I never write reviews but I was so disappointed with our food last night. Everything tasted the same - we ordered chicken satay, chili and coconut curry, red Thai curry, beef samba and we couldn't tell the difference. So watery lacking in flavor meat felt boiled, incredibly disappointed.

App said it arrived but it didn’t till 5:20, other than that it was good

Ordered for delivery. It arrived with two items missing and the wrong curry. Got told they would change the curry and send the missing food. One and half hours later rang up only to be told we’re really busy and we will send it now. Why when it’s there mistake should a customer wait ages for it to be rectified especially given the high delivery charge to my area. Had to then opt for a refund as we had finished eating by this point nearly two hours later. Lady on phone didn’t have great customer service at all and on ringing the second time my call was just ignored for half hour till rang off another number which was odd. The food we did receive was substandard. Says mild curry but yet was spicy as anything and the rice was cold and hard. Only go get of you want over priced over cooked food and bad customer service aswell as being ignored if you do complain.

Beef was awful. Boiled white/grey meat. Couldn’t eat any of it - I’d give it a miss.

The worst chicken Japanese Udon Noodles I have ever had, they tasted like rotten fish so we couldn’t eat them!!!!!!!! Thankfully the other items we ordered were nice.

The Indonesian shrimp fried rice was not the normal one we got, it’s normally spicy. I think you sent normal mixed fried rice instead. The food was lovely as always though just the wrong item. But food was tasty. Thank you

Driver left food on doorstep without informing me. After showing him leaving my rear door i quickly come downstairs stop him and ask why you left my food without telling me or call his answer be I do not know.

I really enjoyed their food, it was lush. I got a salt and pepper box and it was such good value for money! The curry sauce I got as a side was spicy and flavoursome. Would definitely order again. My only minor qualm would be that the restaurant marked it as delivered before it was, which made me think it hadn’t been delivered to the right address. Nothing major tho! Great value and top quality overall

I recently visited with the expectation of enjoying their duck spring rolls and chips, a combination I was looking forward to based on the menu prices. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a significant miscommunication. Upon ordering, I was quoted a price of £6.50, which I assumed was for both the duck spring rolls and chips, considering the individual prices listed on the menu. However, to my surprise, I received only the spring rolls. When I addressed this, there was further confusion regarding the payment, culminating in a request for a refund of the cash I had already transferred. While I appreciate the effort of the staff to rectify the situation, the overall experience was frustrating. I had to wait longer than expected, and the communication from the staff was not as clear as it could have been. I am almost bewildered as to why they sought the best option was to take the duck rolls back when I offered to take them if they made the chips, seems a waste? As a customer, clear and accurate communication is crucial, especially when it comes to understanding what my order includes and how much it will cost.

Generally great food, especially for the price. However they constantly get orders wrong. When you phone for a takeaway you get spoken to like its, an inconvenience to them - it probably is as there's always children screaming! Deffo get them to read orders back. This has happened 4 times now.

We decided to give it a second chance despite recent reviews which are conflicting between sites. My wife’s stir fried rice noodles with chicken and bean sprouts was an inedible congealed mess. My special fried rice was a little better the rice was fine but the meat content,very suspicious tasted off to tell you the truth. The crispy chicken salt and chilli pepper was inedible and went into the bin along with the soup. Total waste of our hard earned money If I could give a -5 ⭐️ I would. Avoid if possible 🤮🤕🤮

The duck pancakes were very disappointing, hardly no meat at all far too much skin and the hoisin sauce tasted completely different than usual. All other food was good. Delivery was on time and driver was a nice guy.

I don’t want to leave a negative review as we’ve always had amazing meals here and had a great experience but I wanted to reach out to you for your own standards which I know are high. I’m not sure if there was a different chef tonight but the chicken was really soft and soggy. Really not good at all. This has put us off other restaurants in the past. The sauces and the other dishes were as good as always but the chicken was inedible. Again, I don’t want to leave a negative review but I thought you’d want to know.

I had a chicken chow mein & I have had them before but this one was totally different I didn’t have mushrooms nor a lot of green pepper that I have had in the past, so was a little disappointed

Today's delivery was horrible, thrown most of my sweet and sour away, the sauce was congealed with hotspots in it, the batter was soggy and the chicken inside was cold, this meal has clearly been reheated in a microwave and not very well, the chips were stale tasting.. the ribs in Peking were quite tasty, unfortunately the rest of the meal was atrocious

The food was on time and hot, but the quality was poor. I ordered salt and pepper chips which tasted like they’d been cooked in curry powder, pretty awful flavours. The dry ribs were tasty but very greasy. The soup was like jelly. Chicken and sweetcorn soup can have a gelatinous texture but this was lumpy and unappetising

The Thai sauce was like mushroom soup from a tin. It wasn't hot and the chicken and beef were a strange colour. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.

Re heated chips. burnt battered balls. Cold sauce. I use to really enjoy there food. I think I've never had fresh chips off them for months. They have let themselves done badly. Will be getting my food somewhere else from now on.
