Delivery driver was a gentleman, asked me if I needed a hand upstairs with the food. Thank you for that. Food was lovely too. 👍

I enjoyed the meal but l would of preferred the beans in a carton instead of pouring over my cowboy supper

chip yard was very disappointing tonight food was cold,chips were all scrappings,garlic mayo wasn't even the same ,to be honest was all threw together really disappointed

Fish was a disaster long and thin very dry inside asked for tartar sauce was given garlic mayonnaise was on the fish before I realised ended up in the bin the 2 hot dogs were lovely I just wish I had ordered one instead of the fish

Order arrived 30 mins late and cold. Burgers were dry and burger buns were hard. Disappointing as I've been going here for ages and always loved the food but seems the quality has been slipping lately

The tub of gravy had opened and half of it spilled out all over the bag. The food was ok but a bit dry with hardly any sauce

Missing chicken breast and battered sausage, chicken burger had pretty much no chicken in it. I used to order from this place often but they have went down hill.

I'm sorry to have to mention your delivery driver. He's miserable he knows I have a dog. I always meet the drivers outside my house at my gates. It could of been a accident but he opened my gate and didn't bolt the latch. My dog got out and was nearly run over by my neighbour. His first delivery to me, he moaned about how far he had to come and continued to moan about how much his petrol cost. Oh the food was good but my pineapple milkshake was pretty tasteless need more puree. Sorry Jillian

below the usual standard. huge fan of this chippy but not tonight. chips were freezing, items missing, fish greasy and soggy.

Food was just ok. It was quite warm and delivered quickly. The kids meal drink was missing, the cookies were missing. Asked for fish well done and it was just cooked normally, chicken burgers had barely any sauce and what little there was had soaked into the bap. Overall 5/10 tonight.

Wrong order delivered,phoned and was told that the order would be replaced,when it arrived it was still wrong didn't bother phoning again because I couldn't be arsed waiting again. The food I did get was binned as it was dripping it was so oily

I dropped my milkshake that came with my first order. I ordered another one, they gave me an extra one. I got 2 milkshakes. I love their milkshakes.

Gravy cheese chip and Curry cheese chips might as well be plain. 2 teaspoons worth of sauce and a underwhelming sprinkle of cheese. Disappointed as got from there few times now. Wont be ordering again.

The Samson burger is with extra grated cheese is quite literally the best burger I’ve ever had. First time ever ordering and you’re my new favourite place

everything was lovely apart from the gravy it wasn't how the gravy normally is, it was thick, dark and tar like so I was disappointed with my gravy chip.

Hard to find a nice pizza that doesn’t taste like cardboard.. definitely my new favourite place.. plus their bueno sundea was unreal too..

Always perfect. We have ordered from here every time we fancy a chippy and they never fail. Order is always correct unlike other places and food is always piping hot and chips are amazing. Crisp and freshly cooked.

Chips are fab! And burger was delicious. Although we asked for it to be fully dressed, the burger wasn’t but was still lovely. Will definitely reorder.

usually love here...don't know if you have changed the chips or the kind of oil...chips are absolutely awful...texture wise and super pale looks wise. disappointed

First time trying and will definitely be back. Got the goliath burger was massive, lovely and juicy. My bf got battered sausage supper the chips were fresh and the batterd sausages were massive. Cant wait to try more things.

One of the best chippies in Greater Belfast. Great food, friendly staff, fast service. Menu definitely bigger than it used to be, think they're attached to Pizza place next door. Definitely worth a visit

I must admit the manager was so nice and sent me a fresh order S the first driver couldn’t find my address the second driver found it no problem even sent me a free litre of coke and my dinner was hot and recommen this chippy my food was hot will be ordering again but won’t be using the just eat app will ring the chippy and thanks again for the free ginger and the second driver who was really nice

I ordered my dinner at after 5pm and didn’t get to 7pm I do understand that it is busy but this was a joke and when order came they didn’t have the drink I wanted as well not good

Order arrived on time. Food wasn't piping hot but was at the perfect temperature for me. I had ordered the taco loaded chip. It came in a bowl type container. I haven't tasted anything as good for quite a while. Lots of complimentary flavours, perfectly spiced and chips cooked to a tee! I was trying to order from a different restaurant but they weren't taking delivery orders. The Chipyard was 2nd choice this time but they'll definitely be first next time!

Slow, telephone order incorrect on collection, no fish on the app so no loyalty tracking! Chips were perfect but lacked any salt and vinegar despite the order for “lots” showing on the receipt! Fish ok but the chicken was like eating sandpaper! Suppose I don’t need to worry about loyalty tracking after all!

Ordered Christmas Chip. Barely any chicken or ham. Any chicken and ham included was as hard as stones, as was the stuffing. Chips and cocktail sausages were nice. Very disappointed as food from here is normally top shelf

Recommend the chip yard for a chippy. The only thing with our latest order was we ordered the chicken bites and they were overcooked and like a rocket we couldnt eat them

Bit disappointed in the Christmas chip .. where is the chicken / ham .. there was more bread stuffing & very little meat .. it doesn’t look like the photo on here. The wrap was also poor .. all sauce no meat again .. don’t know who’s making my items but they clearly don’t have a clue. Delivery time was excellent pity about the meals.

Food freezing cold, drink warm and no chips with the wrap

We have ordered from the chip yard on several occasions now over the the last year or so. We don’t order regular deliveries due to mostly being dissatisfied with what we usually receive and value for money being usually disappointing. The Chip Yard is the exception. Absolutely fantastic. Fish n Chips are perfect. Burgers are the best loaded ever. Tried a chicken burger tonight for the first time and nearly wet myself it was soo good I had to finish it before I went to the loo.. just perfect 🙏

Buffalo wings had barely any sauce, sauce had spilled out into the bag and the bottom fell out of the bag. Ordered hot & spicy chicken burger with buffalo sauce, lettuce and onion, got a chicken burger with mayo and onion? Normally food from here is always 10/10 but really disappointed tonight. 4/10.

Have ordered from here 5 times in a row now, really good. Great menu, portion sizes are good, slushes are absolutely incredible. Wouldn’t order from anywhere else, great place 👍
