Waiting 2 hours+ for the second time on food being delivered is an absolute joke, just refuse the order if your struggling to keep up with orders

I love KFC and there food but the wait times every single time I order is always longer than you'd ever expect, for example I ordered on Uber eats, it's been there nearly 2 hours my order still isn't ready, driver standing waiting about. Last time I was at the drive thru, I was sitting behind 5 cars Infront it took 45mins to order and receive my food, this would be understandable if your dealing with a huge amount of orders but it's a fast food establishment?

I was in it today I don’t think I will be back as Service is very very slow they gave me no milk for my Tea the girl said they had none left I went up again and was told they would bring it to my Table which they didn’t so I had to go up again then a guy brought me the Milk and Ketchup to my Table he did apologise. Another two Ladies with Kids waited ages on their meals. This KFC is very slow and they need to get their act together,without a Doubt this is the slowest service I’ve ever had I’ve given 0 Stars for Service.

Unless lazy staff, 45 mins wait on food that's over done..... unbelievable

Waited half an hour on order. Got home got a totally different order. Shocking. 2 fries and 2 drinks cost me a small fortune.

The kiosk don't have the vegetarian option on them . I asked at counter for a vegetarian in the party. The girl at the counter said I don't know il check after waiting 10 minutes she didn't bother. I asked again and she said no don't think so . Without even checking I had to ask her again to please check and she did. Low and behold there were vegan burgers available. I'm not sure if it happened by a Christmas miracle or that the staff member was just lazy and didn't care but terrible service none the less

Waited over over 30 minutes for our food. Eventually got our food which was ok.Place was not clean at all. Bins full,tables sitting with rubbish on them,food all over the floor they had no red sauce or plates. Toilets were not clean at all! My wee boy slipped on the way out luckily I had his hand.KFC has definitely went down hill used to be lovely place to go to for food.I think if there was more staff it would definitely run a whole lot better. Safe to say I won’t be back to the portadown one again!

Time was going up and up for over 2 hrs

Ordered a zinger box meal girl taking orders said this meal doesn't come with a side. They ran out of gravy and sweetcorn. Ordered 2 extra hot wings and never got them and she tried to tell me I never ordered them. The service was rubbish and I know my meal it does come with a side 🤬🤬

Asked for no lettuce on the burger

Order came in a terrible condition, the gravy had run out all over the box and the rest of the order, I have pictures to prove it, how do I make a complaint

Had the worst experience. Waited an hour for a £36 app order and left without food. After 15 mins waiting, I realised the restaurant didn't get the app order, which was annoying but salvageable, however I told the staff and they then left me there another 45mins under the assumption they'd manually make the order. The staff I told disappeared and when I finally got the attention of someone else, they hadn't bothered making my order. I developed a migraine from hunger and had to drive home without food for me or my family. (Refund on the way after contacting customer service). This isn't even my first negative experience with this or another KFC.

I was supposed to get 2 gravy’s didn’t get them

Ordered food on the app on the way to KFC so it would be ready when we arrive. Order made at 6.12pm and arrived at the KFC 6.15pm and now the time is 6.50pm and still waiting for food. What kind of fast food chain if i m gonna wait one hour??

I ordered at 4 arrived 1 hour and a half late very poor service

Order arrived late and cold. Delivery driver initially tried to give me items I hadn't ordered and there was only a small number of chips. Made a complaint via Just Eat and received a small refund less than a third of the value of the order.

Very rude delivery person! he kept harassing my girlfriend and completely missed the location and was really really disrespectful. Even scolded the client. This is completely unacceptable.

You need to check your order before leaving to make sure all is there but otherwise all great.

Only 2 self service tills and they don’t take orders at the desk no longer ,Was a big que so gave up and went elsewhere. Won’t be back

Delivered in time but fries are missing so now I have to try and keep chicken warm and cook fries myself . Not amused at all

After a 2 hour wait for our food, both trilogy boxes came without mini fillets and no drinks with either meal. Regular occurrence from this store, cant seem to ever get a full order correct.

We are considering never using Just eat again. 1st, order was pushed back in 5 min increments. 2nd, you sent someone who couldn't speak English, couldn't read our address & couldn't find us. If you employ people make sure they speak fluent English.

Ordered using a niece's app for birthday dinner and went to pick it up. Order is ~£50. Girl put all 3 or 4 boxes of food in one thin bag and gave through drive through without any care. Food bag dropped between car and drive-through window. No apology. Turned and laughed. When we told her that she should have put in a few bags, she shut the window. Fries and tenders were soaking in broken gravy boxes. I am from Belfast and have bought KFC from different places for the last 30 years. This is my first worst experience for poor food, service & hospitality.

We ordered the food at just after seven and the times kept getting by pushed back, at around nine we went to the store ourselves and they told us they never received an order so we ordered more food. Three hours after the food had been ordered a drive turns up to the house with cold food.

Check your order someone can't tell the difference between medium and large

Place is really a joke asked me to park and wait for my food which was fine then had to sit 25 mins while every other car got serviced all I asked for was a plain rice box !!

Last time I eat here it was put in the bin. Must admit it’s been a while from I’ve went. I’m in awe this place is still in business as it’s just went to dirt. Back in the day this place was decent. Wouldn’t go near it now. Can only get a KFC that’s half decent when I’m in Belfast. Wouldn’t touch this place if I was being paid to. Pity I don’t have the photos still of what they served me. The hygiene rating in there should be a solid 0. I’ve recommended a fruit shoot as the dish cause it’s about the only thing the place serves that’s up to standard.

well, the place is dirty, the tables are always greasy, full of food leftovers lying around, downright disgusting

Wings, amazing, fries amazing, the tower burger WTF is this sloppy monstrosity, bun not toasted, too much sauce, soggy hash brown. It literally fell apart trying to eat it. £10.99 for complete embarrassment trying to eat the impossible slop burger! Never again!

1/10 experience for me, i was patiently waiting for my order for around 20 minutes and eventually when they finished my order, i came to the conclusion that i was missing a part of it, so naturally i went up to the counter with my receipt and stood there expecting help from the staff, i was rudely ignored and made to stand there for 10 minutes just to go and sit back down and not get my missing part of my order back.

I dont come to portadown kfc much, and on the few occasions I've been the place has always felt dirty, with a variety of detritus under or on tables and staff making little or no effort to clean and tidy. The atmosphere is usually sullen and the service slow. I prefer Banbridge as these problems are less evident. No doubt kfc management will tell me my feedback is very important to them ( but not important enough to actually improve) and that kfc strive to provide a positive dining experience (obviously not striving enough). Food was good though

I used to love this place but in the last year or so it has really gone down hill fast to the point I rarely go there anymore 3 of the last 4 times I went I walked out because of the service or I should say lack of it been left standing for half an hour sad was a good place once

Ordered a BBQ chicken burger meal and 4 cookies. The burgers was nasty, the meat was all weirdband grizzly in the middle and I got about 5 chips. I only really wanted the cookies but they never even sent them.. 😭 I got refunded for the cookies but if I order them again Itll cost me a lot more with delivery.

Over 1hour and 20 minutes to be served two kids snack boxes and to mini fillet burgers, with unseason fries, when food came it was seasoned fries they give, it took in excess of another 20 mins to get the unseasoned fries after me having to go too the counter 3times to ask for them, by the time they got the fries they had already eaten there chicken, one of the worst experiences ever for a off store I’ve been too, definitely would never go back to this shop again

Took 2 hours from payment until order arrived, when kfc advertised 20 tp 40 minutes. Both drinks ordered were wrong. side of hot wings was missing from the order.

Floors not clean, food particles on floor, bin overflowing with rubbish, all tables need wiped clean, staff lacking in meet and greet. No excuse considering place is not full. Food arrived in bag no trays available due to fact they are sitting piled up beside bins. Food good pity about surroundings.
