Absolutely disgusting meal. Ordered beef chow mein. Meat did not look or taste fresh. The Dish was tasteless, Very wet and slimy. I couldn't eat it. Will not be ordering from them again

Ordered here as usual, what came was okay. Rang them back as they forgot an item and they refused all knowledge of the item being ordered despite them asking about the item on the phone call and further repeating it back to me. Disappointed.

The chicken soup looked and tasted like vomit. The chicken chow mein had not a single piece of chicken and tasted like soap! Disgusting!

Ordered set meal for 2 changed rice for chips, rice for noodles order came wrong rice was thick clumps and brown in colour didn't taste very nice disappointed big style

Got a beef fried rice there was hardly any beef in it ..... Complained got another one was still the same and freezing cold tight with meat and portions getting smaller won't be ordering again poor service ...... If I wanted rice and peas I would have cooked it myself I wanted beef fried rice not rice and peas 🤬

Well most of the time our order comes wrong, the telephone woman that takes your order is very rude and signs every two minutes when checking your order!!!!! however this time really disapoints! Just found piece's of metal in my food to which I almost swallowed one!!!!! Will now be finding a different Chinese takeaway in future!!!

Efficient quick delivery and friendly staff at this takeaway- however- we have been bitterly disappointed with the food the last two times. We tried again in hope it would be better. The food today- chicken tasted like chemicals, could not eat it, the prawn satay made one of us feel sick. Prawn toast overcooked/ nearly burnt on the bottom. One bag of prawn crackers did not taste fresh and had to be put in the bin. Please up your game and stop serving such a poor standard of food, we deserve better. A waste of money

ordered over the phone fr a birthday treat.... we had specil fried rice,special curry,mushrooms and chips and it was delicious and good size portions ...shall use again x

If waiting 2 and a half hrs is OK for a takeaway then yes it's great. My advice is don't waste your time.

Ordered a meal tonight for my husbands birthday. Ordered at 6.30 , no food by 8. Rang back at 8 To ask where food was. They informed me they had rang me 3 times to let me know the car had broken down. No food. No calls. None existent service. Do not use this take away. No apology .

Used to use this takeaway quite often, but will never return. Ordered at 18:15 and still here at 21:00 with no takeaway after being told it would be with me in no more than an hour! Rang at 8pm, got told 30mins. Rang at 20:45, again told still cooking and to wait 30mins. Awful service, woman on phone had no clue what was going on - understand it’s a busy night but after 3 hours with still no delivery is unacceptable. Will not be ordering from here again.

Had a few orders from here and gradually getting worse and worse. Sick of them forgetting items when delivering so started collecting. Still missing items when collecting and then telling me to pop back and collect the item! I'm 3 miles away with a part meal already dished out for the family!!! Went to collect while in tier 3 of a covid pandemic thinking measures would be in place but nope. The takeaway was full of customers. Some with masks and some without. Staff not wearing masks and brushing past me. I went to collect my food at the time I was told only to be told another 10 minutes when I got there. I said that I will wait outside as I don't feel safe in the takeaway with the amount of people in there. They just wasn't bothered. Must have been 8 - 10 customers in a tiny waiting area with 3 staff members floating around. Will be using Kings Garden from now on.

First time I have been to this takeaway, at 6pm in the evening . I ordered and waited outside for it. Customer service was very good and friendly and only waited approx 10 minutes, even better was the fact that the staff member brought it out to me! Food hot and tasty and Sedona will go again.

Dry food poor quality s/p chips wasnt nice at all save your money and order elsewhere I'd rather drive and collect it from elsewhere in the future

My 2nd visit to Ni Hao. Food on the 1st visit was good and as such we recommended it to friends. Tonight we placed an order and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes which I was quite surprised about but didn’t question. We ordered a special chow mein but got special fried rice which was tasteless and bland! We ordered salt & pepper crispy shredded chicken and egg fried rice - the chicken was dry and chewy, not crispy at all and the egg fried rice was bland and you couldn’t even see any egg in it! I rang Ni Hao and was told the order had been taken down wrong hence no chow mein and they explained they don’t put alot of egg in the egg fried rice! We’d have normally taken it back but we had just finished work and were starving plus we’d travelled 15 mins to collect it. Very disappointed and reluctant to go back.

Was delivered within 40 minutes, food was boiling hot extremely tasteful I Have Nothing negative to say about this Chinese restaurant and takeout it is excellent standard excellent food all very reasonably priced would definitely recommend.

Got a salt and pepper box last night ..bit into a onion ring and pure soft raw batter inside ....very very off putting

Ordered from here last night we had chicken balls, chicken chow main, prawn toast, chicken satay, chips prawn toast. Plain noodles nothing fancy all chicken based food there was 5 of us eating and every one of us is ill today and the only thing we all have in common is eating this food we shared everything So everyone had a little bit of everything

This in my opinion is by far the best chinese takeaway in Stocksbridge. Food is always of good quality and the service excellent.

When I just called up for a Delivery the woman on the other end when I asked her to repeat my order told me I was getting on her nerves. So disgustingly rude. Obviously I cancelled my order. Last time we ordered from there our delivery took 2 hours. And one of my friends got sick.......

Used to drive past this place a lot and never thought really to try it as it's so small but boy am I glad I did try it! The best crispy shredded chicken I've ever tasted!!

Still haven't found a better Chinese. Food is always great, plenty of choice on the menu and with quick collection times.

During a weekend away in a remote cottage, we ordered a meal for 7 people to be delivered. The order taking was efficient, the delivery drivers had a nightmare finding us but kept in touch by phone and despite the problems, the food remained piping hot, the order was exact, the portions were a good size and the food delicious. Would definitely recommend this takeaway and wish it was closer to home.

Tucked away nicely behind the weed factory. Weird noises come from the attic and sound like william hodkin. Don't know why but there is a lingering aroma of dog piss all over the restaruant.

A great little takeaway tucked away in the middle of the village. Fast delivery times if needed. Never had a bad meal from these guys.

Really poor customer service from the person on the phone. Order was messed up (even though lady on the phone read it back correctly) and items were missing. Was told on the phone that we were wrong and no attempt was made to rectify the issue. Was told we would need to pay extra to get the item we originally ordered (and already paid for). Won't be ordering from here again. I would highly recommend Kings Garden 😊

Well what can I say? Ni Hao on earth is this place still in business when they treat their customers so badly? When spring rolls in we love nothing more than a good night in with a tasty Chinese takeaway, sadly this place could not provide. The woman on the phone screwed up our order and had the cheek to blame us and try to charge us extra to fix their mistake, not very rice of her. Our experiences with them in the past have been both sweet and sour, but this is the last straw. You'd be prawn crackers to even think of ordering from this place.

Awesome S&P chips but their customer service is a bag of shite.

When the order FINALLY came we were missing one item from the order. When I rang to ask if we could have this delivered I was told I hadn't ordered this and was accused of lieing. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude to me and tried to make me pay extra for the item I had already paid for and then wait extra time for. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

complete waste of time!! ordered at 8pm recieved at 10.20pm!! food is stone cold and took over 40 minutes to drive 5 miles once finally cooked!! Definitely not fast food!!! would not recommend and staff are useless!!! was offered £5 off next order but will not be ordering again!! Disgraceful!!
