The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

Food was outstanding. Delivery was within 2 minutes of predicted time, was piping hot and excellent quality. Will definitely order from here again

I have been getting meals (delivered) from China City for the past few years, excellently cooked/hot on arrival/all staff very helpful/polite including delivery staff, 100% customer satisfaction, A.B, A Prenton customer.

Great breakfast, shame about the coffee. A really good breakfast, delivered fast. The coffee however is poor. It is very weak and very cold. It hasn't changed for a long time. You should be able to taste coffee and it should come hot.

My wife ordered our evening meal , this was the first time ordering from wok&go, our experience was very poor, noodles were very soggy with no taste and only 2or three pieces of carrots added, the prawn dishes were no better , all in all very poor Quality ,certainly not value for money at a cost of well over £20 pounds including delivery from just eat who’s delivery was very poor too as even though we had shown proof of payment to him ,he would not give us the food without a four digit code which was not emailed to us , I would avoid this place

I live just 5 minutes walk away. Yet I will drive 10 minutes away for a decent Chinese rather than order from here. Food is pretty tasteless. Very oily with sparse meat. The meat that is there in small quantities is tough. I first gave it a go 10 years ago and swore would never return. Due to desperate decision to find something quick after extended session in pub next door. I gave it a go again and still continues to be worse Chinese in the local area.

We use this chinese regularly and the food is always absolutely delicious - it's our go to after a late swimming lesson! Thank you for saving our Thursdays!

Lovely people, lovely food, something for everyone on menu. Really enjoyed our take away from here, quick service but cash only.

Consistently good, never had an issue!

Not since before Lockdown have we used Rickshaw and will be the last. Yes the meal arrived quickly and felt hot while taking it home. That’s were it ended, The food was so Greasy it was disgusting. I have never had such greasy food. The Pancakes were Running in grease. It actually ran over over breadboard and onto the work surface. Same with the Chicken Balls. Fired Rice was dry. We both feel sick after it. Well it goes to say we didn’t eat it.

Has gone down hill. Ordered food very late. The food was terribly bland. Shame that's the place isn't what it used to be now.

Two take away Duck and Plum sauce meals contained no plum sauce therefore meat was dry and tasteless. Payment was by cash only which required a 500 yard walk to the nearest cash machine and back in order to pay for two tasteless meals.

The most awful service ever. I ordered for collection 45 minutes later. I telephoned the order and when I got there they did not have the order. He told me I had to wait and would not tell me how long. When I said I had booked collection he told me he would not serve me. He was difficult to understand and extremely rude and I recommend no one ever uses this take away.

Always fresh and tasty, quick service and always piping hot!!! Wouldn't use any other take away!! Can phone your order through. Very good

Don’t go here unless you want to be ill Had takeaway week ago and felt sick next day. Just read this week that il Lee Garden has been closed down twice already by local authority and fined 20k this week for filthy hygiene standards. It’s in the paper. Now I know why I was sick!! AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH

Ordered a takeaway and the pork dumpling’s were completely raw inside, they hadn’t been cooked at all
