V poor ,it was barely warm and like before chips v thin and hard. Chicken was quite dry,skin very hard dde

food was ok, delivered an hour late, couldn't get through to the phone for an update on the order.

Great service but 45 minutes to deliver food from a fast food restaurant is not ideal, you really should look at getting more drivers to reduce your delivery times. But food was hot and was received as requested

Lovely hot food beautifully prepared and delivered in timely fashion.

Delivery time kept being put back.

The dog got most of it very poor and not value for money

ordered from here as i had seen some fantastic reviews but to say I was disappointed was an understatement. The food arrived not in heat proof bag. the food was freezing and the chips were like rubber. Didn't enjoy for the price paid Deffo won't recommend or order again if I could of give minus in stars for quality I would have.

I've always loved a wee country fried but was never "full" after one that's until now! massive portion that I couldn't finish, you can taste the difference in the quality of the food from the new owner. will definitely be ordering again and recommending to others

The food was terrible, chicken was chewy and inedible. very little lettuce and a lot of undercooked chips. Gravy tasted awful too.

It has just been taken over by new management 😐 bit wiery but the last 2 visits I've had to the place has been so welcoming 😊 the 2 girls on tonight have great customer service skills and always up for a chat and a laugh so a big thank you to Adele and (rebecca/rachel) couldn't remember her name by time I got home 🤣 but a big thank you to both girls, u made my day a little brighter 👌

tasty as usual...chips need to be cooked a bit longer. there was some hot and some cold that where a bit hard still but otherwise it wa grand. the chip portion size was massive so having a few undercooked chips wasn't a massive loss

Order didnt arrive until 2.5 hours after it was placed. It was almost midnight. Shop rang me at 11 asking if i had received order as there was some kind of mix up. Still 2 hours after order was placed and then a firther 30 mins after this for deliver

Order came well after the expected delivery time and then when I got the food the food I got was completely different to what I had ordered.

Disappointing. I had rung previously & was told to add any requests to the order (e.g. I paid for taco sauce but asked for garlic instead because there was no option for a garlic side); there’s supposed to be salad in the wrap (there was none) and I asked for some onion to be added. None of these were completed unfortunately. But at least my drink was there this time. It was missed from my last order.

Burger bap is burnt and the burger looks so messy, half the items in the box instead of on the burger. Chicken nuggets, i ordered 9 but only got 6. With them being tiny and burnt.

Left a note on food order for taco sauce on my burger - came plain. Chicken kebab meal - the chicken was rubbery & full of yucky veins. Never again

Ordered £33 worth of food and herons country fried chicken forgot to put the chips in the bag and when i rang them the 'manager' blamed the delivery driver! Pathetic - no customer service skills whatsoever, she actually hung the phone up

was supposed to be here by 6pm and they kept changing the time every 5 minutes. got her at 640pm. part of order missing, a whole meal. wouldn't answer the phone so eventually had to go to she shop to get my child's food. I ordered from Uber eats. And the portions are shocking. A regular super chip in a tub that you would use for sauce. Ridiculous

Shocking! Ordered food over 2 and a half hours ago and still has not arrived. When we tried to ring the place it went straight to voicemail. Ordered on deliveroo but has been saying for the past hour that they have been preparing the food and trying to find a driver. If they could not find a driver the restraunt should have cancelled and refunded our money. It’s near 11pm (when they close) and still no food!!

Had food from this company before and was impressed but this time was very disappointing. Chicken salad wrap had no salad in it, just chicken. It was very not enjoyable and not worth the price I paid for it. Chips also didn’t look very fresh and overcooked. Very upsetting as it was my first delivery on just eat and you can’t send the food back and get it fixed, so got to be stuck with terrible dinner.

1 x portion of nuggets was missing from order. ordered at 16.51-wasnt delivered until 18.15.

Absolute disgrace. Paid 4.80 for an large chip that wasn’t received and when I called them got nothing but attitude. I will post the video of the pink chicken that also received a few months ago when they begged me not to! Absolute disgrace! Customer service shocking!!!

Great food came quickly the lady was very kind and was working by herself, the place was very clean you need to definitely try meal 4 which is AMAZING. I will definitely come here went more often since the food is so amazing and quick😀😃.

As usual food is tasty, but again portion sizes are tiny! A chip for 3.40 in a tiny bag with a handful of chips, and again the chicken kebab for nearly 9.00 with about 4 small pieces of diced chicken! All the other comments say the same thing and I’ve said it before in another review. About time you started listening to customer feedback.

This is first time I have ever complained about this chicken place but food was cold when it arrived and one burger had 2 tops of baps and the other burger had 2 bottoms of baps and very little fillings. The drink ordered with burger meal never arriveded either.

The size of the regular super chip was diabolical.

Tasty food, but for the price of the chicken kebab it could be doing with a lot more chicken. Very small amount, I’ve left a previous review stating the same. The food is lovely though which is the only reason I continue to order from here! Hopefully they listen to the constructive criticism and make the improvements.

Very disappointing. First thing there was no chicken left, ok so it was late in the night so I understand that. Then I got wat they call a LARGE super chip which to be honest was more like a kids size tub hardly any gravy over the handful of chips that was in it. You would get more in a happy meal. And to be charged £6 for that and a bottle of coke rip off. I'm only sorry I didn't take a photo of it

Poor food, great delivery guy. Food was cold and somehow everything was soggy but dry at the same time! It baffles me how something like this can be slapped together and then served to a paying customer. Not good enough! Again, must reiterate that the delivery guy was top notch!!! So friendly and apologetic.
