Best pizza in birmingham Have a good customer service

Food was 10/10 beautiful and also nice and hot, delivery was extremely fast

They initially sent the wrong size pizza but with no hassle they corrected it and got the one delivered to me within 15-20 minutes. Great customer service

The pizza is very bad, there is no chicken in it, and the wings are very, very bad. I do not recommend itI am very, very upset

The thing about this Caspian pizza it is very hygienic the guy who made in the pizza he make with two gloves so this is very recommended. I would give them more than five if I could

I m regular customer, today I order 1 x large pizza, with fries and bottle of drink it's deal price 15.99£ and 2 panines price is 4.99 each on the menu. I order it on phone first they said its 42£ Total when I told to explain the price he said piza us 22£ and panines are 7.99 each.. and rest are delivery charges, when I told them I m regular customer and its looks expensive in routine price is not too high then he said if you come and collect its 26.92£. I went there and collect the order and ask for some souces he roundly said these are not free.. need to pay for sources. In eight years its first time they ask me to pay for it... their behaviour was rude

I regularly order from caspian and I always pay for caspian sauce but this time round they really skimped on the caspian sauce

The pizza here tastes amazing , however the sizes are not as advertised . Should of been 16” .

Recently moved into the area and have been ordering from different places to find the best. I just loved their pizza and wings so I can say food was very fresh and delicious. Not just scrumptious food but Delivery guy was very kind and polite to wait for a few minutes. Thank you

The pizza was crunched up in the box. The box was obviously not laid flat. Was disappointed about how it looked.

My second pizza didn’t smell right and so we did not eat it. We had a Caribbean (chicken, pineapple & sweetcorn). The rest of the food was fine and delivery was excellent. Food came within half & hour of ordering

Today's pizza tastes so weird.. Smelly cheese they change their chef now. And now you can enjoy pizza there

Delivery charge for each separate item is ridiculous. Example £3 for every burger meal. If you order 10 meals then delivery will cost you £30. Ludicrous. Collection is best.

For the first time in several years, when ordering from Caspian pizza, I came across such a nice delivery man.

Delivered an hour before expected and hot and fresh. Lovely pizza and I will be ordering from here again.

I used to frequent this place over 20 years ago. Place hasn't changed massively since then but obviously it has been updated since. Today l went and l have to say that Ahmed was very kind and accommodating to our requests. We ordered 2 XL pizzas and 1 REG pizza, 3 L fries and 2 portions of Chicken Strippers. Pizza was nice and fries were cooked to perfection on this occasion. I like their 'Special Sauce' which is tasty without being overpowering. The mayo and strong chilli sauce was nice too. 😋

Very poor customer skills. They were not willing to help or cooperate when there was a simple mix up with delivery order. Not how you treat or talk to regular customers. Very poor and unprofessional

my food was meant to come at 10:30 and when i rang to ask where it was the driver had told the shop he had left the food outside but no food was outside then had to wait another half an hour for them to re deliver and food was cold and no sauces which i asked for

Chips were awful, couldn't even eat a whole chip so had to through mine away, upsetting as I hate wasting food and money. Don't know if food on time, son kept hounding me wondering where it was. I can't recall when they saud would be ready so not marked down delivery.

Peri Peri chicken is made to prefection and tastes delicious, along with the rest of the menu. Great customer service and would definitely recommend this restaurant

The peri peri chicken was nice and spicy as we ordered hot, pizza was normal felt the standard has dropped a little, and the pasta was the worst I’ve ever had so dry and tasteless there was no sauce at all. Was very disappointed especially after paying so much for the food. Won’t be ordering the pasta again.

Driver was rude when call was missed and called back after 1 minute for no reason

The delivery guy did not know where I was located even though I was giving him instructions, I had to send someone out to him to bring the delivery. Also by the time we got the food it was cold and was not very nice either.
