Ordered at 6pm delivery time keept changing took to 8pm before recieved order. Order was cold

My order was not Delivered but it says Delivered

The restaurant kept the courier waiting for over 20 minutes. For KFC this is unacceptable.

They forgot half my boneless meal. I ordered the 2 pc of chicken too and the chicken tasted like it was sitting out in the open all afternoon.

while I think the 11 herbs and spices have changed, the chicken was adequately seasoned and cooked. the delivery time was changed but it still arrived more or less within the original time slot and was still nice and hot. The complaint I do have is that the staff at KFC Portadown seem to be unable to count. if I order and pay for 6 pieces of chicken that's what I expect, not 5.

the food was lovely but i never got my full order.i ordered a mighty bucket for one and didnt get any fries with it.i also ordered a side of beans which i was charged £2.99 for and never got them either.very good quality food but bad quantity.

Very fast delivery although the shop didn’t send me any sauces at all even when I asked in the comments. Had to eat the food dry. Disappointed.

No body take attention on my claim ! I have an order about £44’99 what’s about an kfc party bucket I got at home after 2 hours a bucket for one abut £9.99 and the order was on an lady name on diferent adress ordered with a 6 hours before my order!!! Now doesn’t matter thei broke the diner of 6 kids what just wish to have an kfc diner between cousins, and still don’t said an sorry and refoud the money after a 4 days! Waiting 2 hours+ for the second time on food being delivered is an absolute joke, just refuse the order if your struggling to keep up with orders

I love KFC and there food but the wait times every single time I order is always longer than you'd ever expect, for example I ordered on Uber eats, it's been there nearly 2 hours my order still isn't ready, driver standing waiting about. Last time I was at the drive thru, I was sitting behind 5 cars Infront it took 45mins to order and receive my food, this would be understandable if your dealing with a huge amount of orders but it's a fast food establishment?

Food wasn't even delivered and marked as delivered. Driver was stationary in another part of the area for ages then marked as delivered!

I was in it today I don’t think I will be back as Service is very very slow they gave me no milk for my Tea the girl said they had none left I went up again and was told they would bring it to my Table which they didn’t so I had to go up again then a guy brought me the Milk and Ketchup to my Table he did apologise. Another two Ladies with Kids waited ages on their meals. This KFC is very slow and they need to get their act together,without a Doubt this is the slowest service I’ve ever had I’ve given 0 Stars for Service.

Awful experience with my Family of 5. Had to wait 40 minutes for food and when it arrived my order was wrong. Had to wait a further 20 minutes to resolve, truly awful! stay clear of this KFC!

Unless lazy staff, 45 mins wait on food that's over done..... unbelievable

abysmal service. completely ignored the notes, slathered sauce on a kids burger that was supposed to be plain, on both sides too so it was inedible. And all the chips were missing, both the extras that were ordered separately, and the ones that are supposed to be included with the meals. So we were all left with only chicken and a tub of gravy, not a single chip to dip.

Absolutely Appalled by how down hill this place has gone. The staff are slower than the que to get round the drive through, the app is a waste of time, I placed my order on the app and seen the que and knowing how long it takes them to do 4 cars which can be over 45 minutes I drove on to somewhere else because there was a que down to near the rugby club, yet still got charged for a meal that was never received. Not only that but when you try to raise a complaint not one of them gives a damn, nor can it be emailed through to head office. Even if you are unfortunate enough to get your order stuff is always missing. This place needs proper management and staff that can cope with the business and to relocate to somewhere that can fit the demand of customers in. This isn't just because of the busy period either, this has been an ongoing issue for a very long time.

Got order wrong, but in my favour. Ended up with an extra sweet chilli wrap. Food and delivery were ok.

The kiosk don't have the vegetarian option on them . I asked at counter for a vegetarian in the party. The girl at the counter said I don't know il check after waiting 10 minutes she didn't bother. I asked again and she said no don't think so . Without even checking I had to ask her again to please check and she did. Low and behold there were vegan burgers available. I'm not sure if it happened by a Christmas miracle or that the staff member was just lazy and didn't care but terrible service none the less

Fast food restaurant?? We waited well over half an hour wait for food. And it wasnt a big order. 2x wicked zinger burger meals. They prioritise delivery drivers and cars in drive thru. The tables could also do with a good wipe. And staff should know to mop the floor safely

Waited over over 30 minutes for our food. Eventually got our food which was ok.Place was not clean at all. Bins full,tables sitting with rubbish on them,food all over the floor they had no red sauce or plates. Toilets were not clean at all! My wee boy slipped on the way out luckily I had his hand.KFC has definitely went down hill used to be lovely place to go to for food.I think if there was more staff it would definitely run a whole lot better. Safe to say I won’t be back to the portadown one again!

Time was going up and up for over 2 hrs

Ordered a zinger box meal girl taking orders said this meal doesn't come with a side. They ran out of gravy and sweetcorn. Ordered 2 extra hot wings and never got them and she tried to tell me I never ordered them. The service was rubbish and I know my meal it does come with a side 🤬🤬

Had the worst experience. Waited an hour for a £36 app order and left without food. After 15 mins waiting, I realised the restaurant didn't get the app order, which was annoying but salvageable, however I told the staff and they then left me there another 45mins under the assumption they'd manually make the order. The staff I told disappeared and when I finally got the attention of someone else, they hadn't bothered making my order. I developed a migraine from hunger and had to drive home without food for me or my family. (Refund on the way after contacting customer service). This isn't even my first negative experience with this or another KFC.

Ordered food on the app on the way to KFC so it would be ready when we arrive. Order made at 6.12pm and arrived at the KFC 6.15pm and now the time is 6.50pm and still waiting for food. What kind of fast food chain if i m gonna wait one hour??

Order arrived late and cold. Delivery driver initially tried to give me items I hadn't ordered and there was only a small number of chips. Made a complaint via Just Eat and received a small refund less than a third of the value of the order.

After a 2 hour wait for our food, both trilogy boxes came without mini fillets and no drinks with either meal. Regular occurrence from this store, cant seem to ever get a full order correct.

We are considering never using Just eat again. 1st, order was pushed back in 5 min increments. 2nd, you sent someone who couldn't speak English, couldn't read our address & couldn't find us. If you employ people make sure they speak fluent English.

Ordered using a niece's app for birthday dinner and went to pick it up. Order is ~£50. Girl put all 3 or 4 boxes of food in one thin bag and gave through drive through without any care. Food bag dropped between car and drive-through window. No apology. Turned and laughed. When we told her that she should have put in a few bags, she shut the window. Fries and tenders were soaking in broken gravy boxes. I am from Belfast and have bought KFC from different places for the last 30 years. This is my first worst experience for poor food, service & hospitality.

We ordered the food at just after seven and the times kept getting by pushed back, at around nine we went to the store ourselves and they told us they never received an order so we ordered more food. Three hours after the food had been ordered a drive turns up to the house with cold food.
