Our first time trying this Chinese and have to say we were very impressed. From a menu posted through our door to a taste sensation. everything so tasty and flavoursome. This is now our go to Chinese, looking forward to our next order. šš

Ordered online, then when I got to the shop, I realised the prices in store were substantially cheaper than we spent through the website. What ended up being an Ā£80 order wouldāve been Ā£65 in store. This was not advertised at all on their website ordering. The food wasnāt that great !! Very disappointing

Iāve been using this Chinese takeaway ever since they first opened (many years) and telling friends and family that itās good value for money, however tonight the Ā£37:60 meal was the worst Iāve ever had. The Barbecue spare ribs came in what I can only describe as diluted gravy, The tasteless Kung-po chicken, even though it came in a source was very dry, the chicken with cashews In yellow bean sauce was very similar to the king-po chicken and was accompanied by masses of onions to bulk out the meal. If ever there was any leftover, I would save it for the next day sadly this lot about Ā£15 worth was scrape in the bin. I must admit the one chicken noodle soup was up to their normal standard and so was the special fried rice. I can only think theyāve had a change of Chef and itās time for us to start using the other local takeaways. Overall, very disappointing meal.

Not happy as it has been our favourite for over 20yr but last few meals have definitely not been good. Chicken in the curry strangest soft texture we have ever experienced, chicken balls that use to be yummy felt and tasted like had been reheated,my fav chicken chowmein was extremely salty

Jackie's was our favourite Chinese spot, always fresh and full of flavour. We went last night and the shop was empty but thought maybe it's because it's a Sunday night. We got home and the egg fried rice and chow mein tasted burnt. We called up the Chinese and returned to get a replacement. Older lady ripped into us as we did not return bad food although person on the phone said we didn't need too. Got home and the food was exactly the same, burnt. Two chefs in the kitchen older man and women who have cooked every time before and been incredible. The chicken balls were tough and could barely chew them. Sweet and sour sauce was good. After years of eating here, we will never be returning again.
