Pedimos nuestra comida a las 8 pm, dijeron que serían 45 minutos esperamos 1 hora 20 minutos. Volvimos a llamar y dijeron que aún no ha salido, será después de las 11 pm. Terminamos cancelando porque nos estaban robando. No pida de esta comida para llevar. Incluso el servicio al cliente fue terrible. No feliz

Been waiting nearly two hours now for my food. Rang the takeaway three times and been told various lies about how long it will be. Avoid unless you are on a diet and don't want to eat. Updated to add that when the food eventually came it was tasty. I like my reviews to be honest so even though the service was diabolical chaos the food itself was nice.

the egg fried rice was not just rice

Ordered ribs but got loads of little pieces with no meat, always order from but never again

i collected my order last night and when looked at the receipt they have charged me for delivery

Order here regular, but I’m very disappointed. Delivery took over 2 hours, the food was cold. Will not be ordering from here again

Generous portions of good food. We ordered set menu B for 2 and it was more than enough for 3 people! The hot starters were especially nice. We ordered in the shop and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. Friendly service. Will be going back again.

Very speedy delivery and tasty food

Rubbish. Food turned up cold and missing one of our group’s meal. Called and was told they were not prepared to pay any sort of refund and would get the missing items to us in 30-40 minutes (after waiting an hour and a half already). Asked them what good to our party that is, just refund the missing items and we’ll let it go. Got told no… Saturday’s are busy and we do what we can. I said fair enough but when you get it wrong you need to correct it. They still said no and effectively said if you have any problems, tough. Avoid this takeaway.

Ordered for 17:40 and it came at 17:10 which meant not everyone was home from work so ended up going cold

First time using this take away but don’t think we will be ordering again lm afraid. The chicken was very dry and tasted of salt, no flavour and the sweet and sour sauce was non existent. Very disappointing

Not very good ! Don't recommend it I ordered from just eat, order was later than planned, I had chicken sezchuan the chicken was very thin pieces more batter than chicken it was dry hardly any sauce cost £25 for 2 mains & 2 sides not worth the money at all !

Not my usual Chinese takeaway but ordered from from here because there was a long wait for delivery at my favourite takeaway, thought me and my son would try Kins Kitchen! NEVER AGAIN! Waited 2 hours ( only live 10 minutes walk away) my son phoned up for update when it was to arrive..and they got the ticket order mixed up! Never offered a discount for the nearly 2 hour delay! Meal arrived after I'd gone past hunger, the Chicken in my Chicken fried rice was like eating a rubber I used to erase my pencil drawings at school, chewing for England! I felt like I was asking the chicken if it needed a drink! AVOID!!

Placed an order tonight and was told an hours wait so fair enough, nearly 2 hours later it arrived. Only after about 5/10 mins i realised something missing so phoned up to be told we could send it out which wasnt any good as we was half way through our meal plus given how long it had taken already was useless and we'd have finished eating, i was then told after saying that wasnt an option to phone back another day and being hung up on, the service tonight was absolutely terrible and wont be returning anytime soon either

Food would have been nice if it wasn't too spicy to eat we ordered a salt and pepper box and can handle spicy or hot food but this was unbearable as though the spice amount had been doubled so spoilt what would have been really nice food as we couldn't even eat it.

food tasted lovely but the spare ribs portion at a £7.50 is a big rip off 7 ribs with no meat on them shocking. and people what put reviews on here saying massive portions are deluded or have got beer /wine goggles on

Ordered food for 17:40, came at 17:05 my husband wasn’t even home from work yet hence why I ordered it later. The driver looked at the receipt and said ‘oh yes sorry I’m early’ but I explained I ordered for that time because my husband wasn’t getting in until half 5, by time my husband got him from work the food was obviously cold. I rang the restaurant and they couldn’t do anything

We have a Chinese from kins kitchen once a month, it's always hot wen it Comes, they say it may take 1 hr but always 40 _45 mins, always tasty, and very reasonable so thank you kins kitchen xx

read a few of the comments before ordering and I'm so glad I ignored the serial complainers !! (just check their profiles it says everything) and I didn't let them deter me ! I put the order through online- nice and easy , I actually had to query something so I called up and it was my mistake but the lady on the other end helped sort it out. I've been to collect and the food was fabulous! piping hot, tasty and very generous portion sizes ! I would definitely recommend

AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE Look at the picture I took of the food they sent- that’s a special CHOWMEIN wtf BAD HORRIBLE DISCUSTING POOR STANDARDS FOOD - NO PRAWNS IN THE SPECIAL CHOWMEIN last two orders - everything in chowmein like noodles and veg was overcooked and all sloppy and very substandard - ALL PORK WAS FATTY AND GRISSLEY - no sauce when I ordered extra sauce Refused me my refund although we didn’t eat the crap, I also offered to take it in myself Oh and if you order the ribs and order the ko or the peeking sauce ITS THE SAME SAUCE, what an insult to the unsuspecting customers, I ask, what else are they upto in the back kitchen??????? Had the worst Chinese ever, although it arrived on time, I found the whole meal tasteless , also my order was wrong, ordered char sui chow mein, got beef instead, ordered sausages for the kids and they was burnt! Spend nearly 30 quid and not worth it at all, half way through eating, ended up binning it . Never order from here again!

Ordered from here often over the years. The last 2 times have been disappointing. I ordered a second time as thought it could have been a one off. Chowmein tasteless and funny saccharine taste- used to be the best chowmein going. I know ingredients may need to have changed due to cost of living but, definitely put me off.

Waited over an hour and the order was wrong, when I brought it to their attention? They said they would send another out. Two hours later it’s still not here! Shocking! Will never use again However the only compliment I can give this place is the young lady who answers the phone? She seemed really apologetic and also embarrassed.
