Was fast delivery. Was hot and yummy

Food prices shown in just eat are double the menu price of China place. I never order again from just eat and never recommend . Food quality was not very good . And I don’t recommend .

Food delivered early than expected, which was good for us. Food was hot and delicious. Driver very polite. I will be ordering from China Palace again.

Firstly gotca call from delivery driver saying he couldn't find me when he was in his car right outside the blocks of flats. Secondly ordered duck curry which was more fat and gristle than duck. Also more mushrooms in there than meat. Never again

Ordered crab stuffed claws but it was just artificial crab with breading. Lemon chicken sauce was bland

the J E app is so dangerous after an afternoon sesh in the pub, come home, c b a to cook, got the munchies , open up J E and in no time at all ding dong dinner time! the China Palace are great and the food is very acceptable so this is my go to place for Chinese t a w. waited an hour and a half for disappointing food. was told the driver was on the way. phoned back 20 minutes later to be told she was waiting for the driver to come back. i asked wont the food be cold by the time it arrives.. "no ive just cooked your dish now".. food arrived cold. the dim sum mix some wasn't cooked enough and was cold. the curry was cold and came out in a lump as if microwaved then left to go cold. Really really disappointing.

Sweet and sour chicken balls were inedible but rest was adequate

Order was earlier than I asked for so when I ate the food it was only Luke warm, when you ask for a delivery at a certain time you want it at that time for a reason

currently doing research into Chinese delivery. IE when I find a decent one that delivers consistency in terms of food quality, I'll stick with that restaurant. This is about rhe 5th dial in I've had from China Palace and to look at the place, you really wouldn't expect the quality, service, taste and so far, consistency on my core requirements from an innocuous looking establishment. If its a good tasty Chinese you want , you could do worse than give The China Palace a go, I did and so

Disgusting!! Ribs were drier than Ghandis flip flop and the sauce for them was pure vinegar, the satay sauce was so watery it tasted of nothing and the chicken curry was raw, myself and daughter now feeling sick 🤢 the rice was so dry it tasted like it was a few days old and clumpy aswell. the prawn toast was so oily it was dripping, absolutely vile meal

It was cold, I live in walking distance of the shop., it was cold and all round horrible, the crackers were stale and the food looked as if he was from the night before. Never again.

the chips were not very good at all,Luke warm and rubbery too expensive for what I paid...! sweated too long in the bag so NOTHING was crisp and it took an age to get here so not a good meal

Ordered chicken chow mein, chicken fried rice and sweet and sour chicken, there was no chicken in the chicken chow main only peppers onions and carrots, I usually specify no onions as I can't eat them. The food was supposed to be delivered between 5.40 to 6 pm but arrived at 5.10 and it was cold 🤷‍♀️ probably wouldn't order again

Chips cold and soggy, chow mein had a bad smell and the meat was all cold like it had been added after. Wings were ok but £7 for 6 little frozen wings.

Mushroom omelette was expensive for what it was and chips seemed like refries as they were very hot and hard

Midweek - took 1.5 hours to deliver despite an initial estimate on ordering of 40mins. No explanation / compensation or communication from them. Do not order from them if you are hungry.

A friend recommended China palace as they think it’s one of the best so we tried it and was not disappointed as it’s one of the best we have had in a while except free prawn crackers were missing

it wasn't bad food but certainly not great.They didn't update the system so it remained on"we have your order"status the entire time & arrived cold.House special rice had V.little sauce & meat was strange &cut into uniform flat square shapes ,like sandwich meat that was cut into quarters.Satay sauce was very watery & thin.Chow mein had very little flavour.Egg fried rice tasted & looked as it should & the chips were fried nicely. Despite not updating the system it did come on time.

Food from here is usually spot on and the Singapore noodles and salt and chilli chicken were lovely. But this time the chips were dry and inedible and the bbq sauce was thin and flavourless. Will use them again because it’s unusual for anything to be bad.

Ordered a Satay Chow Mein, received a Singapore chow mein, no peanut butter sauce at all, luckily that's my other go-to dish, and it was tasty! Mixed dumplings were good aswell! Delivery was around 2.5 hours from ordering on justeat

That’s 30 mins from amended delivery time, food was cold and chips stale

Normally go to the shop but tonight phoned and ordered a meal for delivery. Requested one dish not on the Menu which was no problem. The meal arrived under the estimated time, piping hot and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be ordering delivery again.

Food is always fresh, tasty and a good quality. Staff were fast and friendly at collection.

Food was delivered early though driver had problems finding my flat initially. Food was lukewarm and really just ok. Nothing about the food or delivery was awful, but have had several Chinese takeaways that were better. Probably wouldn't order again.

Very disappointed in the chicken balls, very pale not crispy and some were undercooked and pink! Put me right off, the mini vegetable spring rolls had a horrible fishy taste that was unpleasant. Only positives, arrived early, hot enough, and the chips and chow main were good enough. First and last time here.
