This was without a doubt the WORST experience I have ever had ordering food. The incorrect food was delivered to us 3 times, which took hours to arrive and came freezing cold. I had to call them about 6 times and every time spoke to a different person who didn’t know what was going on. I was very polite and understanding in the phone, but the staff speaking to me kept making out it was my fault for us not receiving the food. In the end we asked for a partial refund, as we had spent £150 on this order, and we were told they would not refund us anything despite the food being delivered incorrectly and freezing cold. Eventually we they said they would give us a refund if the food was returned, we said ok please collect and an hour later no one had arrived. We didn’t eat the food as we were waiting for them to collect it, so now we had no food and lost £150. Absolutely disgrace would never ever order from here again. The worst experience I have ever had as a customer. This is the only review I’ve written but had to express how utterly terrible it was. I would still like my money back.

Popped in for a cheeky takeaway as I hadn’t been there for a while nice polite young man taking the orders food was very good although I found the sweet and sour sauce a bit vinegary compared to other places but otherwise no complaints from me

Tried The Rice Bowl recently and was really impressed. The food was hot, tasty, and full of flavor. I had Singapore chow mein and BBQ spare ribs—both were spot on.—all delicious. Portions were generous and the service was quick and friendly. Great value for money. Will definitely order again!

Como regalo al final del día de la madre, pedimos una comida para llevar. Realizamos y pagamos nuestro pedido en línea a las 5. 50 pm, nos avisaron que la entrega sería dentro de 45 minutos. A las 7 pm, llamamos y nos dijeron que el pedido era con el conductor y fuera para la entrega. 7 . 30 pm volvimos a llamar... esta vez nos dijeron que el pedido ni siquiera se había iniciado. Nos dijeron que lo comenzaría inmediatamente y que estaría con nosotros a las 8 pm. Un minuto después de las 8 pm llamamos y nuestro número se pasó al correo de voz. Utilizamos un teléfono diferente que fue contestado inmediatamente, y nos dijeron que el conductor acababa de salir. Cancelamos el pedido y pedimos un reembolso, la chica nos dijo que no podía hacer eso y tenemos que llamar mañana y hablar con el jefe. Pregunté por el nombre del jefe para saber a quién preguntar. No dan nombres. Declaré que necesito saber a quién estoy pidiendo, ella me dijo que no lo sabe y solo necesito preguntar por el jefe. En otras palabras, pueden decir que este 'jefe' no está disponible. También me dijeron que dejara la línea ya que tenía otros clientes tratando de pasar. La orden llegó a las 8. 20 pm, lo rechazamos, filmamos esta negativa para que no se pudiera negar. Esto ha causado un mal final a un día de madres encantadoras y ha retrasado a mi hija de llegar a casa. Nunca usaré de nuevo la única recomendación que doy es que intentes en otro lugar.
