Very bad service for delivery time

First take away from here in a very long time. Service was great from start to finish. Food was delicious. Great to see it being run by a local Mum too.

Honestly, I can’t see the problem with this place and bad reviews. I was reading some reviews and now decide to use my review to tell the truth from what I have seen over multiple visits to Spoons: “Chicken is raw/tasteless” - I love chicken and tried quite a few different types on all occasions, and every time they have been white on the inside and well seasoned. “Restaurant is dirty” - I have NEVER seen it be dirty. The large workforce keep it spick and span. The buffet serving area can get mucky, but that’s what happens at buffets. “Staff are rude” - This could be true, I don’t know, but the staff I spoke to were polite and went out of their way to assist us when we needed some more napkins for the table. Also, the drinks are refillable! EDIT: Okay, I don’t want to start a reviews war but I have seen a few reviews about children putting their fingers in the chocolate fountain. How is this the fault of the restaurant? If you have a problem, either don’t use the fountain OR go and talk to their parents. Staff at restaurants shouldn’t be forced to control random children! When we visited, the fountain wasn’t even working (which isn’t a big deal for my group.)

The staff at perl has no costomer service and they don't know how to speak to costomer. On that note I will never spend my money there again.

Well... 1st time using delivery pretty much on time... guy I rangbto check order very helpful... my error... portion sizes are pretty amazing pots very full... over all pretty good... will definitely use again

Jade Garden has a great menu with a great selection. You are almost spoilt for choice. The staff are great and very friendly. They are brilliant with our daughter who has severe learning difficulties and will adapt the menu for her. We go to Jade Garden on a regular basis and looking forward to another great meal tonight.

I have used Woks Cookin twice in the last two weeks. Good food, reasonably priced and always ready in the time they specify. Just allow yourself extra time to find a parking space on weekends as they, and other eateries can be busy at weekends etc. That's not their fault but a good sign of a popular takeaway.

Order took 3 hours to arrive! Was told multiple times when calling to chase that it was on its way, clearly it wasn't. Worst still after eating, noted that they have a Zero rated hygiene certificate! If I knew that I wouldn't have ordered!

Only downside it's a minimum £13 card spend in store.

I love eating this food here... the first time I ordered the wrong chicken chow mein she was more than happy to go back and make me a one without extra charges they are very sweet and very kind and always give my children fortune cookies for free I go here every week and i have never had any problems... so with my writing recommendations 100% worth it thank you (darling ) lol
