Sweet & Sour in Wyre

A teenage boy had to be told by his per to take my order. When I got it home it was poor and dry. I should of taken it back as i didn't eat most of it. Very disappointed. Nothing was fresh, and if I were the chief, I would have been embarrassed with what was served. Yummy house in Cleveleys is so much better. I wish I'd of gone there instead of going local. I won't be going back.

Every chip had black bits in the rice was hard, the chips were also undercooked. Asked for chicken satay received chicken pieces in a tub of sauce that tasted like wet dog. Would not recommend or order again unfortunately waste of £25

Worstnfood i have ever had ....dont do fish and chios wtf??. Got chios and sausage asked for salt ....no salt and sauage only got one and it tasted ljke soap...£7-50.....£3-50 by me

Just ordered special chow mein vermicelli,and that's what I got noodles,no meat no king prawns,it went in the bin ,phoned sweat and sour up about the lack of meat her response was im not bothered,give this place a big miss waste of £16

Ordered pies and chips from here today( 19th may) had to throw the pies away as they were very dry and seemed like they were warm ups from the day before. The Chips however were very nice and portions were extremely generous Food inspectors need to check this place out

Really tasty and freshly prepared. Spring rolls were excellent, Char Sui in spicy sichuan sauce was lovely. Very efficient and friendly service.

Recently changed owners, gave me soggy crispy beef, went again got soggy crispy beef and food poisoning. Be careful.

SORRY TO HEAR THAT CAROL, AS THE NEW MANAGER OF SWEET AND SOUR, IT TAKES ABOUT 10-15MINS FOR COLLECTION. WE GIVE THE FRESH AND THE BEST FISH SO IT MIGHT TAKE AGES ( DEPENDING ON THE FRESHNESS) AND DELIVERY MIGHT BE ABOUT 30MINS.

May be good for Chinese food but do t order fish and chips. Visited here as usual place closed after doing a charity walk. It took 45 minutes to get fish and chips for three people. This was despite the fact that we were the only ones in the place. Food was okay when we got it but long wait would put me off going back again unless it was to try the Chinese menu. Had chips etc from here before and never had to wait so long so it's put me off going again.

Not the best in Fleetwood. Lacking flavour and some of the food is over cooked. Ribs were chewy and not fresh. Small portions for what you pay for. Won't be ordering from there again sorry.

New to the area a few months ago and this one of our nearest takeaways. Been a few times both for English & Chinese, more than matches the quality of our old takeaways in the Manchester area. Only issue is the menu is on FB and not particularly clear.

it use be a regular customer , but its now change owners and the food has gone down hill , on my last visit i had to put my chip pan on at home to fry my chips they was half raw when i got them , not acceptable realy, last owners had great food and etc

I've used this take away for years and had no problem till this evening .... I ring up for my usual order I get regular .... never had a problem with food ...order or delivery in the past .... tonight I got told my order came to £7.80 and minimum order is now £8 ... so for 20p I can't order .... and delivery charge gone up to £1.50 .... I'm so annoyed because last week was told same thing but still got my food ....

New owners = higher prices and lower quality. Don't order from here anymore and have took my business elsewhere.

The food from Sweet and sour is outstanding . The staff and owner are very polite and friendly and take the time to have a conversation with you not just take your order . And a massive plus is the cook real chips and not the frozen rubbish that all the other Chinese takeaways seem to be serving in the area . All in all a pleasant experience and great food

Waited two hours for my food and when it eventually come was very bad! Items missing was refused a refund and nothing like what I had asked for. This bussiness should not still be open.

We ordered a Chinese and within 20 mins it arrived. It came without the two drinks we had ordered and the food was wrong. We then rang up to explain we hadn’t received the drinks and the food was wrong and we received the portion we ordered originally however the two drinks didn’t arrive. After numerous phone calls and a rude staff member proceeding to put the phone down on me and speak over me whilst trying to complain we had to go ourselves and collect the drinks whilst the manager and his staff were telling us we were lying and we aren’t allowed to receive the drinks we payed for until next time we order- HA as if we would! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all I’m appalled by this service

Tried sweet and sour for the 1st time delivered within 20 mins, lovely freshly cooked food, arrived hot will definitely order from here again.

Ordered from here last Saturday around 2130 by 0330 sunday morning I was up with severe sickness & diarrhoea this was the only thing i'd eaten that day, I am not one for being sick but I was sick 3 times 6 hours after eating!
