Taco Bell in Plymouth

The order never arrived, I called them and they said they do not have drivers and just it is doing NOTHING. What a terrible service I will not use it anymore , i dont even have a way to contact you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

food was 45 minutes later than the time I had asked for which was 8.00pm and our food is absolutely stone cold. very dissatisfied and would be happier with a refund considering the time difference and stone cold food!

The food never showed up, waited 2 hours for it to say drivers at the restaurant and still no show of the food 3 hours later.

It was delivered to me I had to go and get it myself so I would like a refund

Great service and the staff are very helpful. Quick and easy to eat food but bland. Unfortunately the food was just so, so.

Why have the options to customise tacos been removed?

Ordered what was called crunchy taco supreme but there was nothing supreme about it! The chips were supposed to be large but I would say it was more a small portion and the chicken tacos barely had any chicken at all in, it was essentially just cheap orange cheese and lettuce. Thought I would treat myself at the end of a long week but I was disappointed with the food.

If rating 0 stars was possible, I would. Somehow 1 volcano burrito, an XL nacho cheese pot, 2 drinks turns into: 2 burrito, neither of which were the one I ordered, 2 tacos, fries, and 1 drink. After not having my food delivered numerous times, and now this, I will never be ordering from here again. If you want Mexican food, order from LITERALLY anywhere else, it will be cheaper and higher quality.

If the workers will move any slower will fall asleep . They look like they honestly don't want to be here, slow as slugs dancing instead of cleaning the tables . Ridiculous I will never come here again as I getting stroke looking at their non existing speed. Make them a favor and suck them - useless bunch

This time, two portions of fries were missing from our order. Last time, our nachos were missing.

My delivery was not derived to the addresses that was showing or what i put on the derived notes so not happy i give a 0

Good food but not as warm as expected

Absolutely dish ordered takeaway and only half our food came. Absolute blasphemy. Haven’t felt this depressed since my whole family burnt in a fire. Won’t be ordering again.

Something is missing from each meal and stone cold bag was open. No drinks either

I think Taco Bell is a fundamental problem with UK fast food culture. £40 take away order. Marginally more food then maybe 2 meals from another well known take away company, shame I didn’t take a photo but the zoom would have made it too grainy! As for the food quality…. The beef burrito had the same consistency as baby food, ok there was more flavour then there was texture but we aren’t talking about a high standard to compare the too. I’m not a food connoisseur in fact I only eat for the purpose of staying alive and although I would eat another Taco Bell in this survival mode in the event Taco Bell survived an apocalypse there is absolutely no chance I will willingly choose this food again. Instead I will look to any other means of survival like luck than this ‘luxury’ fast food.

Amazingly tasty food and good pricing. BUT The staff although fast they can be a bit blunt. The restaurant is designed for quick dinning but with no front of house host. The floor becomes very messy and tables not cleared

Ordered a Cravings Meal for 2 with a burrito and quesadilla, but the quesadilla was missing. Food was otherwise fine, delivery time kept getting pushed back (no fault of the driver). Never had this issue with Taco Bell before.

Chips were undercooked cold and soggy, next to no cheese in the accompaniments, first Taco Bell in ages and was very disappointing. Cinnamon twists were near enough plain apart from a few which had seasoning on.

Have never tried Taco Bell before. The food was not as good as I expected. Don't get me wrong, the food was nice, but the portions were very small for the amount you paid.

100% sure they mixed up the hot causes I ordered a mild one and then it was deliverd and got really hot and spicy food yes I will admit was still tasty and on time

Incredibly dirty. 9 people in the entire restaurant and 3 staff. Wouldn't hurt to wipe a table. Food was nice. But marred by a poor eatery experience

All came in one big bag mixed up. Chips and churros everywhere. None of the food was labelled. So if someone has dietary requirements they’d have no idea what food is theirs. We had to try and workout which one was which as we had both specifically asked for certain things to be removed. Only good thing was the driver got here quickly as soon as Taco Bell had actually made it. Wouldn’t get anything from Taco Bell again tbh.

Absolutely terrible service by the delivery driver lying about trying to deliver it when he didn’t even attempt to knock on my door and whilst in the phone to him he sounded like he was driving around, he then said he couldn’t find my address and he had a different postcode when I have had plenty of food deliveries and my address has stayed the same.

food was freezing cold left restaurant at 18.55 and was delivered at 19.35 absolutely awful on receipt it said garenteed delivery by 19.05 this order was places at 18.15

The food is LOVELY it’s fresh, it’s flavourful and the restaurant is CLEAN! The only down side to this was that it took 10 mins for a taco and a drink. Me and my friend will definitely be coming back. Thank you Taco Bell for this great service.

my food has not arrived again? I ordered from here yesterday and for some reason it gets marked as delivered instantly but does not arrive. I was refunded for it yesterday as well and tried again today. I have double checked my address again and it's correct.

Arrived as normal, though the chips were a bit cold, I just let it be. By my Volcano Burito was 3/4 cream cheese. I tried to eat it anyway, but gave up on the second bite.
