The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

Enjoy coming here. The little robots are a good novelty and a bit of fun. Foods not bad either, standard chinese buffet selections. Can get quite busy on a Saturday evening so it's best to book ahead.

Cuando vivíamos cerca de San Diego, P. F. Chang’s era un placer regular. Cuando nos mudamos a Toronto estábamos emocionados de encontrarlos allí, pero cerraron poco después de que llegamos allí. Así que nos entusiasmó encontrarlos en el distrito de los teatros en un viaje reciente a Londres. Estaban ocupados, así que nos alegramos de haber hecho una reserva antes de nuestro espectáculo. La comida era tan buena como recordamos y el servicio (gracias Haritha) era excelente. Destacan para nosotros el pescado caliente Hunan y la carne de res mongola. Hambriento de nuevo sólo pensando en ello.

Chinese new year with full lion dances, a great atmosphere and extremely good food in the buffet food court. Staff here know how to smile and are very attentive.

We had sweet & sour chicken , chicken curry fried rice , noodles chips spring rolls it was all very nice , we were told & there are signs saying ‘we are short staffed please be patient’ however are food arrived promptly the price was good service was nice your typical Chinese restaurant

This place is awful, if you have a special need kid(s) please don't come here. They have zero tolerance for special needs kids, they come to tell you your kid is making noise, walking about too much, this is a resturant not a special need care centre, your kid should be under control, they are running a business and not a place to bring your special kids. Felt bad about the attitude of the staffs here. Not coming back ever again. And my advise to all parent struggling with where to take their special kids for meal, this place is a minus one, please don't go there, you will regret spending your money on them. Shame on you eastern court, so many special needs kids in the world and all they ask for is love and support of their carers and loved ones, not bully them or make them feel less human. Awful ppl.

This has to be the worst I have ever had. The curry tasted of nothing and very watery. The rice I order came as vermicelli noodles. The prawn Crackers tasted of dirty fat. Sorry my first and last experience was just awful.

Authentic Hunan flavors, rich spices, and bold heat. The roast lamb and dry-pot bullfrog stand out. Great for spice lovers!

You come home from work on a Saturday and order a takeaway. So disappointing the most flavourless what they claim to be bbq ribs I've ever tasted. Just nothing bbq about them the sauce definitely had oxo in it. Cold even though the restaurant is 3 minutes away and not alot of meat on the bones. I felt bad giving it to my dog but I'd forgot to get dog food on the way home. Thought I'd update and say my dog turned it down and he would eat anything. Waste of time. Useless. Turning the toastie machine on. What a Sad Saturday night. Thanks jade

Very tasty and reasonable priced buffet. Ended up in this place after visiting Canterbury. Enough choices of dishes. Was tasty and fresh. Nice venue and clean environment. Staffs were polite and attentive. Enjoyed our dinner.

We have been going sporadically there for 28 years and though it has never been in the top couple of Chinese restaurants we have been to it was always reliable and pretty good value. Before this month the last time we visited was a couple of years ago and unfortunately with a similar result. I can't fault the service which was friendly and efficient. The starters are pretty dry and unimpressive. Thankfully we had a soup which was good and helped matters. I also presume that many people love it as could not believe it was virtually full by 7pm in the middle of the week. Even from 5 years ago the food has gone downhill but maybe the amount of customers to serve has affected the quality.

Por favor, evite. Esperé 30 minutos una vez sentado y nunca me dieron una orden de bebidas. Ya era suficiente y toda la familia se fue. Incluso al salir sonreían al mostrador y eran ajenos a perder clientes. Esto no es único, pero hemos utilizado el lugar durante muchos años y solo lo pusimos en problemas de dentición cuando los nuevos propietarios se hicieron cargo ... . . última oportunidad se fue

First time dining here and it was amazing especially the robots! I like how your served small portions so you don't overeat. Staff was polite and friendly and made sure your table was always clean. I would definitely recommend as the food was delicious.

What a lovely experience! I booked a table for 10 people on a Monday night for a family birthday celebration. We opted for the all you can eat menu in order to be able to try a few different dishes. The staff were amazing, so helpful, friendly and efficient. The owner was very attentive, checking everything was ok and laughing and joking with us. The food was delicious and plenty of it. We didn't order more as we couldn't even manage the initial food served, for this we were offered boxes to be able to take what was left home, so I now have tonight's meal sorted.....the gift that keeps giving! I would highly recommend The Ruby restaurant and we will definitely be back soon :-)
