Taco Bell in Plymouth

2 hours after we ordered it arrived but by then we were hangry so we drove there ourselves and got a fresh one

Placed order 11:05pm and it said delivery was 15-30 minutes and my order turned up at about 11:55pm

Took over an hour to be prepared and delivered. Was cold on arrival, chips were soggy.

Went In with two kids. Placed a very simple order for three people, didn't get a receipt from the machine but not sure if they stopped them? Got order to the table and it was missing half of the items and a drink. Was Luke warm or cold and I was surprised at all of this because there was hardly anyone in there

lovely bunch of people who work here, the vibe is the most comfortable i’ve ever felt in a fast food place :)

Everything was freezing cold, my Pepsi max was missing and took over an hour to deliver

Decent food, long wait and my number disappeared from the screen which made me nervous. They let me use my own cup for the drunk though so that's great!

Left us on received order for an hour and then decided to finally start prepping. Was left with no idea what was happening or if we were even going to get our order. Thankfully we did but it was past 9pm by that time and we had ordered just after 7pm

Cold food missing items and 45 minutes late. Rang the restaurant who said my order had been picked up half hour ago. The courier was queuing and waiting for it.

All the nacho sauce had leaked over the entire order and everything was soggy, probably because the expected order delivery at time of order was 25-30 minutes but it took well over an hour to arrive.

Staff were so welcoming and friendly all in high spirits. Food was 10/10 would definitely recommend

I got a mixture of burrito wraps, none were labeled despite the packaging Literally being designed to mark/label meaning that I have to unwrap it just to see what I have, then the filling I have to inspect is thinner than an anorexics knife. Despite a 20 minute wait there was no "sorry for the wait/thanks for your patience etc." I just felt very unwelcomed at that point.

They’re amazing I had a delivery and they wrote on my bag to have a nice day because I felt under the weather. I actually might cry I love them. They served me when I had my breakup and they wrote something nice back then too. I actually adore Taco Bell workers

Went in at 1am spent £52, ordered a share deal for 3 and more, several items were missing including the quesadillas and cinnamon twirls, spent a lot of money only for it to be an incomplete order whilst it wasn’t even busy, understandable but dissatisfied:/ wish there was a way to get a refund:(

first time ordering, worth the money definitely. delivery was late but not the drivers fault, no connectivity with GPS and was very apologetic

The food was good except tacos. There was almost to none meat inside, was just filled with lettuce so was bit disappointing. Wrap was fab with nachos . Loved the quality of food.

He was exceptionally well and he carried out the food very well he deserves a raise because that was quite exquisite

I ordered a large meal and only got a canned drink which is definitely not a large size

They forgot my chicken nachos 🙄 and the cinnamon twirls were in the same bag as the hot food in a loose little paper bag and went all over the place, cheese sauce leaked cuz the lid wasnt on properly so the twirls got covered in cheese sauce 😭 first time ordering from here.. foods ok, not worth the £25 i spent. the delivery driver was lovely though

Long wait on food. Delivery orders took priority over the customers actually stood waiting to food. Restaurant is very very dirty, floor looks like it hasn’t been mopped in weeks. Bins over flowing. Staff clearly don’t care about their customers. None of them seemed that bothered about how quickly they were doing anything. So very close to just leaving and getting a refund for the order. Horrendous experience.

Always had Taco Bell on a Saturday night but tonight was told by young lad at counter ‘there are no sauce sachets now’. My burrito is pretty bland without it. He told me I’d needed to customise it at time of purchase and add sauce when I’d ordered. My fault! I asked for a lava sauce, he said 49p. I thought he’d give me it for free (£8 order), but no he took the 49p so I could have sauce. When did Taco Bell stop giving sauce!

My order arrived an hour and 40 minutes after I ordered. The food was made by the restaurant immediately after ordering. It was delivered 5 minutes after the delivery driver collected and so it was not their fault either. My food is consequently stone cold.

Delivery was completely fine and on time, but my order was missing 2 bits of my order, chips and churros with the caramel dip!!

I stopped in to get dinner after a 4 hr road trip from Cardiff. I got the Volcano burrito which is delicious and needs to be sized down to hit the £2-£3 price point so I can get two every time I visit and a crispy chicken burrito that was absolutely incredible. Why the low review ? This Taco bell sits next to a McDonald's and across from a Popeyes and it's a tough market in Plymouth for Mexican-inspired fast food, it's always kind of empty and the floor desperately needs to be swept. After placing my order at the kiosk and asking for a receipt that did not print I sat down for 10 minutes and waited, and when my number was called I went up and was asked if I wanted any sauce. So I asked for Fire sauce to which the very kind and professional man behind the register said "we don't have fire sauce" bewildered I assumed that few people asked for it and that would be the last to run out so I asked for whatever the spiciest he had was and he told me that the only options were KETCHUP AND MAYONNAISE, who wants ketchup and mayo when McDonald's is right next door. If I wanted burger condiments I would go to a burger restaurant. I don't understand how far Taco Bell is prepared to remove itself from its brand identity to become a clone of something else instead of leaning into it's uniqueness and it's market niche. One star.

Whoever made my volcano burrito at around 3:30-3:40 with uber eats you have single handedly made the best volcano burrito I have ever experienced, you filled it up amazingly and managed to wrap it beautifully. You deserve to be in culinary arts because this is amazing

They delivered the wrong food gave me one meals worth when I ordered £30 worth to feed two people and just got a small meal I am very outraged as this will not be two people

Taco bell delivers great quality of food, although lacks in the range of Mexican inspired food. The price of the actual food is pocket friendly and light lunch meals provide great traction from customers to eat out at affordable places. However the atmosphere especially in the Plymouth branch is terrible. Dirty tables, floors, kiosks. I am sure the food is made clean however if the atmosphere in the restaurant is unclean it deters people from coming in and sitting in. The staff are friendly and try to clean from time to time but not as often as you'd expect. Taco bells Plymouth really need to figure out a better way to layout their tables and seating areas. Or change furniture and add in a fresh paint. Overall I gave good rating for food as I've never had any issues with the food although I gave less rating on other remarks for above mentioned reasons. Thank you 😇.

the food was freezing cold, the burrito was tiny hardly any filling same for the taco it qas paper thin!! and next to no cheese sauce on the fries!!! Sooooooo disappointed as our first order 👎

it never arrived. they knew from half 12 that it woudnt arrive didnt bother letting me know there is no drivers and this is a regular occurrence got wait a week to get my money back when they should shut if they aren't capable to do orders at 2200 then they shouldn't give the option to its not hard to switch just eat off actually you do it at busy times why not when you litraly can't deliver

Ordered through deliveroo, restaurant accepted the order and then closed with no food delivered. Couldn't cancel the order online because it was marked as a Live Order and the restaurant refused to cancel it as they were already closed. Two hours later, no food and down £30.

Food arrived cold despite the place being very quiet. If I hadn't of been in a rush I would have complained! The place is in the need of a massive deep clean.

Disgracefully long wait for "fast food" We ordered a deluxe box and a taco supreme, which took 44 minutes. Unbelievable! Staff fiddle the numbers on the screens and are all over the place. Let's not get started on the Cleanliness of the place. Sticky dirty floors. Nobody cleaning tables. Chaos. The thing is it didn't even seem busy at the time. I've seen it twice as busy or more.

I usually order from home with this place, but from what I remember the restaurant itself is nice. Whenever I do order, it gets here almost cold- which really sucks

The chips was next to nothing. Both items were cold. Gutted as we don’t offer takeaway ever because of the cost. So this has upset me

Over two hours waiting. Food was luke warm. Everything in the order was correct, the temperature and the wait just made it a poor meal.
