Came here for the first time as we’ve always been curious. Not impressed by what little options there was. Everything tasted the same, greasy and unseasoned and limp. We gave it a chance as we had paid by the door and took a bit of everything to try. We both got the chow mein amongst other things. Just as we left my partner was violently sick and threw up. I made it home, took some anti nausea and still woke up to be violently sick at 2 in the morning. Even now we still feel like we want to keep throwing up.. it’s a shame it’s so bad we really wanted to give it a go.
Customer service moderate, normally good service however on this occasion did not feel welcoming. Feel as though as time has passed the cleanliness has severely dropped in this store. Not much seating as the upstairs area is always closed. Use to get vouchers in the post which would make my time and money worth while as the vouchers used to be discounts so good for family lunch however they have stopped them for some reason… be a good touch to bring them back to bring back the returning customers. Salad needs to be fresher also.
Could not understand if you eat in a sausage roll was £3.75 if you take it away it was £2.10 plus buy one get one free. Don't make any sense that if you sit in you are not entitled to the same deal. As the poster just said buy one get one free.

Tried ordering online, had a notification an hour later saying food is being delivered and still here 1 hour and 30 minutes later still with no food so overall 2 hrs and 30 min wait. We ordered before they stop doing delivery and called them 8 times before they closed.
Deliveroo also didn't help as they can't refund us £40 because their driver has apparently said that they have delivered it yet they haven't.

Didn’t enjoy the offerings of Mo’s, either the outsized burgers or the rather flat and quiet room up a much too steep long flight of stairs from the street. New owners have joined with local press to advertise their purchase of the whole building and reopen the ground and first floors as part pub but with a lot a tables on each level. We’ll wait and see.

I ordered a pizza, a garlic bread and some cookies.
A pizza, some chicken, and some cookies arrived.
When I phoned to inform them, they assured me they would send me the garlic bread.
They sent the driver to the wrong address.
I was waiting outside for 10 minutes while coming on and off the phone with the driver explaining where the correct address is.
When I got back inside, I opened the replacement side.
It was more chicken.
Furthermore, my food was now cold.
I phoned to request a refund. The manager informed me they would refund the garlic bread. When I informed him my pizza was now spoiled and I would like to request a full refund, he informed me I must send the whole pizza back to collect. However, I had already eaten a couple of slices while I waited for my extra portion of cold chicken wings to arrive.
This is not compensation for dreadful customer service all around.
I will be contacting head office.
Takeaway - grabbed some sushi as I was working late. The rice was very hard and inedible. The fish was not as fresh as it might have been. I also bought seaweed salad. £17 was shocking given the fact that the sushi was inedible.
Breakfast came out in half's and was still missing items my daughter asked for a bacon roll the shop assistant leant over my mother in law and slammed the plate down in front of my daughter there was no organisation or customer service skills will not be going again
