Food was average. Delivery guy had an attitude and refused to actually deliver the food to my door.

Took a long time to arrive, slightly longer than expected. The food was warm, not hot. Items in paer bags were soggy. Good portion sizes. Egg fried rice was hard, and salt and pepper chips were like cardboard.

Driver rudely told to collect my food from security door because it not safe to walk up stairs in flat when thay been delivering to my home for over a year and food was cold and not up to it’s normal standard so can pretty much say I’ll be finding a new place to order from

I wish I could give zero stars. Rude delivery driver, said my lift wasn’t working (it was) so I went downstairs to collect my order, he decided he didn’t want to wait and drove off. I rang the store to be told he’s gone and put the phone down on me. I rang again and she told me to just get a refund via uber eats and phone was put down again. This is not where I usually order from and will never order from these again.

Good food, decent prices, sizable portions, consistent quality and early delivery - what's not to like? My go-to for Chinese food and I haven't been let down.

absolutely horrendous got cut off the phone by the lady food arrived late almost 2 hours after ordering it came and that's after phoning and then time being re arranged chips well over cooked IV requested a refund which no doubt because its a Chinese the owners will refuse and go suddenly quiet this place should not be allowed to serve if the basics are not up to scratch

Absolutely shocking from these I have never known such an abysmal customer service not only did the woman on phone cut me off and didn't answer to my query but was delivered 2 hours after ordering after being delayed even though they and the delivery driver first tried to claim it was delivered food was cold and as iv requested for a refund they have suddenly gone silent and not responding Only time ordering from here and won't be doing it again I would absolutely avoid this place like the plague

Understand if you was under staffed but if you had called we would of picked it up. 2 hours late. Food was all cold No bbq sauce And 1 fortune cookie for over 4 meals. Really am upset. And it was in order notes. THIS WAS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH £37.

Chips with. Bbq sauce … couldn’t eat them as had green chilli flakes in them…. As a s for the combination starter won tons with hardly anything in them….. dry and old ribs and the chicken do. It get me started !!!!! Will not order from this restaurant again

Don't usually have an issue. Rice was dry, salt and pepper chicken was like cardboard, chewy and very hard (very overcooked). chicken balls were overcooked too.

Ordered the food at 1908 with a delivery estimate of 35-45min, turns up at 2027. Order missing 1 item, another item cold and the food was dry and tasteless. Tried phoning the restaurant to be greeted with a constant engaged tone…not happy at all and will not recommend or go back here.

I ordered bbq sauce and I got delivered sweet & sour so I phoned up and the women was rude on the phone and was calling me a liar she had no customer service skills at all , the food was disgusting and the salt & pepper chicken was hard you couldn’t even bite into it , would not recommend at all!!!

Food was late, took almost an hour and a half to be delivered, when the estimated time was only 45 min. Then the rice was so overcooked, it was craggy and inedible

The food was horrible , i ordered chow mein and it smelt horrible and tasted as if it was leftover from days , the sweet and sour was watery and there were no proper vegetables, honestly i was disgusted by the smell and taste . Never again

Ordered food was told 40 mins tried to ring as it been an hour. They ate now shut and not answering the phone. Now all Chinese are near enough shut to order else where also first and last time ordering from here.

Chicken curry was gloopy and unflavoured

The chips tasted like they had been left out for hours, they were hard and cold, the rice tasted uncooked, the sweet and sour sauce was watery and hardly any taste. Prawn toast had no filling and was over fried. Usually have a great order, This time it tasted awful

Very small portion size, food was rubbish too. Ordered a vegetable curry that had hardly any sauce in it and the sweet and sour chicken was only half filled too.

Placed a takeaway order at 8:11 pm with an estimated one-hour wait. By 9:10 pm, the driver hadn't arrived. After calling, was informed a 5-minute delay. Waited an additional 15 minutes with no sign of the driver. Upon calling again, was told 'the driver is slow,' to which I responded, 'with all due respect, that's not my problem.' Shockingly, the woman on the call retorted, 'it's not my problem either.' Cancelled the order and won't be ordering from here again due to the disappointing attitude.

First toke ordering. Ordered salt and pepper chicken. Salt and pepper chips and bbq sauce. The chicken was brown, chewy and old. The chips were dry and not fresh and the bbq sauce was congealed. The delivery time showed the poor standard of food as it arrived over 20 minutes early.

Ordered a vegetable curry but it came half full with hardly any curry sauce on it?? Please explain why no sauce! Also the portion size for sweet and sour chicken hong kong style was so small, again tub was only half full, a disgrace!

Food took ages to arrive. It was luke warm. Didn't take note of the requests, very bland and chips were horrendous, I reckon they had been fried 3 times

The food arrived an hour early. I requested that it be delivered at 21:30 as I wouldn’t be able to eat it before that. It came around 20:30 so by the time I sat down to eat it was cold. I warmed it up in the microwave but obviously that ruined the taste

Order was late and had to be chased. Rice wasn't done properly, was supposed to egg fried but some of the rice was plain still and very sticky. But on the whole chicken curry was nice.

Highly recommend the beef dishes!!! It's cooked perfectly, such a perfect texture. Prices are reasonable and they take card payments on orders above £8. Definitely worth a try!!

I haven't ordered from here before and I won't be ordering again. I ordered Four Seasons which is meant to be a mix of meats and a flavoursome sauce. What I got was chicken and a lot of onions in a very spicy sauce. Nothing like any four seasons dish I've had elsewhere.

New favourite Chinese. The sezchuan is so sweet and the tofu so soft. Everything was great and portions so generous

Ordered via uber eats. Delivery took 30mins longer then advised however it was well worth the wait. The food was incredible. Chicken balls were large and packed full of moist chicken. The rice was full of flavour. Curry sauce was one of the best I've ever had and rids full of meat. Honestly couldn't fault the food at all! Will be going back.

Food terrible ended up really ill with food poisoning

First time using, food is disgusting, so bland very cheap products, left a horrid after taste…. Waited in the restaurant and not till you look around you can see it’s filthy… they do not display a hygiene certificate so god knows what’s going on there, most of the food has gone in the bin what and absolute waste of £40

First Chinese I’ve come across that doesn’t give you syrup with pineapple fritters. Ruined it for me as I was looking forward to it and I didn’t have any syrup or anywhere near me that sells it. The rest of the food wasn’t that nice either it tasted bland. I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew there would be no syrup with the fritters.

Usually enjoy the food from here and speak to a lovely man when ordering over the phone. Ordered today with a lady who I later realised got my order wrong and charged me for platter box C instead of B. Was told 50 minutes for delivery, by the time anyone answered the phone to me the lady told me the food was already out for delivery and she was too busy to resolve my issue and I could have £3 off next time (the bigger box is £5 more) Another 45 minutes later and my food turned up cold. So waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for cold food and had to pay £5 more for more food than I actually wanted!!

Delivery late driver apologised, pork balls delivered instead of chicken balls,sweet and sour sauce looked watered-down, orange and transparent, batter soft and soggy. Very poor will not be using again

Don’t know how their still in business, vile food, flavourless and nowhere near fresh. Chicken is old taste like it’s from the day before. Completely disgusting, do not order from here.

We ordered 4 pieces of chicken satay sauce and 2 chicken fried rice which came with alot of weird burned bits the peas was rock hard and not properly cooked the chicken satay tasted extremely stale and there was a lot of curry plasterd on the chicken this food was extremely bad today, and not properly cooked the prawn crackers that they provided tasted extremely weird as well. So we called the restaurant to make a complaint of how bad the food was the manager told us that she doesn't have time to listen to the complaint we had and that no one has ever complained about their services before, We will take this further this is not the first time we have complained and my son was having very bad stomach pain and vomited the whole night to the extend that our son had to go to the hospital because of the food they provided this could have been food poisoning. and we tried to call the manager in a cool tone she rather hung up the phone multiple times and didn't want to hear a customer out, nor provided any professional help this is a matter that we will take further and sue this horrendous company for the bad food and services they provided.

Honestly I wish I could place half a star or even less. The delivery service is awful and you can never get through call as it will say always busy. If you are looking for fast service go elsewhere. If you are looking for time updates look elsewhere. I will never be using this place again. Had to wait 3 hours for food 🤯.

Got to say, friends told me about this place and said the food and customer service (polite and friendly) was the best in the area They were right! Glad I listened to them. Had amazing food . So tasty and obviously cooked with fresh ingredients . Will deffo use them again!

I recently ordered from this Chinese takeaway and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. Not only did the driver charged me an extra £1, but the delivery woman had her kids with her, which made the entire situation uncomfortable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I opened my order, I found that they had given me banana fritters instead of the pineapple ones I had specifically requested. This was extremely frustrating, as I had been looking forward to them. To make matters worse, this was not the first time I had a bad experience with this Chinese takeaway. I have been going there for years and have noticed a significant decline in the quality of service and food. It seems like the staff no longer care about providing a good experience for their customers, and the mistakes and issues are becoming more frequent. I used to enjoy ordering from this Chinese takeaway, but the recent experiences have left a bad taste in my mouth. I am disappointed to see a once-great restaurant go downhill like this, and I will not be returning in the future. Save your money and your taste buds, and find another place to order from.

I ordered chicken chow mein and the ginger chicken - chicken was sooo dry could tell it was not fresh just tasted like it was made this morning and heated up 10times. Please do not get any chicken dishes.
