Food Paradise in Hinckley and Bosworth

Served the wrong food asked for bbq ribs got served bbq sauce for £4 and the chicken balls are burnt as well as the salt and chilli chip being bland

They don’t understand what you say and can never get the order right I’ve been here twice and both times they have gotten my order wrong. Wait time for food is terrible was sat there for 30 minutes trying to get my food I don’t understand why there aren’t more staff there and at least someone who can understand what you are saying

Average Chinese takeaway. Terribly dry chips.

I’ve been using this takeaway for years and always find it’s the fail safe option - the dishes portion is amazing and the value for money and not to mention it’s freshness - yes, currently it’s cash only but I’m sure once the economy improves it shouldn’t be an issue any longer.

I wouldn't even give this one star if it was an option. Spent 32 quid and ate a little bit of each thing ordered, and everything was as bad as each other. Taste like the same old fat everything has been cooked in for the last 20 years. I would stay away if I was you absolutely vile.

Phoned up for a delivery and told cash only as card costs too much money . Seriously!!!

Phoned up for delivery was told 1hr wait which I didn’t mind ,but food arrived 1and half hours later.If I had been told at time this was how long it was going to be I wouldn’t off ordered.Don’t like eating too late as lays on stomach .Food was nice but they should tell the truth about how long it’s going to be !

Very disappointed with the meal the lady that took the order did not get it right staff had a go it was my fault even when I said on The phone what I wanted to order meal. Was not very warm and very fatty you could taste the fat, all in all not up to usual standard from this restaurant

Delicious food and great value for money. Would highly recommend the salt and pepper chips which you get a whole bag of for about £2! Amazing

Great service. Phoned ahead for collection. They msgd me to say the had no sweet ginger for my chicken dish, did I want fresh ginger in it. Huge portions,we ordered 2 mains, one rice and a portion of chips, you could easily get 2 servings from one main. Good value for your money

Got lied to the other night after I complained that my house special curry had pineapple in it. That was the first time i had ever come across it in my curry. They said it has always been in special curry. No way, I hate pineapple and would taste it. They obviously have started to use it to bulk up the meal!! Anybody else noticed the extra pineapple in their house special curry???

Gave us the wrong dish, refused to correct order then started shouting down phone and put phone down on us!!! And also missed out the chips, only a £25 order. Nothing was fresh, no one ate anything from the order, was a shame.

We are the regular customer of this take away. We like the friendly atmosphere and wonderful range of food selections. We like the sweet and sour chicken balls, salt and chilli chips, special appetizer, A1 and M2 meals (such good price), Kungpo and szechuan beef are just fantastic for spicy food lovers. The chicken curry silly smooth, roasted pork meifun, singapore noodles, salt and chilli king prawn, ginger and spring onion chicken they are all lovely. Oh starter prawn toast, crispy triangle and chicken rolls are wonderful too...yum yum yum...must try !

Best chinese in town. Love the crispy beef, kungpo chicken/ king prawn , roasted pork chaomein, the tangy and sweet sour chicken balls, silky smooth chicken curry yum...yum yum.......

The worst takeaway I've ever had sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style was flavourless and like rubber spare ribs were all bone and bbq sauce was rank mushroom chow mien was really disgusting chicken wings garlic salt and pepper could only taste the peppers all in all a waste of money avoid this place at all costs

Food paradise is the best Chinese takeaway I've ever tasted, simply the best , the owners work so hard , the establishment us clean and you won't have to wait long for your order.

First time visited and food was good

The receptionist can never understand what you are asking for, or the details you provide. We've had issues with this in the past ie delivery made to wrong addresses. We started an order tonight but ended up cancelling it and not paying for it as everything was getting confused, we ordered from a different chinese and upon receiving delivery soon realised food paradise had still sent an order and we'd taken it thinking it was the order we'd paid for (the order was wrong may I add!) Long story short we're now on their blacklist for a mistake made by their receptionist. Why send a delivery that hasn't been confirmed nor paid for?

Best Chinese in Hinckley. Food has always been lovely. They are often very busy at peak times so you can expect a bit of a wait but would always pick here over the other options available in town.

Service and quality is the tops in Hinckley. None can match this Chinese takeaway.

Very tasty food, which always seems fresh compared to other places, particularly the meat. The ladies who take your order either by phone or in the place itself are very patient if you are unsure of what you want at the time. Highly recommended.

Best Chinese food in Hinckley. I have quite literally tried every chinese takeaway in the area, and I can safely say this place takes the crown. Stars is a close runner up with food, but Food Paradise blows them away with customer service and cost saving.

A change in mangement has unfortunately meant a change in standards. We waited a long time to collect a take away that was dry and quite disappointing. Such a shame I hope the new owners can improve their standards and service.

sinceramente puedo decir que es la mejor comida china en Hinckley que he probado. El propietario y su familia son encantadores, y la comida es estupenda lolvely y precios. Es muy limpio, y el propietario mantendrá comida caliente por si tienes que ir a otro lugar y volver. Siempre tengo una comida china que siempre vienen al paraíso de la comida. he cambiado a una nueva área pero venido a Hinckley cada sábado a ver mis padres, y yo siempre tengo ganas de un chino hasta llegar aquí porque mis te seducen locales no son muy buenos. sobresaliente!

Its a takeaway family run, the owner is a very polite gentleman and nothing is too much trouble..The Council rating for cleanliness is excellent.I can say that I have enjoyed every meal from here.
