The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

Great food and family friendly restaurant in central London. They have small plates and cutlery for kids which is a nice touch. We have eaten here a few times and will definitely be back!

Came here for a birthday meal with my Father, and arrived for opening time. THe food was all fresh and warm, and of pretty good quality. Even in a pub now, a basic meal can cost almost as much as in Wing Wah's so the ability to pick and choose what you want and how much makes this really good value for money The food is still quite salty, like most chinese take away food, but at just over £2 for a good sized pot of Jasmine Tea, it didn't matter. Still find the tables are a bit too close together so private conversations aren't really possible, but that's not a major issue. Really enjoyed it and looking forward to going again soon.

We had sweet & sour chicken , chicken curry fried rice , noodles chips spring rolls it was all very nice , we were told & there are signs saying ‘we are short staffed please be patient’ however are food arrived promptly the price was good service was nice your typical Chinese restaurant

Dreadful food & Service and staff did not listen to customers concerns. Pay on arrival & buy drink then you are shown your table. Food was cold between us we tried 6 dishes all cold. We spoke to the manager who apparently said it was our standards as 400 other customers hadn’t complained. We ask for a refund NO was the sharp response I would not have paid if we could have paid after food. We left hungry & extremely disappointed. Will not return. The only positive thing is we didn’t have an upset stomach the following day having tried cold food. Totally waste of money Avoid.

Had a reasonable meal here .Totally spoiled the experience when I checked there food hygine rating and found out they have been awarded 0 stars ..made me feel sick

Sat here for the last hour, Ordered drinks which my wife had to get from the bar as they were just sat there. Took over 45 mins to order food, the restaurant they should just get rid of. They just seem to be sending out food for Deliveroo. We are sat here on a table just watching them send order after order for Deliveroo while we are sat here starving.

Consistently good from here. Always early, always tasty.

Salt and pepper chips are divine but the chow mien is a little bland

Excellent restaurant for reasonable price and various choice. Nice and fresh food. Polite staffs and very good environment. Spicy noodles and mutton curry was my favorite. Most recommended.

Amazing food, full of flavour and as fresh as you could wish for. Service was excellent from all who served us and the bill didn’t break the bank either, very reasonable ( especially if you go for the all you can eat deal)

Salty, too salty. All I can say is that it is edible but not delicious at all, and the portions are not large. The food is not expensive, but the drinks are expensive, and the service is average. The service charge is 12.5%. Where are you serving? The average per capita is around 25.

Dim sum was delicious and portion sizes were reasonable. We were served by Howard. He was pleasant and efficient, which contributed to a pleasing dining experience. Will I come back again? Definitely!

We arrived at The Chinese Buffet at 7.50pm, the walk up the stairs to the actual restaurant should have given us an idea of what was to come, it smelled like sewage. We had booked but no one came to seat us for a while. Staff seemed like they just wanted to go home. Eventually we were seated and ordered drinks, we placed our first food order on the app and waited. My husband looked up and saw a huge rat walking past the area we were seated. At this point we got up and left, along with the majority of people sat eating. I managed to take a photo but it's not the best. We will not be returning and I'm so glad we hadn't eaten already.
