Used to be good service. Now they deliver wrong things but I guess they are quick.

Great pizza with delicious dough and amazing price!

Orded pizza for delivery , turned up cold , pizza all tipped to one side of the box , with garlic dip split all over pizza , poor service call store up and there response is it’s a new driver we will talk to them , really un helpful and don’t care about customer service

Never again will I order from this place got a kebab n had food poisoning for the past 3 days after would not recommend this place

Before and after our ride around the Pyrenees we stopped for a kebab from this super takeaway. No grease tasty salad well cooked.. Mmmm.

They said they couldn’t find my house number and then said no one answered the phone call when no one called my phone number waited almost 2 hours and l didnt receive my food so got a refund instead wouldn’t recommend ordering from here

Pretty Terrible ,staff are very nice but the food is actually just grim like I’ve been a lot of places and if you look at my profile I don’t really review, everytime I do aswell I s very good but just doing this to remind myself, it’s the second time I’ve got food from here and it’s awful. Attached an image £9 burger by the way bit of a joke, working in kitchen myself actually abit of a scam.

Ten Tonne Kebab! Orderd by telecommunications waiting for the Ferry at 32hundred hours..arrived by 52hundred hours. 20 minutes Shish 2 Ferry Que Service. Bell them order a Kebab while u wait

This place never disappoints. Speedy delivery with a very polite delivery guy. Food is delicious and they even threw in a free dip. Support local independents folks!

I ask for 12" pizza with a garlic dip they send me pizza with garlic base when i called them they said that i ask for it what i did i drive to the shop leave the pizza with them never ever going back there

Delivered to our house pizza x2, chips and burger. 1 pizza was OK, the other was overcooked and cold. Tasted like yesterday's pizza. Hardly any toppings. Chips undercooked . Burger ordered with cheese but no cheese on it. Very disappointed as have used before . Didn't bother complaining just won't use again and have deleted app.

Their pizza is great - ask Rula to make it. We personalize the toppings and it’s great, fresh when eaten right then. They’ve recently started their own chicken doner which is really good too.

Chicken wings came covered in animal hair and cold. Kebab had barely any meat or salad and freezing cold

I ordered the meat feast 12 inch pizza and wow. It was full of flavour from each slice I had. There was a lot of topping on it. Not only that the cheese was perfection I would recommend

Extremely stingy on portion sizes when it comes to delivery. An extra large should not be half full!! Another update: decided to give another chance, specifically left 3 notes on my order to add Jalapeños and even added an extra item to cover cost. I then called the shop to make sure this was acknowledged and despite all that I received no jalapeños or the extra item I added. Shameful.

my disabled mother in law ordered from here from a old peoples home and she gave driver money he said he didnt have change on him went back to the car to get change never came back ! rung shop for three days and they not helpful ..... its theft!!!

Horrible customer service, made no effort to deliver our food. Lied about delivering food and refused to send a picture that they supposedly took at the front door. Were verbally rude on the phone, so unprofessional will never order from here again, waste of time and money.

This was my first time ordering from here which I was worried about, the food was amazing! Took a while to get to me but didn't miss anything which most places do, food was hot when it came so they deserve a good review :)

5 star for the food. Delivery drivers are rude as anything. Got told that I should make my way downstairs because they were 5 minutes away despite a message stating to call when here as we have a young child and asked for a reason. "Come downstairs now innit" isn't what I call customer service. As I said food's great but THAT is not an employee. That is going to get a bad rep for you guys and a law suit, because a drunk person will probably hit him

Never ordered from here until this evening we had a meat special pizza from here, this was ordered at 01:05 delieved at 01:30, much sooner than the time frame on delivery services! I have always been not so adventurous on trying new/quick food places Pizza had alot of taste it most certainly wasn't bland, on delivery the driver was exceptionally polite, we will not hesitate to order from here again. 😀

I placed an order for a post-long shift craving at approx 11:11pm. The due time was 23:55 which I thought was a fair wait seen as though it was approx 0.8 mile away, a 3 minute drive, on a Thursday night. However, I waited. I waited and waited. I waited some more, I continued to wait. Luckily i was right on the waterfront, so at least I had a pleasant view. However, this started to get a bit much by 0.35 when the delivery (purely for convenience) stilllllll had not arrived. To my delight, it got to 0.40 and the small delivery turned up, by a gentleman who just extended his arm with the tied up bag and walked away. It was bizarre to say the least. To really seal the deal……… Upon opening the bag and starting to eat the food I had so so so patiently waited for, i found it, surprisingly ;), to be lukewarm at best. No more than 5 minutes through my evening meal and you could certainly say it was cold. I feel so disappointed.

Ordered a large lamb kebab wrap and got this . This is bang out of order for over £10 that they charged. Meat was not even cooked properly straight in the bin and never ordered from there again

Just ordered a kebab wrap and got delivered a kebab on tray with no salad and soggy pitta bread on bottom of it. I will definitely not order from there again especially for the price that I got charged for it which was over £10

Ordered with super kebab quite a few times and they have made minor mistakes which were easy to overlook so have never been bothered But recently I had ordered food and the order was wrong, speaking to the restaurant they tried to ask if we still had the order... It had been thrown away for it being something I cannot eat! They were saying they were going to swap the order out to the right address after I already opened it all to look at it. Regardless of it being wrong, they end up just swapping orders with people after them being in someone elses home... I honestly feel sick thinking about this... If you're looking for a delicious greasy meal coated in a delicious glaze of COVID 19 then this is the perfect place for you!

WORST experience of my life. Refused to give me my refund on food that I ordered at 12:19 and then arrived at 3:52am as they had already cooked it when I cancelled over 2 hours earlier after the 64 calls I had to make in order to get through. Thankfully I don’t live in plymouth as I’d never use this company for their awful attitude. Also looks grotty outside.

Didn’t even turn up after it said it was out for delivery then I get a message saying enjoy your food and it’s not here !!

If you stoned or looking for beer munchies then look no further, took ages to arrive and wasn’t the best but as it was New Years and not many places open was last resort and it will be LAST resort form now on

We as a family order from here very regularly, I have 2 autistic children who like there food done a certain way and they always did this, however this time when our food turned up it was cold and burnt so we called them and normally they send it back out but not this time so we complained and got a very rude phone call from them saying we are now BANNED and we are not allowed to order again. Just because we have called a few times if food was missing etc, if they did there job properly it wouldn’t happen. Thanks for upsetting my autistic children 🤬

Got a large Margherita pizza with curly fries, only the Margherita had no tomato base so there goes half the ingredients it also tasted pretty grim so I threw most of it away, and the curly fries were overcooked to the point of being crunchy. Will not be going here again it sucks.

Just ordered from here, kebab wrap, chips and mozzarella sticks and a bueno milkshake,wrap tasted like undercooked meat, chips were wet but not even cooked properly and mozzarella sticks tasted like they were sat out for a day or two, the milkshake was split and spilt all inside a bag from the local corner shop and the order didn’t arrive for over an hour would not recommend this place at all

They guys that work there are so polite, unfortunately the food wasn't great. I ordered fish and chips and curry sauce, the chips were undercooked as was the fish.

They deliver the wrong food and then refuse to do anything about it, they actually think it’s funny to STEAL people’s money after appalling customer service. Came in here late one evening in I think early summer. Only picked it because I was famished and there was a parking space across the road. Steady but modest stream of punters but no queue. Can’t recall any particular ethnic theme or formula. I just wanted a kebab. Average value. Looked to be doing a high enough turnover for the meat to be freshly cooked and carved and it tasted OK. Chilli sauce just better than average and nothing drizzled down my chin or onto my clothes or upholstery.
