I am so sad to see this place come to an end. I found this place 10 times better than Gourmet Grill. This place made my favourite food, the best in the world. I am sad to see it go.

Tried this chippy a couple of weeks ago and it was delicious. I love their choice of dishes. We got a gravel chip, fish supper, beef burger and chicken burger. I thought it was reasonably priced :)

This man was really rude to me. His name is reportly Cameron jones. The employees nicknamed him jonesy like the one from fortnite. He wouldnt give me my 5p change and forced to get extra cheese on top

Iam 6'1, farming, working on lorrys so when I eat I want man food, so it's a double cheese 🧀 burger 🍔 for me, great great meat 🥩 and a chassic bun, the meat is what makes a burger, you have to try, the meat is like a mini steak 🥩, and it's two of them, when you eat out of the country chippy you start to wonder why eat elsewhere, super food, in my book 📙 it's No 1,its ten out of ten for me, happy eating folks

First time visit to this chippy recently and the food was great, and staff friendly. The chips tasted like homemade. I will certainly visit again although I saw a For Sale sign?

This chippy is not open as much as it used to be. It is up for sale and this is a good thing. My daughter used to work here and one part of management was not a good employer as they where constantly on the staffs backs. It has always employed younger people and I believe this was because they were able to control them.

Tried for 1st time the other day as recommended by a friend. Cod, chips and mushy peas. Enjoyed the cod and chips, mushy peas not really my style as not mushy. Solid place. Will be back.

Great food with plenty of variety. Friendly staff and minimum of waiting time.

Great customer service, Always happy to have a chat with Mabel. Food is always freshly made & piping hot even when ringing for collection. Great variety of food, From your regular chip shop to pizzas & I believe their ice-cream is home made and tasty. Only two complaints I have; 1. is their chicken burgers, Past few times I have gotten one they have been chewy and slightly pink in the middle. When questioned I was told it is to do with their new supplier. 2. Their rivalry with the local chip wagon at Dewarts garage. Petty arguments and complaints on both sides.

Ordered a donor kebab in pitta bread and literally got about 7 small pieces of meat. Very disappointing!

Highly recommend this place to anyone that is going past waringstown! Been coming here for quite some time now and food has always been amazing cannot fault it at all! Good generous portions and very helpful and friendly staff.

AFTER HAVING MY FIRST FISH AND CHIPS FROM COUNTRY CHIPPY. DELICIOUS. DEFINITELY GET AGAIN.

Is ok id reccomend the sliced chicken supoer with beef gravy and stuffing. Is the best thing there. Its a shame there batter and chios are poor though. Batter usually ok chips always terrible 😔

First class food always freshly cooked just for you. With a great varied menu including Pizza & all the usual in a fish & chip shop.

Lovely food and great prices...

Used to call in here all the time until I got a few dry and chewy chicken burgers in a row. I mentioned it to the guy who runs the place and the response I got from him wasn't what I expected. It's not like I was expecting a free one I was merely telling him how they were. If he had thought for 2 seconds before he opened his big Hitler mouth and ranted at me then I would've continued to give him passing trade but no more. Haven't been back in 7 years and won't be anytime soon.

The food is very good , and the staff is peasant.

First, it was a large Mercedes lorry kitted out as a mobile chip shop on a Friday night, and then a stationary shop on the Main Street of Waringstown, but Raymond and Mabel have kept the quality of their fried food to a very high standard over many years! Reliable, dependable, well cooked and always piping hot - it's our first choice for a takeaway! However, I would just comment, that it would be nice to have a choice of fish, perhaps haddock, instead of just having cod!

We've just finished delicious fish suppers from the Country Chippy. Beautifully cooked, tastily done with superb flavour and good quantity.. We're regular customers and we always get a warm welcome from Raymond & Mabel. Great to have the Country Chippy in our village - a great asset that we can thoroughly recommend!

Good Chippy always good quality, would be best however you do need to phone and leave order as can be slow at times when U walk in off street

Had chips from Country Chippy, Waringstown. Very Very poor!!! So dry in middle and tastless, not cheap either...wont be back.

Food was awful, would never return. Half raw chips and burger was seriously dry and lacking flavour.

We visit this chippy regularly as near home. The food is always good and premises are very clean. Particularly good is the chicken burger and the fish supper. Usually very generous portions even for the kids meals.

Stopped only for a burger but looked around. Very clean and food looked very good. It was very busy so I waited quite a while. Food cooked fresh. Prices were OK. It's worth it another visit. Burger was fine.

Go here on a regular basis as food is always lovely. Best chippy in Northern Ireland. Fish & chips are really gorgeous. Service is warm friendly and quick. Food always fresh and always greeted with a warm welcome. So clean.

This chippy is fine but is very very expensive for the size of portions. The food is good and the staff ok.
