there was an issue with the delivery, as it was marked as delivered when it wasn't. Called the restaurant and delivery was a bit late. However, the good portions and food quality was worth the waiting☺️

I would have given this a higher score, but today I received a message from the restaurant to say they have refused to compensate for the terrible service. The food was lovely & arrived hot. However, about 30 minutes after it was already late I received a message saying it had been delivered (it hadn't). Tried to call the restaurant many times and was put on hold & then hung up on every time. I received a message giving a new time. But was still 20 minutes past this. I won't order again.

Good flavoured food, not much meat in boxes and took 2 hrs to be delivered which let it down. Probably wouldn’t order from here again

Overall food was fine when it eventually arrived. From the time of ordering to receiving the food it was over two hours. I understand it is Ramadan but they shouldn’t take orders if they can’t fulfil them in a timely manner. As Oodles take care of their own delivery, there isn’t even a way to track your order. Unfortunately, I won’t order again due to this.

My food was with me after 2 hours 45 minutes. Food was cold, don't even bother ordering, I could have gone to a restaurant order eat, get back home and do it again in 3 hours

I lived and worked in China for 35 years, my secretary was from Chengdu so we ate Sichuan food almost daily, but the from Oodles is better, superb, highly recommend it

In past we ve been ordering meals from Oodles often.It was so delicious every time😍We had break for few months and ordered yesterday.We assume they changed owner or cook 🥺 We get just few pieces of meat and it wasnt so tasty as before.All meal isn't so tasty,so seasoned as before unfortunately🥺

Over 30mins late, no courtesy call, had to chase. Chips were SO soggy. Complimentary dumplings were cold. Totally missed off the Paneer option on one of the boxes. The other (Large)box had a total of 4 pieces, when you're paying £12 for a box that is mostly rice and veg, why be stingy with the options. Won't be ordering again.

Used to love oodles. However new owners and the chicken portion size is ridiculous, 8 pieces of tiny chicken in a large box and they fill it up with rice. Unfortunately won't be coming here anymore.

This time round the chicken pieces were given were less and tiny amount of chips, rice was filled up too much. It would have been better if there were more chicken pieces.

I will forever rate Oodles as the top noodles place in Luton. They're portions are SO GOOD, such good value for money. I HIGHLY reccommend. <3

The food wasn't quite to my taste. Perhaps I'm simply not a noodle enthusiast. I thought I'd try something different, but it wasn't for me.

I come all the way from Milton keynes to eat from u guys.. u lot are the best.. they opened a branch in Milton keynes and trust me its the worst oodles ever.. tried it 2 times.. will be coming to luton everytime again .. the staff is soo nice and friendly. Fresh noodles, love the food here!

The collection was good, but the food was really bad. Tasteless, flavourless and tasted very water down. There was more rice/noodles than then actual sauce itself. I wouldn’t order from here again.

I didn’t know 40% off meant 40% less chicken. Literally 5 pieces of chicken in the box meal. Teriyaki chicken was spicy and did not taste like teriyaki, no sauce, not sticky. One Sweet and Sour was toxic red and tasteless, the other was ok, none had sauce. Udon noodles were mushy, spicy and too much sauce. Awful experience, never ordering again. Requesting refund

spot on... lots of time we get dishes that are a bit too spicy.. even when they say only one chili or none... but I think we have finally perfected our order.. the caramel chicken is fantastic! and with the black bean... love it... fantastic place and we will keep ordering from here

Dirty shop tables barely ever cleaned and its always at least a 20-30 minutes wait.. idk how much these workers are getting paid an hour but it seems concerning. Also food feels old and not fresh

I highly recommend the lunch time offer £4.95 with a can of drink. I tried chicken wings it was full of flavour and cooked to perfection. Mobeen provided a great customer service.

I would never recommend that shop to anybody. They have not delivered the full order and it’s nearly 2 weeks now that I’m waiting for the refund as I have been told from someone from the shop

I've been ordering Oodles consistently for the past two months via their app. Loved their food so ignored the fact it's always late and most of the times I've had to call to chase. Today's experience has left me particularly peeved. I had placed a Scheduled order this evening for 8.45pm, I had a phonecall to ask if it could be sent earlier, I explained I wouldn't be home any earlier than 8.45pm. They end up sending the order just over 15mins early. I rang to complain and they said it was sent earlier in case of traffic (on a Sunday late evening?!). So I came home to some cold food. Jokers. Being a small business owner myself I understand the importance of Customer service and loyal customers, I've requested a refund but won't be holding my breath. Just in case the comeback is that I was called back and they offered to re-send the food, I declined. With all the traffic they might get into god knows how long it would of taken.

Terrible. Normally happy with this restaurant but today was just appalling. Food came 45 mins late.. cold and hardly any chicken in there. Called them up and they started giving excuses about how busy they are… how does that affect the contents of food in the box? I wouldn’t have minded the lateness that much but after seeing what they gave.. totally ruined the experience. Couldn’t enjoy my dinner.

First they lied that my order was on it's way, then they lied that it was gonna take another 10 minutes then. 2 uber drivers had to cancel their pick up and the 3rd uber driver told them that I was calling and messaging the driver at the same time. Their answer was. I DONT CARE! DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR. NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!

The food was VERY HOT but nice. No cutlery came with food despite me requesting. We had to share a teaspoon between three of us. I ordered six Coca Cola due to glitch on app but only four arrived.

HMC Halal and one of the best Tuesday experience for me having 2 boxes at one's price. The staff is amazing, the taste is good and options are plenty. Highly recommended.

Food ordered on Oodles app at 7.20pm, estimated to arrive 8.20pm, 3 calls later with zero resolution, cancelled and requested refund. Cannot refund, have to ask head office who don't respond. Money wasted. 9.07pm loud music from car in my cul de sac, 2mins later delivery driver from this vehicles decides to knock with cold food. Turned him away as order was cancelled. DO NOT go to or use Oodles!

Places order at 7:48pm and was advised food would be delivered between 8:30-8:50. At 8:40, got a message that the driver was on their way. I live close by so should only be about 5-10min. However the food came 40 mins late since the notification was received and the food was cold. Absolutely appalling service. Had to throw the food away

This is complete bullshit place they are simply calling for trial and grabbing there work and sending them to home and they are doing cash jobs for 5 pounds please don’t go for this work especially the manager will ask us to work trial for 4 days from 11 AM to 11 PM which is unpaid i don’t think its fair

Food is really great and not overpriced. The staff are really friendly, I ordered with Mobeen and the service was great and efficient!

We were served by a lovely guy called Mohbeen. He had a smile on his face, very enthusiastic. Have been a few times and love the place and atmosphere.

My food never arrived despite it saying it was delivered

Lovely small place you must visit if you are around Bury park area. Visited last Friday and it was quite busy specially lots of deliveries, even though I was busy, still service is very quick and staffs are very nice and polite. Worth visiting and recommending others to visit.

Order was accepted by restaurant, marked as prepared and supposedly sent out but it never arrived and by then I couldn't contact the restaurant because they were shut.

Oodles have great food for even greater prices! They rarely miss on flavour, most of the choices are tasty, and when they say something is spicy they actually mean it. It's a very quite place, hardly any people, but i prefer the quieter environment. The food can often take some time to be made but the wait isn't too long, and it's not unreasonable. They even sell mini ice creams and some iced tea options although the ice cream is a bit pricy.

One big joke. Delivery driver did not even attempt to deliver. He gave my food to some random woman in the lobby claiming that he left it with concierge. Never again. Nobody speaks English in there from drivers to staff!! Can’t even communicate the issue with the restaurant directly.

A delicious experience in eating noodles. The prices and quantity were excellent. I recommend trying it.
