There was a problem with the collection but it was sorted very quickly and with understanding and a smile. Very happy, would 100% recommend 😊

Been regular customer for years. However quality has declined rapidly..either very good or really grim. I dared to complain as I recognised guy who gave ma previously dreadful kebab. Large lamb shish. Burnt meat incorrect sauce salad at its minimalist. Ok shop full of people. Didn’t plan on complaining but I saw a terrible kebab served out to guy in front.. thrown together dreadfully small portion.. so I flipped rather and told the guy straight... tha boss waited until shop emptied and advised me straight I shouldn’t complain in front of other people!!! REALLY!!!!!????gave me freebie donner as compensation. This was heavily burnt therefore I threw away...,, LOST A REGULAR CUSTOMER.. NEVER AGAIN... BRITS DONT LIKE TO COMPLAIN WITHOUT CAUSE... suggest you learn and internalise our culture.... too many substandard meals for my liking!!!! Be VERY AWARE AND DONT DARE COMPLAIN!!!!!!Also strange that people from overseas arrive here with a superior attitude telling us how to behave whilst complaining regarding food quality. I’m a senior college lecturer guiding my students to university and regret being talked down to by absolute pretentious fantasist overbearing superior idiots......THE WHOLE POINT IS NO CUSTOMER OLD OR NEW SHOULD HAVE TO COMPLAIN....brilliant shop prior to the fire!!!NOW ITS PROFIT PROFIT PROFIT NEVER EVER AGAIN.....,

We really enjoyed this order. The chips were crispy perfection. The burgers were delicious! Pleased that the lettuce/salad in the burgers was crisp rather than stewed.

Food was cold and rubbery. Really dry too, we didn't eat it in the end. And the chicken was undercooked 😬

Prolly a bit earlier than 15 minutes I can't quite remember but food has always been great and delivered fast. Always follow instructions to never knock on yhe door late at night. Thanks, guys!

Ordered food via uber eats, order was accepted and even updated as on its way. I waited 90 minutes past the latest delivery time - still no food. I have tried calling over 20 times and the line is engaged. Disappointed.

Food is always great from here. Just was a little dissatisfied that only the spicy spuds in the combo meal didn’t get any sauce on them, but that didn’t take away for the food being tasty just did hit the spot like it would have with the sauce added. Will always say to order from here you won’t regret it.

Best ever shish kebab was yummy and fresh salad, chicken burger was delicious, spuds was yummy but chips wasn't very nice

I like how quick they respond to taking your orders unfortunately no good space for customers to wait for the order. I tried their special which includes chicken and lamb doner and shish, salad, pittas (bread-like), and sauce of choice...I would give the food a 4 star because it taste really good. But if you like spicy food like I do then you might want to rethink as its not spicy enough even with the chili sauce.

Can't believe how good the pizza is here for the price. Definitely recomend.

They advertise delivery in 35 - 50 minutes which is still long considering the food is already cooked and just needs putting in a box. As for the food itself it was like they'd taken leftovers out of the bin and sent it out which was disappointing and not of the usual quality.

All I ask for is a cheese burger and it always takes over 20 minutes and comes out almost burnt so i’m not understanding.

My partner ask for 9in bq chicken with just ham and bq sauce when done on the top of the pizza we didn't get that tonight she is so angry that she didn't get that at all and order small spicy spuds with bq sauce on top all she got was a dollop of sauce on the spuds not ordering from here again

Food was clearly warmed up from day before. Ordered a kebab and chips and chips was missing! Had 4 bits of meat and wouldn’t even give the rest to a dying dog. Binned it. £15 for 4 bits of meat.

Hi Guys. I hope you read these reviews. I use you very regularly much to the detriment of my big stomach. You've changed the quality of your Chicken and its very apparent. I asked the driver tonight to feedback to you and I hope he did. I ordered again tonight hoping that it was your usual quality however sadly it was not. Please return to your usual Chicken quality or I'm afraid you are going to lose a very profitable customer.

The spicy spuds are always banging. but the garlic bread pizza was dry as an old boot and had burnt marks on the base. not edible at all. but most take outs have pro's and cons, so can't knock them for their other food. kebabs are always nice ect.

Been ordering from here for years. I’m particular with my food and always have special requirements and these guys always follow them perfectly. Salad is always fresh and the portions are plenty. My go to is usually chicken kebab but their pizzas and burgers are also spot on and banging. Have never had an order wrong or late. Staff are really friendly and always make you feel welcome. 🥰

The kebab shop just got my order wrong and when i called them they just told me to fix it by myself because they are too busy? They were rude and was not even trying to sort the situation out. Dont forget whos paying your salaries!

normally the food is lovely, however tonight the spuds were tough and horrible, the kebab meat wasn't much better either sadly. not like this normally so not sure what happened.
