Best chippy around!!! By far lovely staff gorgeous food

Absolute jokes mate I ordered this meal £10 this burger meal cost me !! This alone is shocking then I orded kids chips and sossages the chips were missing £3.50 I called the restaurant and the girl on the phone thought she was a funny person trying to tell me that I hadn't ordered chips telling me that my £10 burger meal is how it comes saying I didn't order chips extra. Service is a joke don't know who or what planet your on. £30 this order cost and honestly it's an absolute joke The special fried rice is tiny 1st and last time ordering from there !!!!!! Snotty customer service puts me off alone never mind the food

nice enough chippy but there are much better out there. Had ChowMein which had thread noodles instead of thicker noodles - we ate it but also found the onions and veg in it were under - no wonder it came out of the kitchen in quick time!! Beef Mushroom - was ok but veg needs a bit longer. Chips were lovely - i like mine soft and greasy so was well happy. Pricing was good and i'd go again but wouldn't be my first choice.

Consistently good, the food is amazing, the girls behind the counter are quick and polite, the plaice(pardon the pun) is always spotless, prices are good and the quality is top notch. Highly reccomended.

Ordered on there app they accepted my order gave me a time of delivery took the money out my bank after me waiting an hour I called up the lady said it was on its way so after another 20 minutes I called back. She said you cancelled it. I never and apparently it was on its way. She then said oh we don’t deliver to this address even tho still on there app they do. Haven’t sent the money back and are now telling me that I have to wait 24 hours to get the money back. The girl on the phone then hangs up, absolute disgrace. I am fuming. Goes to show they must just say food is on the way when it actually isn’t. Don’t even deserve a one star

Chips are disgusting. Chippy chips shouldn't be 'gritty' with no salt and vinegar. Chow mein smelled disgusting and was a total oily mess. Wontons tasted horrible. Couldn't eat more than a few mouthfuls of anything without feeling sick. Too much oil, the meat is awful. How is this chippy still operating?

Omg the worst fish and chips I’ve ever had , the fish ment to be large was burnt to a crisp, the chips was vile too , the meat pie was nice good job I ordered 2 because this fish and chips went in the bin

I only got chips, curry sauce and sausages and I got food poisoning, spent all night bringing it all back up. Do not recommend at all 🤮 won't let me rate 0 stars

Best chippy I’ve had for years !

My Mum has been ordering a lot from here recently, only once did she ring to tell them, it was cold, to then be told why didn't she give it back to driver, was supposed to open her order on the doorstep, she has placed orders since no issues only then when she tried order was told she barred, when she asked why & said she had only a issue once which was ages ago, asked to speak to manager, who supposedly said she barred for cancelling an order, which is lie, why would she order in the 1st if she didn't want it, plus spoken to like a piece of ****, absolutely discusting, no people or customer service skills.

Two members of staff left me standing there. There was no one in the shop. Too busy chatting so I walked out. Disgusting service.

Pure laziness from some of them when it comes to putting salt and vinegar on. I like loads on my meals but it doesn't matter wether you ask them to their face or over the phone when ordering your ignored anyway they don't even put any on at all never mind a bit extra even after requesting for plenty.

I order from this takeaway alot, but everytime i order SPECIAL CURRY for my husband it is always disgusting and thrown in the bin, please DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

If I could I'd put zero stars I always went here when I was younger now it's a mess I ordered chicken from there it turned up and was off you could even smell it my chips were stone cold my freind ordered the sausage dinner the sausage was pale and undercooked I wasted £23 for 3 meals that were absolutely disgusting this place needs to be closed down and after reading some of these reviews I wonder why it hasn't. Do not go here unless you want to end up sick for a week.

What an absolutely vile disgusting restaurant🤢 the food is bland and soggy. I should have walked out when I watched one of the staff finger her greasy hair with a Pen before touching People's food. No gloves, masks or washing of hands. Their attitude to people on the phone was shockingly unprofessional also. Out of the 100s of places we have had to review this one is by far the worse. Anyone who has gave this place a good review I really feel sorry for you! It must have been hard growing up if you honestly believe this food to be anything special. I wish I read the rest of the reviews before we visited this abomination of a place!!!

Vile the worst whats about. I wouldn't recommend this place to any scouser I would stay away and go somewhere else honestly 1 the worst places I have ever come across.

All the food came cold and wrong we order several different meals and all came wrong very disrespectful staff and roar chicken nuggets still had blood inside had to cut open for the baby and blood came rushing out Never eat here again

Quick Delivery about 30 mins Sausage Dinner was huge, Steak dinner + sweet + sour king prawn was lovely

Hate leaving bad reviews but 2 hours to wait for an order is just mind blowing, not even an apology from the staff just simply said they are about to prep the food now 2 hours after placing the order.

At this time of social distancing they expect people to leave there homes to pick food up instead of delivering as they do any other time awful place

Average chinese wannabe takeaway, portion very good of quality of food like this. Would accept less salt and pepper next time, can barely feel taste of meat itself. Packing of good quality, won't mess your belongings.

Avoid! 2 meals really easy and simple... 3 hours late it turned up. Paid cash. Checked order. 1 meal was in the bag. Rang up for the women to be shouting in the background. I put it in the bag! Clearly not because i would be eating it not phoning up! To be told no one is available to deliver the rest of your order today, we will put a note on for you to recieve it when your next place your order which on justeat requires me to pay more money. So, no it's not free. Disgraceful. Then had to go order from a reliable establishment. Pay more money again. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Go here every year when we go to Goodison and it's a really nice chippy. Staff are friendly and they do lots of different dishes. Would recommend as part of your pre-match routine.

Would've actually gave it higher if it weren't for the awful service and incredibly small, rushed food portions. Food quality (fish and chips) was less than adequate. One person in particular was especially unpleasant and should probably consider a change of career for her sake and mine. Trust me, I'm a psychologist.

I ordered chilli and garlic ribs . Got them home and they were chilli and garlic bones of fat. Terrible.

Went in for a box of salt and pepper chips and was charged £3.80 instead of £2.80. Unfortunately I only realised when I got home. I normally love the salt and pepper chips here but these didn’t have any peppers or onions in, just a few chillis. Very disappointed.

First of all I ordered chips and curry and I don’t eat meat but I could taste as if they used the same oil with the sausages. Really disgusted me the fact that they don’t have the slightest care at all with anything they do and least you expect when you pay money is Clean Environment and good high standard food not greasy The fact that they can’t change the oil says a lot to me I would be ashamed to be even open in that state. I ordered salt & pepper chips the other day and they tasted like rubber bullets pure warm ups from the day before absolutely vile just like the staff some gobby cow who never shuts up and doesnt pay attention to the food. Wouldn't give me dog this food 👎

Very very unprofessional staff. Tried to place an ordered but the staff was busy having fun and not serving. I would definitely not order from there anymore.

Called 40 mins after my delivery slot and they said they were running late.. waited another 30 and rang them for them to tell me they couldn't get through to my Phone so decided to leave without calling the Apartment buzzer which is 15 ft away from the carpark then put it through as delivered on Just Eat 👍

Foods always nice, been mine and my girlfriends go to for ages.. .sometimes they do take a while but it's still one of the best chippys around the city

Ordered 3 meals an was disgusting salt pepper chicken was just a mass of grease. Chips was soggy an full of grease abosultley disgusting ordered curry beef an got 3 meat instead which tasted awful. Payed £19 odd an my dogs turned there noses up at hit. There was 1 meal which was ok chicken fried rice. Will never order from here again 🤢😠

Been here a few times lately .so got home orders a delivery took 50 minutes. Which is a long time to wait .food was warm .but good . I think if you live local give it a try .cause it was late I never gave a tip . There a lot of competition out there .you have to try harder..

Disgusting food pies hard and cold chips awful

Just did not enjoy it chips was to soft and to add things off I got ripped of by the driver , find someone who can count money to deliver.

Kids meal, salt and pepper chicken, chips a drink, battered burger and large chips for £9 and not bad at all! The staff catered very well to us and were very friendly to me my partner and my baby :) best chippy I've had in England so far!

I will never understand why a business which, at its core, relies on a positive reputation to thrive can give such poor customer service. The server didn't greet me, sighed and rolled her eyes when I asked for my peas separately, didn't ask if I wanted salt and vinegar and didn't even look at me when giving me my change and just put it on the counter and walked off. These are surely basics, not even a slight attempt to be pleasant or acknowledge me whatsoever (and I was not rude in any way). Why would anyone go back there if you get treated like that for trying to buy chips.

I am VERY disappointed. Used to use this chippy alot but of late its gone right downhill. Never seems to look at the comments you put for your order. And food is almost lashed together, very sad demise of what used to be a beautiful treat for tea!
