Second time ordering, as last time, piping hot, delicious, crispy food (where appropriate) was delivered sooner than expected. Really great, even though I tried different dishes. Definitely a cut above. Will order again. The Crispy beef in sweet and spicy sauce had real pineapple in it and was perfectly balanced, not too sweet. The salt and pepper squid was a decent sized potion, crispy without being dry.

The food I ordered was nice. It was a little sceptical when ordering due to the food hygiene rating a 3 but was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food. I am vegetarian, so I can't comment on the standard or meat products, but what I had was tasty and fresh. Vegetarian vermicelli 10/10 Salt and pepper chips 8/10 Curry sauce - it looked green but tasted lovely 9/10 Sweet and sour sauce 7/10 Egg fried rice. It's rice, hahah. was nice. Noodle was the best I've had in a long time. Cheap prices Forgot to take pictures in the tub. But these will do. I would go back

The salt and pepper chicken was very tasty but just a bit dry, No complaints though as it was sooo nice and delivery was very very fast. Thank you and I’ll be ordering again 👍😀

Absolutely disgusting, felt sick for two days after eating what little we could stomach to eat

Disgusting, truly, truly awful! Imagine haribo or gummy worms that have been deep fried and served in gelatinous and tasteless gloop like snot … well that was apparently their version of crispy shredded beef. I gss as be no idea what they did to it to make it like that It looked awful and tasted even worse - to the point that after 2 mouthfuls I felt so sick I had to throw it away I will never return - don’t waste your money …

Disgusting - imagine haribo worms fried and then served in gelatinous snotty gum - that was my shredded beef ordered as a takeaway this evening. It is possibly the worst chinese that I have ever had the misfortune to eat - not that I did, I had a few mouthfuls and then threw it away. Will not go again.

FOOD POISONING I have had food poisoning from eating their chicken fried rice and sweet and sour sauce. Got in touch with them and they said, as we didnt complain straight away they couldn't test the food. Absolutely disgusting as I didnt have symptoms until a few hours after eating it. REPLY TO SHOPS RESPONSE - We messaged via foodhub which got intouch with you whilst we were on livechat with them, (She was called Angel) and you refused to do anything about it saying that we should have rung the shop on the night so you could have tested the food. Even though like I said before I didnt have symptoms until a few hours later.

All of the food was cold. The prawn toast was dripping in grease. The chips weren't fresh and tasted like they had been cooked the day before. The meat in the chow mein was dried out. The curry was tasteless and the chicken in it was gelatinous. The whole meal was awful.

Szechwan Chicken was ok. Salp and Pepper Chips were missing any salt and pepper. Singapore Vermicelli was bland.

Normally order from here regularly, it’s always brilliant. Today it was bland, tasteless and the rice seemed undercooked. Both fried rice dishes tasted like unseasoned chicken thrown into plain boiled rice. Chips were over cooked and tough, only thing that was edible was the salt and pepper chicken.

I loved it, my only criticism is the duck fat wasn't crispy which would have made it perfect

Food was awful. Over cooked King prawns. Mushy noodles and watery black bean sauce. Hot and sour soup tasted nothing like it normally does

The egg fried rice was boiled rice with a very minute trace of egg, chips were hard, this really spoilt what could have been a nice takeaway, nice foo yung and chow mein. It is also very over priced, will not use again.

Food wasn’t hot and did not taste fresh at all. The chicken was rubbery & the curry sauce had gone lumpy from not being fresh. Looked as though the food had been sat for a long time before being delivered.

First time ordering from Happy Valley. ( I had some Just Eat vouchers to spend and my usual Chinese takeaways aren't on Just Eat). Food was ready quickly, and was nice and hot when collected. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the free pancake rolls for spending over £20. And the Nazigoring was very mild and very light on meat, not like any other I've had before around the country. The chicken in spicy sauce wasn't at all hot, was full of water chestnuts, and not much chicken. The wife had salt and pepper chicken and salt and pepper chips, which she said were "OK." I'll stick to Lee Garden or China House in the future.

Outstanding chicken curry, it’s very hard to find a good one locally but this hits the spot. In a sea of mediocre Chinese takeaways, this one stands out as easily having the best taste 💙

Disappointed with my meal. I ordered king prawn with green peppers in black bean sauce but the portion was less than half of what you get from other Chinese takeaways. I also ordered King Prawn fried rice. The prawns were bland and tasteless and there were no peas in it. Overall not impressed. Will not order again.

Ordered a munchy box which tasted of grease only. The salt & pepper “chicken” inside (about 4 pieces) was rock solid. Ribs inside were only fat & bone. Chips definitely were not fresh. I’m not sure how the noodles tasted so bland compared to every other chinese I’ve had. I wouldn’t be ordering again unfortunately ☹️

Prawn crackers were soft. Seaweed wasn’t crispy and quite greasy. The chips, rice and curry sauce box wasn’t very nice, the curry sauce had congealed quite a bit.

Chicken missing from order - restaurant helpful when called but by the time the chicken came the rest was cold and that was the weirdest ‘banana’ tasting lemon sauce! Not very nice and wouldn’t get again

i haven’t collected it because you have sent me to a chinese that isn’t even where i live, i searched from my location and it came up with this, i ordered, then went to the takeaway, of the same name, and they said it wasn’t the right location. i have not collected i want my money back

We were unable to get the order delivered due to no available drivers so reordered and went to collect ourselves but even taking this into account, it was worth the drive. The portions were good, there were so many chips they actually had to rubber band the box so it would stay closed. Food was delicious as well, couldn't fault any of the dishes we ordered. They even threw in an free portion of spring rolls along with the standard free prawn crackers which we can only assume was due to us having to try ordering a few times as we couldn't get it delivered and had to collect. Order was ready for us the moment we arrived to pick it up! Would order from here again even if we have to pick it up ourselves, it was that nice!

Awful. We had to heat our food in the microwave it was that cold. The crispy shredded beef looked anemic and tasted of nothing - first time I've ever had to add salt to a Chinese. The chips were hard and greasy, to be honest most of it went in the bin. Oh also found a hair in our chips. GROSS.

Arrived early but the food was inedible. Thai green curry where the sauce tasted like powder and bitty. Awful. Salt and chilli chips with one slice of onion and no spice or chilli. Pity as previous orders in the past had been fine.

The food was awful. The prawn toast was burnt. The chicken balls were balls of grease. The curry was a congealed mess and the crispy beef in kindo sauce tasted of vinegar. I was so disappointed with this meal

Worse Chinese food we have ever had! All starters soggy and tasteless. Mains were bland. It was that bad we didn’t even eat it. So disappointing. We will be passing on our feedback to the rest of our caravan park.

Usually I don't bother with reviews because the quality is mediocre. However, tonight I have enjoyed a really fantastic takeaway . Th crispy beef was great quality with a really good mix of fresh tasting crispy veg and peanuts. Thank you Restaurant stars are N/A but was unable to submit the review without making a choice

Delivery is very quick. A little too quick. I ordered this time. It took 8mins to arrive. 2mins to get to my house from takeaway, therefore 6mins to cook. Therefore are orders cooked fresh. By that I mean from scratch. 6mins cooking time, I doubt it. Food arrived just warm. Not piping hot. My first ever order was like this. It was piping hot and took longer to arrive.

I got a few things from here and was very disappointed,the chicken won tons were greasy, the chicken and sweetcorn douo was just these ingredients plus water was disgusting and the chicken curry and egg fried rice was awful the curry had 6 pieces of chicken and the rest was a whole onion cut up and there was no egg in the burnt rice. I would not recommend

Overall good food. Surprisingly quick delivery. Whether that is just quick at cooking your order from scratch or food already prepared ready to warm?. For those of us that like hot and spicy, buy a bottle of hot sauce, to have with your order. Don’t bother leaving a note, in the notes area.

Amazing noodles, the king prawn chow mein is gorgeous. Would love Chinese mushrooms included. Will order from Happy Valley above all the competitors.

Great food and arrived early. Free dish and prawn crackers! Love their sweet and sour! Duck was disappointing this time but will still order again from here in the future.

We asked for our meal to be delivered at approx 7.15 pm and it arrived an hour early.......but the food was superb as usual 👍

Ordered Nasi Goreng (Singapore fried rice) which was overcooked and very sticky. Way too much curry powder in it too. Not nice. Also ordered salt & pepper chicken balls which were chewy and the salt & pepper flavour was missing. Definitely won’t be ordering from there again!

Really pleased. Was our first order with this Chinese take away and was New Year’s Eve during tier 4, so obviously a busy time (!), but it was great. Delivered to our door and tasted really good. Will happily order again.

Very nice take away. Friendly staff and will deliver. Extensive menu always hot. Take no notice of Lindsay Masons review, she know nothing about a decent meal. Just to add, if you order to collect, they add a SERVICE CHARGE, WHY WHEN YOU'RE COLLECTING, JUST LIKE GOING IN TO GET IT. THIS IS RIDICULOUS
