Delivery service is really bad needs alot of improvement and customer service needs to be updated. They need to know how to deal with customers in a respectable manner.

The takeaway does extremely late delivery but when you tell them off they start arguing. My children are so hungry due to waiting for several minutes.Service is awful and rude which I don't like.Theres no respect for older communities ,they are disrespectful .Deliveries are late and it's no good ,I have to call the takeaway to ask where my delivery is ,just poor customer service .

Can always get fresh naan/roti here. Interior needs an upgrade.

First & Last Time I though I'd give this place a try as I fancied a pizza and they seemed to have good reviews. I called up to order a pizza for collection as the reviews for delivery didn't seem too great. The person who took my phone order sounded distracted and was rushing me off the phone (Red Flag) I ordered a Tandori Hot however when I returned home I discovered there were no chillis despite the person who took the order confirming that the pizza would have chilis!? The pizza dough tasted fresh and hot however the pizza it was incredibly tasteless, maybe the ingredients weren't fresh, who knows ? Should have stuck to my local chippy.

Ordered the Peri Peri Chicken Pasta - and I think I will take up cooking myself (and I’m a rubbish cook). There are plenty of other local takeaways if the need arises - highly disappointed.

Hello Bonito! I ve been trusting your peri peri chicken but you disappointed me with your pizza...was not a fresh dough...that's not a looking fresh dough

¼ peri peri chicken was nice however the donner meat had a weird taste to them which is new to me since its always been nice before and the sauces leaked in the bag. disappointing

I know it's a big statement, but this is the BEST pizza I've ever had in Luton, or even the UK - specifically their Chicken Tikka Delight pizza. Soooo yummy. Their fried chicken and chips are good too, as well as the peri peri pizza but the tikka one is soo good. Over the years I've ordered this pizza for a few of my friends and they've all said the same thing, that it's the best pizza they've had.

Over all the food was good but today i tried the milkshakes and they were absolutely diabolical. It was pure milk and no ice cream!!!

Pizza was good, chicken pieces were small and the chilli sauce and mayo sauce were awful because they were watered down so much that they were tasteless.

Absolutely DEAD food! Ordered a few pieces of chicken and they were all really unfresh and tasted a few days old. Shop is tacky and needs to be inspected by the environmental officers. Will not be visiting here again.

I wish there was an option to give 0 starts because this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star, keep away from this place the food is disgusting and the place it self is dirty, bought a chicken wrap I literally threw the whole meal away the chicken was so dry and hard that I couldn’t bite into it and i took a burger aswell and the burger is soggy from the watery ketchup 🤮🤮 that was a waste of money i regret even spending £16 here.

I’ve been to this peri peri shop a few time (as it’s the closet fast food shop to me). Last time I’ve been there I’ve ordered a steak burger, which was pretty cheap at around £1.50, they could quite long to prepare my single order at around me wait 7 min (it was quite surprising when they were more people in kitchen then the actual store) at the shop until I got my food, when I came home and seen the burger, it dead as looked like someone punched it (I’ve added a picture of how it looked like) Customer service: 5/10 Price: 7/10 Taste: 5/10

We ordered two 15" pizzas. Made within 20 mins. Perfectly baked and very delicious.. reasonably priced.. definately ordering from here again. Thankyou!

Great food, good service very friendly staff and very competitive prices the kofta meal is very juicy and great in taste.

Quick service, reliable. Peri peri could be grilled a bit longer with a bit more marinade otherwise sometimes just looks like white chicken.

Chicken and chips were nice. Vege pizza was bland, no salt and barely any tomato sauce. Chicken pizza tasted decent however it had a random black wire in it which I took a bite of. Not a pleasant experience knowing you've ended up chewing on some random wire in your pizza! First time I've ever experienced that, won't be re ordering.

Ordered food on Uber eats and got wrong food delivery and I returned it … someone over the phone was little annoyed but cancelled my order so I received my refund Then order again few moments later and got excellent service and food from bonitos … in Portuguese bonito means beautiful and thanks for the return and refund as we enjoyed next order for the Father’s Day family dinner

Pizza was average chicken pretty plain I'm taste. Grilled chicken was good and hot when it was delivered. The fried chicken was what you paid for, wasn't anything extraordinary. The order came with sauces, rice and salad which was a nice touch considering. The order came with a few bottles of pepsi. All in all the food was relatively good for the cheaper price.

Pizza is good, however they bit greedy when it comes to the chilli sauce. The manager goes the extra mile, but not with the chilli sauce. Don't know something about that sauce, just seems they so defensive.

I had worst kofte ever. I dont even know what was it. Some flat piece of minced spicy meat in tiny, broken quasi pita bread. On the picture above the bar is proper kofte, but on picture only. Wont come back

Good all-round especially regarding covid-19 and social distancing very helpful sympathetic staff very understanding and helpful 10 out of 10 for customer service out off 10 for not putting chillies on my pizza which they did the chap serving almost ended up wearing the pizza but the service and social distancing side of things was brilliant really just one cooks mistake but yeah I was quite happy with you my experience this is the staff staffing really go out of their way to make you not feel like an alien

This was a delivery order in which the delivery driver was polite and on time to the minute. The food was hot and fresh I am a regular at this shop so there have been times where the food has been slightly a let down where the lamb chops have been burnt or salad missing however as long as you let them know they make sure everything is ok on the next order Very popular shop in the Roman road area very highly recommended

Awful, a LARGE doner contained 110g of meat, that's less meat than a MacDonald's burger (without the bread and salad), it was pathetic, 5 strips. The chicken shish was frozen value packed chicken in breadcrumbs that had been cut into pieces. Truly appalling, don't waste your money.

Found this takeaway to be hygienic to most of these local takeaway, also not to forget to mention the food is delicious.

I live very near to this food outlet and feeling lazy I walked there for some food. Bad choice, it was full of rowdy chav kids chucking food about, not the shops fault but they chose to say nothing. The food was shocking. 2 pc chicken and chips and a donner kebab, what a mistake the whole meal went in the bin, kebab meat was tasteless and under cooked, chicken was pink and soggy, chips were under cooked and inedible. Staff were rude with no manners or personality, there were 4 men cooking the food all talking in another language with no hair nets and I saw them contaminating food touching raw chicken the picking up burger buns. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutamente todo lo que estaba mal con esta orden, desde el momento en que el conductor de la entrega se negó a usar el ascensor siempre para traer la comida a mi puerta!! Al final me las arreglé para convencer a traer a mi puerta. Faltaba la mitad de mi comida mi pedido y cuando llamé para que el establecimiento conocer y tener que re entregar estos artículos QUE ME DIERON no estamos ocupados!! Asco asco asco!!

Le damos sin estrellas si es posible, pedimos nuestra comida más de una hora y media y hace aún no ha llegado. Cuando llamamos a hablar con alguien sobre la condición de nuestra orden, el personal era muy desagradable y nos dijeron que teníamos que esperar otra media hora a nuestra orden. En general el servicio horrible personal grosero y ni siquiera se disculparon.
