Really good customization for your sandwiches! The bread is high quality and the place smells great!

Shop was empty, service was ok not really friendly. I live a subway, so can't fault the food.

Food was OK, service good but price....£7.90 for a tuna footlong, I think its expensive for what it is. Tuna was spread a bit light for the price. Better value elsewhere, adding a drink would push it over a tenner.

£8.48 for a 6inch sub and a drink. Expensive for what it is. No toilet facilities.

£19.50 For two six inch subs and two coffee..we won't be back

Relatively quick service, overall clean, seemingly kind servers. Very nice food of course.

cannot order collection from this store ever, annoying, only way to collect is on just eat and that website charges you £6 for a 6inch, can never even use my subway points so theres no point of even having them 0/10 service food good then the only way to use the subway points is to order from the one down the road but that one has alot of traffic in that direction and always arrives cold

My subway experience was very disappointing I won't be returning to the Lurgan branch, I'm actually very weary off going back to any branch of subway.

Busy and fast, typical Subway, clean and tidy with good staff.

We visit this branch at least once a week. The staff used to be friendly and had a good customer care ethic, but now are just about approachable with no thank you, or enjoy your subway. Need customer training for sure.

Went in for a special offer advertised all over the radio. Staff very rude and wouldn't honour it. Food OK.

I noticed my review was taken offline so I’m here again keeping this event and the reputation going. This guy would only give me 3 jalapeños per sandwich because. After making a complaint he explained to me that he didn’t care because he makes millions in the business and my custom didn’t matter. I felt it’s important that he knows I have told everyone over the way he treated me and others and now I intend to keep reviewing no matter how many times he removes it. Please trip advisor keep my post this guy felt he doesn’t need mine or anyone else’s custom because he makesWay too much money.

This place should get a customer toilet. After sitting in with a sub and large drink I asked for the toilets and was advised to go to Tesco as subway don’t have customer toilets.

Not into sandwiches, but not a bad place for a snack. Hate seeing staff wearing those gloves, how non hygienic are they???? Yeouch!! Not a big lover of large food franchise's.

Tends not to be as busy as some other subway stores, so you usually don't have a long wait. Staff are friendly and food is fresh.

Wow what an adventure today. Went into my usual subway to find a person who seemed new and friendly. Ordered my usual sandwich which is teriaki with pickle and jalapeños however I was to only get 4 pickle slices and 3 jalapeño slices. I then asked for more to have a world of abuse when I said I have never had 3 jalapeños ever. He argued 3 is all you'll get if you want more you pay extra. I replied saying I've never heard anything like this before in the years I have been a subway customer.I tried to complain his words were don't talk to me complain to subway as that's standard I'm simply the franchise owner.To end it they slapped way too much sauce on the sandwich and ruined the taste before walking away and ignoring my shock at my treatment I actually walked away what I should have done is rejected the food and walked away without paying. I paid. Early twenty pounds for 4 sandwiches.So we sat down on unclean tables, which is usual in Lurgan but never mind, but I felt that my custom was worthless. So I tried to complain one more time to find he was even braver. He decided to tell me that there are people who have the cheek to ask for more chicken and why should I be different with pickle. I explained if I wanted to take the Mickey I would have asked for everything I'm allowed to take tomato cucumber etc/ but no I simply wanted a little more maybe one or two slices and did my request kill him so much he was willing to lose my long term custom over this. He said. He owns 6 franchises and listed the locations so I could avoid his maximum serving policies and then proceeded to explain he didn't care about my custom and I can TripAdvisor all I want. He earns a personal wage of 300 thousand pounds and simply thought my complaint was funny. I was shocked. So I went back to my office, checked him out to find he is either a blag or he is lying to the revenue. Either way that man is on a path of destruction speaking to people like that. I won't return and his other alleged franchises will be avoided. I will continue to watch his failings with his customers and ensure to be around to laugh back at his failings the way he did to me for simply wanting a few more jalapeños the man couldn't have been more obtuse and up his own backside. I know from being a businessman for 22 years this attitude does not work. I will continuously campaign to ensure that I keep advising all my friends family and workers never to enter his premises again. He does not deserve my good will nor support. I supported this place even though at previous times the food and the cleanliness was woeful I will never return to this pompous and arrogant man.

Never need to wait long to order but it doesnt have any toilets which is pretty important when you have kids.

Cambio completo de personal y más miserable de metro en el que he estado. Caballero delante de mí pedir algún tomate y lechuga en su sub desayuno y me dijeron que no iba a ser extra, YA QUE ¿cuándo? ? Me dieron un desayuno sub y tuvimos que volver a contador como el huevo estaba tibia en el mejor de los casos. Hay mejores lugares en las inmediaciones así sándwich se produciéndose aquí a partir de ahora.

I visit this particular Subway for a salad st lunchtime.Its always fresh and the staff are friendly and courteous...thanks guys.

Wanted a quick sandwich on the move, very popular especially at lunchtime. Staff could learn how to smile but this was the only downside. Heavy on the addional condiments but as I was hungry I'm not complaining

I won't be back to this place, I'll just head down to the one at the garage by the m1, the staff don't know how please or even be polite, they were training another member how to speak to customers this way. The food was fine. The place was disgusting the tables were rotten and the drinks dispenser has blue roll tissues drenched in soft drink attracting pest wasps to sit on the blue roll without drowning which the place was infested with wasps annoying you while your sitting down having your sandwich on the dirty tables. No sign of cleanliness for new customers eating in the place. 3 staff of which one was a trainee. It was all about getting the big cash turnover and forget about them as soon as they left the till. Didn't get napkins or a bag or even a tray to carry out food away. Won't ever return

untidy shop, staff abrupt. just wouldn't bother again. there are better places nearby to get a decent bite to eat rather than waste time here.

Como los metros, este es tan bueno como lo que cabe esperar. Aunque por espacio de descanso tiene más espacio del que 95% de todos los otros subterráneos en el norte.
