Food turned up and it was cold, extremely salty and just not very palatable

Have eaten here before, good food for a good price. Unfortunately this time, the food I ordered didn’t turn up. it’s unacceptable. £20 gone because of what I can only assume is either a greedy driver or a driver who lost their way which shouldn’t happen because I have the location pinpointed on the map. Not good enough.

food was ok. just warm. delivery driver was abrupt and no manners.

A very mixed bag, got a meal deal - Two burgers, two donner wraps, chips, spicy spuds and drink. Overall - okay, not great. The chips were overcooked and stale, so went straight in the bin. The burger wasn't bad although the salad was awful. Spicy spuds were very nice and the donner wraps were also very nice. Stick with kebabs and spicy spuds if ordering from here.

the food was amazing so flavoursome and so much skin on the chicken donner lamb was perfect service was fast considering the business but they still apologised for being five mins late will go again !!@

Brilliant large lamb sheesh , I love the way it was placed/presented in the box. Made me smile when I opened it. Maybe I caught them when it was less busy but it was on point lamb grilled beautifully.Thanks food 4 u, :-).

I ordered from uber eats app late night sprint 11ish. They were over an hour late I get it’s late at night but it should be more quiet then but he was so rude as my husband was waiting outside due to everyone in house being asleep and didn’t want them knocking and the driver was so rude and felt like he was telling him off for waiting out side like it’s a crime or any of his business

I my burger had stuff i mentioned to add it but its not big a deal the food was nice

My food never arrived and when I try calling to get a refund they ignore the phone

We ordered meal deal 2 which was great value to feed a family of 4. Delivery was really quick and all correct. Food was tasty too.

pizza luke warm. salad on the shish kebab was hot. Chicken shish was dry and overcooked. Ordered 7up zero and sent 7up full fat. JOKE

Absolutely the best chicken doner in Plymouth, fresh and tasty. Tried their pizza today and was even more impressed, delicious! Staff is always nice and smiling, excellent service! Would recommend anytime!

Absolutely appalling service was very rude didn't even receive my food an hour and a half later and the driver was ringing me up being very argumentative on the phone when he hasn't even tried to deliver the food other people at the shop with no use I rang them several times and just told me my food was on my way an hour and a half later still nothing keep in mind with a £30 order

I have specifically requested sauce in a pot gor my order, not over the kebab. Do you read order comments when you receive an order ? As all we received 2 x Chicken Kebab and 1 x Shish Chicken that was smothered in garlic and chilli sauce which was not enjoyable

I ordered a takeaway, absolutely disgusting, greasy supposedly kebab, dry burger and disgusting garlic bread. After working a long shift I fancied naughty food but got delivered absolutely unacceptable food and ended up having toast.

Food was lovely but had to leave a review because of the chilli sauce - we always get chilli but this time it burned our mouths it was inedible - wayyyy too hot, I don’t know what was done differently but you might want to check! 😂

Twice now I have had food at food 4 u both been happy both times . Food comes hot and tastes delicious also Delivery guy was really friendly and polite too .

Spot on for delivery time however, everything seemed undercooked. Pizza base was like bread, Chips were soggy. I know you can do better as I've had Food 4 U a couple times in the last year and it's been spot on. I get you were probably busy but people would rather have late food that is really tasty and cooked correctly over food not cooked but on time. You did read notes about my food preferences so thank you for that.

ALL the food was overcooked, bordering on burnt! Not one item was cooked adequately (the pizza was overcooked, the chicken was overcooked and dry, & the burger was crispy and dry) . I would NOT recommend!

0* - this establishment delivered us the wrong order, an hour late and ice cold. after contacting the shop directly he told me to keep the food so that his delivery driver could collect it from us and give it to someone else. that HAS to be a breach of health and safety and food standards. i will be informing the FSA of this.

Was really nice. I was a bit gutted I didn’t get my can of Rio but that didn’t spoil it for me.

since two pound increase in minimum wages they lowered volume of food serverd in kebabs and did not say anything about it. competition is so low in plymouth the able to do that

Must have been busy, as normally when I order it’s great. This wasn’t as good as normal, my bun for the combo was burnt a little and crispier than normal in certain parts. Was still ok but not amazing as usual. Hopefully next time will be better.

Love how they always get my notes spot on and deliver decent quality tasting food.

By far one of the best delivery food services I use. Have used them loads over time normally always early and get the order spot on.

original delivery was for 8.15pm. Had text to say it would then be 8.45pm but didn't arrive until 9.20pm
