Best Chinese takeaway in wednesbury by a clear mile.

We ordered from as we usually do, within 30 minutes of eating a family member came down with food poisoning to the extent of passing out and not being able to even stand! . Will not be ordering from here again!

food was was average , every dish was stodgy and greasy ,tasted like it was cooked in old oil , even the prawn crackers , yuk.

Food great from here,hardly had any problems with orders,sometimes orders can get mixed up and you have to call back up if having it delivered,bit of a pain if you've waited a while for it,make sure you go over your order just to clarify,they will rectify the order if its incorrect,if its there mistake depending on how late it is

Had a take away from Jade Palace after many years and found it to be first class,had to go in to order and collect as phone was constantly engaged but on visiting the shop I realised it was because it was so busy and took that to be a good sign and was not dissapointed the food was amazing and good value for money.

I'll be as honest as I can! Firstly, I was a walk-in customer who happened to be in the area so I can't comment on delivery times etc. The service was great, very friendly and very fast turnaround. I'd say price wise, compared to my local, they are a little more expensive. Quality of food was a strange one, I'll explain. We ordered various King Prawn dishes, all of which were fantastic, and to be honest, the quality and taste of the King Prawns was easily the best I've had from a Chinese takeaway. Where the food failed for me was the fried rice. Rice is always my favourite part of a Chinese meal, and unfortunately, this rice was extremely dark, almost coffee coloured, which is not something I'm used to. I'm not sure if it's the oil they use (quantity or quality), but I'm used to white, clean fried rice, which is much lighter on the eyes and the stomach. The curry had a nice flavour, but it had set before we opened it, and there was a pool of oil in the corner of the container sitting atop the set curry. Would I return if in the area? I'm not sure, but I would not get fried rice if i did. I think if you get boiled rice, the mains are really quite good, so that's what I'd recommend. One final criticism, which is a preference of mine more than a problem of theirs. They don't do vermicelli noodles which is a huge NO NO for me. I love Singapore vermicelli noodles, and the fact that they don't sell them is astounding!! In fact, I've never known a Chinese takeaway to mot sell vermicelli noodles but again, can't insult them based on my personal preference. Give it a shot, you might like it, for me, I'll stick to my local.

Fast food at its best. Never wait too long for our delivery and food always hot. Large portion sizes and reasonably priced. Only gripe is can't pay on card over phone, only on collection otherwise cash.

Absolutely disgusting! Food was only just warm ! And after having a few mouthfuls it all ended up in the dustbin ! Was the first time trying them and the very last ! Also to add if you don’t want to be up going to the toilet all night and being sick don’t go here will be contacting food hygiene standards as clearly they have none ! AVOID !

This is the worst Chinese I have ever ordered from! The Chinese was dry, the rice seemed to have been warmed up as it was extremely stoggy! The food wasn’t really up to temperature at all, as expected as it was only coming from up the road. When I received my order, the wrong order had come. When I rang the Chinese they were extremely rude and when they resent my correct order out the gentleman that brought it was rude and approached me very close in my face, when complaining about my order and poor service! They had sent me the wrong order and asked for the food they had sent wrong back to them, for someone else’s order, which is disgusting after the service we had just received, and even more disgusting they would have been warming this up for the next customer. My prawn crackers also came smashed up, and were very tasteless, will definitely not be ordering from them again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Where to start. What a gem this place is . The food is sublime, they use quality ingredients, you can watch the guys cook your meal. The staff ate so friendly and helpful. This is now my go to for Chinese takeaway. Give JADE PALACE a go you won't be dissapoonted, you will be a regular 😉

Always order from here we phoned and ordered a chicken curry it was here in less then 10mins as we got to the end we noticed some pink or jelly type in the middle of the chicken but as we ate it I don’t think we could do much so just be aware I’ve never had a problem from here before always been delicious

We have used this takeaway over 20years , we usually have weekly delivery by friendly drivers EXCELLENT FOOD. Be prepared to wait for delivery at busy times ie weekends. Remember us number 37 ha ha!

Best Chinese by far, delivery is always quick, their barbeque sauce is absolutely amazing never tasted better. Never had a bad meal yet!

Truly the best Chinese take away I've ever had. Been ordering from jade's since I was a kid, still remains a favourite. We're moving soon and gonna miss their food as much as family😂😂

Order placed at 6pm on Just Eat. ETA advised at 7:35pm. Food did not arrive. Tried many times to call. Finally spoke to someone at 8:50 and promised delivery would be 9:10. Driver tried to deliver at 9:40. The Just Eat website states the order was delivered at 7:35. It's a total lie. I have tried to receive a refund from Just Eat but my Chat messages are being ignored. I will never use Jade Garden again and nor will I use Just Eat.

We ordered food and was over an hour and a half. They knocked the door but we ignored them. We will order from our previous Chinese next time

We've been using Jade Palace for over 10 years and by far is the best local Chinese. Delivery is early and if asked to make a dish abit more spicier, they're always happy to oblige.

We've been a customer for about 10 years or more and have always found the menu to offer a good variety of meals, the food is tasty and cooked perfectly and delivery is always quicker than they quote on the phone and arrives piping hot. We have tried most takeaways in the area and Jade Palace is in our opinion by far the best.

Ordered at 6pm called at 7pm to ask where our delivery was,a rude man on other end of phone said it will be with us in a few minutes he actually argued with me over the phone I put the phone down.called another chineese was with us within the 45 minutes stated well before the 45 minutes.i have been using jade palace wednesbury for years.I will never go there again for the rudeness and the cold food previous to this none delivery.The man over the phone was not at all interested how can he be running a business

Recommended Chinese, first time used. Delivery advised 30 mins arrived 25 mins after ordering. Foot hot on delivery. Food was delicious, compliments to the Chef. I will definitely be using Jade Palace again.

Tried Jade Palace for the first time this evening as a friend recommended it. Was an amazing meal delivered within 20 kins and still really hot. Will defently be using again soon. Highly recommended.

2 hours later food gets delivered and is un eatable £22 worth. Call them up and they ask if I want a fresh order delivering. NO THANK YOU. I have to be at work for 4. Give these a wide birth unless you like hospital food. Cheeky buggers said next time I order to remind them and my food will be highly discounted. Erm... there WONT be a next time avoid..avoid..avoid.

The food from there is usually fresh and really tasty, but last night's order of chips, egg fried rice and curry sauce wasn't. The chips were hard and both the rice and sauce were mushy and not very nice at all.

Chips must have been from 1979 Spare ribs tasted off . Absolute rubbish Messed up on the other order. Phoned to complain. MR ATTITUDE ANSWERED. SREER WELL CLEAR..

This take away constantly places the fried rice and other items on top of curry pot which basically is keeping food warm but is continuing to cook food that should have alteady been delivered by the time it left the WOK. In a nutshell they cannot consistently provide food fit to eat and they don't like comlaints and never ever accept any fault. Basically they need reporting to food and hygiene because food is uneatatble when it gets delivered to your door and this is a major concern!!!!!!

Ordered a meal 1hour prior to delivery,arrived 20 mins late,asked if I could check to see if hot,delivery driver became aggressive snatched the money from me and started calling me obsencities and words I wont use on this site,please let me bump into him again,have uaed jade palace for over 5 years but never again as when I complained thw phone was put down ,avoid this buisness.

Just got back from a week on Norfolk Broads and we asked the kids what they wanted for tea. Curry from Jade Palace was the reply. That about says it all.We've used Jade Palace for a number of years now and have never had a bad meal.Food is tasty, always delivered piping hot and quickly and staff are very friendly.The takeaway is clean and tidy and there is ample parking if you want to collect. I would have no reservation in recommending Jade Palace to anyone. Keep up the good work guys

weve always ordered from here out of habit and ive always enjoyed the foof but both my wife and I have a really bad stomachs next day the last few times.we have thrown menus away and will go elsewhere I cant prove its their food maybe coincidence but not taking any more chances as I was really ill sunday gone after eating food on Saturday night.

Previous evening I purchased gravy chips and fried rice in s tray 4.30 I have been back tonight and ordered exactly the same drove to willenhall and tipped out on my plate curry sauce ???? Rang didn't want to know was rude and objective y would I go the previous night order gravy and go back following night and order curry ??? Customer service terrible he suggested I drove all the way back to change it !!!

So I ordered duck chow mein from here and omg... was literally just oil and noodles with sloppy duck skin! Totally inedible! Will never order from here again! The chow mein was swimming in oil and grease!
