, which was annoying but salvageable, however I told the staff and they then left me there another 45mins under the assumption they'd manually make the order. The staff I told disappeared and when I finally got the attention of someone else, they hadn't bothered making my order. I developed a migraine from hunger and had to drive home without food for me or my family. (Refund on the way after contacting customer service). This isn't even my first negative experience with this or another KFC.

Very rude delivery person! he kept harassing my girlfriend and completely missed the location and was really really disrespectful. Even scolded the client. This is completely unacceptable.

Order arrived late and cold. Delivery driver initially tried to give me items I hadn't ordered and there was only a small number of chips. Made a complaint via Just Eat and received a small refund less than a third of the value of the order.

We are considering never using Just eat again. 1st, order was pushed back in 5 min increments. 2nd, you sent someone who couldn't speak English, couldn't read our address & couldn't find us. If you employ people make sure they speak fluent English.
