The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

Do not order from here, terrible taste in food and poor quality and horrible customer service. The prawn fried rice was so hard to chew and when I have put a review about this on facebook they were adamant. Instead of an apology they were just trying to justify that the food is ok. Horrible customer service. Horrible tast of food.

Always used this takeaway, however sad to say this will be the last . Waited 2 hours from time of order placed . Tried to ring takeaway but constantly engaged . Finally got through and tried to cancel order , was spoken to in a rude and disrespectful manner stating if I cancelled I would be blacklisted . Haha great customer service that , it’s ok because after today’s experience I wouldn’t want to spend any of my hard earned cash on a company that doesn’t care about its customer service or customers . There’s plenty more good takeaways around . Hope there’s more customers to line your pockets especially in today’s society where financial crisis is taking a toll on the average household. Good luck to you ! If I were you I’d invest in good staff to keep the customers you have and don’t over promise and under deliver .

Ordered the salt and pepper box not much chicken mostly chips and tasted burnt went in the bin

It is the worst rated Chinese takeaway in town, but I have to say some food that I had was actually pretty good and authentic. Good: egg foo young and chow mein. The meat was tender and juicy. Eggs were fluffy. Noodles were thin, crinkly, and saucy. Bad: fried chicken wings and fried rice.

Over 2 hours for a basic salt & pepper box, turned up stale and no reply from the restaurant or food hub which we order through. Asked for a refund and was totally ignored. When food arrived we had rotten chicken balls and no chicken wings at advertised. Awful experience and won't be ordering from here again.

This was a take away order as the restaurant was closed . My meal king Prawn with pineapple was ok however the salt & pepper box @£17.90 was a complete waste of money 3/4 of which was inedible. I complained by telephone explaining it was grossly over cooked ( suspect it was already cooked and reheated) . All I received was “I’m sorry next time say you don’t want it cooking as much . Sorry not good enough I will not be ordering again .

THE BEST salt and pepper chicken! The rice and curry sauce is different to any Chinese in Preston I love it! Amazing polite service too

Best takeaway for a long time. Piping hot soup. Lovely duck. Nice chow mein. Quick delivery and the driver was very polite.

We ordered our meal via the just eat app, which was very easy to use, with our food arriving swiftly and still very hot. The food was extremely tasty, simply fantastic and I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. I enjoyed it that much I phoned the restaurant to thank them and to pass on our compliments to the chef/s.

I placed an order on Uber eats & within minutes my order had been cancelled by the restaurant. The following morning I received an email stating that I am still being charged for my order as they had already began preparing my food, despite the cancellation not being at my request & within minutes of placing the order. Very unhappy & unsatisfied customer.

This is the only Chinese takeaway we will use. Before moving to Lancaster we used to drive 16miles round trip )didn't do deliveries to my area)to buy.. Staff are very friendly and very hygiene consideration from handling money. Now living in Lancaster it's by far the best in Lancaster/Morecambe area.

Horrible staff, greasy food and Just decide to cancel orders after waiting an hour. STAY AWAY

The food was hot but bland. There was so much filler I forgot what the dish was supposed to have as a main incredient. I got bored. The location and shop frontage was appaulling. There were openly wino's walking the street sharing a bottle, parking was non existent and so tight I was terrified the car was going to get hit. The food and location makes this a huge disappointing miss for me.
