Dale was looking after our table of 13 for bottomless brunch, he was amazing, super friendly and kept us topped up with drinks as much as he could! Definitely deserves more than a pat on the back for his great service! Thank you again dale!

Had a lovely day bottomless brunching with a friend, first time In this establishment! Siobhan was fantastic and often checking on everything which doesn't always happen in other places! Friendly and approachable, pleasure having her as our server :) Great value for money.

A very unsatisfactory trip to slug and lettuce to celebrate our friend’s engagement. Ordered 2 different cocktails on the 2 for 1 offer (4 total). The two pina coladas tasted gone off (sour, nutty aftertaste and just not how a PC should taste), so I returned to the bar to ask for them to be remade, or replaced with a different drink. I had barely sipped 1 of the two. The person who assisted me was very nice, and took the untouched drink to her manager to try. He pulled a face after sipping it and said something to her. She came back and said her manager had said it was fine. I politely disagreed and asked if there was anything they’d be willing to do, such as get a fresh one made up. She went and asked but said the manager denied there was anything wrong and said they’d do nothing more to help me in the matter. I requested a copy of my receipt, asked for the managers name and then asked them to dispose of the two full drinks, and provide me with a glass of water instead. I was directed to the self serve water station - it was the best drink I had there that night. The food was great and didn’t take too long considering how busy the restaurant area was. I imagine if there was any issues with it the kitchen would have swapped it right away. Just don’t rely on the bar manager to do the same with drinks. One mistake I made was not waiting for the bartender who made my cocktails to return. She was very cool, and I imagine would’ve agreed, dumped the drinks and made fresh ones on the spot without a second thought. I’ve forwarded this review to Stonegate through their feedback process

Enjoyed a lovely bottomless brunch this evening with Billie as our host who was extremely attentive throughout, friendly and always had a smile on her face despite it getting busy on a Fri eve. She definitely deserves the positive recognition!! Thank you for a wonderful first time here, would recommend!

Cheryl is INCREDIBLE! It was really busy and staff was noticeably low and she absolutely smashed it out the park and made us feel so welcome and also made us laugh. Recommend a bottomless brunch but ask for the queen CHERLY🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

Bought a online gift for my partner for Christmas to enjoy a lovely 3 course meal. This wasn't however a lovely evening. Food: The chicken was undercooked, & inedible. The burger was not in anyway satisfactory, texture was rubbery, and the piece of bacon was smaller than a door mouse. Desert was better, but lacking in any value of quantity. Service: Barely any staff to be seen, waited on 3 occasions to be served at the bar. And eventually was served. Mistakes made internally regards our meal and had to provide proof after already providing the gift voucher number. Very embarrassing for myself and the staff no doubt. Not once did anyone check on us as we ate any of the 3 courses. And not a hint of genuine positive atmosphere from any staff. Clearly did not want to be there. It must be said. I've never reviewed any restaurants before. But I left there wishing I'd spent £60 on a different gift idea. Slug and lettuce was not a good venue, and I highly recommend a cheap weatherspoons, atleast the staff smile and check on on you from time to time. 1/10 review. Good luck future eaters.

Abi was very attentive when we came for bottomless brunch today - we’ve booked to come back in January as the service was so good. Food was lovely too!

Visited today for lunch greeted by a lovely lady who was and very helpful took us to our table even though we hadn’t booked the staff were very accommodating. Nice vibe, staff cheerful really helping the Christmas Eve feel. Pity couldn’t stay longer Guinness was going down very well.

For a venue in the hospitality industry, they have quite inhospitable staff behind the bar! 👎🏻 We stood patiently waiting for our turn to be served. Eventually the throng cleared and it must surely be our turn,WRONG!! We waited some more, watching staff drink their own drinks, chat at the far end of the bar, the bar person literally in front of us having accidentally dropped or spilled a substantial amount of cocktails and beers didn't have it in her to even acknowledge us or hint that she'd be with us shortly. In the end I politely asked her if we could be served please. BIG MISTAKE! Her response was quite possibly the most hostile encounter I've ever had. Rather than say I'll be with you shortly etc she said "would you like clean drinks?" I begged her pardon to clarify and her response was "if you want clean drinks I need to finish rinsing this" (cocktail shaker much dropped!) speechless we waited some more. Ironically we didn't want cocktails, just a mineral water and a glass of wine so not even a reason for her nasty words. My first Christmas party of the year tinged with bitterness and hostile hospitality staff.....note to self even if you ask nicely don't assume that the bar person will respond the same!! 0/10 for the experience

Visited slug and lettuce in Plymouth with some friends for drinks. Atmosphere was great and bar staff friendly. Hardly had to wait to be served and drinks were great!

What an experience! Our server Siobhan was amazing, she was so attentive and nothing was too much trouble! I had the double bacon cheeseburger, it was delicious. We were also given a free shot which was a pleasant surprise. We were also given some glasses and a microphone as props! Only negative was the music was very quiet. Some people may find this a positive but as it was a themed pop funk bottomless brunch would have been nice to hear the music.

Billie provided the best service we've had for a bottomless. Will come again.

Amazing 241 cocktails, a great atmosphere, only popped in for one, ended up staying 4 hours! The staff were polite and working hard. I highly recommend booking to make sure you get a table.

The bar staff did their best, however, the wait for service was far too long. Eventually I was presented with a very flat lager which didn't taste like Amstel should. Sorry for the poor review, however, it's a true reflection on my visit.
