How they can shut for the entire summer holidays is very bizarre??? Surely staff could stagger there summer holidays?? The loss off trade and customers must be phenomenal. Also the 11pm closing is too early, should at least stay open till midnight on Fridays and Saturdays (sure they did before COVID)? Come on Ali!!!!! My kabab wouldn’t feed a infant £17 for 2 kebabs and chips that it more crunchy then burnt chips and rude service food was cold to top it off I wouldn’t recommend UPDATE:he had the audacity to call me and get rude to me over the phone after I made this review

Just went to station kebabs for the first time I have got to say they do the best donner meat I have had they even went that extra mile to put my donnor meat in the oven to make it crispy for me. Great service thanks lads definitely be coming back

Didn’t actually go had a delivery, cannot work out the whining. I have only once had an issue and the owner/manager drove out to remedy the issue. There is a wait for deliveries I suppose because of the popularity but they always let you know of the delivery time

I ordered from here two days ago and it took over an hour to arrive, no message, no email to let me know it would be so late, nothing. When I rang up the guy (I assume the owner) acted like I had no right to complain just telling me it would be here as soon as possible. Unlikely to order from here again tbh, wasn’t overly happy with how I was treated.

Usually come here all the time but idk what’s happened chef can’t cook to save his life the kebab was pink and had a pube in the salad when phoned up the owner just told me I was joking threatened me and said he’d come to my house im still waiting with a baseball bat where are you mate

The food is rubbish never get it right even my dog wouldn't eat it.ill steer clear of the shop food never hot even on deliveries and back kitchen is a sesspit wouldn't surprise me if there's rats

The Donna wrap was nice and the cheese burger was ok. I had to wait over an hour for the food. The chips had been double dipped in the fryer so they was dry and hard not very nice. Shame really wouldn’t go back.

Have ordered from here for delivery on two occasions now, doner and a lamb shish, both times the kebabs were really tasty and not greasy. I can’t rate this kebab place highly enough.

Food turned up cold and stuff missing, I phoned shop asking where the rest of my food is and got told I didn’t order any food but I told them I’ve just had a delivery and driver just taken my money they put the phone down on me. I phoned again and ask to speak to the owner and they laughed and started swearing at me and put the phone down again! The food was rank if I could this place would get a zero star rating. Disgusting

Hands down the worst kebab I have ever tried. The amount of grease that had leaked out of the box was shocking. I was very hungry and so decided to try it anyway and it was disgusting. I took one bite and had to throw the rest away. Complete waste of money. Also the guy who served us was very rude. Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs!

I was ordering here as I usually do, then the workers started hurling abuse at me down the phone eg; calling me a c*nt and asking for my address so he can ‘smash’ my head in. I started to ask why he was mad and he threatened to call the police and continued to abuse me. I won’t be buying food from here again. You lost a valued customer today. Goodbye.

The only disappointing factor of my visit to this place is that I didn't tip the staff. They went above and beyond with me and my boyfriend, as well as the customers before us who were (in my opinion) exceptionally rude and ordered an excessive amount of food; not only was the food top notch, everything else was as well. The service, the value for money, everything. I honestly can't fault them. Possibly the best kebab place in Clacton, aside from the fact they are near the station and not near the pier so not many people know about them, but I would recommend them all day long.

Don't eat there......just had a chicken doner kebab, and had an inch long piece of metal fall out of it. Took it back to complain, and all the staff could do was laugh and find it highly amusing, and claim it wasn't from their machinery. How did he know it was a piece of machinery?? If you don't fancy choking on your dinner, I'd give this place a wide berth.

Always grab a mixed kebab when Im down at the caravan, big enough for before and after drinks or dinner and lunch next day , awesome

We have struggled to find a decent kebab take away in Clacton...however we have finally found one! Absolutely beautiful food! The staff are really friendly as well.

We usually order from them we won't be again. Our order arrived cold we was missing a 1/2 burger, and when we said it was cold they said it can't be cold when it was, we said take it all back we want a refund and we hadn't eaten anything and still haven't because who wants to eat cold food, and they refused to refund which is against consumer rights plus because that burger is missing one person will have to wait for it arrive before they can eat. The price it said online on their website which we used was not what it was it was 50p more which might not sound like alot but it shouldn't be wrong it was also not the delivery charge as that was applied before the total We initially asked for the Food to be resent because it was cold but they refused they said it was just another excuse I made a mistake on the order and asked if it was possible to be exchanged if it wasn't possible we would have taken the current order but they refused and only would send out the MISSING burger

Iv had to make this google account just to leave this review, I never usually leave reviews or anything, but the abuse I got was disgusting, the kebab wasn’t even edible . The sauce was wrong . The chips were rock solid. Salad was off . Save yourself all a favour and don’t order ! I was very polite on the phone, I just wanted my food changed or a full refund, never will I order again

Just had our first kebab from here long delivery time hour and 1/2 but omg really worth the wait. Easy to order online, delivery lady lovely and definitely the best kebab I've had all season. I'm gonna set uo an account and use regularly well done station kebabs xx

We ordered and paid for the food online at 7.35pm and 10pm still no food. Tried calling several times with no success. Phone was just ringing and ringing. Avoid these!

Shocking service! Ordered online at 6:30pm for delivery 7:45pm, gone 8:00pm nothing heard, no one picking up the phone. Went down there at 8:30pm, told me that they couldn't meet the 7:45pm deadline as short staffed (we had no phone call to let us know) Arrogant staff member/owner who couldn't care less about the service that he provides, no apology and it seems, no idea how to run a business in terms of staffing!! We went round the corner, completely different service, they however will be getting a 5* review. Do not recommend this place at all.

We waited a hour and 25 minutes for 1 mixed donor and 1 haleb kebab! The donor itself was dripping in grease and as for the haleb! No sauce or toppings and also dripping in grease as you can see in the photo! Man that works there and delivered was patronising when we rang them to complain! Never ever ordering from them again

Honestly have this way to much and I love the place took me awhile to find a decent kebab shop in clacton and this definitely is the one.

Ordered 2 donor kebabs today22nd June 2021 and portion of onions rings delivered to valley farm holiday park Phoned the order they said 30 minutes and meet at the gate put the phone down and 5 minutes later get call saying he be there in 4 minutes? Only just come out of the caravan phone ringing of the driver saying he at the gates so kebab ordered and delivered in 8 minutes? Couldn’t eat the kebabs as both was covered in salt It was unbearable to eat so we shared 8 onions rings 😡 Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Had a delivery from here, which was ordered online on their website. The quality of the food was very good, and delivered on time. The only downside, was a demand for a 50p service charge. ???? This does not show on website, or final charge when checking out. It is demanded at the door by the delivery driver. What is it for, as delivery has already been paid for. More clarity is required on website, or I would have left 5 star review.

Ordered here yesterday evening while staying in Clacton with Dog. Great Kebab, Quarter Pounder and Chips. Chilli Sauce very nice and very reasonably priced Dog and I loved it. Helpful staff as well.

Had my kebabs from here since 2008, they never let their standards slip, if anything, their standards get better every time I go in there, food is always good and hot, place is always clean, customer service is consistently good and for those that drive, there is parking there. All food (including chips) is made to order and aren't too greasy when you get them

Me and my boyfriend got a large donner kebab last night that was all we ate we have woke up this morning my boyfriend is being sick all over the place!!!!! Will never order from here ever again that was all we ate yesterday other than crisp so there is no other reason then the kebab....!!!!! Don't ever order from here again!!!!!

Picked up chicken kebab for me and my husband. Drove home and unwrapped both to eat and it tasted a little funny and my husband said the same so we didn’t finish it, however we had ate half. That evening we both had awful stomach aches and rushing to the toilet both sickness and the other :( very upsetting! Will definitely not be returning and definitely will not recommend.

In for dinner...Way over priced for poor food and poor service!!! Let's just say I own my own business, I know how service should be. We eat out every single night for dinner. Was referred by a friend said they had the best kabobs and gyros. Would not say they where the best at all. The rice that it comes with is dry, what little flavor it has does does not go with that type of meat at all. Throws the meat flavor off bad. Rice needs to go with the meat and complement it. The Gyro was okay really strong lamb flavor not much of a beef flavor it said was mixed with it bur didnt see. Lamb is a required taste and needs to be covered with stuff. If you want fries with it it's an extra $2 for drenched in grease soggy fries, had to smother them in ketchup to eat them. Their pop was flat. To top it off the service was horrible. The girl was not pleasant at all, forgot my mushrooms, then forgot who ordered them asked the other table if they still wanted them, they where almost done eating. A whole 2 tables she had to serve and the one was almost done how could you forget who ordered them?!?! Don't expect a refill had to ask after her after a long while as she sat across from us folding massave amounts of silverware for what? They where not busy, like I said 2 whole tables to deal with. Finally got our food about 30 minutes later after to-go orders where made first. Which mind you the delivery driver did all that. Need more cooks just saying. For that wait food should of been amazing. After finally getting our food she never came back to check on us or to even see if everything was okay, more refills which my husband needed and just ended up drinking some of mine. I couldn't get refills or even try to send the soggy fries and gross food back that took 30 minutes. Knowing we are done see us jusy sitting there looking at her and she continues to fold silverware the entire time. We sat for another 20 minutes waiting for our check. It's sad because it's set up really nice in there, inviting and professional looking for hole in the wall but the service and food don't go hand In hand with it. Now we know why they where not busy. It only takes once. Step it up hole in the wall and make some changes or your not going to make it in this state!!! The places that are busy are the ones that are good. Take note of that and incorporate that into yours. Learn and listen from these reviews. They are here for a reason.

this not only is one of the best kebabs i've ever had its got to be the best value too, 90% i have mine delivered never more than 40 mins. when i've had guests they rate it A1+ and thats whether they have pizza, burger or special dish. the rest of the time (10%) i pop in and they are so friendly and will have a chat. Most importantly its clean. i recommend you try this place.

i can say that one of the best turkish kebab shop and takeaway in clacton on sea..nice food fresh salad perfectly cooked chicken shish kebab on chargrilled ohhh!! My god absolutely brilliant. .
