Food was late When arrived after chasing twice to see where it was Such a shame as food normally good from here Dissatisfied

Ordered on their website. Food turned up hot within 45mins. Pleasant driver. Good food.

Disappointed as we usually order here with no issues but the crispy calamari and salt and pepper chicken were overcooked and almost inedible as we couldn’t bite into it. Also was mainly batter and hadn’t any actual meat. Everything else was spot on.

Good food, good service. Big portions. Great discount system.

Food amazing gave it a try as our other place was closed and I’m glad it was closed now because I have never tasted Chinese as nice as this everything we had was delivered piping hot and the delivery guy was well mannered and polite. Enjoyed it that much that we have ordered another 3x from here I’m well impressed

After a little confusion as to where I was, I received the meal. First class! awesome Chinese meal. Will be reordering again!

***DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE*** The restaurant staff were rude and abrupt. Food portions were really not worth the fortune we spent. Ordering from this restaurant was pegged with issues. Deliveroo order never arrived and as the restaurant doesn’t use Deliveroo riders no refund could be processed. That’s right even Deliveroo doesn’t know who has your order. This is where i was introduced to the fantastic customer service at Yum Yum. Screaming and dismissive of your complaint and yes that’s right you’ll still be hungry. If you value your sanity this place is 0/10 a true MUST AVOID !

Food ordered, not delivered. When questioning where the delivery was they stated they couldn't make the delivery and had disposed of the food. Refused to also give a refund. Person on the phone was extremely rude. No food, no refund = 0 stars.

Food was old and inedible. Delivery driver decided to beg for a cash tip before handing my food over. Awful experience

I think Yum yum started to reduce the size. I ordered a large egg fried rice I think k they sent a different size. I usually order the same as I am a vegetarian and I always have left overs for the next day and this time the rice quantity was smaller, it wasn’t egg fried rice at all as not a single piece of egg to believe. Disappointed with the quantity

Disgraceful. My food just arrived, the delivery driver could hardly speak English and instead of just handing me my food, begged for a cash tip first. The salt and pepper chips were dripping grease through a bag, and the chicken balls were rock hard and nearly Black, clearly old and fried again from last night. Absolutely awful

I asked for a little reduction is spice in one of their dishes (Kung po) as it was over shadowing the flavour and they accepted without question and it was glorious when it arrived! thanks people's I will be back again

Our go to takeaway! Whilst we tend to stick to the same few meals it is always delicious. The curry is spot on spice wise also. Like the rewards too as it builds up to nice treat. Polite delivery staff too.

it was a great change from our normal Chinese place tastes just as good but had a great presentation which somehow made the meal better in a way I'm not able to put into words to be honest 10/10 will go again

decent portion of duck, crispy chili beef was a bit soggy though, tasted good but I reckon it should be made more fresh and cooked for a bit longer to create a crunch, the ducks opposite though, even though it's a true portion, it looks like it was in ground zero of a nuclear blast, it's dry and hard

Although the delivery was quick and officiant and my food was lovely. My delivery driver was smoking in the car while handing me my food and was rude when asking for my name.

This Was the nicest Chinese I’ve ever tasted in a long time special fried rice was amazing loads for meat and prawns the the special curry was the best curry sauce Iv tasted in sheffield the calamari tasted fresh and the batter was thin a crispy I was stopping and my parents house I dint know I was out of the 5 miles radius for delivery but they still delivered witch was really nice of them I live at the other side of Sheffield but will definitely be travelling to this Chinese next time

My food was lacking of salt & flavor .. spring rolls felt abit old and burned

Absolutely awful food, reheated stodge, came very quickly and piping hot only to open to honestly the worst Chinese I've had. orange crispy beef was just a soggy stodgy mess with no orange flavour. The sweet and sour sauce a jelly and again no flavour, and the appertises dry but at least I could eat some of these. chips were fine ....but for a Chinese if you're enjoying just the chips your food really is poor.

Ordered a takeaway, had chicken chow mien, duck fried rice and curry sauce. Portions are spot on. Chow mien I found slightly bland but still really yum accompanied with curry sauce. The duck fried rice was fab again huge portion packed in however not very generous with the chunks of duck, super quick on collection and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend👍

Food is good and generally decent value … went for a collection order .. it’s clearly a BUSY place .. but I was barged past by a staff member taking out rubbish through the front .. barely acknowledged… I don’t need a parade lol 😂 but it’s probably worth while just saying hello to your customers

Food was delicious and very good value for money. Service was outstanding and when delivering the food was nicely packed in a box and arrived hot and order was correctly delivered. Highly recommend the sticky pork ribs!

I love this place but I’m unsure of who delivered my order tonight but they was ever so rude . He didn’t even get out the car to hand it to me . Just shouted out the window have you ordered a Chinese then proceeded to pass it me through the car window .

Food wasn’t special, Really dry and almost cold when it arrived, Delivery driver was rude and even spat on the floor outside while carrying the food! Wouldn’t ever order again.

The only reason I'm giving poor for service is because the delivery driver was lazy and rude. He just sat in his car so he didn't have get out, expecting me to come to him and them gave attitude when he finally did his job

Fresh, lovely, best Chinese in sheffield 😋

Food took 1.5 hours to leave the restaurant and then driver took another half an hour to get to us on a drive that would usually take 10 minutes. as a result food was cold and dry. Restaurant seemed unbothered and unapologetic when we phoned up and rejected our request for a partial refund through just eat. Disappointing as always been a fan of this place.

Contacted restaurant after order was already late to be advised that they'd pushed the delivery time. Then got contacted to be told driver couldn't find our property. Went outside to find driver sat in car and said he'd neen sat there 10 mins but didn't think to ring the doorbell...

was delivered in the time frame but was lukewarm and chips were soggy and not very nice but the chowmein was great as always, need to think of a better way to keep delivery warm

the food was only just warm. tasted like it had been warmed up.

Ordered a nice chicken satay dish from here and ate it whilst I watched Roald Dahl’s the Witches (2020). Glad I didn’t have what the witches were having :-)

Food was very poor, nothing fresh, chips hard, chicken very over cooked. Very disappointed overall

They may as well have a sign that says "we don't need your business." YumYums can never make it's mind up about the locations it is willing to deliver to. One month they will deliver to me - the next they refuse because "you're too far." Then they decide that they suddenly DO deliver to my area again. Not sure how they can refuse delivery when they come up as one of the restaurants available for me to order from in the first place! That stuff is literally worked out based on lcoation!
