McDonald's in Plymouth

The McRib is back and well worth the wait.

Hey guess what.......... COLD FOOD AGAIN. Just Eat why are u allowing this?? U dont give a T O S S. Complain and you dont even respond. Another complaint to trading standards

Great food, always polite delivery

Needed some hot water for my granddaughters bottle the staff wanted to charge me £1.90 for this we were told we would be charged for a cup of tea and then just given the hot water. Nope don't think so shame on you McDonald's

Absolute joke… one order didn’t arrive so had to reorder and the reorder came missing items. Dreadful experience

The service was so slow , we were ready to.leave and go somewhere else. Staff very unhelpful, had 4 young children with us and enquired about a high chair. Staff.member did not answer and pointed in a general direction.

All chips were cold. McCrispy BBQ smokehouse burger had inedible chunks in.

Delivery driver arrived on street then rode off on his noble steed without delivering the food gaining himself a free meal and putting me out of pocket and now I can’t talk to customer service.

All products were delivered. Fries could of been hot

Driver left the restaurant and stopped at Royal parade for over 10mins. Obviously picking up more orders given the amount of orders in his bag !! Half the food was delivered cold. What do just eat do about it? F All

20 minutes wait for Luke warm food with just a steady flow of customers is not good

missing burger with free chicken nuggets

Missing items as per usual from this branch.

Was expecting 6 nuggets as spent all of my to get up to around 20 pound to get extra nuggets for my son to then be left with 4 nuggets instead of the 6 nugget box just Shamed by the service of this McDonald’s, also no napkins or ice in the drink.

Order was perfectly on time, courier was polite and friendly. However one of the burgers was missing, which was fairly annoying

driver was very professional and helpful

Bag was open and food cold.. Again…Now on kids will only have maccies in store..

They forgot are medium milkshake and are melon bag my brother wasn’t happy

absolutely appalling from the driver. have clear notes to say not to knock but he did and just waited longer for no reason then kicked off at me. food is soaked from poor delivery spilling the drinks and driver proceeded to blame me somehow. refused to do anything about it and now the whole order is ruined

This McDonald’s is a joke. Ordered squad burger deal and didn’t get any of the chips. Absolute joke. Pay for items and don’t even receive them. Always got problems with this. No braincells between them.

As with most Macdonalds.. fast past atmosphere with not much customer service but food was at least hot this time

Had to wait 15 minutes for 2 McFlurrys, when we got them they were half melted and had forks instead of spoons. Floor was visibly filthy in the kitchen. There's another McDonalds just down the road, I don't know what that one is like but it has to be better than this.

Food was cold !!! 1 Milk shake was leaking in the bag. Unacceptable !!!

Delivery Driver was amazing very grateful he’s willing to go out in this weather

the delivery driver was very rude my partner lives in block of flats top floor with a child and he did not press the buzzer so she had to go down and get the food, which she said he should've rang the buzzer cause I have a child and he replied I don't care about your child. Very rude and something needs to be done otherwise I'm going to take it further

I had ordered food on the mcdonalds app to be sent to my house a few times now. Every single time an item or a few items are missing. Dont order from here it keeps happening!

It's McDonald's nothing special

Absolutely rubbish spent just over £10 so I could get some charge in my laptop so I could carry on working while having something to eat but all the sockets I've been disconnected absolute disgrace

i called up the shop asking them to make one of the burgers plain yet there was mayo in the burger! that my son is allergic too!!! disgusting!

Hardly any filling in Big Mac and quarter pounder only two gherkins between both and milkshake was just foam. Chips hot which was good and hardly any Mayo in Mc chicken sandwich

Delivery driver didn’t deliver to correct place and didn’t read description of what I had out and was rude when I asked him if he read description. Was missing a Big Mac and chips were cold.

My drinks got here and was all over the bag so didn’t even get to have the drinks I paid for

The large Coca Cola classic I ordered did not arrive.

Food is good. Can be slow. We ordered 2 drinks but had to wait over 15 minutes and in the end had to pop to the counter to ask for the drinks. Normally, when ordering it, if you do make changes to burgers or anything, you can be left waiting a good while

I had the mcplant. It was delicious. I'm a vegan. I hate people so that's my only complaint. Too many people in there

Driver drove a mile away from the delivery address and then back to restraunt

Simple order placed, 4 burgers and fries. They managed to ruin it, fries and a burger missing.! Rubbish. Poor service, but understandable, it is McDonalds ....the people working there, some of them find it hard to count to 5. In english!

I never even received my order!!!!! Ran downstairs after he rang me and he just riding off didn’t even stop.

Visited here around 10pm at night. Plenty of staff however only seemed like 2 or 3 individuals were actually working. Several others either messing about or gossiping with other colleagues. Food took ages to be served. Avoided coming here for the duration of our time visiting Plymouth due to the service.

Cold again. Will not order again

The driver was assigned but never showed to the restaurant... The girl ELLIE who worked at 13 new george St mcdonald's was amazing, so respectful and helped me with my order... She went above and beyond.... Shes a credit to mcdonald's

Food arrived an hour later than stated, it was cold, fries were soggy and crushed in the box and coke had spilled everywhere.

Misadvertised - no fries included. Very disappointing

Hi I’ma very unhappy customer 1stly he didn’t follow my instructions left on the notes he proceeded to phone alot and ask me where the street was, he couldn’t understand the street name atall,the maps said he was only around the corner this continued for 45 minutes! I had to wait outside when he finally found the property my food was absolutely freezing, and to top it all off my burger was missing! I was waiting on the app for 1hr so I could get a refund and he never said it was delivered..

Ii live in the a flat and the driver wouldn't come to my front door

Missing few dips galaxy pie was bad taste very weird almost undercooked taste and iced latte threw half away weird taste but delivery time great and rest of order as normal
