Half my order was missing I ordered a strawberry berry milkshake and a iced latte and 2 cokes came I ordered two large McFlurrys and not one of them came my chicken wraps were cold I am not happy at all and I tried to phone them and they didn’t answer once

My order did not arrive and I can’t contact anyone for a refund I’m disgusted will never ever order from McDonalds again pat 2 orders £50 has not arrived.

Jess is the best McDonald’s staff member I have ever met. Had such a bad week and then I spilled my entire coffee all over myself the floor window and table! Jess helped and then offered me a new coffee which never happens! Thank you so so much for making my day

food never arrived but on the app. it had stated it was delivered. don't know how that is possible considering the delivery driver would need a code to confirm my order had been delivered. so where had the food gone either never left the restaurant or made it into a delivery drivers stomach.

only reason I'm giving a 5* is down to the driver, food missing again, a huge thank to to our driver, he made the effort in going back in which he didn't have to. Thank you 👍 above and beyond

Absolute disgrace, worker shouted at my daughter all because she asked is this open. There was no need, It says on the website open until 12am so she went in at 22:50 and apparently they were closed? So lazy. Sort this out!

Bag with drinks had tore open as not packed right and hot drinks and spilt. The tamper proof seal wasn't needed on the 2nd bag as staff dont know how to read and fold so im not unsure if the delivery driver has played with the food. thats before I mention the state of the mcmuffin which is cold and looks inedible

Just had a delivery and how hard is it to read an order. Missing a burger and all 6 sauces. Can't get in contact with the restaurant, so will have to go out of my way to go to the restaurant tomorrow. What a pain in the a$$. Well done McDonald's

as always items missing. Customer service is shocking. im actually finished using this "service" for good. absolutely fed up to the back teeth with missing items, wrong peoples orders delivered and fighting to get refunds.

When ordering it stated it would be 15-30 minutes. However, once ordered the delivery time jumped up. Additionally, I was missing 3 happy meals for my 3 children. Which was a worst case scenario as I ended up with 3 children extremely upset. I am extremely disappointed.

I got the wrong food I litterally ordered McDonald’s but got delivered a Burger King?

Everything in order was wrong, delivery time kept changing then to be around 15/20 mins late and when it arrived nothing was correct. Had to come up to the store to re-order as they wouldn’t answer their store phone.

Chip where cold the small chips where not filled about 5 chips in each packet burger not dressed properly very upsetting and let down

I placed a pickup order through the app on my way home, hoping it would be quicker. Unfortunately, it was the opposite. My order number was 68, but I hadn’t received my food even after number 78 was called. I asked the staff about my order, and eventually I received it — but it was immediately obvious that the fries were missing, even though I had ordered two large ones. The staff added them after I pointed it out. When I got home, I realized one of the burgers was missing. I tried calling the store but got no answer. I also attempted to use the “Talk to McDonald’s Virtual Assistant” feature in the app, but it wouldn’t let me send any messages. So I drove back to the store to request a refund for the missing burger. However, the staff told me I could only get a refund if I returned all the food — but my son had already taken a bite of one burger and eaten some fries. At that point, I regretted driving back, as it just wasted my time and fuel. On the bright side, this experience might help my family cut back on fast food — I’m honestly fed up after today.

Yet another mistake by this restaurant, I ordered one strawberry milkshake and one chocolate milkshake but got two chocolate ones. My son doesn’t like the chocolate one so had to do without. Not the first time this restaurant has made an error with my order!
