We were served by Anita such a great service with attention to every detail and my friends surprised me by taking me here. It was the best experience ever especially Anita took such a great care of us. She also surprised me with a cake as my friends forgot to add it. It was such a kind gesture and made my birthday feel even more special. I'd recommend anyone to go and try their menu they have got some amazing food I had in Plymouth. This was my first time visiting the restaurant in the barcode, I have been to several others before and this was a slightly different experience, obviously a Saturday night was a very busy time to go but the staff were wonderful and really attentive. Drinks and food came in a timely manner. Our server Rachel was lovely and looked after us well. The atmosphere was very lively, music a bit too loud but it's a lively place. Air con was a bit cold even for me and I run hot. Food was delicious and cocktails were tasty and good quality.

Iguanas has the best cocktails options in my opinion and that comes from a person who does not like to drink. The food also was very delicious and everyone was very happy with their choice and how tasty everything was.

We were pleased with our first experience at Las Iguanas on Valentine's Day! The Menu and Perks were clearly explained by the young staff, and they delivered our food to the table in a timely manner. I enjoyed the fact that although their South American style of food tends to be quite hot/ spicy they did bring milder/ less spicy food on request.

It was fine. The food was alright, perfectly edible and nice enough but quality did not justify the prices. Our servers were absolutely lovely.

We came to Las Iguanas on Valentines evening and we had amazing service right from the beginning. We arrived 15 minutes late due to an accident on the way in and traffic but they still allowed us to have our full 90 minutes unlimited tapas. The food was amazing and our server Erin was super lovely and helpful! Nothing was too much bother. Thank you so much for making our evening enjoyable :)

Waited 20 minutes for any type of service which we unfortunately didn’t receive, went to the bar to order our drinks and the bar lady was extremely rude, tried to order the bottle of Prosecco to be put on the table which we were told ‘well what’s the table number’ there was actually no table number listed, the bar lady made us feel uncomfortable and unwanted even though she could have gave the drinks and communicated with the waiting staff to add to our table since we were planning on ordering food. The actual waitress was lovely but unfortunately slow so we didn’t actually manage to order anything, when the waitress did eventually come over we explained the bar staff was rude and got told she was having a bad day, however 25 mins after our booking our table still hadn’t been seen and we decided to leave and go to Nando’s instead. Wouldn’t return, some staff were nice but just not the service we wanted

Went yesterday for the bottomless tapas with friends was really good baring in mind there was only one girl working the floor. She had couple big tables as well us.she was very on it she's brilliant at her job

Went there on a busy Friday night so long wait but had lovely drinks to keep us busy and a very nice waiter who got us our orders as fast as possible, as well as the food being amazing!

Had a fantastic evening. Did the January special, £15pp for unlimited tapas. The food was delicious, the waitresses, Blessed (plus another who had lots of tattoos and brought food when Blessed was busy), were friendly and attentive. The food came out at a good speed. We felt like we got great value for money. Have been for thr bottomless drinks in the past, and would definitely come again!

We ordered 47 £ worth of food and ended up with bearly enough food for 1 person it's ridiculous ... The patatas bravad where 2 spoon full of them , chicken winges where less then 3 chicken winghs from kfc and where actualy chicken strips ffs ... Quesadilla was miniscule ... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE TAKING THE MICKY ... We actually ordered a pizza after this

My friend and I have had a lovely time Rachel was very attentive and helpful with cocktail suggestions. The only criticism was the portion size of the food in the bottomless brunch was quite small. The cocktails were delious.

Turned up for the £15 bottomless tapas. Had a booking, got seated 10 minutes before so that was good. Then was forgotten about for 30 minutes. Our drinks order and food order was then taken and we were allowed to have our time added back on. Then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes and nothing arrived. Every other table that walked in after us was on their 2nd or 3rd round. At this point we knew we had been forgotten. Our server came over and said oh you guys still don't have anything. So went to check. Our order had not gone through somehow. So we said its okay we will just leave as it had been an hour at this point. The servers seemed stressed out so very understaffed. Not really a fault on their behalf. If management had given them enough staff then maybe they could have served everyone equally. Put off going back

Lovely food, drinks and service by Erin. Chose to eat here as our daughter is a coeliac and loves their gluten free fajitas and nachos plus the 2 4 1 cocktails.

Antonia is the one who made our experience positive. She was very friendly and attentive. A till issue happened and our food was slower than usual but Antonia was very apologetic and made up for it. We started to think that the Bottomless Tapas for £15 weren’t worth it because of the waiting times but Antonia was a star! Las Iguanas are lucky to have her.

This is the second time I have made a booking online in advance after having looked at the menu online for the Plymouth restaurant. However, on arrival on BOTH occasions (first time being 7th October 2024 and second time being 2nd January 2025) and once seated, the menu that was presented to us appeared very reduced and was nothing like what is shown online for this restaurant. Very disappointing indeed. On 2nd January, we had an infant with us and there were no napkins on the table nor were we given any. My daughter had to resort to using toilet paper to wipe her son's mouth and hands. In addition, the gluten -free options were very limited and not much choice - again, not in accordance with the online menu. Will never go back and certainly would not recommend.

We were served by both Tony/ie and Erin and both were absolutely fantastic! We had a bottomless brunch for NYE and the starter and main were huge and well worth the price we paid!! Very happy with service and will be coming again very soon!!!

Lovely waitress but my “chicken enchiladas” was definitely beef, the texture of chicken is completely different to beef and whilst spices can colour meat , it doesn’t colour the centre of meat or change the consistency. My husband’s and son’s burgers were lovely they said, sweet potato fries really nice. Blonde waitress was really lovely and attentive

Anita was very rude, came in for 1 cocktail. Tried to order another and she refused, not the service you expect so close to Christmas. We were going to spend all afternoon there and take advantage of the 2-4-1 drinks but we're refused Won't be returning. Very boring and unwelcoming atmosphere. Discrimination and unpleasant staff.

I recently attended a bottomless brunch at Las Iguanas in Plymouth for a hen party with a group of seven. The overall experience was fantastic! Despite a minor query with the bill, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well, demonstrating professionalism and ensuring everything was resolved smoothly. Some had the burger, and they said it's the most amazing burger they have ever had. The staff are incredible. So friendly and engaging. We had a great time. Bottomless brunch all the way, it seems a little more expensive than other locations but the drinks are amazing. Worth every penny! Kiera was a dream, very attentive and friendly.

I visited here for my 22nd birthday last week and i had the best time! The staff where very nice to me and my 6 friends who came along. We all had the bottomless brunch with mango collins! We also had some delicious food! Yum very tasty! The staff also surprised me with a little birthday cake !that I thought was just adorable a perfect end to a perfect birthday! Thank you to all the friendly staff who made this a day to remember!

The staff are fab and could tell they were trying there best as the resturant was full on a Saturday night, food wait time was crazy and we waited about half an hour for a few bottles of wine to reach the table ( because there was clearly not enough staff to keep up with the pile of cocktail orders from other tables) servers friendly but the food wasn’t great , bland , small portion size and definately not value for money , wouldn’t have minded the food wait if it was actually nice , such a shame

Tried the Jalapeno poppers and the chicken burrito. The poppers were nice, even better with the sauce provided. The Chicken burrito was plain, too much rice and not enough beans and or chicken. I think it more focusses on shared platters and cocktails, so need to try that. Service was good and ambiance is great. Nice spot for groups.

Visited to celebrate a career milestone. Food was good, however we had really poor service and a waiting time over 60 minutes for the food we ordered. We would have enjoyed a lot more if the service was of a better quality.
