paid and ordered for 2 curry dips, didn't receive them. other than that, order was good

It was absolutely freezing it went in the bin I didn’t eat it ridiculous

Yet another mistake by this restaurant, I ordered one strawberry milkshake and one chocolate milkshake but got two chocolate ones. My son doesn’t like the chocolate one so had to do without. Not the first time this restaurant has made an error with my order!

missing big mac meal and 2 chips and the food came cold

order was cold and my son didn't get his minecraft collectable with his nugget meal.

drink came without lid on properly the drink was spilt all over bag.

Every order Ive made has had missing items, tonight’s order is missing 3 medium fries 2 small fries and not one sauce came and they should of came with 4 different meals, I left a note for the delivery driver to double check the order and gave directions to my house as they always drive past our street and you could see the driver didn’t read the note either

Didn't recieve 3 of the triple cheese burgers that were ordered

Very poor. Waited an hour for my food. The restaurant is not even that far away. App said 30 minutes. It counted down to 7 three times and went back to 12 minutes. The food was near cold. Maybe make some priority the fact I paid at least my hourly wage for a burger. Also the fact it was meant to be my dinner because I only got to sit down after 10pm and only got it after 11pm

shocking service! Food was cold & half of the drink was spilled. Driver sat outside my house for nearly 10 mins then rang to day the drink had spilled out & asked uf I still wanted it. Obviously if I had known the food was freezing I would not have accepted it!

Website has shown courier at the restaurant for almost 50 minutes food is cold and inedible, the delivery once leaving the restaurant took less than 10 minutes so there should not have been a long wait

Times kept changing and our Chios were lying all over the bag. Wasn’t the warmest.

Food was nice but missing an item and also the toy that came with the Minecraft meals which I am kinda dissatisfied with, as that’s the reason i purchased this meal in the first place

I did not receive 70% of my order. I am disabled with 3 disabled children. driver made me come to my main door and still give the wrong order.

Worst service ever nearly 2 hours wait my wife drove over to be told not our problem 3rd party so never again if they can't deliver don't take the order and another thing when my wife got to McDonald's the place was empty so no excuse about being busy!!

Ordered tea it came with no milk. I also ordered milk separately and they me a bottle of water. I ordered because I needed the milk as I had none in the house and couldn't get to the shop so left with tea I can't drink and no milk
