Spot on for delivery time however, everything seemed undercooked. Pizza base was like bread, Chips were soggy. I know you can do better as I've had Food 4 U a couple times in the last year and it's been spot on. I get you were probably busy but people would rather have late food that is really tasty and cooked correctly over food not cooked but on time. You did read notes about my food preferences so thank you for that.

ALL the food was overcooked, bordering on burnt! Not one item was cooked adequately (the pizza was overcooked, the chicken was overcooked and dry, & the burger was crispy and dry) . I would NOT recommend!

0* - this establishment delivered us the wrong order, an hour late and ice cold. after contacting the shop directly he told me to keep the food so that his delivery driver could collect it from us and give it to someone else. that HAS to be a breach of health and safety and food standards. i will be informing the FSA of this.

Best spicy spuds! So crispy. And allowed me to remove mushrooms from veggie pizza which was also delicious, thank you : )

Spicy spuds were great. Service was insanely quick. Probably had paid and been given the spuds in about 1 minute on a busy Friday night

chips were horrid. bottle of coke missing.

food was all good enjoyed it but missing an item not to worry it was refunded so all good thanks definitely order again

since two pound increase in minimum wages they lowered volume of food serverd in kebabs and did not say anything about it. competition is so low in plymouth the able to do that

Must have been busy, as normally when I order it’s great. This wasn’t as good as normal, my bun for the combo was burnt a little and crispier than normal in certain parts. Was still ok but not amazing as usual. Hopefully next time will be better.

By far one of the best delivery food services I use. Have used them loads over time normally always early and get the order spot on.

original delivery was for 8.15pm. Had text to say it would then be 8.45pm but didn't arrive until 9.20pm

Really complicated my evening. Pretty gutted. If they had given reasonable and fair delivery estimates instead of humouring justeat metrics, I wouldn't have ordered from them. It's cleary been in transit for far too long too. Waste of time and money.

8 years and this place has always been my number 1. Fact. Theirs a KEBAB shop 2 mins walk from my house but Food4U is just so much better so I would order from them as my preference. Best in Plymouth

Very late. But that doesn't matter. Probably the worst food I have ever had in my life. Chicken and potatoes had obviously been lying for far too long. Nasty. Avoid. If I was able to give minus stars I would. It was the most unpleasant meal ever .

Used food 4 u for years it’s the best take away in Plymouth

due to signal miss delivery I rang the guy in the shop explained about the signal and he understood and agreed as was still poor connection. Due to me not answering phone the delivery guy was rude stated that he would leave it outside if I didn’t answer next time I apologised but was still being rude towards myself I stated look I’m a customer you shouldn’t speak to people in a temper/ agitated mood. I apologise again but he still carried on. walked away.

Ordered through Uber eats, after an hour which I thought was a reasonable time since ordering gone midnight but my food hasn’t arrived so requested a new estimated delivery time through Uber eats, the store never responded, so I call the store. I’m greeted with the most unpleasant WHAT in an aggressive tone. After explaining my situation I’m screamed at to call back not on no caller ID I apologise for this and said I can give them my number if it’s easier then hanging up and calling again, there was no response and the man hung up on me. I put my caller ID on and call back like they asked again I’m greeted with the unpleasant aggressive WHAT, I explain I just called and calling back like requested. After taking a few more details like where I live and how I ordered he screams at me to Wait, for about five minutes I’m sat with no one talking and can hear aggressive screaming in a foreign language, he comes back and says the driver went home good bye and hung up. So about ten minutes later I call back he screams at me to stop calling I asked him not to raise his voice at me and asked if we can sort this issue out, not once was an apology made and he just hung up once again. Since my number has been blocked and no food arrived at my door.

My go to takeout for years now. Foods always hot and on time, any problems have always been resolved. Brilliant service .

Got home to find my butter wasnt at all melted in my garlic bread. Was v cold even tho I live two minutes away and was wayyyyy to garlicy. Has to pop it in the microwave.

Been regular customer for years. However quality has declined rapidly..either very good or really grim. I dared to complain as I recognised guy who gave ma previously dreadful kebab. Large lamb shish. Burnt meat incorrect sauce salad at its minimalist. Ok shop full of people. Didn’t plan on complaining but I saw a terrible kebab served out to guy in front.. thrown together dreadfully small portion.. so I flipped rather and told the guy straight... tha boss waited until shop emptied and advised me straight I shouldn’t complain in front of other people!!! REALLY!!!!!????gave me freebie donner as compensation. This was heavily burnt therefore I threw away...,, LOST A REGULAR CUSTOMER.. NEVER AGAIN... BRITS DONT LIKE TO COMPLAIN WITHOUT CAUSE... suggest you learn and internalise our culture.... too many substandard meals for my liking!!!! Be VERY AWARE AND DONT DARE COMPLAIN!!!!!!Also strange that people from overseas arrive here with a superior attitude telling us how to behave whilst complaining regarding food quality. We really enjoyed this order. The chips were crispy perfection. The burgers were delicious! Pleased that the lettuce/salad in the burgers was crisp rather than stewed.

First class as always. Sorry for late review!
