Food barley warm. Doesn't matter where I order from the least I expect is hot Food. Taste is good

Spot on. sauce was nice thick and tasty and not watered down like some of the other so called best in fleetwood chineses.chips and rice spot on,meat just right and not like leather.best ive had in a while.

The best Chinese I have ever been to the most amazing service I have ever experienced I loved every part of it even entertained my toddler an gave him something to entertain him while he was messing around for me was absolute brilliant couldn’t ask them for better

Amazing food , Singapore chow mein is great , salt and pepper king prawn is too die for and the hot and sour soup is just class! Staff really friendly Definitely a place to go to!

Ordered chicken fried rice and barbecue spare ribs..ribs were burnt and hard in a horrible manky sauce..The rice looked like it was days old.All clumpy and dry.If you want disappointment and horrible food go there.

I have had meals from you before. However last night i ordered and was very disappointed as I ordered a beef curry which didn't taste quite right and had no curry taste at all. I only managed a 1/4 and put in the bin. I was up all night very unwell and had to take the day off work today. I don't know what to say to be honest, just disappointed and don't want this to be a negative but the food needs to taste of curry and not like been cooked in oxo.

Super fast delivery through fleetwood eats , the wings were very hot and great, however the chicken omelette had no taste , it was so bland , and dry, and sorry the chips were not much better .

Really gone down hill ust to be best about but proper letting them self go hardly no meat in anything chips always soggy just gone really down hill gutted aswell was such a good chinese and delivery driver is so ignorant and rude

A good Chinese take away that makes the best, in my opinion, Singapore Chow Maine and at a reasonable price, I would highly recommend New China Town.

Highly recommend this take away, food was lovely and very reasonably priced, 1 thing I’d ask is as it’s round the corner from me I would’ve expected the food to be hotter as it did come slightly warm but other than that I will be ordering from there again ☺️❤️

Avoid avoid avoid! Don't even waste your money on this place. Ordered food, some was OK, complained about one thing. I first asked for a replacement. She said it will be cooked the same way. So i said OK, refund please. She said OK thankyou. I don't know what kind of food place police this place is. But she sends the driver. To retrieve the food. Like what in the council estate is this behaviour. So fish the three from the bin I can find, she then tells the driver to give me £1.50 worth of a refund. Bare in mind I think the balls were £4.60. For reputation sake, refund the balls. I've been loyal and always gone here. But do yourself a favour and don't bother. Go Mr lees its far better quality and with better customer service.

We lived nearby, that's why we used it often. Fast, tasty, friendly service. Good soups, There is no delivery, but you can walk from the beach take an order.

had chicken curry and boiled rice Friday tea it was terrible the worst curry I have ever had in many many years just tasted like flavoured rice dry and tasteless and the wives chow main was no better we were regular customers but not any more

As you will be able to see from my other reviews it is rare that I leave a negative review. Myself and two friends decided to order from here last night (15th December). We ordered via phone and we were told the food would be with us in 45-60 minutes. We waited an hour and a half and called to ask where our food was and were told it was “on its way and they were busy”. A further 20-30 minutes passed and no food arrived so we called again 1. believing to food would be cold as it has supposedly left the restaurant 30 minutes prior to our call and should only have taken 5 minutes to reach us and 2. by this point we had waited 2 hours. We were told they would call the driver who confirmed he would “drop the food with us first” - where it had been all this time we didn’t know, we were told if the food was cold on arrival we would get a full refund. The food arrived and low and behold was lukewarm, we had only opened the box of mixed starters which should have been for 3 and found it was only for 2, despite having it confirmed on the phone they could do a portion for 3. We phoned the restaurant, this time losing the will to live explained the food was lukewarm and that the starters were only for 2. We were given a half hearted apology (I say this as after phoning up numerous times prior to this you would have thought the customer service would now be top level) and told we would be sent a new mixed starter for 3 and another main by way of apology. We didn’t hold much hope for it arriving and asked to speak to the manager - we’d be told a number of times that the manager was busy but that the girl on the phone was talking to him/her about our order - this time we were told the manager had gone home which in a supposedly busy restaurant, with orders going wrong I found this hard to believe, I actually laughed down the phone at this point. We agreed to the new starter and another portion of duck and carried on with our meal. We then discovered although we had the hoisin sauce and cucumber to go with the duck we had originally ordered we in fact DID NOT have the duck nor the pancakes.... another phone call. This time we explained that the duck was missing, again complained and had it confirmed that our original duck, another half duck and mixed starters would be with us soon. Understandably we were completely furious by this point but again accepted it and put the phone down. The order arrived around 20 minutes later. Mixed starter for 3 and 1/4 duck (not the 3/4 we were promised) which was completely inedible as it was covered in grease and fat and was in no way the “crispy” duck that is expected from a Chinese restaurant. We didn’t call again as we realised by this point not only does this restaurant not care, the girl on the phone taking orders was not competent enough to be dealing with customer complaints and the chefs clearly lacked training in basic food hygiene/prep. Would NEVER order from here again, 2 of us felt unwell after eating the food and customer service is dire.

Ordered £35 worth of food. Waited 2 hours and never got delivered even though they said it was delivered. Saturday night had a small family event ruined, we had to goto Dominos at 9.30pm.

Just thrown up everywhere chicken RAW messed up ordered offered 5 pounds 90 p got five pound took 1 hour 30 mins rude staff and I will be handing this to environmental health

Good food a little bit on the sweet side

Me and my boyfriend ordered this from being hungry we ordered a chicken and sweet corn soup , salt and pepper chicken dry and egg fried rice . The soup was red and tasted weird , the chicken was dry hardly any chicken init just batter looks like the chicken they used was starved and the rice was dry was like eating sandpaper and no flavour to it at all they gave us free prawn crackers which even they managed to taste bad I’d be embarrassed to work there

Absolutely disgusting takeaway! Hair in my food as a family of 5 sat down to eat. They are apparently sending the driver to refund just £5 so now we have to spend another evening in the restaurant paying for a second dinner while on holiday. Will be passing on the dish to environmental health.

If i could leave 0 stars i would worse food i have ever tasted the prawn toast taste of grease i asked for salt n pepper chicken pieces i got big balls of chicken in batter £21.50 and all i had was a few chips which tasted like they had been sat there for hours minging!!

Ordered through just eat while we were staying at the cala gran and collected the food. Item of food was missing and when phoning the service was astoundingly good, apologetic and the lady delivered the food straight to our caravan. Best chinese we have ever had! Highly recommended.

Decided to give China Town a try after our regular takeaway started turning out poor meals and will gladly use it again. I had the best Singapore Chow Mein I've ever tasted which came as a large portion. My wife enjoyed her Sweet and Sour which was also plentiful. Free prawn crackers if your order is over £10 which is very easily done as a couple. The food arrived within 5 minutes of the stated time and it was hot. Large choice on the menu including some dishes I've never seen before. Well worth a try.

Had a take away from here whilst staying at the Haven site down the road. Very tasty and well cooked food and reasonable on price too.

We love are Chinese food so with the restaurant being new we thought we would give it a try, and wasn't disappointed the chicken satay skewers are delicious 😋 as was the crispy shredded beef and prawn curry will definitely be ordering again from there 😊
