Busy. Even so, service was still pretty quick. Ordering via the app is getting easier and easier, again improving the order journey. Final cherry on the cake, discount codes. All in all, jolly d. Only thing missing...... McRibs

I can’t find another way to complain so doing it here - my drink was spilt so I asked for another and the delivery driver asked for my number, got a random drink from a shop and demanded to come in and talk to me saying he liked me. He put his foot in the door so I couldn’t close it and kept asking to come in then finally said “I’m coming in” but heard my roommate and backed off. I’m in contact with the police but he needs to be fired if he is going to harass women.

How is it everytime I order from this place they keep forgetting an item off of my order! How hard is it to make sure every item is in the Damm bag!

I was waiting for my order for over an hour when it was supposed to take 15-20 minutes. The drink was spilt in the bag and it did not come with a straw.

Food took forever to arrive with the time changing constantly! The drink spilled all over my food and I was left with no drink, and wet cold food in the process due to the drivers idiocy and not having a proper bag to hold the items!

Driver was so rude refused to even come in the block and walk up 1 set of stairs he basically chucked my food at me and drinks was spilt everywhere all over the food me and the floor all literally have a few sips of drink and wet food order every weekend and never get this behaviour

The drink was not sealed properly causing it to leak heavily in the poor delivery riders bag. One lid not taped down was not enough.

Took 30 minutes for the restaurant to even start preparing my order, the courier was there for 20 minutes, delivery time kept getting pushed back. Finally when i got my food the burger and fries was freezing cold and half of my coke was spilt. Awful.

not even going to give you 1 star l. waited nearly an hour. yes it's Saturday I appreciate that. waited and expected delivery time extended as a little expected on a Saturday night. for the food to turn up pretty much stone cold 41° on the burgers? that's unsafe temperature? fries literally as cold as outside is. I ordered expecting something like hot. an hour and a bit ago. I accept that delays happen. but to arrive so cold that the fries may as well be put in a drink is shocking.

I was a bit frustrated with the delivery. The app showed that the courier was still at the restaurant. literally moments later I have a missed call, so I check the app and he's outside! Then the doorbell rings. I go down only to discover he's also rung the doorbell for another flat in my building, unnecessarily disturbing my neighbour, leaving me to have to apologise for the disturbance. If that was me I would be very annoyed!

Courier was really friendly, wish I could tip him after he delivered but there was no options

Store manager literally doesn't care in the slightest about missing items, failed deliveries, drivers stealing food, or blatant staff fraud. Literally they don't care whatsoever about any of it, if you spend 30 pounds and get no food they don't care and will tell you on the phone they don't have any responsibility whatsoever. They refuse to escalate, and refuse outright to inform the store owner. They know they can get free food by taking the food customers pay for online and they make every effort to hide it and every effort refuse to escalate while they cover up for their mates. Avoid.

Order never arrived, yet said on the app it was delivered, this has happened twice now, sort it out, shouldn't have to wait for my order to be redelivered or an immediate full refund.

I ordered the food and it isn’t started preparing right now and it takes a lot of time. I am hungry and want to go to work after that if it is taking this much time I will not order with just eat . I ordered it because that I can get my food as early as possible and it is taking too much time and I am starving . I want to file a complaint against this ASAP

The restaurant didn’t put the lid to my drink on properly, so half of it was gone by the time it got delivered. Not the delivery drivers fault.

Couldn't claim any rewards as it would just remove them and charge me at checkout. Table service never available. Took ages. Seems like more staff needed to do the job properly

It's Christmas lights on, and Mcdonald is buzzing with happy, excited people. Despite the throng of hungry mouths, the staff are working flat out, clearing tables quickly, and delivering goodies to the tables. Yes, there is a wait....to be expected. It seems we have all arrived at once, straight from school, but when the food comes, it's hot and delicious. The only letdown was the coffee. It's undrinkable. I had to have juice ( still no decafe, Mr Mc). Overall, brilliant. Well done to the staff.

Best walk like a penguin - floor is often unexpectedly slippery. It is what it is. Food and drink as expected. Can be slow, so people standing around. New layout is OK - back area is very bright.

The delivery time was changed twice, so it was significantly later than when I originally expected. The nuggets and fries were cold, the spicy double was assembled poorly, all ascew. Positives: flurries we're great, double quarter pounder was really good, driver was friendly and polite.
