They shouldn’t advertise they open until 11pm if they are closed at 10.45. Joke of a business, now wonder it’s always quiet.

Had 2 meals from here now and cant fault them nice food and delivered in the time

Food was awful, salt and pepper chips were not salt and pepper chips, they were chips covered with far too much salt. Would not eat here again

Travelled 4 hours to stay at a local hotel too late for food so picked up salt chilli chicken and fried rice. The worst food ever the chicken was all dry and just crispy with no chicken and the rice so bland.

First time we’ve tried Jade Wok - great food, arrived super hot! Will definitely use again!

Lovely food but took 1 hour to arrive

Very disappointed. Try to order a set menu for four and the person on phone kept saying we dont do that. FRUSTRATING!!!!!! Food in past has been good, but not sure in near future to be ordering again. Party of 12 really upset now.

We have enjoyed take away here many times so today was very disappointing. Called at 5 to order for delivery. They said 45 minutes but it arrived in 25-30. Chips, chicken balls, spring rolls and veg rolls all obviously refried or just old and reheated. Shredded crispy beef impossible to chew. The fried rice was ok.

Spotlessly clean, well organised business Food is authentic and delicious we would highly recommend that you give them a try

Terrible place, gone down hill massively. Used to use this place all the time but it seems to get worse and worse each time we go back to see if things have improved. The staff are so rude and disrespectful. There are much better options just round the corner that deliver faster with much nicer food. Please go back to how it used to be.

Very disappointing experience. Won't be going back. Last night ordered crispy duck but when home we realised we were missing the veggies and hoisin sauce. Without these it's useless but didn't want the rest of our meal to go cold so we rang afterwards to explain and was told they could make another one up for us either straight away or at a later date. So I rang today to order this and was told they would only give me the veggies and sauce. Crispy Duck once it goes cold doesn't taste very good. So what good is getting the veg and sauce? He was extremely rude and when I said I would never be returning he said that's fine and hung up. We are not disappointed we won't be returning because the quality has been going down hill. The Singapore Chow Mein was almost too salty to eat and we regularly feel disappointed in something whenever we order from there.

Fast takeaway service, good portions, great tasting dishes especially Singapore fried rice.

Absolutely terrible. Got our order completely wrong then was so rude on the phone when notifying them of their error. Did not offer any resolution and hung up on me! Worst in town, avoid at all costs.

We have been with this takeaway for over 15 years but now they don’t take card payments between 6pm - 8pm! You will lose a lot of custom and have us!

This was a birthday gathering ,jade woks food is very good quality but if the person who delivers it doesn't know their way round hinckley it stands for nothing.consecquently he turned up after getting lost with the food which was more or less cold.All I can say is jade wok get your act together with the delivery people.its costing you.

I ordered some food from here last night and it was shocking, all of the food was cold and I also ordered salt and chilli chips and they were disgusting the chips were rock hard and nothing like I was expecting. I also asked for a receipt with the order and never got it. Stay clear. Never again.

Have always highly recommended in the past but recently I have had 3 delivery’s which were all incorrect and have waited on occasions for 2 hrs for it to arrive (after being told 45mins) I feel that the service is very poor.For this reason I will not be ordering again which is a real shame as food has always been good

Since I was a young teenager I’ve been eating here and whenever eating any other Chinese takeaway I bet myself every time it won’t be as good as Jade Wok, and every time I win, unbeatable Food and unmatched service, You know it’s a good Chinese when the phone lines constantly busy!

Was a cracking little spot this and the food was lovely and fresh and tasty, but its gone down hill fast, with over and under cooked dishes on a recent takeaway - it really wasn't up to spec, really big shame, we've switched to another spot now :(

Ordered a delivery. Items were missing. We rang up to let them know and they told us they will either give us them free next time we order or we can send them in 40 minutes. We asked if they could send fresh items for the items we did receive as well as we only had half meals and they would be cold. Told "no what do you want me to do" what I want you to do is give me the food I ordered the first time round and not have to pay for food we cant even eat. Never again shocking service.

Rang through a delivery, confirmed the address and was told it was a 45 minute wait, after an 1.5 hours we called to see where food was, they had knocked on the wrong door, presumed it was a hoax call and didn’t bother calling to let us know. Won’t be using them again

We still use this place once a week, we started using them a while ago and the food is one of the better takeaways around, we moved out of the area and they still deliver !!! All good!!

Ordered thinking it was a different place, went to collect and realised it was somewhere else - turns out this is a blessing as the food was great Andy we really really enjoyed it!

Perfect as always, we never have anything to complain about, its quick and inexpensive. We use it when any football is on and the my are really good with timings.

One of the better Chinese take aways around. Would defiantly use this place again and again! Though they did bring prawn balls rather then chicken, however, when we called they were quick to bring chicken balls to us.

We had take away for four and ordered a variety of dishes from the menu. It was delicious and hot when it arrived. The chicken balls ordered arrived as prawn balls but the Chinese sent someone out to redeliver the order in a short space of time. I will return.

Always get my takeaways from here. Fast service and the foood is always great. Good value too, save yourself some time and order by phone.

Portions were larger than expected. One portion would serve two! Large pieces of chicken in the sweet n sour. Good service. Would use again.

One meal would serve two people.Loads of chicken in batter,too much for one.The only downside was the toxic looking pink sauce.No pineapple or onion or green pepper in it just a gloopy sauce.King prawns were lovely and a good size and nice batter.Rice was good too.Would use again.

Used to be really good one of the best in town, last 3 months something has changed food not as good doesn't seem to be as much flavour in the shredded beef and the chowmein dishes that I had.

We moved from Burbage to Stanton, they still agreed to deliver, we switched here after A bad experience from another takeaway and has been all good! Food is good and delivery times are reasonable even on busy nights .

this is the 2nd time we have visited the takeaway an boy was it as good as the first we got them to deliver an this took around 45 minutes but food was piping hot noodles was great fried rice not over cooked or sticky an the BBQ ribs had so much meat and melted in your mouth with a lovely flavor sauce everything was very fresh an not over cooked only problem is this takeaway so popular an very very busy but worth the wait awesome tasty food and the prices are very good with large potions a must for all Chinese lovers
