Taco Bell in Plymouth

Order was missing the chicken burrito, I guess that's my fault for not opening the bag in the shop.

Whoever made my volcano burrito at around 3:30-3:40 with uber eats you have single handedly made the best volcano burrito I have ever experienced, you filled it up amazingly and managed to wrap it beautifully. You deserve to be in culinary arts because this is amazing

Was cold food but the driver was good

They delivered the wrong food gave me one meals worth when I ordered £30 worth to feed two people and just got a small meal I am very outraged as this will not be two people

Taco bell delivers great quality of food, although lacks in the range of Mexican inspired food. The price of the actual food is pocket friendly and light lunch meals provide great traction from customers to eat out at affordable places. However the atmosphere especially in the Plymouth branch is terrible. Dirty tables, floors, kiosks. I am sure the food is made clean however if the atmosphere in the restaurant is unclean it deters people from coming in and sitting in. The staff are friendly and try to clean from time to time but not as often as you'd expect. Taco bells Plymouth really need to figure out a better way to layout their tables and seating areas. Or change furniture and add in a fresh paint. Overall I gave good rating for food as I've never had any issues with the food although I gave less rating on other remarks for above mentioned reasons. Thank you 😇.

the food was freezing cold, the burrito was tiny hardly any filling same for the taco it qas paper thin!! and next to no cheese sauce on the fries!!! Sooooooo disappointed as our first order 👎

it never arrived. they knew from half 12 that it woudnt arrive didnt bother letting me know there is no drivers and this is a regular occurrence got wait a week to get my money back when they should shut if they aren't capable to do orders at 2200 then they shouldn't give the option to its not hard to switch just eat off actually you do it at busy times why not when you litraly can't deliver

Terrible. Badly managed, long wait for food, too many delivery order taking priority over in store customers. Very dirty. Appalling.

Ordered through deliveroo, restaurant accepted the order and then closed with no food delivered. Couldn't cancel the order online because it was marked as a Live Order and the restaurant refused to cancel it as they were already closed. Two hours later, no food and down £30.

Food arrived cold despite the place being very quiet. If I hadn't of been in a rush I would have complained! The place is in the need of a massive deep clean.

Disgracefully long wait for "fast food" We ordered a deluxe box and a taco supreme, which took 44 minutes. Unbelievable! Staff fiddle the numbers on the screens and are all over the place. Let's not get started on the Cleanliness of the place. Sticky dirty floors. Nobody cleaning tables. Chaos. The thing is it didn't even seem busy at the time. I've seen it twice as busy or more.

I usually order from home with this place, but from what I remember the restaurant itself is nice. Whenever I do order, it gets here almost cold- which really sucks

The chips was next to nothing. Both items were cold. Gutted as we don’t offer takeaway ever because of the cost. So this has upset me

They forgot one of my items then when I called up she blamed me and said that i am probably lying to get an extra item and that it’s not her fault. Well it’s not mine either

Over two hours waiting. Food was luke warm. Everything in the order was correct, the temperature and the wait just made it a poor meal.

this is the first time I have had this and it was lovely. would definitely use again if it was only for the dessert. Thankyou so much and seasons greetings.x

I love taco bell best takeaway ever in Plymouth city centre I could eat that all day especially there chips delicious.

Why is there less customised options, this order had less choice and a price increase?

Ordered what was called crunchy taco supreme but there was nothing supreme about it! The chips were supposed to be large but I would say it was more a small portion and the chicken tacos barely had any chicken at all in, it was essentially just cheap orange cheese and lettuce. Thought I would treat myself at the end of a long week but I was disappointed with the food.

If rating 0 stars was possible, I would. Somehow 1 volcano burrito, an XL nacho cheese pot, 2 drinks turns into: 2 burrito, neither of which were the one I ordered, 2 tacos, fries, and 1 drink. After not having my food delivered numerous times, and now this, I will never be ordering from here again. If you want Mexican food, order from LITERALLY anywhere else, it will be cheaper and higher quality.

If the workers will move any slower will fall asleep . They look like they honestly don't want to be here, slow as slugs dancing instead of cleaning the tables . Absolutely dish ordered takeaway and only half our food came. Absolute blasphemy. Haven’t felt this depressed since my whole family burnt in a fire. Won’t be ordering again.

I think Taco Bell is a fundamental problem with UK fast food culture. £40 take away order. Marginally more food then maybe 2 meals from another well known take away company, shame I didn’t take a photo but the zoom would have made it too grainy! As for the food quality…. The beef burrito had the same consistency as baby food, ok there was more flavour then there was texture but we aren’t talking about a high standard to compare the too. I’m not a food connoisseur in fact I only eat for the purpose of staying alive and although I would eat another Taco Bell in this survival mode in the event Taco Bell survived an apocalypse there is absolutely no chance I will willingly choose this food again. Instead I will look to any other means of survival like luck than this ‘luxury’ fast food.

Amazingly tasty food and good pricing. BUT The staff although fast they can be a bit blunt. The restaurant is designed for quick dinning but with no front of house host. The floor becomes very messy and tables not cleared

Chips were undercooked cold and soggy, next to no cheese in the accompaniments, first Taco Bell in ages and was very disappointing. Cinnamon twists were near enough plain apart from a few which had seasoning on.

Ordered a Cravings Meal for 2 with a burrito and quesadilla, but the quesadilla was missing. Food was otherwise fine, delivery time kept getting pushed back (no fault of the driver). Never had this issue with Taco Bell before.
