Poor service and 20p for make it spicy

Best Chinese take away in Rugby. Recommend the house special starter. All those tasty starters in one box. Yum yum.

Absolutely no problem with the food. Check your order before you leave though. Several times over the last year I've walked home with someone else's meal and although it tasted good it wasn't what I ordered.

When they don’t understand the address they simply turn off and tell it’s too far a lot of times I order from them but the phone service is miserable, I don’t need speak their language just English is enough to order in England

Fresh food every time. I have been introduced by a friend 6 years ago when I couldn't find a chinese take away that I was happy with and tried quite a few in Rugby. I've been a client ever since as the food is always very tasty, fresh and the price is good value for money. Also the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend it!

Still sat waiting for food. Lad on reception won’t ask how long because he’s scared! Ignoring customers so he doesn’t have to ask the kitchen. If you can’t keep up be honest with times! People prefer honesty

If I could post zero I would. Iv been a regular but won't be going back. I always order a set meal for two and swop my rice for noodles. They swopped the chips for noodles instead. So it basically ruined my whole meal as I don't eat their rice and I had no chips. Their rice tastes like bird feed, is the reason I always chose to swop it.. which is not really what you expect from a Chinese. I tried ringing and got no answer. So I took the rice back another night to show them the error. They said they will discount rice next time I ordered. I said it's wrong to just assume I'm going to re order from you after you ruined my previous order. Aggressively the Chinese lady said what do you want us to do? and when I said I'm not sure, she put her hand up to my face and said come back another night I'm too busy and walked off

We’ve been supporting The Four Seasons for some years now, usually on a Friday or Saturday. The quality of the food is excellent and always piping hot, where required. Unfortunately Saturday last they fell well short of ‘normal’ for customer service. Let me explain, we ordered what we usually have to include a sweet and sour chicken for myself. Now the first issue is if you order for a particular time and have guests, it’s very hit and miss as to the food arriving on time, even with plenty of notice it can be over an hour late! Secondly, on Saturday they delivered a pork sweet and sour, a simple mistake, and it was replaced within 30 mins of a phone call. Very efficient despite my wife having finished her meal, and it arrived with no rice or sauce…? Another phone call, I was told I’d had the rice and sauce and if I wanted more I’d have to pay for it, but the rice and sauce were plated and now cold after 30mins? In the big picture how much does boiled rice and a tub of sweet and sour sauce cost to complete a meal which they got wrong? I drove to The Four Seasons and returned the chicken balls and expressed my dissatisfaction only to be confronted by an older lady who had immense issues in understanding who was the customer! In short, fabulous food but can be appalling after service and time keeping needs improvement! I’ll vote with my feet, it’s a shame as the food is excellent.

Food is good, but would be great if they knew how to tell the time....home deliveries are greeted with 'half hour/45mins' but in busy periods, on Fri/Sat nights what this really means is up to an hour/90 mins....everybody would be fine with that-IF THEY TOLD YOU, but to then be told when you ring to ask where it is, 'ah we're really busy, on it's way' then having to wait for another 30 to 60 mins over the stated 45 mins, is not good enough at the prices charged, plus the delivery charge on top of the food order, shouldn't that be offered as a refund if they exceed the time they initially tell you?....Same when you collect, 10 mins turns into 25, really frustrating.This happens so often in the end you go elsewhere, because they are not cheap, so, when you are paying top rate, you expect top service. Sadly on the service/delivery side this doesn't happen. You have been warned.We now go elsewhere.

I ordered what was supposed to be a Thai Green Curry. It tasted OK - but unlike any Thai Green curry I have ever experienced before. But unfortunately the amount of salt in this dish made it inedible! Ended up throwing half of it away. I felt nauseous for ages afterwards. Not recomnended...

We have used this Chinese delivery service before and will probably do so again, but our latest was to say the least a disaster. Delivery took two hours and the food, though tasty, was at best lukewarm.

Appalling waiting time. They said it was a 40 minute wait but after an hour of waiting I got fed up along with other customers. I insisted on a refund and they said the food would only be another 15 minutes, I said no I'm not waiting any longer. They couldnt refund my card as they didnt know how to so I had to hve cash. While I was waiting there was an ear wig moving across the floor which my son stood on. The people at Four Seasons ignored customers when they were asked how long their food would be. A shocking place. Not even worthy of a one star, I would say none.

Everything worth trying, chef appetiser and crispy beef are my absolute favourite 😋

The worst crispy shredded beef i have had in my life... 'sweet chilli and garlic sauce' no flavour and super oily, i had to get my own soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce out of our kitchen cupboard to add to it! Woke up in the middle of the night feeling so so awful and thought i was going to be sick. And they forgot to put our sweet and sour sauce in the bag, we live 15 minutes away so couldn't go back.

We ordered hour and 20 mins phoned said on way they phoned back said not even cooked it they said busy but I’m sure there busy all the time and we just started using here as was told good one nope I don’t think so won’t be back

Just as good as it ever was. Last time I ordered here was 3/4 years ago, and it's still just as tasty and plentiful as all those years ago. Glad to see this lovely place still standing and going strong.

Sorry to say that on this occasion the food was sub standard, mainly bland. The mixed sweet and sour balls were over cooked :( hopefully next time the food will be better

Never had such dry tasteless shredded beef in fact I've experienced far better food than served here and with the snail pace speed taken to complete a very simple order I doubt very much that I will frequent this takeaway again. The competition is in abundance out there and Four Seasons offered nothing that marks it out above all others.

This is by far the best Chinese in not just rugby but the whole of Warwickshire I would highly recommend

Not as good as it's been in the past... It's just down the road from where we live and we hadn't been there for years... It just didn't seem to be very busy... Recommended by our neighbour we tried it about 6 months ago and it was good.... Unfortunately we tried it again a few days ago and the quality of the food wasn't as good as it had been... Which is sad as it would of been handy to have a good Chinese just down the road.

Consistently great tasting Chinese food and reasonably priced. The ribs are fall off the bone amazing! Always busy and order always ready to collect within 15 minutes. Took me ages to find a decent chinese takeaway and Four Seasons never fails to satisfy.
